Ok heres what happen, I got a virus in my laptop and I didn't know that I had it until some porn website keep poping up and I was confuse in how did I get it. I just barely got it and plus I got no internet at home so I'm using the wifi at my friends house. Also I don't like looking at porn for they contain viruses in the porn website. So can anyone help me in finding link to a free downloadable AntiViruse website where I can just download it and dont have to pay for it? Any good one you guys can recommend?

AVG has a free version, and seems to work pretty well. I used McAfee on my desktop, and my laptop came with a free trial of Norton when I got it, but that ran out a couple days ago. I downloaded AVG when it ran out, and nothing's gone wrong yet...

I'll second Avira, it's what I currently use.

I used to use AVG and it seemed to do okay, but I ended up having to uninstall it because it interferes with some online games.

I'd also recommend getting SpyBot - Search & Destroy in addition to whatever anti-virus software you get. It can detect malware that anti-virus programs might miss.

I'll second this. Spybot is a God send.

Norton is also awful. AVG is probably the best free antivirus. However, Spyware Doctor I find to be the best but it's not free.

Almost everything seemed to be mentioned already, but I thought I'd add a few things. It wouldn't hurt to format the hard drive after backing up everything that you need. Sometimes the malware/spyware/adware can be pretty nasty and leave traces even after using such programs as spybot search and destroy.

There's another good program for removing spyware which is called adaware which you can get at http://www.lavasoft.com/ (just get the free version).

You might want to get a firewall to protect yourself from outgoing connections. The built in windows one does fine, but I'm pretty sure Zone Alarm is still better. You can get that at www.zonelabs.com

Never use Internet Explorer. I use firefox with the "ad block plus" plug-in. You can find that at www.mozilla.org . I've also heard some good things about Google Chrome.

Make sure windows automatic updates are on. If it's easier for you, set it to download the updates at a certain time.

-------------Warning. This suggestion may be too complicated for the average computer user---------------------------
My last suggestion is one that I wouldn't really expect anyone to follow, but it would eliminate the need for basically any of the above stuff(it's also something that has served me well). Go to www.ubuntu.com and get a live cd to try ubuntu linux with no change done to your computer. You can either download the cd, or you can ask them to send you a free copy.

Just make sure you have the cd in the cd rom drive and you select the cd rom drive as the "boot device" when you turn on your computer. You can usually change that in the bios of your computer, and in order to do that you usually have to press one of the function keys (for me i think it's f10 or f12) when your computer starts up. It should let you know which key it is when it starts booting.

If you can't get ubuntu to work they have a good help forum on their website for troubleshooting. You also may need a relatively new computer to use it.

Edit: Here is the site where you can request a free Ubuntu cd https://shipit.ubuntu.com/

I'll check these sites out, I'm hoping that these sites you mention would clean out the viruses, trojan, worms, and all other other stuff out when its done cleaning my laptop.

[edited out] if not ive used Avira and its good. AVG im not a fan of cuz all you seem to be able to do with viruses is quaruntine them, not actually delete them... but Avira is better. Ive also used Kaspersky.
