[color=#333333][center][img]http://img85.imageshack.us/img85/9342/dbz2mn.jpg[/img][/center] The newest Budokai game released for the PS2, DBZ: Budokai Tenkaichi is an excellent fightying-style game that puts a twist on what you would normally be used to. Instead of a petit arena-type fight, Tenkaichi introduces many new aspects such as a much, [i]much[/i] larger area to fight in, flying is made much easier, you start off as which ever form of the character you want (as long as he/she is unlocked) and the brawls just look overall much better than before. This is one of the only fighting games where you don't get bored watching your friend face a computer since the fights look a lot like what they do in the show. The game also gives you many more characters to choose from, this includes GT characters like Baby Vegeta. Basically there is no [i]real[/i] story. But you do go back into "Shenron's Memories" and play through all the sagas (and extras), which can be quite entertaining. Although I do not own a PlayStation 2, my friend [i]did[/i] rent this for his and we play it non-stop. As soon as he has to return it, he plans on buying it. What are your thoughts on it?[/COLOR]

Just before they hit the rainbow tube, there were two boosters and a row of item boxes. A multi-coloured dice block with question marks on it fell into Lara's hand just before they were blasted up the pipe. "Get-a ready..." The tomb raider waited eagerly for Mario to make his call, also noticing that the tube had automatically centered them. As soon as they landed, Mario called out. "Now!" Lara dropped the box and watched DK Jumbo land on the ground right behind them, thumbling [i]right[/i] into the secret bomb. Lara cheered with Mario and watched as teams Oriental Beauty and Kickarse landed neck and neck. Feeling quite happy with himself, Mario got a bit cocky and paid no attention to what else was happening. For when he realized Lara was screaming.. "Turn! Turn!" It was too late. Furry Flurry had launched a homing shell on them, which always hit first place in a giant explosion. Plumber and Plunder watched helplessly as they plummeted off the course. Finish Blaziken with Thundershock!" Having no second thoughts, the electric-type Pokémon gathered the last bit of its energy and shocked Blaziken, watching it fall to the ground, defeated. Or was it? After the thundershock, Jolteon had become lathargic and also lay on the ground, seemingly defeated. The two Gym Leaders waited impatiently for the announcement. Two minutes later -which seemed like 2 hours- the lady's voice pierced the silence. "The winner of Battle 1 of the Gym Leader Challenge is Kay, Vermillion City Gym Leader and her companion, Jolteon!" Naminé shook up and ran to Blaziken, worried. Before either of the trainers had a chance to return their Pokémon, a spray fell from the sky and fell onto them. Almost instantly, their friends were back to full health. The trees had also disappeared entirely and the two could now clearly see the elevators that had transported them to this floor. "Please step onto a transporter with your Pokémon returned and wait until you are back on the 37th floor."[/font][/center]

Ecstatic, je jumped into the driver's seat and pulled out of it's parking spot. Lara looked at him dumbfounded. "You drive that thing so preciously. I guess I'll do items?" Lara hopped onto the back of Red Fire. "I have-a driven this kart-a so many times, I know it like-a the back of my palm-a." Mario gripped the steering wheel tightly and thought of the days when he would be racing neck and neck with Bowser and Bowser Jr. The good ol' days...[/color]

[color=#333333]I was reading the thread "What do you do when you have nothing to do?", and it dawned on me that what all you guys did in your spare time interested me. But, what you do when you're bored can't be nearly as exciting as what you're doing otherwise. So, I want to know what do you usually do on your average Saturday? I would also like to know what your [i]perfect[/i] Saturday would be. I'll start us off. [b]My average Saturday...[/b] I normally wake up between 11:00am and 2:00pm on a Saturday. I always do my homework on the Friday night and -if it's a lot- Sunday, so I usually have tons of free time. During the winter, I'll go out and shovel snow (raking leaves if it's the fall and mowing the lawn if it's the summer) after my shower and help clean up around the house. That never takes [i]too[/i] long, so after that and my daily work-out, I'll jump on the computer for a bit. Usually I spend about 4-5 hours on the computer when I have to get off because I have to get together with friends (wether they're spontaneous plans or... [i]planned[/i] plans is always different). I come home, go back on the computer (or occasionally watch TV) and play games/post and such until around 11:00pm. It's around 11:00 that I go upstairs, get changed, read for a bit and go to sleep (as I have Church the next morning). [b]My [I]perfect[/I] Saturday...[/b] I wake up around 8:00am, not tired because I went to bed early the night before since I had slim to none homework. I have a shower and low and behold, it did not snow and I don't have to rake leaves or mow the lawn! So, I go on the computer and do all that computer-like stuff until lunch. I have lunch, do my daily workout and go for a bikeride with my friends. After that, I go see a movie with my mates (and it turns out to be my favourite) and come home. I go back on the computer and relax for a bit, then go to bed really late, read my book and sleep. How about you?[/COLOR]

I'm working on a new piece thanks to you and it is turning out much better than all of my others. I wouldn't think many people could possibly have any questions seeing as you explained all of this oh-so-well, but may I make a suggestion? I think it'd be good if you were to conduct a lesson on blending multiple pictures on a single banner, as it is a popular effect. I would really look forward to a post about that.[/COLOR]

But then a thought struck Mario through the head. [i]Double Dash![/i] The red coloured man smashed another of the cars windows and climbed out onto the back of the speedy vehicle as carefully as possible. With one hand, he grappled a little hinge on that back of the roof and planted his two feet firmly on the trunk. That's when Crash popped his head out the window. "Mario! Get back in here, we have followers!" he said. He zipped back into the car looking for some kind of weapon to shoot the gang chasing them on their motorcycles. Without yelling back, Mario took a red turtle shell out of his pocket and it instantly grew about three times larger. He whipped it at the closest biker and, to everyone's surprise, it pegged the man right in the head, causing him to fly off of his bike. "Wahoo!" yelled Mario. He pulled something out of his pocket again. This time, it was a banana. He threw it on the ground and watched the first couple gang members dodge it, but the fourth person wiped out and skidded all over the streets of Liberty City. It was around this time that Crash had finally popped out of the window with a weapon. "Now, you'll see why they call me Crash '[i]the Bash[/i]' Bandicoot!" he yelled. With that, he pulled out a large... bazooka[i]?![/i] He slipped a rocket into the front and aimed cautiously. With one final pull of the trigger, the rocket slid out of the gun and wizzed past Mario, straight at three of the remaining four bikers. One fiery explosion later, a singular biker remained and turned around, chickening out. Mario turned to Crash who was smirking from ear to ear. "Holy-a [I]shit[/I]!" he said with a surprised look on his face. Both Crash and Shadow laughed, it seemed a little bit of CJ was still left in the team. But the laughing soon stopped when Shadow announced he was running low on gas, and to top it off, they could hear sirens in the distance. Crash was the first to speak. "Coppers."[/COLOR]

[color=#333333][i]I[/i] used the right sprite. I noticed you had chosen a shiny Blaziken, which is bad, because there are no shiny Pokémon in the real Pokémon world. Only in the GameBoy games. When all the Gym Leaders arrived, Jerry stepped up to the wooden podium and placed his folders onto it. He slipped on his reading glasses and announced carefully. "Welcome, trainers, to the first match of the Gym Leader Challenge!" he stated. The Pokémon masters glanced at eachother, most smiling. "I am sure you are all very anxious to get started and we, at the IPA, have put together the first battle." Jerry motioned to two large circular metal discs behind him. "If Kay, Electric Gym Leader from Vermillion City, and Naminé, Fire Gym Leader from Lavaridge Town please step onto the transporters, please." The two girl trainers nodded and walked onto the stage, sitting themselves on the two 'transporters.' "Excellent. At the back, where the tournament standings are, will be a large screen that the others can watch with. Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to get this battle started!" and with that, the Administrator pressed a singular button, entered some numbers on a keyboard that was near the helm and a loud shaking occurred. The transporters were moving! Spiraling up towards the ceiling, it looked almost as if the girls were going to be crushed, but a glass shield whipped around them and two holes opened up in the roof. "Floor number 45, Plain Forest." announced a computer like voice. The transporters stopped spiraling through ceilings 8 floors later. Although before they had been not 10 feet away from eachother, they were now out of visible range. There was a wall of trees all around each of them. The announcement lady spoke again. "GLC Battle One, Kay versus Naminé. Please select your Pokémon, now." There was a short silence where the trainers picked their Pokéball from their belt and then the lady continued. "Pokémon chosen. Jolteon and Blaziken. You will see that if you try to send out another Pokémon, it will not work. This is a 1v1 battle. You will find all your items available in your pack. As an extra tip, there are small, red buttons all over the forest, five in total. Pressing one of these buttons will open a door of trees, not neccesarily near you, though." "May Battle One please commence. Send out your Pokémon."[/COLOR][/FONT][/CENTER]

Coincidently I made this while on the phone with my girlfriend. This one is called [b][love][/b]. Standing gloriously with 110 floors, this tower is home to the International Pokémon Association, which decides who will be the Gym Leaders and Elite Four in all the regions. Every once in a while, the IPA holds a tournament specifically for Gym Leaders to find a new member to become part of the Elite Four in one of the regions. This year, all the Gym Leaders were invited and 10 replied, wanting to become part of the legendary Elite Four. Eight of those ten were accepted, but only one will remain in the end.
