Could someone make a banner with the pic I attached? I'd like the pic on the right and on the left I want the text: "Whether demon or angel, we're all family here." As for background color, I'm not really sure. ^^;; Sorry, but I find a lot of colors to go with it. No, wait, I'd like a dark blue color with light blue and white effects in the center. I'm from north Texas and I am not a fan of our weather at the moment, lol. I'm enjoying my summer by being here on the Internet and playing video games. I have two books [I]Lord of the Flies[/I] and [I]1984[/I] to read for school (senior year, baby!) which I won't do until maybe the last couple of weeks of summer. I am currently unemployed, but I am getting money by babysitting my nephew. I'm writing a series of books and I have finished the first one, I just have to edit it, but alas, I've been procrastinating. I really should get off my butt and edit it so it can get published.

I'm actually a newbie to manga. ^_^;; Anyways, right now I just finished reading the first volume of Tsubasa and I have the first three volumes to Naruto in my room. I wanna get .hack - Legend of the Twilight and Digimon Tamers (season 3 in the anime). Hmm, I don't know what I really want besides those two and the two series that I own. Ugh, August seems like a long time from now until the next volume of Naruto comes. I get my manga from Waldenbooks. They have a lot there. More than the Barnes & Noble near my house.

I'm rather fond of the show, though I've never read the manga, so I can't compare between the two. I personally think they should've picked a different voice actor for Yoh and maybe Ryo too. Like someone said earlier (sorry I forgot who), you should be happy that you even get the show. But here's some news you might find interesting. 4Kids is gonna release uncut versions of Shaman King this fall. The show's going to be re-dubbed following the original script, though they're gonna keep the dubbed names.

Sorry, haven't gotten a chance to get on... Anyway, a dark blue background would be nice. As for poses, the image of John Cena from the poster of this past year's Royal Rumble would be fine and any image of Hatake Kakashi from the anime is fine. And the text, just normal, oh by the way, I want the quote to be "Watch out, I know Ninjutsu and Thuganomics." PS: That banner you made has the Undertaker, not Cena, just to let you know. ^^;;

Just saw the movie this morning (10 AM, baby ^_^), and I must say that it was coolness. The whole feel of the movie was different, but great, compared to the previous two. Everything just felt so... dark. And it's so wierd to see the characters grown up. I do have some nitpicks with it though. There were some changes that were small, but still managed to bug me, [spoiler]like the Firebolt being given to Harry at the end of the movie or the part where they explained Sirius, Lupin, James, and Peter's nicknames, and I think they should have explained what the Dementor's Kiss was (my mom was confused as to what that was since she didn't read the third book and I don't think they explained what it was, unless I missed it), and wasn't Hagrid's place in a flat area, not near a hill (man do I pay attention to little details, lol)?[/spoiler]. I thought the actors playing Lupin and Sirius were great, but I think Lupin should be without the mustache and Sirius without the beard, course, I don't Sirius would have time to shave, considering where he came from... Besides my nitpicks, the movie was brilliant. I can't wait to see the next one, whenever that'll be.

Maybe some people are so obssessed with celebrities because they [I]are[/I] famous. I think that because they're on TV, magazines, and etc, they have to be something special in the eyes of people. There are people that are not well known that can sing better than Britney Spears or be better looking than Orlando Bloom, but it's just that since they aren't famous, people could possibly care less about them. Celebrities have what most people want: fame, good looks, money, etc. They just ignore all the facts that these celebrities are regualr people like us. I've never really been obssessed with a celebrity. In fact, I'm now just looking up to one of them, but I'm not going to change my entire lifestyle to be like him and I don't have posters or anything of him hanging in my room. If anything, I have one article about him in my room that I actually find interesting, because it discusses something about him outside of his career that proves that he's like any other person.

I'm quite excited to play this remake of the Sega tactical RPG. I absolutely loved playing this game back when I had my Sega and I've been wanting to play it again for a while, so I can't wait to get this one. The graphics for the remake are quite pretty and colorful and I also heard that there's going to be some new characters. And every time you beat the game, you can replay it and the monsters' levels will increase, so the more you replay it, the harder the game will be. Though, I kinda doubt that a lot of people would want to replay the game more than 90 times, but I give props to those who will. ^_^;; Anyone else getting this game or have comments?

I don't get out til next Friday. Next week's going to stink with exams plus we have to show up for every class even for ones that we don't have exams for, if we don't, they'll count us absent. >_< Well, my birthday is next month and I'm looking forward to presents. My baby nephew's moving in with us for the summer, so that'll be fun. ^_^;; Good part is, though, I get paid for babysitting him. I'm taking both the ACT and SAT next month too, if only you knew how excited I am to take those. :rolleyes: And one of my friends is going to boot camp over the summer, so it won't be as fun without him. Nothing really fun is going to happen to me over the summer, though I can't wait to see the third Harry Potter movie. Hmm, I wonder what other movies I want to watch is coming this summer. Anyway, I'll most likely be playing video games over the summer, though I dunno what yet. I guess I could write in my book during the summer. Hopefully I can find something more exciting to do this summer. ^_^;;

Well, after 10 years, [I]Friends[/I] is coming to an end. For a lot people, this is an end of era. I've watched [I]Friends[/I] for quite a while and seeing the end tonight is going to be a little sad for me. Is anyone going watch the finale tonight? Do you think there will be another comedy that can be just as good as this show or even better sometime soon? Or will it be a while before we see that? Any other comments? Will you see the spinoff [I]Joey[/I]? I doubt I will, mainly because I doubt that it will last more than a season, or even a few episodes. But who knows, it could be funny.

I've been managing without a GBA SP fine mainly because I play my games on the Game Boy Player. Not like I actually want to take my GBA anywhere. The only place I would even want to bring it is at school. Of course, this doesn't mean I don't want a GBA SP. I've been wanting one for a while. Anyway, I'm very iffy on whether or not if I want this new GBA SP. I'm not a big fan of the top half of the GBA SP being platinum, but it's still pretty cool and the games to come with it sweetens the deal for me (I never got the bonus disc that had the Legend of Zelda classics). And lucky me, it's release is right near my birthday. If the top half was onyx color, I'd definitely want it. Hmm, well, I'll most likely end up getting the NES GBA SP anyway.

I think the main reason people usually mention Pokemon or DBZ when they see anime is because those two are, like, the most franchised shows. I love anime and my friends know it. Sure they're like "Is that Pokemon?" when they see anime, but really, they don't annoy me when they're like that. I feel sorry for them really, because they really don't know about the greater anime that's out there. Believe me, I think if they knew about other anime shows, they'd love anime also. But really, now, I love American cartoons as much as I love anime. American cartoons usually fit for the "kid" inside of me and usually give me humor, but there are cartoons that had stories that I found really good and loved the animation like Treasure Planet or Tarzan. American cartoons I enjoy watching include Teen Titans, Xiaolin Showdown, Family Guy, Simpsons, and so forth. American cartoons and anime are different yes, but when you think about it, they balance out. Sorry, I'm not really good explaining. ^^;; Both of them have their pros and cons. Anyone seen the screenshots from Japan's magazine V-Jump? It has new pics from KH2 and CoM. In the KH2 pics, we see Sora back at Hercules's world and he's meeting Meg, Herc's love interest. We also see Auron, looking as cool as he always does, from FFX! There's a pic of Beast talking with one of the Unknown guys with the hoods. Apparently we see that rose from Beauty and the Beast(the rose that is timing Beast's life until he finds true love, or something similar to that) in that same pic. There are also two pics with gameplay with Sora running around in a battle. The menu looks pretty much the same. There doesn't seem to be anything totally new in the CoM pics, except there is one image with high interest. It shows Sora, Donald, and Goofy conversing with the red haired unknown. The red haired guy says this, according to translation: "I am Axel. Do you remember?" So, we finally have the identity of one of the nameless characters that will be coming. Excitingness. ^^

I'm absolutely excited about this game. I nearly fell out of my chair when I found out about it yesterday. Anyway, I feel like an outcast to say this, but, I found Super Mario RPG to be better than Paper Mario. But Mario & Luigi is my favorite of the series thus far. Mario & Luigi was just hilarious, had amazing gameplay, and quite a story. The game was very colorful and was a lot of fun. Super Mario RPG was better than Paper Mario in my opinion mainly because I found SMRPG to be longer and less simple. I loved the characters, with Geno being my favorite. Paper Mario was just too easy for my taste. I mean, a game that I can beat by only renting it once, isn't really something I want to spend money on. Don't get me wrong though, I'm talking about how it used to be $50. I'm interested in getting a copy of the game, that is if I can find one. Paper Mario was colorful and gameplay was better than SMRPG, but it was just too simple for me. I'm curious to seeing as to how this game will turn out and so far, I'm excited just from the screenshots so far. ^_^

I went to driving school last summer and I can't tell you how much I was glad it was over. The classroom teaching was really boring and we watched a bunch of videos that were so cheesy, plus it was early in the morning so i was about ready to fall asleep in those classes. But then came the "behind the wheel" part. Man it was horrible! I really did find myself to be a bad driver, but the instructor didn't really help much. So many times I wanted to smack that guy in the face. One day I was actually doing pretty good and I almost got into a wreck while turning. The problem was, I didn't really slow down much before making the turn. It got worse because I failed the driving test. I was so ticked off but I got another chance. After some practice I passed the test easily. I have yet to get my license, even though I should've gotten in January. I'm just too lazy to get it. Not like anything will change much if I do get it. We have three cars, but one of them uses the stick shift and I don't know how to work that. My brother has his car and either he uses it or someone he knows is using it, so it's rarely in the garage. My mom uses the other car and she works from 11 AM to 8 PM. And my dad drives the car with stick shift and I never know his work schedule. So basically, even if I have my license, there would rarely be a car to drive. Not to mention I have no money to buy a car.

I believe there's one or more song for everyone that can describe his or her life in some way. The song "So Far Away" by Staind really suits me. A friend of mine recommended me to listen to this song a while back and I loved it so much and it's still one of my favorites. It's a very relaxing song. I went looking for info on the movie a while back, but I couldn't find much. The only info I managed to get was that the movie deals with Yugi and Slipher the Sky Dragon. But even that piece of info doesn't say much. Apparently the producers are keeping quiet about the movie at the moment. I doubt the movie will be as big as it was with Pokemon, but probably not that far behind it. I mean heck, Pokemon's been here for about how long now? About 6 years? And in those six years alone they got 5 movies and counting and the series is still popular from what I can tell.

I loved CCS: The Sealed Card. I used to be a fan of the show (the dubbed one), but I didn't know at the time how butchered it was until I roamed around the internet about the show. I always felt there was something missing when I watched the show. Still, even then, it was pretty obvious that Sakura was the main character, to me at least. I haven't seen the original episodes but I have read summaries of them and I love the original version. I'd buy the subbed DVDs but I have no money, lol. But reading through the summaries, I've grown to love Card Captor Sakura. ^^
