Well does that count manga? If all anime was gone (including manga) i would probably get more comics and find a new obsession. But there is so much anime out right now, including all the old anime i've never seen, i'd be set for awhile. But if it just dissappeared without a trace and there was no remnant left i would miss it and thus bomb tabmows house. I would be sure to get the Ruri as well.

Emotion is good, Boogie pop phantom, lain, just as long as the whole thing isn't sad. Then it gets boring. I prefer the character have his hopes brought up and then.....BAM!

I have a question for you guys, should NIntendo remain aimed towards kids? It's basically the only thing left that could be for kids. It was recently said that they are trying to get rid of their squeaky clean image. They don't want to be seen as a kiddie franchise. An example is them getting BMX XXX uncut and other Gamecube games such as the resident evils (which actually aren't selling very well). So is this good? Is it bad? Or is it inevitable that they will go the way of GTA.

Whats the big deal with the graphics? I mean game play, game play, game play! I haven't played Budokai but you can't judge a game by it's graphics. If you just play for graphics you aren't a true gamer. Thats why the best games ever are old nintendo and genesis games. you had a game to play, not eye candy. It's also sad that i enjoy playing the 6 dbz games i have (snes) burned for my dreamcast much more than legacy of goku. These games are cool, if you have the SNES still around you definetly need to try them.

I read the Bell Jar and i liked it to an extent. I just hated the ending but at the same time loved it. I mean i would have preffered a more in depth ending, but if you think about it. It couldn't have ended any other way. The book was pointless, the story was pointless and so was the ending. Thats the whole point. A kind of paradox. It totally made me think from here point of view. When you read it you realize her becomg insane was both inevitable and necessary. She died around 30? That sounds right. She stuck her head in an oven and breathed the fumes while her kid played inthe living room. Her poetry was alarming near her end. You should check out Tulips. I think thats the name.

I think everyone into video games here can admit that they have an effect on you. It depends on the game and how far they go with enforcing it. Like when GTA 3 was banned in Australia, that is going too far. But in the same breath i can say that there is no way i want my little brother playing that game. I play resident evil and Doom and that doesn't make me increasingly violent. But then again i wasn't brought up on them. I was brought up on wholesome sega and nintendo games. we have a base of sonic and mario. But at the same time we also had street fighter and the likes. The way things are now is the industry is trying to make nearly everything violent and bloody. I couldn't believe it when the spokesperson for NIntendo said he wanted to eradicate the kiddie persona of the company. the way things are now i wouldn't buy my 12 year old bro a ps2. No way in hell. But i still don't think that you can place blame on them for making someone violent. I think the most drastic effect would be desensitizing. I didn't realize how desensitized i was when i took my dreamcast to my friends house. it was about midnight and i popped in resident evil CV and she dropped the control and freaked. Blaming video games for violence is irresponsible. When it comes to ratings they should be enforced. Kids shouldn't have a problem with T but they shouldn't go near M.

this reminds me of the group B4-4. They put this song out a few years ago called Down on You or something like that. The song goes something like if you get down on me ill get down on you . I will do anything that you want me to. Its a game of give and take to make it through. So if you get down on me ill get down on you tonight. The beat is something like an N SYNC tune and the video has this kid helping out a homeless man and things like that. Their other song is Go Go. About these two lesbians. Just wrong.

i enjoyed it very much, i dislike Gundam but i have a mild knowledge of the characters. The blond (quatre) is one of the few characters i like. The fact that i enjoyed it and am not a fan of the anime shows how well it was written. Very Good Job.

I read White Fang and Call of the Wild and simply fell in love with them. I even howl at the moon...... i like it but i wish it was longer. It is more like a quote then anything else.

I agree with Harry to a certain point. Nobody forced them to participate, if they had been dragged out of their homes and forced then thats diffrent. They went they paid the price. Kind of like that latin parade where hispanic women were molested. They chose to walk through crowds of men who continued to soak them with water guns. They had no idea how far it would go obviously. I wonder if this is truly the first year that happened, i am guessing the hazing severity grew a bit there every year. They should have nipped it in the bud.

Hahahaah big diffrence in typo. This i support, i spell(or curse ^-^) like a sailor on the mac and compete in spelling.... I have gotten a few awards but i don't wear them or anything. I have this friend Adam who feels he has to wear everything he has ever won. The only awards i get are for writing and reading. I hate the ceremonies though, they parade you around like a piece of meat. That has never happened to me in high school though. in jr high this guy william never left the stage at the graduation. Why would you want the whole school to know and have a big presentation at graduation night. Awards are luck. Take it from someone who receives them every once in awhile. My patches are out of sight in a spiderman lunchbox and my trophy (only one i haven't thrown away) is hidding behind my comic books.

Cynical and self absorbed to say a few. She likes to demote me and then parade me around to her so called friends to prove she is a good mother. She constantly threatens to keep me from college and once she said make my life a living hell. Whenever she would pick me up from uil or drama i would constantly hear when it was going to be over and when it was going to stop because she was tired of the sh*t. She has constantly chosen her boyfriend over me and frankly i don't care anymore. The dresser by the front door has two sibling statutes and pictures of only my bro and sis. I can take a hint.

hn well i might have to go with Gene Starwind and Melfina from Outlaw Star. Gene is such a womanizing playboy but melfina makes him change. And it's not even on purpose. Chii and Hidecki from Chobits may not be an official couple yet but they sure are cute. "Hidecki is average sized?" Vegeta and Bulma as well. He must love her, she talks to him so mean. If she was anyone else he would have blown her up by now.

I agree with the fact that it's dangerous. It is a stupid thing to sue over, but if you think about it, the strategy is brilliant. Just enough to get the issue heard. A lot of law suits are used to gain public awareness.

Nope it hasn't ended, they are on like episode 104 or something. I don't know, Newtype has the listings. And the last few Koga has taken kagome and inuyasha goes after her. Same old story. I suggest picking up the graphic novels if you don't want to get the series on your own.

I was wondering if anybody else thought the Girls not Grey music video (AFI) looks anime oriented. For those who haven't seen the video the girl featured looks like Rei from Evangelion or some other token blue haired anime girl. There are cherry blossoms everywhere, also. Give your thoughts.
