Damo smiled as Sin walked away. He hadn't anticipated Damo's powers would evolve into a tiny bit of telepathy. He could read minds....to an extent. It took almost too much concentration to do, but it made for great practical jokes. It had been ten years since Sin "sired" Damo. At first it was difficult learning that the bloodlust could be quelled by drinking a concoction JB had made up. Redwine(for color), cyinide, and mango steem juice. Odd combination yes, but if Damo drank a glass a week he could go on living without taking blood. "Duke....he's strong. I couldn't even keep up with him with my "minds eye"." "I know...hey what time is it?" "5 minutes after...oh my god after noon!" Duke and Damo sprinted out of the room towards the main hall where the wedding was being held. They were supposed to be in their places 5 minutes ago. "Duke....if Nayomi kills you, don't worry I'll turn her in, I wouldn't let her get away with killing you." "Damo....you do realize Nay will kill us both right?" "Oh....ummmm....damn"

The pain was more intense than anything Damo had ever felt. It had started as a dull throbbing where the spikes had pierced his flesh. Then it steadily made it's way to the rest of his body. Now it was centralized in his neck....but why there? As the night continued Damo broke into a cold sweat and was rolling in his bed. Suddenly he felt a prescence, closing his eyes he realized it was Sin. "Damo....I'm so sorry." 'What do you mean Sin? You've already apologized needlessly for over an hour with the group earlier. None of us regret anything, and besides the thing I'm mad about isnt that you fell under Kuma's power. Im mad you didn't just let me die, the way I'm feeling now I'd be better off dead. The two shared a sarcastic laugh and Sin's mood became darker. "No Damo....I'm sorry for what I've done to you....You see i didn't think you were going to make it, and I didn't have enough time to conjure a healing spell. So I decided to...to change you." Before he could continue Damo interupted. 'Wait....you mean you...bite me?" Damo knew a little about Sin's powers and where they came from. "I had to, it was the only way to save you. When everyone was healed I tried conjuring a spell to reverse the effects while everybody was preoccupied, but unfortunatally it didn't stick. From your symptoms I'd say it worked to an extent and you're going to remain a "half breed" Meaning you won't have the immortality or shape shifting powers of a full blood. But you will probably go through some changes of your own. Sunlightshouldn't be a problem, but I'm not sure of the bloodlust. You may be okay and never experience any....but I'm not sure." Damo was stunned. And even though he tried to hide it he knew he couldn't. It had to be apparent on his face that he was confused and afraid. "Thank you Sin....' Was all he said. "I'm sorry Damo...." Sin began to walk out the door with his head held low. "No I mean it Sin, you saved my life and I'm going to be eternally grateful.' "One more thing Damo....The first night is the worst. After that you won't notice the changes....as much." As Sin left Damo tried to close his eyes. He was too exhausted to worry now. His biggest fear was how to break it to the rest of the group that he was now....different. OOC: Big changes for Damo in the near future. I'll wait and "spring" it on the rest of the characters in the next chapter.

I'm going to give this another week and then go ahead and end the signups. I've already had someone express interest in the "special" assignment so that's closed. But there's obviously room for more people.

Damo hit the ground hard but sprang up as Sin started another charge. His lock on Kuma had been broken, but he was still pinned to the spikes unable to move. Sin sprang forward landed on one foot and swung around in an attempt for a quick roundhouse kick and then suddenly dissapeared. "Where are you Sin? We have to.." He was cut short as he saw Sin appear behind him. "I can see you!" Damo yelled as he froze Sin in place. Turning towards the younger member of the group Damo made a fist....but dropped it. 'Sin, I'm not going to hurt you. I'm going to release you. Remember, Kuma wouldn't releasehis hold onl you. That's because he's not your brother, your friend, or even someone who cares. He just wants to use you to open the gate and unleash god knows what. We're your family And we love you Sin." "Oh knock it off." Damo turned as he heard Kuma push off the wall. His wounds were bleeding badly but he didn't seem phased. 'Sin, if you won't be my brother. I'll just have to take you by force....after I deal with these runts." Suddenly a black bolt shot towards Damo. "Damo use your shield!' Jinx yelled. Damo pretended not to hear her and allowed himself to be struck by the black energy. It took him staight in the chest and launched him across the room. Right on top of two spikes. As they tore through his flesh, One just to the right of his spine on his lower back, the other just to the left of this breastbone. He looked to Sin who seemed confused how he was still behind held by Damo's power. "Remember....I....did this....for you.....my.......brother" Damo's limp body slid down farther on the spikes until they were both impeded by his bones. As he lay their bleeding, Damo, too weak to utter a word, remembered the first time he'd met Nayomi. He was so scared and shy, she made him feel welcome in the group even though he was so young and was nothing more than a hinderence to the team. [I] "Don't worry kid, we're all a family here. Sure some of us are rough around the edges...cough cough Duke Cough. But any one of us would gladly give our lives for one another. Hopefully we'll never have to make that sacrifice but..you never know [/I] As everything started to go dark Damo really thought about what she said. [I]he..Nayomi...take care of Jinx for me [/I] Damo hoped his powers would either take that message to her. Or better yet...he'd hoped he actually uttered that like he'd tried and the com link would take it to her. It mattered not now though. Nothing mattered...nothing except the rest he so soley fought...but he knew was inevitable.

Cliff stared at the others, listening to their stories. "I wish I could fathom what happened to you. But I only just ran into Lust a little while ago....but yet she knew my name." Cliff suddenly remembered something from a long time ago. When he was learning to fend for himself. He ran into a young woman.....he was instantly in love with her. And wanted her....but she rejected him. "The only man I could ever call my lover would have to be the strongest man alive" Ever since then Cliff has struggled to become stronger to make that woman his lover.....as he remembered her face he realized it was Lust. Cliff came out of his trance as Dawn finished her story. "Lust...I've lusted for power forever. That whore tricked me. All this time she knew what woul happen...Well I tell you what, I'm at your service if it'll help me get a shot at Lust." He sat down next to Dawn and listened to the others tell their tales.

"DUKE!" Damo hated to turn his attention from Jinx but he couldn't let Sin kill Duke. Sending forth a wave of mental energy he formed a shield between Duke and Sin. As Sin lunged for Duke's throat he was bounced off giving Duke a chance to get up. "Sin...I'm sorry for doubting you before. It will never happen again and I'll be damned if I let this ass hole take you from us." As he finished he closed his eyes and allowed his Mind's Eye ability to take over. He saw the room and everyone in it. Including Kuma baring down on Jinx, "I don't think so." Damo muttered to himself as he created a shield between Kuma and Jinx. He suddenly shot the shield forward towards Kuma sending him into the air. "Got Him!" Damo yelled to his teammates as he gripped him with his powers. Sin suddenly lunged at Damo, in his state he forgot about Damo's ability to see everything in the room. As he past by Damo grabbed Sin and held him in place, thus losing his grip on Kuma. "Sin please, look what this man has done to Nayomi. Out of all of us, she is the only one who has never doubted you. Even for a second. We're just like....." Suddenly a black bolt came out of Kuma's hand towards Damo. He quickly managed to summon a shield, but didn't take any energy from the hold he had on Sin. The bolt easily exploded through the hap hazard shield and sent damo rolling into the wall just an inch under a spike jutting from that wall. Damo layed their stunned and unable to move as Kuma and Sin approached.

"Oh no we're trapped!" Jinx cried out as she tried to form a fireball but it dissipated as soon as it struck the invisibe barrier around the cage. Damo watched as Sin slowly changed. A manevolent force became apparent, and Damo realized it was Sin's power crushing down on them. He broke away from this mesmorizing spectacle to see Nayomi smash herself into the wall of her cage. Getting an idea from this Damo slamed the cage with his mental energy. As he thought the barrier would stop it from escaping. However, it would still cause the cage to rock. As he did this, the others witnessed and followed suit. Their powers swelling, The fear of losing Sin to this....monster of a man was more than any of them could ake. The first two cages to collide were Damo's and Dukes. As the bars and barriers were shattered both men fell towards the spikes below. Before they could reach though, Damo grabbed them both with invisible arms of mental energy and floated them to a spot on the floor where there were no spikes. Damo saw Duke looking at Nayomi. "Duke, you need to go ahead, I'll help these guys get down." Damo turned away, not sure if he'd go or not. Just as the cage holding Nayomi was slammed against the wall. Damo caught her and began lowering her down to the floor....

On his way to New York Cliff was driving through a small town when something suddenly caught his eye. A beautiful woman dressed in black was sitting on the side of the road...that's it just sitting and staring. Cliff pulled over and approached her. "What are you doing sitting on the side of the road in the middle of the night lady?" The woman stood and looked at him with the most lustfull look he'd ever seen. "I've been waiting on you Cliff Masters....it seems we're destined to be together." As the woman rose to her feet Cliff suddenly became cold. [I] I've never....felt so afraid...what the hell is going on? [/I] Seemingly out of thin air she produced a long sickel and was suddenly wearing a cloak. She resembled death... "St...Stay back." Cliff stammered. He hadn't done that in years...he'd also never been afraid. Not since his parents death. He told himself he'd never be afraid again. As the woman drew back the omnious sickel. Cliff lunged drawing his blade for a quick kill. "Teach you to underestimate me!" Cliff cried as he slashed out. Only to find the woman had vanished. "Oh lover, I'm over hear." The voice came from across the road. Turning to face her he noticed a man laying at her feet. Head severed from his body. In one hand she still held the sickel. But in the other she held a blood red orb. "You'll need to be quicker lover. I'll see you very...very soon" With a burst of flame he woman disapeared. "Lust?" Cliff did not know where the name came from. He knew of the seven deadly sins from the bible but...why did that one pop out of his head. Cliff decided he needed a break and stopped at a nearby cafe in the same small town. As he sat down he heard two people talking. One said something about envy and the other something about sloth. [I] Hmm...this is too strange to be coincidence [/I] Cliff arrose and approached them, eager to learn anything about what was going on.

Super Saiyan Goku. I got so hooked I woulnd't let myself watch another episode until Cartoon Network started the series over. I tried watching Neon Genesis. Sakura Wars, and some others but never got interested in anoter one until I saw my first episode of Beserk after basic training. I got obsessed with it and watched every episode my roomate had. Then it was another couple of years before I saw my first Naruto episode. (I got caught up in Trigun a little bit but never got hooked on it.)

Name: Tall Square Appearance: Tall child with blonde hair. Tall Square is never seen without his black cleveland indians hat with the team logo. He switches it from forward, to backward, to forward cocked slightly to the right, to backward clocked slightly to the left at random intervals. Though he is only 10 years old he is already 5 inches taller than the other kids his age. Bio: Tall square has heard of the adventures of Otaku Bob from his Great Grandfather Short Round. Since his Great Grandfather's passing 8 years ago. Tall Square has made it his life's dream to accompany Otaku Bob on a perillis journey to find something completly useless. Personality: Very arrogant, but in a scrappy-doo sort've way. He's still innocent and unwise to the real ways of the world. But has been able to lose himself in his own Otaku Bob fantasy world. Travis' blade crashed into the ground where the man stood. "You have a lot to learn about playing with the big boys pup" Travis stared in awe as another Diego grew from the ground where the first stood. "A Golem?" Travis said in wonder as the mass of earth took shape. The Golem began to speak. "Yes pup, a golem. I'm surprised it took you so long to figure out" Travis lept at the next golem. He had heard Golem's were easy to bring down. All brawn and no real brains. The one controling the golem had to see an attack and react. That usually allowed the opponent plenty of time to dispatch it....this golem however proved fast. He quickly blocked Travis' blade with the handle of his war hammer. He brought the hammer upwards into Travis' gut sending him sprawling. Diego didn't know that the forest held all kinds of beasties that were Travis' friends. So when the warning howl echoed through the forest, only Travis' ears were alerted. [B] He's in the tree to the right of the Golem [/B] That was all Travis needed. He lept into that tree and before Diego could react flung the man out of the tree ten feet to the ground. With the agility of a wolf himself Diego landed on his hands and back sprung himself. Sometime during the recovery maneuver his weapon came out and there he stood. Weapon in hand looking at Travis. [I] Such agility...This could be harder than I thought [/I]Travis thought to himself as he got into his fighting stance. He noticed the golem fade into the earth. "Just you and me Diego. Let us see who is the better". Not giving the man a chance to reply he lept into the REAL batt.e

Damo knew where they ran off to. They all new, but Damo had something else on his mind. He got up and sat next to Sin. "He was right you know. We're all a little different....But what makes you wanted by the werewolves?" Sin looked at Damo and simply said. "I'm...I'm not real sure" He quickly got up and excused himself. [I] He knows something..... [/I] before he could get out of the room Damo stood and said. "Nayomi's hurt because she wouldn't let the wolves near you....you owe her and explanation. So when her and Duke get back from their....their meeting I want to know what you know." Damo could tell he didn't help hurt Sin's feelings but Damnit he didn't care. "Aren't you forgetting something?" Jinx said as she came up from behind Damo. "You got hurt too....hell we all could've been killed. Now don't get me wrong kid we would've went through that if they had just invaded.... but for some reason they wanted you. So like damo said when they get back we want to know EVERYTHING." After Sin left the room Jinx sat down. "Okay "hardass" you need to sit down. "No reason to hurt yourself because you're trying to "step up" damo sat down beside her and looked to Louis. He knew the SOB would say something to draw Jinx's attention. And he couldn't wait, he knew she liked him back a little. He just couldn't wait to rub it in Louis' face. He just sat quietly talking to her, ever awaiting Louis' attempt at stealing her attention from Damo..... OOC: Couldn't have set it up better aye Ober?

1. If you believe in God, why do [i]you[/i] believe?: Well I started believing because I was TOLD to believe. I never questioned it once until a friend of mine. (Who was and still is an athiest) Had a discussion about his belifs (he started it, I never once questioned his beliefs). He said something to me when we were around 17 that has stuck with me ever since. "Wouldn't god be happy just knowing that I've actually searched for answers all my life. Instead of just believing because I was told to?" Ever since then I've asked myself every day if I do. And Just him saying that was enough to give me affirmation as to Gods existence. 2.Why do you think [i]others[/i] believe in God? I do think some people believe because of fear (which is sort've sad) Others beleive because they've been taught it all their lives. 3.The most popular conflict between faith and reason is usually on the evolution/creationism controversy. What?s your take on the issue? Can science be compatible with belief? Do you accept evolutionary theory?: I believe evolution and religion go hand in hand if you look at it right. Why wouldn't god change his creations the slightest bit to allow for easier lives. Just like people with an ant farm. You get tired of looking at the same thing so you switch it up. You get different ants and throw in, or you change the enviroment in which they live. Why couldn't god do the same? 4.What do you think are the most compelling arguments to [i]not[/i] believe in God? Or, what do you think are the greatest challenges to peoples? faith. [i]for instance; some people think the existence of evil, in light of an all-powerful, all-good God, is a tough question that theologians don?t have a clear answer to and may lead people to non-belief[/i]: I honestly think that some people (sadly enough) Don't believe or question their beliefs because of the society they live in. Like hte first question, I do believeyou should search for your own answers. But alot of people just "go with the path of least resistance" and do what everyone else is doing. Or they don't like religion because of what it does to the world today. 5.Do you think there is such thing as ?reasonable faith?? Or, do you think they are in conflict?: No I belive in resonable faith 6.Lastly, if you believe in God. What evidence do you have in favor of your belief? First of all I don't like this question because if you have proof for evidence. You don't believe you know. That sort've says well I don't need "Faith" Iknow. Not that its a bad thing, but in the bible the term "faith" is used alot. I think that sort've knicks any thoughts of god dropping Jesus at the local mall out of the window. But if any naysayers stillthink they need proof. Think about the next time you forget your keys, and as you pull up to a red light you know dang well you wouldn't have had to stop at if you wouldn't have forgotten your keys. And a truck goes flying through the intersection right where you possibly would have been. Or the next time you just happen to think "boy I left the stove on"and you get up and sure as shoot you left it on. Maybe its the fist time in ages...but isn't it odd you just happened to think you did? If you want more of a....visable reason to believe I have a couple small examples. In the "evoutionary ladder" Why are we the only animals to develop so many things. I know you'll be thinking "well apes communicate through sign language, live in communities, and use tools." Well that is true I won't deny. But when was the last time you saw an ape drive a car? Invent electricity? Or build/fly a plane (And I can hear the smart ***' now. And no, being seated at a rocket that we as humans build and launch does not count" Now in the naysayers defense Somebodys going to say. "Why would god make us the only planet with intelligent life?" And I have an answer to that too. We don't know we are the only planet with intelligent life. So that can neither be a for or against religious question. And lastly the "Big Bang theory" Common. Where does that logically make any sense. Spontaneous Generation was proved falls hundreds of years ago.

*Sigh* Was all Travis could do as he saw Sindel burst out like she did. "Royce, kick me when we get back for allowing her to tag along." Travis and Royce burst through the trees weapons drawn. The first soldier feel victim to Travis blade as he decapitated the man with little effort. Two more ment rushed him again it was the same easy kills. As he impaled one of the men with his blade he sliced the others throat open with his clawed hand. "Royce, you're on your own. I need to make sure madi is okay in this commotion." Withdrawing his blade he lept over a small group of soldiers. Landing he felt a pain in his ankle. Looking down he saw a small trickle of blood where an arrow knicked him. "Okay humans who wants to die first?" He turned only to be greeted by a swinging warhammer. Travis dodged to the leftbut still took a knick from the massive weapon. The shot sent Travis flying back, but an agile turn in mid air brought him to his feet facing his new opponent. A large man, maybe 6 1/2' tall and an easy 250lbs. This was no ordinary solider this had to be a leutenant. Suddenly the small group of soldiers Travis jumped over ran to the large mans side. "Leutenant Commander Diego, we're here to help" "Leutenant commander?" Travis said wearingly. He had heard of Diego from interrogating capture GUK soldiers a few years prior. The man was mean not just mean cruel. He'd once killed over 500 of his own soliders on a training mission because they missed the time they were alloted by 30seconds. "No, go find theothers, andlocate the commander. Tell him their puny leader must be somehwere around here. This fight is mine and mine alone" [I] The commander's here huh? That's not good. If he finds Madi....no I can't think that. I just have to get through this first [/I] The two squared off against each other. Travis new the man had him beat in strength but he could win. "Travis, I'mdone with these bastards and I'm here to help you take this guy down" Suddenly a roar washeard above anything else in the battle. "Royce its Bravie, she's supposed to be with Madi, Go see if she's okay. I'm not sure if that was a I'm okay roar or a Ouch that hurt roar." Reluctantly Royce turned and ran towards the noise. "Just you and me now aye pup?" Without replying Travis lept at the man, their battle was just begining....

[I] Stupid Stupid Stupid [/I] Damo was scolding himself for his recklessness. "I should've known...." Damo said out loud. Not realizing he was voicing his thoughts. "Should've known what?" Jinx asked waiting on JB to hand over the potion. "Oh...nothing. I should've realized Louis was hurt and had Jinx teleport somewhere else. But I rushed into it and only managed to hurt a few of them, and risk Sin, Louis,and worst of all your life." Damo burried his face in his hands. He wasn't crying, he never had. But the saddness was too overwellming. "You're forgetting something." Jinx said interupting his self pity spiral. "You risked you're own life dummy." damo raised his head waiting on the inevitable insult. "You took the action you thought was best...was it best? Maybe not so much, but if Sin stayed there is a good chance you would've died and Sin could've been captured. He loved her for that moment, even the insult she slipped in was totally her. He wanted nothing more than to take her in his arms at that moment. But without knowing her exact feelings he couldn't bring himself to do it. He did manage to give her a small hug, "Thanks Jinx" Damo stood and approached Duke. "I know you think I'm immature and unable to take anything seriously. But we need a plan of attack now. Nayomi's out, Louis' is still down. It's up to you Duke now what do we do?" Duke stared coldly at Damo, he was unwilling to leave Nayomi's side. Damo couldn't blame him but something had to be done. Duke put a finger up as if to hush damo, but suddenly poked him right in the chest where his wound was deepest. Damo jumped back holding his chest. "Why the hell would you....." Duke didn't give him a chance to finish. "Only me, Jinx, and JB are at full strength right now. Well Sin is too but he's not going anywhere near those overgrown labradoodles until we know what's going on." Damo looked at Duke a little differently then. He had always thought Duke as a loner and a wannabe outcast. But he realized Nayomi had changed him. He was now ready to lead them. "JB, do you think you could whip me up something to heal me up quicker? Oh and could I borrow a couple dozen of those silver pins. The broken glass from the training room gave me a great idea of how I can help drop those SOBs."

I'm for equal rights. But it sucks when it goes overboard.

Damo walked in the training room to see it was occupied by Sin. [I]impresive. His half demon birthright gives him accessto amazing powers. [/I] Damo walked in to see if Sin would want to train with him. "Sin...SIN!" Damo yelled but to no avail. He was in a deep trance and would probably not be woken by anything. Suddenly Sins eyes shot open. "Damo. Brace the door NOW!" As he said that there was a loud knock on the door. "What's your problem Sin. Probaly just Nayomi or...WHAT THE HELL?" As damo opened the door a large werewolf stared down at him. [B] We've come for the boy...aww yes there he is{/B] Before the wolf could react damo simultaneously pressed the close button on the door. And flipped the emergency lock latch with his mind. "Sin what do they want with you?" Damo tried to remain calm. But that was all shot to hell when the two way window to the training room bursted open. "Big mistake. You picked the wrong room to huff and puff your way into." "Little runt, what could you possibly do to me?" The cocky wolf barked. His eyes suddenly became wide with horror as he realzied the glass shards were hovering around his head. "You will not touch him!" Damo brought all the shards together slashing and stabbing the wolf. In seconds he was brought down. Sin stared at Damo. "Wow, I didn't realize you could control that much." "Sin, teleport yourself to Louis. Between Jinx and him they'll keep you safe. I don't know what they want with you, but I know it can't be good" "That's fine, but I'm taking you too." "No way, I can hold these guys off here. Just go find the others." "But" "SIN GO NOW!" Sin finally gave in and as he sunk into the floor two more werewolves burst into the room. Damo quickly armed himself with the glass tornado he had made earlier. damo glanced down to the scar on his chest. The strain of using so much of his power caused his sutures to rip out and he was bleeding pretty badly. He had sheilded that part of him from Sin so the boy wouldn't get any ideas of trying to be a "hero" "Common Fido, Rover let's see what you got" The werewolves didn't reply. They were furious about Sin escaping and wanted blood. As they lunged in they both met the same fate as the previous wolf. Damo was impressed with the strength of his powers. But the bloodloss was becoming to great and he collapsed to his knee. He looked up just in time to see another wolf burst into the room. Damo had a plan, but if it failed it would be the last move he'd ever make. But if it worked it would possibly end this once and for all. Damo quickly closed his eyes and searched for everyone in the bulding with his "mind's eye". OOC: Sorry for the lengthy post, I just got on a role and went with it.

You know, I can't say whether or not I agree with it. I guess it was inevitable, I've been against gay marriage for awhile...sadly enough not for the reason of "Gay is Evil" that floats around. I guess my thing is (at least where I'm from) every major company you work for recognizes gay couples for insurance. My fiancee's cousin is gay. His life partner is on his insurance. They've only lived together for 6 months. And where together only 2 months before that. Meanwhile MY fiancee and I have been together for over 4 years. But I can't get her on my insurance because we aren't married? I'm sort've getting sick of a lot of civil rights movments taking advantage of everything. Do I agree homosexuals have the right to marry? Yes, I do. But they, on top of every other civil rights movments, take a lot when you give thema little.......but that's a rant for another day.

Walking out into the hallway he almost plowed right into Jinx. "Oh hey Damo, I heard you wanted to talk to me? Wait here for a couple minutes. I need to go to Louis' room for just a minute" "Louis' room?" "Yes he called to me with some sort've magic spell. Sort've cool he can do that." As she hurried past him Damo could do nothing but watch her walk away. *Sigh* "How am I supposed to compete with someone as impressive as Louis...." Damo mumbled to himself. "His powers are so developed and strong....hmmm might not be a bad idea to go do some training of my own...maybe if I'm stronger she'll eel the same way about me as I do her." Damo turned in the direction of the training room and slowly made his way there. [I] I hope no one's there. I hate waiting to use the equipment /I]

I heard one recantally that made me chukle. Congress is working on a new bill to help the Country cope with raising gas prices. The plan is to put Television monitors at each pump. The monitors will turn on once you start pumping your gas. They will display pornography. This way when you buy a gallon of gas, you aren't the only one getting screwed.

Travis glanced at Royce as he began to enter the forest. "Don't slow me down Royce. I only picked you because I don't trust you enough to make it to the enemy without taking a nap unless someone like me is on your ass." Travis smiled as Royce disapeared behind him. He would never tell Royce how much he respected his prowess as a warrior. He also didn't want to reveal his fear that the Half-bears beserker nature may cause somebodys death. And Travis was willing to die to protect Madi.....[I] God I hope you're okay without me [/I]. Travis heard rustling behind him and knew Royce had entered the woods. The two had the most direct route to the GUK soldiers and had to move a little slower to coordinate the attacks.

Damo had managed to get up out of bed and walk around a bit. [I] Still sore, but I'll live...besides I'm hungary as hell [/I] Damo walked around the corner just in time to see a man sitting at a table talking. "I always loved the way you wear that thing" Damo slammed to a halt as he realized how Nayomi was wearing her apron. Without turning around she spoke to him. "You should be resting Damo. But since you're up, care to join us?" Damo could tell his face was on fire from the embarassment. "Ummm....you see....ummmm gotta go" Bolting from the room Damo ran smack into Duke on his way to the kitchen. [I] Oh shit, I can't let him see them [/I] "Ouch my ribs" damo collapsed in his best attempt at fake pain. "Oh damo, I'm sorry. Here let me help you to your room" Duke put his arm around Damo for support and Damo did his best to act like he needed it. When they arrived at Damo's room he seperated himself from Duke. "Could you do me a favor? Could you go find Jinx and end her here for me?" "Sure, let me just get something to eat fir" "No...I mean ummm could you please find her first. I have something to talk to her about." Duke stared at Damo with a weird grin on his face. "It's about time Damo, we've been waiting on you to ask her out for sometime now...though you think you woul'dve waited until you patched up a bit. I'll go find her." When duke rounded the corner Damo entered his room and hoped back into bed. [I] God I'm hungary. I should've just told him to get me something from the kitchen instead of going to find Jinx for....[/I]The next thought made Damo sit up so fast his ribs really did hurt. To many he comes off as sure of himself. To some others though, he comes off as arogant. Bio: Growing up in the slums of New York City. Cliff learned to fight early on. On his 15 birthday both his parents were killed in a car accident. Refusing to allow the state to make him a ward. Cliff ran away from home and began making a life for himself in the country. He suddenly has realized the urge to return to the city that took his family....his life away from him. Though he is not sure what's drawing him, he gets in his car and begins the drive to his hometown. Weapons: Cliff prefers his fists as weapons. But he uses his extended ninja blade for quick kills. And when push comes to shove will pull his twin short daggers from his boots. Magic: Cliff loves his wind magic and though he is still a novice. It is the only kind of magic he'll try. Be carefull with allowing the war reinactment games to "teach" you anything about history. There are several flaws in them, and alot of them are fudged to say the least. Of course the main outlines are still the same, WWII still ends the same. Your best bet is to get online and do some research about the specific reinactments. The medal of honor is nortorious for pushing "real life events" as truth when they're more show than anything. Also, I totally agree with the Street Fighter Vs. MK. That's where the MK series went wrong when it strayed from the old school way. Now you have weapons and a hundred different fighting styles to master....for ONE character. Its crazy.

Travis looked at the group they had. All skilled warriors easily capable of handling such a mission....but something still smelled funny about his mission, something he couldn't put his finger on. "Travis is everyone ready?" The voice was Madi's. She for being part dog she was sure quiet when she moved. "Yes, we're all ready. By the way, this is Sindel. She's....new to the group." Madeline looked at the newcomer as she would've someone she'd known her whole life. "Its nice to meet you I'm Madeline." Travis was shocked she'd accepted the newcomer so quickly. "I'm just wating on...." Suddenly a loud yelp alerted the group as a young wolf broke through the tree line. "polo!?" Travis hurried to the hurt wolves side. He only walked on three legs and wa covered with blood. The young wolf whimpered to Travis for only a second before collapsing. "GRRRRR. The bastards are only about half a click east of here. They've conceld their encampment with some rough camoflauge and are wearing scent block. they.....They killed Rolo..." Travis collapsed to his knees. His hatred for the humans was rekindled. "Travis I'm so sorry.....Is there..." Travis didn't give Kizuna time to finish. "Bravie, take Madi and Sindel and flank south. Kizuna, you and Taie flank the north. Royce, me and your big clumsy ass are going right up the middle." The ones that knew Travis the best knew what was going on. Travis only left Madi's side when he was with Royce. The two made a lethal pair though they sometimes didn't see eye to eye. 'Be carefull everyone, remember, the leutenants are bad news, and they may be posing as the incompetant grunts....good luck" With that the group split up and dove into the woods. With a final yell before everyone was out of ear shot "Let the wolves lead you straight to the camp. They've scouted the traps the GUK have laid....." OOC: Sorry for the lengthy post.
