She walked over to a grey stallion, removed the saddle and mounted.[/i] Auron-Don't you want to use the saddle? Elsyan-*shakes her head* It's extra weight for the horse and I prefer to ride bareback anyway. [i]Auron turned to Mara[/i] Auron-Talk about it on the way out of the village. We need to hurry. Mara-Okay. *Tyron and Mara choose a horse and the group rides off.* [i]They then rode out of the village and down the path for some time. Soon however, the came to a fork in the road.[/i] Kain-Which way will we go? Mara-Let's go to the right.

Yeah, I have alot of my own creations, but I also like drawing characters that already exist. The only thing I don't like about drawing my own characters is that I have the worst time trying to draw them in a pose of some sort or something.

That just makes our mission harder. Botan-*sigh* yes, it does put us back a bit. [i]The group continue wandering in some random direction all day, and they hadn't found a single clue.[/i] Charlie-This is nuts! The jewel is supposed to be somewhere in the city, but we can't find a single foot print, unconcious body, or sence any Spirit Energy. Hayato-We might be wandering for days like this! Botan-Come on, everybody. Cheer up. It's not that bad. Cara-What if the thief took the Jewel to another city? Charlie-Or even another country? Cara-I say we find a hotel and rest for the night. We're obviously not going to find anything soon. Botan-But we have to find the Jewel as soon as poss---- Kain-Come on, Botan. It's the middle of the night. I second the idea of finding a hotel. I'm tired of walking. That's all we've been doing all day. Cara-And there's one right there! *points to a hotel across the road* Botan-hey, Wait! [i]But they were already heading towards the hotel while Botan was just standing there when her communicator turned on. [/i] Botan-yes, Koenma? Koenma-How's the search? Any clues? Botan-No clues, Koenma. *sigh* And it seems that we will be taking the rest of the night off. Koenma-WHAT?! No! No, no, no, NO!! You can't! The entire human race is in danger! Botan-There's nothing I can do about it. They refuse to continue for the rest of the night. Koenma-*sigh* fine. They can rest, but they must continue again in the morning. Botan-Yes, Koenma. [i]Botan turned off her communicator and ran to catch up with the rest of the group at the hotel as they each got their own room for the night.[/i]

[i]Elsyan came riding up on Runeth (who grew back to his larger size) when she spotted Hunter, Mara, Illy, and Eve. Runeth also spotted them and landed on the ground, then shrinked back to his normal size and hopped onto Elsyan's shoulder.[/i] Runeth-There you are! We fin'ly found you. Elsyan-Are all of you alright? Illy-We're fine. We just need time to rest. Elsyan-I thought you were training with Lacroix. Illy-He gave me leave so I could help Eve. [i]Hunter stood up with Mara in his arms.[/i] Hunter-Let's just go.

Lauren-So where are you going to go first? Elsyan-To the bed chambers. I'm so tired. Lauren-I'm going to look around. See ya later! Elsyan-Later! [i]Elsyan walked towards the tower and climbed the stairs until she found the first empty room on the right. She opened the door and flopped down on the bed. It hadn't been easy ever since the journey began. [/i] Elsyan-*sigh* I wonder how long it'll be this peaceful.

Elsyan-How far away is the desert? Alriy-About an hour's travel from here, but we should go ahead and rest for the remainder of the day. Illy-Why's that? Alriy-Because we would dehydrate and roast if we travel there by day. We'll travel through the desert by night when the temperature drops. However, we will have a better chance of running into a Manitcore. Lacroix-so be it. [i]The group then sat down to rest before the evening hike across the desert.[/i]

It was taken into the Human Realm, and it steals Spirit Energy from mortals. Koenma-Yes, but why are you stating the obvious, Botan? Botan-Well, don't you think that we would find more clues by looking in the Human Realm instead of Spirit World? Koenma-hmmm. You may be right, Botan. Alright then! Don't just stand there! Lalaith-Swim towards the rope! And hurry! [i]Abob and Ellsa started to swim towards it as fast as they could to the rope and they grabbed on tightly, but the sea monster came up to the surface, grabbed the rope between its jaws, and submerged again taking the rope, Abob, Ellsa, and Lalaith with it.[/i] Lauren-LALAITH!!! [i]Suddenly, the boat lurched forward and was being lifted from the water until it was nearly upside down. The man (who turned out to be the captain of the ship) ran to the rope that was still tied to the rail and drew his knife.[/i] Samantha-What are you doing?!?! captain-I'm gonna cut the rope before the beast sinks us all. Angel-You can't! Our companions are down there! captain-and so is that monster. [i]As the captain raised the knife, preparing to slash it down upon the rope, Ryan and Iondarc used a spell to stop the man before he could.[/i] Samantha-Grab the rope and pull! [i]Everyone grabbed the rope and pulled as hard as they could. Inch by inch and foot by foot they pulled until they heard a [/i] [b]snap![/b] [i] The rope had snapped. Everyone looked over the rail to where the sea monster had taken their three friends down to the unfathomable depths. Then they saw blood floating in the waves. They all held their breath and were hoping for the best. It seemed as if they would never come to the surface again when suddenly their heads popped up and gasped for air. They had been fighting the sea monster the entire time they were under, but it seemed that the creature was not yet defeated because it also followed them up to the surface...[/i]

[i]Elsyan and Runeth had been travelling for almost two days now and they were now in a small village.[/i] Runeth-Elsyan, I'm hungry. Can we stop somewhere? Elsyan-I thought I told you to stay inside my pack. I don't want anyone to see you and freak out. Runeth-But it's stuffy inside there and there's no room. Elsyan-Alright. We'll stop for the night when we find an inn or a tavern. *looks around* There's a tavern right there. Tell you what, Runeth. If you stay hidden in my pack, I'll slip you some food and I'll rent a room for the night. Deal? Runeth-Deal! *slips back into the pack* [i]Elsyan then pulled her hood over her head and walked calmly into the tavern. Most of the people looked up when she entered, but she ignored them and walked up to the counter.[/i] bartender-what'll it be? Elsyan-a pint of ale. bartender-anything else? Elsyan-no. Nothing else. [i]The bartender gave Elsyan her drink and Elsyan paid for it. At a table towards the back of the tavern, a man was looking at her curiously. Then some moving from inside her pack caught his eye. The man stood up and walked towards Elsyan.[/i] man-what's in your bag, missie? Elsyan-none of your business. man-then how 'bout I make it my business? [i]The man reached for the pack but Elsyan was too fast and she grabbed it away from him. Then spinning around swiftly, Elsyan upper-cutted the man in the jaw then layed him flat with a kick to the stomach. Hurridly, Elsyan turned to the bartender.[/i] Elsyan-Do you know where I may rent a room for the night? bartender-yes. There's a room upstairs that you can use. Third door on the left. Elysan-thank you. [i]Elsyan then grabbed her bag and ran up the stairs to the room and then locked the door. She sighed then removed her hood and set the pack down on the bed.[/i] Elsyan-Runeth, you have to be careful in public. What if he was a thief and he decided to capture you? Runeth-well, he didn't so it's alright. Elsyan-*sigh* just be more careful, OK? here's some food that you can eat. [i]Runeth began to eat the small meal as Elsyan layed down on the bed and went into a light sleep.[/i]

[i]The group walked along with little or no conversation when finally they could see the ocean.[/i] Lauren-Finally! We made it. Angel-This view is beautiful! Indrid-Yay! Now my goat won't be so lonely. [i]True enough, there was a ship waiting for them when they arrived. A man walked up to them.[/i] man-hello. You must be group that will be goin' across the sea. Some errand I hear? Lalaith-yes. Tell me please. How long will it take until we reach the Land? (ooc: Lauren, what's the name of the continent we're going to?) IC: Man-not long, actually. I'd say about a week if you don't sink. Samantha-(sarcastic)That's very comforting to know. Lauren-Will you be coming with us on the voyage? man-yes. I'll take ye to there, but you won't see me again. Ellsa-Why's that? man-because I'm getting out of there as fast as I can! I've heard some rumors about what's going on over there, and I'm not staying to find out if it's true or not! Abob-Then how will we get back home if we finish our errand? man-I'm sure you'll find a boat to come back on. But let's not think about that right now. All of you need to get aboard the ship before we set sail. [i]The group then boarded the ship as they shoved off from the shore. They stared out back at the land that was their home until it faded from view. At last the first part of their quest had begun.[/i]

[i]Tani, Botan, and Hayato continued walking along when they heard a small[/i] beep!. Hayato-what was that noise? Botan-That's my communicator. [i]Botan looked around her and then led the others into a small alley.[/i] Tani-Why are we going into an alley? Botan-because we can't just stand there in the open when someone might here us. *takes out the communicator* What is it, Koenma? Koenma-I'm just checking on how you're doing. How many people on the list have you found? Botan-Just Hayato. We're heading towards the next address now. Koenma-Don't bother. It seems that our Spirit Detectives have decided to come directly to my office. Some are already here. Tani-And all this time we've been wandering about the city wasting time?!?! Koenma-It seems that way, now doesn't it? Now just hurry here so we can get started on this mission! Botan-We'll be there shortly, Koenma. *puts away the communicator* Well, we better get going again.

[i]Tani and Botan walked (and floated) along the sidewalk while heading towards the first address on the list.[/i] Tani-Botan, will you stop flying on that thing?! People are staring and the last thing I want right now is to get their attention. Botan-alright. *lands* Who's the first person on the list? Tani-some "Hayato." According to the address, his house should be close b---- [i]Tani and a young man bumped into each other head on.[/i] Tani-Watch it! Who are you? ???-I'm Hayato. And you are? Tani-I'm Tani. Botan-And I'm Botan. Hayato-Oh, so [i]you're[/i] Botan. Koenma said to keep walking and I would bump into you. I didn't think he would mean it literally though. He said you would fill me in on everything that's happening. Botan-I'll explain it when we've found everyone who's working on this case. That way, I don't have to keep explaining it over and over. Tani-well, we found one person on the list, so let's find the others.

[i]An Elf was in her small house packing some belongings into a small pack. There was a knock at the door and three small Elflings (young elves) came bustling in.[/i] Elf 1-Elsyan, why are you packing? Are you going somewhere? Elsyan-yes. I will be leaving today because I need to find the Aniar Stones. Elf 2-Why do you want to find some old rocks? Elf 3-Maybe she wants to make a rock collection. [i]Elsyan shook her head and smiled at them.[/i] Elsyan-No. You're still too young to understand, but you will some day. [i]The Elves then looked at the items that she had laid on her bed and ran over to them.[/i] Elf 2-Wow! Look at her bow. It's taller than me! Elsyan-Alright, you little rascals. Put that down please. I don't want you breaking it or loosing one of my arrows. I'll need it later. [i]The little Elves then ran to her sword that was beside her pack and tried to pick it up.[/i] Elf 2-Look at her sword! It's so big! Elf 3-*tries to lift it* Umph! It weighs alot too. How do ya lift this thing?! [i]The Elf finally managed to lift it a little above the ground, and then removed the scabbard before Elsyan could stop him. Blue flames shot across the Elven blade as they dropped the sword in surprise. Elsyan swiftly picked up the sword and sheathed it again then let out a sigh.[/i] Elsyan-that was close. You should know better than to unsheath an Elven blade if you don't know how to use it. [i]The little Elves stood up rather shakily and looked a bit pale.[/i] Elf 1-erm....we---we won't do it again. Um...........good luck finding the rocks! [i]The Elves dash out as fast as they could while Elsyan watched them and smiled. She would miss them while she was away. Then she continued to pack.[/i] ???-Hi Elsyan. Are we leaving now? [i]A tiny blue dragon no more than two feet tall scurried onto her shoulder.[/i] Elsyan-yes, Runeth. we're leaving today. I'm almost finished now. [i]Soon Elsyan was ready to leave and was taking one last look at her village one last time while Runeth was sitting on her shoulder.[/i] Runeth-We better leave, Elsyan. Elsyan-*sigh* let's go then.

A few years ago (3 or 4 years), all of the girls started to look at me wierd because I watched DBZ and started to get into more anime more than I already watched and they said "That show, Dragon Ball Z or whatever, is just for boys. Why do [i]you[/i] watch it?" I watched it because I liked it. Of course, that was like back in 5th grade and I'm sure (or hope) that they have matured since then, but it just agrivates me. I myself am a tomboy. I don't see why most of the people back then expected me to listen to Brittany Spears and N*Sync (>__
