1. Well for most things that could happen a lot, I definitely have a good list to give. 1. Bridges-Every time I see a bridge I freak out. I don't like crossing them for anything. If I'm going on a trip and there's a river between us and there and close my eyes and ball up while we go over. I can't swim and I'm not into falling into a large body of water where my family can't save me because they can't swim either. 2. Large Bodies of Water-Duh, I can't swim. Small little areas I can deal with. You know, things that are wade-able. But if I can't stand up in it. No. 3. Insects-I can't stand bugs. Simple as that. I don't know what the hell is wrong with my school but I see them all the time. Every time I pass one or one is close to me I start freaking out and trying to pull myself away. I don't like their legs. They're forever moving and I can't stand even seeing a fly when I'm outside it just.....ugh. My mom tried to clip my eyelash and a moth landed beside me on the bed. I was so lucky that she hadn't started yet. 4. Large Dolls-Chuckie. That has ruined my idea of ever getting anything bigger than a Barbie or Bratz doll. I don't like them at night because my lamp is on until I fall asleep. Those shadows and everything creep me out and I clare that they turn their heads when I'm not looking. 5. If Something Happens To My Kids-Biologically, they're not mine. They're my second cousins but they're still my kids and I would be traumatized if anything happened to them. 6. My House At Night-It's dark. It creaks. Things make noises all the time. Basically it. Thumping and funny airy sounds are like normal here, I could sleep through them during the day. At night, I'm a lot more cautious about how far out of the bedroom I go. Okay, that's enough. You don't need to know everything about me.
2. This is a hard one. Jiraiya: I said eat it! Naruto: My mouth is up here! I feel really bad that's all I could get.
3. Mainly music of course but being dreadfully old-fashioned, The 70's Soul Collection that I saw on TV. I mean come on, it has Chic and The Emotions on it. How can I try and turn it down. That's like at the top of my list. Other than that maybe a few Betty Boop, Little Lulu, and Little Audrey movies. It's like I love everything that came before me. :animedepr
4. Street Fighter for Sega. Which one I can't remember because I was too young to know a lot about systems. Nevertheless, I can still remember sitting with my brother and playing for hours at a time and switching up with friends too. I loved fighting games when I was little because it was the only game I could successfully play and know what I was doing at the same time. That included Tekken and Mortal Kombat along with it. They were my blessed games that I could win at, at so young an age. In general I remember Mario, Super Mario, and Mario Brothers. I still play those today but it was important because they were my first games were you could turn around and touch the board. One I still play today and it's sitting in the living room floor. Maybe I'll go catch up on it....
5.
I do Hiphop dancing but I'm 18. I honestly don't see whats wrong with her taking hiphop though, not all of it is "bust thrusting" infact I see it as a dance of art. That's a whole lot different to me then say a 13 year old getting a tattoo. But thats just my opinion. Anyways...
I don't see anything wrong with hiphop dancing either because I do it, but some of those moves are reveal too much about sex for 12 and 13 year olds to be doing. I have a cousin who was 4, 4!, and she used to drop down and get her eagle on. Worse than that she knew what it meant and used it in public around people. That's what leads to child rape.
I've seen a 15 and 14 year olds with their nose & belly pierced and a tattoo. Now I wasn't so much suprised with the piercings...but a tattoo? You know how painful it is to get that removed? Would if they don't want it in the future? Making a decision like that should wait until your 18 or over and I knew even at that age I wasn't ready to make such a big decision. That's permanent ink and some don't realize what that means and what it costs to remove it. I also noticed that it's mostly girls at age 11 or even younger that are starting to think about boys.
Tatoos I have no problem with. I'm allowed to have one but I just don't want to. True, it's painful to have removed but it some spots it's painful to be applied also. If they still want to have it when they start screaming, it's their faults and decisions and you shouldn't care about it.
6. Well in the first ammendment, technically the girl should have been able to wear the button. But since our country is run by an idiot, it only stands for some people. I could stand in the White House right now and say, "These kids are getting on my nerves, I could just stab them." Perfect example of attempted murder and child abuse. But if I stood at the post office and said, "Bush sucks," FEDs would be all over me. Whoever is being referred to makes the law important only to them. If you're not important, no one cares what you say or what people say they'll do to you. Really it shouldn't matter because in democracy, the people are the highest ranked. But since we all can't speak, people are supposedly picked by us to speak for us. That's why this country will soon crumble.
7. Tell her that if she keeps acting that way, you'll stop hanging out with her and she'll end up married and miserable with one of those 40 year old guys who live in their mother's basement and works at a video store stealing anime and porn out the back. It always works. ;) Most of the time anyway.
8. I don't know about anywhere else but I know for sure that here, where I live, there are children everywhere that act like they're older than me sometimes. My little cousins only 6 years old are dancing like they're in a R. Kelly video and it just shocks me. Everything they do is just something I couldn't see. Anyway, other kids I know and don't know, under the age of 10, are running around, talking about drugs and sex, boyfriends and girlfriends, and wearing revealing clothes that I wouldn't even wear. They even think they know what a gigolo is (are way off) but I just can't stand the thought about all of them trying to grow up so fast. They call me underdeveloped and tell me I need to get my own man. To the point, is this something that someone else sees? I don't get how parents let their children get this bad and then let them stay that way. What do you think?
9. I think that I've only read about 7 different mangas so I don't have a big choice there. But of them I'd have to say probably Ranma 1/2. I've read them all more than once and Ranma made me laugh the most. The constant change between a boy and a girl in several situations just made me smile through it all. Especially in the first volume when Ranma's father came out of nowhere and just grabbed him at school when it began raining. Then there were all the sexist jokes that Ranma and Akane surprised me into laughter. I love when people bicker. ^^ Anyway, that's probably why it's a favorite for me but most likely it'll change if I ever read more.
10. Delta, you have yet ceased to amaze me once again. I really don't know how you continue to do it. Betty has never looked better. ^_^ Thanks!
11. I'm not really too good at this but I did a little thingy a diddy.
12. :animeangr I wanna scream, cry, and everything else right now. The whole thing I wrote messed up so I have to start over. Brief summary. That was really good piece and I don't even read fantasies. I like how you described Natalie as soon as she was introduced so the reader could see what she looked like for the rest of the story. It helps rather than seeing a plain Jane instead. You did it very briefly, but it got the point across. The name Tigress Samurai actually has a meaning and reason which is something you almost never see. It wasn't just a random title that sounded cool, (might have been) but atleast there was a background to it. And I noticed that you spelled "aritifact" wrong. Just wanted to point that out. There might have been one more thing but I don't feel like looking back for it.
13.
Is it just me, or is there nudity during the ending? I am pretty sure thier is, but the show itself never has any nudity, as far as I have seen. Also, who else thinks Mei is a little too cliched?
In the ending credits you mean? That wasn't nudity. That was Jura pulling up her skirt and Hibiki having a nosebleed over it. Nothing was shown and the picture was pretty blurry anywway. Get over it. How can Mei be too cliched? She's the perfect over serious character that evens out the mood of the show. Unlike the quiet "No one cares about me." character that other animes tend to forever feed from. She's very central and keeps the other overactice crew mates sane.
14. Well, I failed miserably last time so let's give it another shot. May someone please make me a Betty Boop banner and avi set? I never have any requirements for something of mine only that the banner not be excedingly long. Everything else is up to you to do and I know that most of the people good with graphics are going to be busy with the tournament but I'm asking whomever anyway. Use whatever picture you want, but this one would be nice. Thanks.
15. Well, I'm a cheap person without a job and I have bought a total of one things anime. I've only seen the dub slaughtered version, Mew Mew Power, from 4Kids and I guess, it's a fairly decent show. I'll like close to anything and romances just grab me. After seeing the first episode, I just continued to watch because it reminded me so much of Sailor Moon which was one of my favorite shows when I was younger. The plot is so-so, I haven't really figured out the whole thing yet. I love Renee and Bridget. They're like my two favorite characters. Happily to say, this is the first anime where they're weren't any good main characters that I didn't like. They all have good attitudes that match themselves pretty good. Only one I can't stand is that short Cinaclon. (No clue how to spell that.) Must he forever be talking? The show is pretty alright though. I have yet to miss what has come on so far.
16. I've been too old to dress for years now but I do it nonetheless for the extra candy I can steal from my little cousins when I take them. But last year as like a last minute thing, I threw on my regular clothes, took a hat, and bam! I was a boy. Good thing I wear my brother's clothes all the time. This year, if I do end up doing something, once again I'll be a boy or an American Idol reject. The two best things I can do in a flash of notice. Even with the dance moves. :animesmil
17. "I have no ears!" Well she doesn't! It's the first thing I noticed.
18. Well, about four years ago, I went through my obsessive phase for about two straight years. Absolutely, nothing was a wake-up call, no one told me I obsessed too much, I just figured it out by myself. Most likely when I realized that the time I spent looking up anime online and actually watching it off of TV interferred and I couldn't keep up with either of them. Thankfully, I'm nowhere near that anymore. But some people are overly obsessed with just one thing in particular. You've crossed the crazed line when you sit outside in the grass trying to teach yourself how to fly from what you've seen on DBZ. (Yes, true story.) A little lower than that, you spend the majority of your day watching and reading anime or manga, on the internet RPing, chatting to your buddies about what new shows are coming out, include anime characters in your book reports and essays, and freak out when you miss an episode that'll come on again in three hours. Surely enough, people like that scare me. I see them everyday.
19. I understood very little. I realized that the girl's father was dead and that's about it. So first off, when a different person begins speaking in dialogue another paragraph should be started. It better helps the reader understand who's talking. Second, it's hard to imagine any of the character's when you have no descriptions of their personalities anywhere. Movements, gestures, and tone of voice help to see more of the person's attitude. Third, I can't see anything. Your word's are all jumbled together. Going from one thing to another without transition words is just confusing. You're entry doesn't seem to work well with the main chapter. The ideas are completely different. It's like two different stories sitting beside each other. Lastly, That is incredibly short. I took me all of 1 min 32 sec to read, and that includes reading over what I didn't understand at first. It gave me no insight to where the story is going. A feather and a girl are the only connection I can get. And dreadfully, this reminds me of a bad mix with Ruroni Kenshin, FMA, and DBZ. I'm not too good at writing but I know how to read a good story. I can see what idea you're trying to bring together, but it's just not working.
20. Oh, so many to tell. 1. Hypocrites When people tell you not to do something or pretend to be disgusted and irritated when they see someone else do something and then turn around and do it themselves. 2. Selfish People Anyone who think that they're better than you and will do absolutely nothing for anyone else and not even for themselves sometimes is just as bad as a hypocrtite. 3. Dirty Hands I hate when people have dirty hands. If I see someone eat, use the bathroom, and even brush their hair and not wash their hands, I just refuse to touch them all together. My hands are washed about 17 times a day. 4. Bad *** Kids Those poeple who spoil their children and then yell at them when they try and ask for something and get it for them anyways. All of seven of my children know how to act every since I took hold of them. 5. People who take forever to do something I like to move quickly and efficiently but sometimes I do take my time but I'm faster than everyone else. It doesn't take half an hour to stir milk into brown sugar. 6. Ignorance I admit at times I can be a little stupid but I make up for it. But those people who constantly do stupid things for attention or pretend to think they know everything for you to prove them wrong are just pathetic. I'll complain about the rest later.
21. Forever, The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers will be the best. The more that came out the worst the show got and I just quit watching after WildForce though I did glimpse Ninja Storm a few times but to no extent did I like it. I mean, there were two teams wearing the same colors. Sadly, even though Wildforce was it for me, I could not for my life figure out why no one knew who they were. They were all wearing jackets with their color and title on it and they were almost always together! How obvious can you get? But I liked it for the basic fact that the little cardboard buildings falling over were cute. They never were caught for that? They destroyed half the city but by the next episode, everything was rebuilt. That's illegal I believe. Bulk and Skull stayed for about 5 seasons and kept the same stupid jobs. It's pathetic really but amazingly a loveable show.
22. I've seen all of First Stage and Second Stage so I guess that would be everything since there's not more. I think the main reason I even continued to watch it after just the first time I caught it was because of all the females in it. I'm a strong feminist and seeing so many woman in command of three men just made me jump at it. But even without that it would be a good anime anyway. Though, I'm really picky about voices and Hibiki, Bart, and Dita's just annoyed me for being so raspy and high pitched. I loved Celtic for absolutely no reason so getting caught up into the plot took forever since it didn't start to form completely until the middle of the Second Stage. I haven't seen the series in a few months so I can't remember the name at the moment, but I was finally overwhelmed with myself when I found out
the commander was actually a male spy, watching the ship for Tarak. Then at the end when all the woman were preparing for battle,
I was giddy and didn't move until I was done. Lol, really good anime this is. Excuse me, I'm really cheap and watch everything straight from my TV. And yes about the homosexuality, I'd be with Delta on that. It was partially obvious to see but it wasn't straight foward said.
23. Men: Baby Bop! Ed: Out of the way, I want a hug! >_< Barney on the mind. Don't know why.
24. Eh, I just found this and thought I'd give it a shot. Girl: Momma! He's playing with his glass eye again! Boy: At least I have something other than bird feet for eyes! Yes, that's the best I could come up with.
25. It's been a while since I've been here. Even though I got the banner I have now about a month before I left, I want a new one already. Really simple, I still want Bianca and Maggie in either neon orange or hot pink. I don't really like either of the colors but that's how I want the banner. Neon orange is more preferred. Size 220x70, please. Also, please, use a different picture from what is in my sig already. To whoever tries at this, thanks in advance.
