Sephiroth Posted January 30, 2002 Share Posted January 30, 2002 tupac will always be the best hip hop artist ever, followed by dr dre and snoop dogg, the best underrated artist has got to be RazKaz.... outcast are ok, some of their earlier tunes were better though, same applies to eminem, he's going downhill fast, he only seems to be dealing with D12 nowadays.... natorious BIG was cool as well, definately the best east coast rapper of all time....
