Heaven's Cloud

I painted a picture,
And inside the canvas,
I put all that I love,
The brushes filled with paint.

A tall cluster of mountains,
A horse running free,
Through the fields of silver,
And a clear blue sky tinted with white.

The stream that runs past,
Is a cool sea green,
One of my favorite colors,
Purple tones the smooth rolling hills.

The mountains are my shield,
The horse my dearest friend,
The fields are the people I have loved,
The sky holds the dreams and hopes that I posess.
The stream symbolizes the honor and love that flows inside me,
And the hills are the place where I can find a peaceful sanctuary.

Turn into a reflection
Just a memory.
Watch as tear drops fall,
Shattering ripples.

Once towards direction
Seperation of gender
Lead me on.
It's your Systematic Rendering.

Again, the morning comes.
The tears don't stop falling.
Getting up from the waters.
I stand with a calling.

Please may it be from You.
Not a sign,
But a strong covenant
That you won't turn away.

This is my first poem. I don't think it's very good, but oh well.

4/30/2002

One day, the East Wind asked me:
"Child, where does your garden grow?"
And I replied:
"My garden grew where the honey bees danced,
where the sun smiled, and the dew drops rested.
My garden resembled a rainbow, spread out on the soil.
But no more. The owner of that garden was murdered by
the sword, and the garden itself was set ablaze. No more
will the honey bees dance on the rainbow, the sun will smile
on a field of ashes, the dew drops will rest on a solitary
grave."

The East Wind replied:
"It might be able to grow again one day, child. Another
gardener might be able to bring back the rainbow."
And I said to this:
"It is true what you say Mr. East Wind. But once they do,
they will find the grave with this conversation carved into it,
they will find the Gardener's Lament."

Rainbows created my imagination
As it arches across the sky
On one end there sat you
On the other there sat I

Imagining I could slide across
over the rainbow to the other end
there would be my pot of gold
the sweet love of my dear friend

the rainbow is a connection
like a bridge from me to you
it appears to be joined by sunlight
then grey skies turn to blue

arriving after rainstorms
it became so clear to me
thoughts of love follow rainbows
they arched across the sea

a colourful arching rainbows
it has no gate,it has no door
it reaches from friend to friend
it arches from shore to shore

i smiled up today at the sky
how far my loving smile go
it slid right over to the other side
to the other end of the coloured rainbow

Ohana,
Means both family,
And flower,
Two languages apart and together.

Together Ohana,
Is my mother,
Father,
Sister and brother.

Lovely Ohana,
Is the blooming iris,
That I planted,
The day I fell in love.

Sweet Ohana,
Hawiian,
And Japanese,
The things that I love.

The waves,
The sun,
The earth,
The wind.

Everything pushes,
Not like you,
Everthing can't wait,
Just like me.

I must know now,
I must see how,
There's something to do,
I have to.

There's a quarter lying on the floor
paltry pocket change, nothing more
tainted, stained, weathered
A dead president collapsed face down before the door
I've seen many like it before

Some slip slyly from a messy pocket
amidst crumpled bills, shopping lists, jingling keys
and bubble gum rapping
others seemingly explode free
a silver rocket crash landing, spiraling, with a tinny tapping
dropped from a branch, a runt sapling

Reluctant to move for such a fare, I oft declare
"It's nothing to me."
Just this very morning, a woman, a stranger,
was in need of bus fare
"A quarter sir," she asked

"Sorry," I replied with a blank stare
On I went without a care
A quarter, really
Minuscule money is hardly something
But, what is a fortune to a man who has nothing?

Speckled in dust, a coin on the street rests
Undisturbed
People, busy, on their way
desire more than a quarter for their time of day

Feet shuffle by, sneakers slapping, shoes clapping
cares whoosh along, unknowing beasts controlled by the strong
What if I need this quarter someday to get where I'm going?
More feet shuffle by
And so do I
unknowing.

I watch how youbrush back your hair,
I think that's cool,
It flies,
Right into the air.

Although you talk a lot,
I don't really mind,
But your lips crumble,
From the side.

Your courges goawn,
Makes me daze,
I fall to fast,
To hard.

They grass flies,
Just like your ahir,
Your face is betiful,
I can't take it more than some people.

But sometimes,
I must,
I love thou,
'Tis be me.

"Alas my love you say goodbye,
Wipe the poison from my brow,
Alas my love this guilty night,
It gives me up like a foster child.

And in this moment I take my vow,
These angels sleeping at my feet.
And in this moment,
You do not know how.
How my spirit wants to flee."

"One man against the night,
Taking on a multitude,
That had left him,
High and dry.

No candle burning vigil,
Could light the way.
Darkness hit the ground,
Like a fallen satellite.

He wrestled until morning,
With human souls and dark angels,
And finished his work,
On the third day."

The water,
Streams so pretty,
The voice,
The waves crumble from sound.

I jump,
Down further,
And further,
You come closer, and closer.

Your lips feel so soft,
Your eyes,
And your mouth,
Has the greatest words.

You appear from each side,
Your a gohst through the dark air,
But beatiful,
I love you more than the world.

Uhh.. you don't have to type in all caps locks you know.

I watch you,
You watch back,
The night is young,
And so are we.

You bring back a lot of memories,
You laugh in front of me,
The way you laugh,
You are my sweet angel.

I call it, Love by the heart.

I was just thinking,
About how time flies,
And that we're all drifting,
Like clouds in the sky.

And you have always been there.
And how we have all changed.

And it's been one beautiful life.

I was just wondering,
On how to recall,
The wonderful memories,
And how they all fall.

Into place;
Like the smile on your face.
Like the kisses,
And the tears that we've shared.

And it's been one beautiful life,
And I know it's tasted its trials,

And it's not over,
It's only begining.

We've always been different,
But never alone,
Like one white iris,
That stands on its own.

And you will always be here,
And we will stay the same,
And it's been one beautiful life.
And I know it's tasted its trials.

I watch to much waves,
To many movies,
So many clouds,
Half have gone.

My name,
Fits right on the wall,
The shape of it,
Makes you all.

I must know now,
What do I have to do?
I must know now,
I must.

I have a minute,
And so do you,
But why?
Why do you not fly?

I ask so many questions,
Only couple get answeresd,
I listen to the answeres,
But it's always "no".

I am a victem.
Taken here against my will.
To be raped every day.
Beaten and Dehumanized.

I am not going to forgive.
That is something I cannot do.
There is no hope of freedom.
Born in my heart.

I will take my revenge.
There will be blood.
Then I will be at peace.
Because the men that did this to me will be dead.

I try to defeat,
I try to,
All you want me to be,
But no longer strong.

I listen to the radio,
Every night after night,
I listen to your voice,
From somewhere around.

Ever since I was small,
You held me in your arms,
Now I am to tall,
For it all.

She walks in silence,
Never feeling what is coming,
But she is afraid,
Because nobody sees her.

Maybe in a different time,
Or maybe in a different place,
Things would change.
But no.

Nothing ever does,
And nothing ever will,
There is nothing they can do.
Why?

Because she is alone,
Is the only one,
Who has chosen,
To walk in silence.

My courage,
My inspiration,
My friend,
My strength,
My rock,
My other half,
My Bro,
My twin,
My dearly departed Dustin.

This little bit of wanna-be poetry is dedicated to my twin bro Dustin, who was murdered 3 days ago. If you're reading this man, I love you bro.

As I ask as simple question,
You cut me off with your reply,
You've been practicing for decades,
And now you think I have the time.

Since I was a child,
You've always said that I,
Should understand this,
While you take some and give less.

High above the graves,
Don't joke about it,
It goes in and out of reason,
Looking me straight in the eye.

But something's missing,
When you weren't by my side,
Take it over as I resound,
My pride rings free.

My lungs are a bee hive, brewing the honey of life

My brain is a archive of experiance,curiosity, and knowledge

My vains are ant tunnels, always bussy, always working, never stopping

my heart is my power plant, fueling my body with power for the day ahead

my soul is a wandering bird searching for awnsers to existance

my surroundings are my insperation telling me to write this poem...

not bad for a 11 year old huh?

OOC: Not bad at all (just watch the spelling a little ;)

~~~~~~~~
An Overdose Delusion
Marks the epitome of confusion
The reprise of evil
Makes for no benevolence.
A world of madness
Leaves me all alone
Ashes of ghosts
Roam the town.
A black fairy lies in wait
A flowing trail of death
Cascades from her wings.
And I, smell sin.
Block minds
Pass me endlessly through the halls.
Their minds ferments in mystic air
Intoxicating my senses.
An endless forest
Suddenly stands before me.
It's Heaven's turn
It's their night this time...
