Adante... Heh... Only another musician would get that. It looks very good. I can't wait to read more.

Good. Now we can start.

I was being dragged... The ground was strangely hard. By God did my head hurt. My head hit a large rock. Ryan- "Uhhh...." I heard cruel laughter from above. ??- "Don't struggle. Your hands and feet are bound by silver string. They will cut into you if you do not use caution." I groaned and attempted to move. The strings tightened immediately and lacerated my wrists. I groaned in pain and vomited. I could still smell the garlic on my clothing. Ryan- "Where are..." ??- "We going? You will face The Order Of Demos and account for your treason. You have denied your true nature by forsaking the human food. Now be calm. I have no wishes to harm another vampire, even if he is an abnormality." I struggled a moment longer. The vampire sighed and held a cloth over my mouth with a gloved hand. Garlic fumes flooded my lungs. I passed out immediately.

Hopefully. If not, then Shikaku could always play his teammate as a NPC.

OOC: I'm not letting this die. It's a very good idea. ~~~ I had my supplies stockpiled in my room. They never came in here. No one would know untill it was too late. And that would be soon... Very soon... They were downstairs, getting high. Both of them had heroin tonight. It was a good thing. With heroin they would be way to out of it to see or hear it coming. I bumped the small container and stirred up the smell of gasoline. A moment of panik ripped across my mind. Maybe they will smell it. Oh yeah, they're higher than the moon. Midnight. That's when. ~~~ I snuck slowly down the stairs and into the kitchen. On the table was a small bag of white powder, and next to it was a bunsen burner, still lit. I blew out the bunsen burner and turned off the propane. Wouldn't want my party to start early. I poured gasoline all over the floor.and into the hallway. I took one last look at my parents and launched the rest of the gasoline onto the both of them. They stirred but did not wake. I struck a match and let it fall. At first there was nothing. Maybe the flames did not ca- WHHHHOOOOOOOOSSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!!! The entire kitchen was an inferno. I was knocked backward from the force of the explosion. I got up shakily and ran out of the hosue. There was a wood not far from here. I would hide there...

Sweat dribbled down my face and into the corners of my eyes. Ryan- "Channel the anger into control. Use the control... to strengthen yourself... Use your strength... for... yourself......" strength is for the powerful I looked around quickly. No one but me... All the way out here and I was still hearing voices. I should be alone... Ryan- "I am ALONE!" I looked around again and wiped the sweat from my eyes. It burned. Suffering pain was not a good thing... but dealing it out is bliss Tea... I needed tea. The pine blend... It would sooth my nerves. I got up shakily and walked into my cabin. It wasn't too big but large enough for me. Everything was made of wood, seeing as I was in the middle of the Canadian wilderness. It was quiet here. There was plenty of food. I lifted up my teapot and filled it with water from the pump. But most importantly of all, there was no one to deal pain to. but it was fun, wasn't it. when you watched them squirm. when you watched them burn The teapot fell. I placed a hand to my head and rubbed at my temples. It had been fun... But I had ended too many lives. And I felt for each one. I picked the teapot back up and set it on my wood stove. The tea would calm me... But for now, I would sit... I walked ove to one of my chairs and sat. It was a very nice chair, covered in deer skin and stuffed with goose down. I sank into it and smiled. Something gleamed at me from across the room. It was my sword. A steel one, not very strong but strong enough to kill... I know from experiance. A frown formed across my face. I could feel it... There was a lust inside of me. A large black mass that wanted nothing more to grab the swords and slaughter every person I could find, rub their spilled blood over my bare body and revel in their death... A tear fell down my face. It was growing stronger... Whatever it was that was giving me these evil and hate-filled thought was growing stronger... The teapot boiled and let out a shriek. I got up and walked over to it, wiping my tear away with the back of my hand. I grabbed my tealeaf spoon and filled it. The smell of pine filled the room immediately when I dunked it in the water. It was so soothing... blood is what you lust for. to spill it. to feel it. to drink it... A coppery taste filled my mouth. I looked down at the cup to see it filled with warm blood. I spit it out and threw the cup into the wall shattering it. I was breathing heavily and fighting back the urge to vomit... But the worst part was... I liked it...

OOC: Come on people. This isn't going to work unless people post. ~~~ The aspirin help very much. My migraine had dropped to nothing more than a slight pain behind my eyes. Maya lived in a small house on the outskirts of the city. It was medium sized and very homey. The morning, actually it was about noon, sun filtered into the rooms throught the windows. We had been talking for quite sometime. Maya- "So when did your powers first show up?" I smiled and looked at her eyes. Ryan- "Eighteenth birthday. I forced my parents to get me a house. You?" She smiled sheepishly. Maya- "Twenty. I 'read' my boyfriend at the time thinking about someone else in bed. I kneed him in his crotch." I winced and she laughed. Ryan- "That's very cruel. No man should have to endure that kind of pain." I smiled. Maya- "I think he deserved it. So. Any more power abuses? I certainly have. I absentmindedly read people minds every day. I once knew that my boss was going to fire me, so I dumped a cup of coffee on his 'to-do' pile. It was pretty funny." I smiled at her again and thought about my what I did to that girl in college. I really felt bad about it, and probably always will. "Coffee?" I nodded and she walked away. Ever since I had met Maya, the man Tjaden had been on my mind. Heather had been speaking about him before she left. He supposedly knew something about our abilities. "Cream?" I nodded. Ryan- "Yes please." She poured a fair amount of cream into the cup and came back. It was soothing and warm. Maya- "I don't mean to be rude, but do you know Tjaden too?" The coffee cup slipped from my hands and crashed onto the floor. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to read you, it's just that you were looking so serious!" She stooped down to begin cleaning up the broken cup. I slid my hand around her wrist and brought her backup to the couch. Ryan- "You know Tjaden?" She looked at me. Maya- "Yes... I thought all of us did?" I shook my head slowly. Ryan- "Do you know where he is?"

The walk took a good three hours. I could have been there in twenty minutes if I had flown, but I didn't wish to drain my powers and mind. The mans house was small and his animals were many. Pigs snorted about in the yard, digging in the dirt and eating spare slops. A few cows fed in the pasture. It was good sized piece of land. And then there were the chickens. They sat in a mighty house. It had to be twenty feet high and thirty across. Hundreds of chicken sat on the inside, blissfully asleep. My mouth watered slightly at the scent of their blood, but that's not what I was here for. I walked up to the farmers door and knocked three times. There was a shuffling inside and a few hurried, hushed voices. Farmer- "Just a moment!" He sounded paniced. "Who is it?" Ryan- "Ryan Schezar. The man who you have the chicken agreement with." It sounded bizzare, but that's what he had called it. Farmer- "Just a moment!" He repeated it again. He sounded frightened. I usually didn't make his afraid. He knew humans were not my choice of food. I heard something moved around inside and then movement behind the door. A small slide panel opened up and he looked at me. I smiled, barely showing my fangs, and bowed. Ryan- "Sir, we have to have a talk. It's about your crop. May I come in?" He gave me a nervous little smile and nodded. The door opened and I stepped in. I began to feel slightly sick to my stomach immediately. Farmer- "I'm sorry about the smell, but I was cooking earlier and I used a bit of garlic." That's what it was... Garlic. I gaged silently, and sat down in a chair. "Now what about my chickens concerns you?" I swallowed hard and looked up at him. Ryan- "They seem to be a lesser... Quality than before... I think they may have some kind of... Sickness... Are you sure it was only a little garlic?" He nodded furiously and apologised again. The world swam for a minute and I blinked it away. "I... Um... Need to step outside..." The vapors in the air were getting to me. I stood and found that my legs would not support me. I fell to the ground and vomited. It was tinted red with the blood I had eaten earlier. I looked up at the man. He was frowning. Farmer- "I'm sorry Mr. Schezar... Really I am. But your payment is just no longer enough. This man," he motioned to someone that was stepping out of the closet, "offered me seven hundred gold pieces for a vampire such as yourself. Said something about denying your nature. I very sorry... but it is a tough world. You'd understand." The world swam one final time. I barely had enough time to see the pale complexion and cloth covered mouth of the closet man before I passed out.

Really? Everyone's doing it? Yours is the first I've seen... I like it even thought it's a little plain. Definitly cool though.

I'm just going to stop clicking on these things... I thought I was going to see another car... Bleh. It's pretty good seeing as I still haven't seen the original.

Cookie dough has a really bizzare consistency that makes me think of spoiled milk...
-
Eh... Man... It's really not all that good. The blue flame thing at the bottom is pretty cool but the rest of it really isn't too great. Looks like the stuff I used to make in my paint program. 3/10

Writing Long time, huh? Anyway, a new poem from me.
Corey replied to Nomad's topic in Creative Works
A nice poem. Like KittyLynn (I keep wanting to say calumon_luver) said some of the words seem a little bizzare. But still a very well written piece. -
Is it just me, or does Mr Hyde look way to fake from the previews. I'm goinmg to end up seeing this anyway but, still...

Hmmm... I saw this white guy kick the crap out of this black guy in freestyling once. I laughed my *** off and rolled around on the floor.

Well I'll have to keep up with this one seeing as I wasn't here for the socks thread. I really really like mint chocolate chip ice cream. It's the best on hot summer days. The only second to mint chocolate chip ice cream, would easily have to be a good piece of cheesecake. Seems like Semjaza and I both are cheesecake fantics.

I was hoping the gorilla back issue was going to come up. I, for one, am quite the hairy person. I'm 16 and have more hair than half of the people in my grade. Sooner or later, I'm going to have to do something about my back. It's already sprouting dark hairs (not a pretty picture, I know). But I really don't want to go through life with a nice shag carpet on my back. Slather and rip. *shudder* And pain.

My mother and I were riding back home. I didn't have any broken ribs, as it turns out. I just had seven freactured ones. It hurt to breath... June- "Don't tell him Corey... Please..." I looked at her. She had bruises too. But none as bad as what had just happened to me. But I knew what would happen if I told him. Corey- "I won't..." As far as we were concerned, the fall down the stairs really did happen. "I hate you both..." She sighed. June- "I know... I know Corey..." ~~~ I had never felt the dislike for my house that I felt when we pulled up this time. Maybe because I knew it wasn't going to last through the night. Maybe because I knew they weren't going to last through the night. Maybe. My father came running out of the house. Frank- "Where were you guys?" A stupid thing to ask, but he was obviously normal right now. Probably had no recolection of last night. I opened the car door and got out. The chest cast preveted my movement. It was very anoying. "The hospital again?" He eyed my mom with hate. I sighed and hoped he would believe my story. As much as I hated them, I hated the violence more. Corey- "I fell down the stairs, dad. Landed on the table at the bottom of them." I gave him a completely fake smile and walked into the house. I could hear them begginging to shout outside. I don't care this time. I just don't. "I hate you both." And so I started to plan.

Hmmm... A friend and I had a conversation today about when guys become too feminine. A lot of guys I know pluck their eyebrows, wax certain areas of the body, and even wear makeup. I only do the first, but I honestly don't find anything wrong with any of these. Hopefully this sparks a little conversation. What do you think about this sort of thing?

You left out the dreds! God pound you! THE DREDS! *ahem* I like them...

OOC: That was very, very poor Kiara. ~~~ Frank- "Get in here you worthless piece of cråp!" I sighed and restrained the urge to yell. Maybe it wouldn't be bad this time... Maybe the wounds would finnaly be able to heal instead of being re-opened. No matter... He calls, I come. If I don't... Corey- "Yes dad?" He glared at me with swimming eyes and smiled. Frank- "Come here, boy." I walked over slowly. There was something wrong with his smile this time... Usually it was just a stupid smile. This held some kind of knowle- Corey- "Unnnngghhhh!" The bat bashed into my ribs, breaking three and damaging many more. I crumpled to the floor vomiting. Frank- "Never ever do it again! EVER!" With that last word he hit me with the bat again. It made a dull thump against my body. I sat there crying while he walked sullenly away. My mom came in. She had been clean for at least a week, for she was shaking. June- "Let's go to the em-emergency room... Can you walk?" I layed there a moment longer, She was going to make me walk with broken ribs. Oh well... What else is new? I stood, hobbled my way into the old Civic and passed out. ~~~ ??- "He's coming to." I opened my eyes and looked around. Another hospital bed. I've probably been in this one before. A police officer walekd up to me. Daniels- "Son, I'm Officer Daniels. We need to know, *cough*, what happened. Your mom said you fell down the stairs and landed on a piece of furniture. Is that what happened?" He seemed nice enough. Brown eyes. Dark skin. A smooth voice. I really wanted to tell him. Really I did... I sighed. Corey- "Yup. I must have been running a little too fast. Was going out with my friends. Really can't remember the fall though..." The cops eyes drifted to my left eye. The bloody mass of red. I smiled at him. He gave me a weak 'I know the truth' smile and left. Why don't I tell them? Because I can handle it. Can I? Yes. And I will.

Voice- "We have done it Tjaden." Tjaden- "Done what sir?" Voice- "You know of what I speak. Our goal is almost complete." Tjaden- "Oh... Yes. Almost sir. Only a few more extractions." Voice- "Good." ~~~ Ryan- "Fifty dollars. It was the arranged payment. I have your goddamn name on the contract!" I held up a piece of legal documentation that had the mans name scrawled on the bottom of it. Man- "Listen. I don't have the money. I ran into some trouble at the tracks. I'll pay you next week along with a late fee." I folded the paper into my pocket and looked at him sternly. Ryan- "Do you have the money?" Man- "No..." I inhaled deeply. Ryan- "The contract you have with my employer has been infringed upon. Therefore, as you signed in the documentation, you have thirty days to pay the late fee of three hundred dollars plus what you owe or else face us in court." The man stared at me blankly. "Good day." I walked back to my van and loaded up my mower, my trimmers, and my weed eater. I closed the doors and jumped in. I hated to do that to people. It went against my usually calm mentality. however ever since Heather left... It has been quite a bit easier. Perhaps having your heart turned to stone can do that to a man. God did I need a drink... I picked up the reciever of my CB radio. Ryan- "Lawn Van One to home, copy?" Royce- "I hear ya Ryan." Ryan- "Mr Banderish has just been informed." Royce scowled into the mike. Royce- "Again? Sh!t... Were running out of customers. Whatever... We'll make due. Return to base. Over and out." I hung up my mike and put both hand back on the wheel. Getting drunk was starting to sound like a pretty good idea. ~~~ I woke to the sound of birds chirping outside of my window. What was odd is that I lived in the middle of the city, and the next house was about three feet away. Birds didn't usually hang around in my little walkway. I sat up with a start. This wasn't my house... Or my room. And I was sleeping on... a couch? Ryan- "What the hell..." I swung my legs off of the couch and tried to stand up. The world swam and I sat back down hard. "Uhhhhggg...." ??- "Whoa... Careful there. You had a lot to drink last night." Of course... A hangover... Wait a minute... Ryan- "Who are you?" The world swam again when I tried to look at her. All I could make out was that she was younger than me. Maya- "I'm Maya. You were saying some pretty intersting stuff last night. Decided to let you spend the night, seeing as you were piss drunk." I massaged my temples. Why did she take me into here home. I could have been a rapis... Ryan- "I didn't do anything... wrong, did I?" She shook her head slowly. I breathed a sigh of relief. Maya- "I did it because I knew you were a good person. And we have something in common." I began to rub my eyes. Ryan- "What?" I was beggining to get a migraine. Maya- "Well... Let's just say, I can read minds." I looked at her, seeing her for the first time, and gave her a small smile. She was quite beautiful. Shoulder length brown hair, blue eyes, and an athletic build. Nothing special, but still quite beautiful. Ryan- "And I can control them... Do you have any aspirin?"

The entity known as KnightOfTheRose, also recognised as DarkOrderKnight, does not mind the two people joining his team.
