1. In a recent interview Satoru Iwata (about to become president of Nintendo) has said that "games are becoming more and more boring, less involving and that they lack a fun aspect." he has also said that "Nintendo will refuse to produce any new consoles" to keep up with any next-gen machines that may get released. Instead he plans to push the Gamecube to it's absolute limits and make its games as enjoyable as possible and "revive the games industry". I completely agree with Mr Iwata's point, if you glance through titles that are on the shelves, you will see a lot of sequels. Metal Gear Solid 2, THPS 3, GTA3, GT3 to name a few. (examples I'm not implying that they are bad games) Anyone else agree?
2. PSO online on the Dreamcast was brilliant, with a text translation system (although I don't know if that was just in v2). Nintendo has said that the broadband adaptor will cost roughly 30$ and £25 in the UK. The 56k adaptor will cost 21$ in America and £15 in the UK. I'm glad that PSO is being released on the GC, it was a brilliant game on the DC, but it wasn't shown it's full online potential due to a general lack of interest in the game... I hope it does far better this time round.
3. So Funi have cut 15 or so episodes? Do they still show them on the midnight run? (or uncut run as it's called in Britain)
4. Did anyone die on the bus? Not trying to be rude or inconsiderate but I don't think that a car could stand up to a bus...
5. I've seen Dragonball Z VCDs selling on amazon.com a while back, when I didn't like DBZ. I thought they might just be legal in America.
6. The One knows how many times I've broken my wrists, I think it's 4-6 times I really can't remember. I've broken the same toe twice and a thumb. (unbelieveably painful) Plus the injuries I receive trying to spar The One, sparring other people, going to school. (What can I say, my friends seem to enjoy hitting me, they regret it afterwards though....)
7. Ice works very well, pounding at XATM-092 with Shiva and blizzards will do it a lot of damage. Junction Quezacotl to one person (e.g Squall) and Shiva to another, use the third person in your party to heal or use ice/thunder attacks against XATM-092 and you should win within the limit.
8. I've seen those questions in an e-mail, I could never be bothered to trudge through them all.
Why aren't there bullet-proof pants?
Thats a good question, but in a situation like going undercover, walking around with chunky bullet proof pants would give you away, slightly. *cough*
9. I don't think any VCDs are actually legal, unless there are different laws in America, over here in Britain selling VCDs that aren't permitted or released by the company are illegal. Is it the same in America?
10. AJ2K is a minister?! Man, I missed a lot during early V3 didn't I? I don't remember any romances on V2, anyone care to fill me in?

I have seen styles where a person uses the force that is used against them and throws it straight back at their opponent, with barely any effort made on their part, just the right arm/leg movements and the counter is executed. However, it doesn't always work. I personally like Jeet Kune Do, the style with no forms, fantastic.
12. A lot of VCDs are illegal copies, the blocks that you saw are probably because the movie was badly captured. VCDs can be good quality, it all depends on the capture. (That is why in a lot of DBZ movies that are on the internet or illegally sold skip a lot, this is when the frame rate of the program capturing the image changes). I agree with PloudClod, get DVDs, you can get all of the DBZ series, all of the movies and most of the GT series if you are willing to pay a bit more.
13. I hope they give it a slightly different "feel" to Max Payne, I think it would ruin the overall performance if The Matrix played like it. Other than that, I think this was bound to happen, lets just hope that they don't make another awful game using a movie license.
14. Shenmue part 1 was a groundbreaking game, with not only graphics but gameplay too. I hope they bring out more chapters, but it would be good if they moved onto another person/s life or story, like Final Fantasy. I think it would work quite well.
15. That was one heck of an analysis, although I would tell your friend to listen to what Piromunkie said, as those are good corrections. Other than that, all I can say is that your friend has a lot of time on his hands....
16. 19?! Ok, so I'm a bit behind, when did this happen? Sega said they were only going to make 9 at the most!

gokents capoeria is an amazing style, I have sparred against people who are studying capoeria and they are very hard to beat. Their moves come in thick and fast from a wide range of places, whilst they move around quickly and smoothly to avoid getting hit.
18. I find this WWIII business to be a bit too over the top. India and Pakistan are at a very tense time, but even if it did resort to war a nuclear bomb is a very silly thing to rely on. Why lose millions of lives over territory? I find it pointless and very sad that a person would resort to that....

There are over 5,000 registered styles of Karate in the world, but there is always a thing to remember: Karate means "art of the open hand" or soemthing along those lines. The idea is there are no weapons, so anyone going to a Karate class with weapons isn't going to a Karate class... I have seen this in the past. What really annoys me are "movie martial artists." These are people who see the Bruce Lee movies, copy the moves and count themselves as true, disciplined martial artists. Anyone met someone who has this attitude?
20. Even if that new console comes out in a few years as it was written in that article, Sony may have the PS3 almost finished or completely finished, so it may have something big to compete against. I just hope it doesn't make Nintendo go the same way as Sega...

No style is the best, as someone who does kung fu may be beaten by someone who does tae kwon doe, and vice versa. When it really comes down to it, it's the person and how they use the training they have received. I have heard of Capoeira, people practice Capoeira in a park where I go to train.
22. Sega originally planned to make 7-9 Shenmue games, but with the recent demise of the Dreamcast (as brilliant as it may be) it hasn't been confirmed if Sega will make more Shenmue games for other systems. I don't think we've heard the last of it though...
23. Unless there is an amzing video compression system out for VCD files, I'm guessing that there are many discs in this set as a DBZ movie is 50 minutes long, and normally it is 3 movies to a disc. As each DBZ/GT episode is 20-25 minutes long, with 291 DBZ eps alone, thats a lot of discs :D

I train myself, mostly taking things from styles from people I have met/sparred with/seen. I used to take karate but I found it to be a very poor style of martial arts, too much force, too little flow. I've been taking Wing Chun lessons recently, I would reccomend it to anyone about to take up martial arts, it's a good style.
25. Whoops, sorry I did mean grandfather, apologies on that one. But, his cousin wasn't fired, he was paid to leave.... Yamauchi couldn't stand having family members in the business.
