Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, Hamlet, 75% of the cast is dead by the end. The lighter plays? A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Taming of the Shrew, etc. My favorite's Hamlet, anyway.
Yeah. I like tragedy better. Somehow, the main character died leave more memories.
 2.
Originally posted by Sara If your friend asked you to lie to them, would you do it? Obviously, some answers will vary according to the seriousness of the situation. I'm not going to give any examples; make up your own. I just want to see what you will take this.
Yes. Definitely, if that lie doesn't harm my friend or other. My friend asked my to lie to her parent that she's going to my house, but the truth is she's going out with her boyfriend. :D That's not a bad lie, and something that I can do within my ability to help my friend. :D
 3.
Originally posted by Elite Well, seeing a member of your family alive is sometimes better than seeing them dead. It's obviously hard to effectively kill someone you love, regardless of what the circumstances are. It's understandable that a lot of people just can't face that kind of pain, especially after worrying about a major operation a loved one was having. Things like this seem to be happening more frequently in the UK.. doctors making serious errors and normally ending up in someone dying because of it.
I know, but I think that would be selfish. Letting that person alive, but can't do anything. I would rather choose what's best for that person than just for what I feel. It take a lot to let a person you love go.
 4.
Originally posted by Harry A lot if the organ donation place mislabeled the organ. Also, I'm not very aware of the % of success for simultaneous heart and lung transplants but I doubt it's extremely high.
Really, that's so scary.
The girl was braindead, if the family wanted to keep her alive through some stupid machine then they're morons.
I agree. What's the point of keeping someone alive if they're braindead.
 5. Last week was so warm, and this week is so cold. :(
 6. My is HongAn :D...my nick name is "be ba" or "Man (sound like monk with out the "k" sound at the end)
 7.
Originally posted by ZxFrOgGie13 In Hamlet he does pretend to go mad... but the real question is....does he go mad? He claims to me "diseased of wit" but what does that mean? and yes, Ophelia... his lover (and daughter of Polonius) does go mad and die. She drowns.... and also you mentioned how Claudius was a Bastard... you are right... I was bitter when because of his and Laertes anger, that Gertrude was poisoned.... lol... and yes they all died.... go figure right? Horatio Lives though!!
I think Hamlet actually went insane too.
throwing this out there too.... did you know Shakespeare was perverted?? did any of you catch that??
I don't think so.
 8. This thread is too long for me to follow along. Anyone of you actually meet each other outside yet? Like a mini party or something like that. In the other forum, I made some friend (from another country) and plan to meet them this summer and throw a party. I'm not sure if it's safe to do that or not. :D Why don't you guys do that sometimes. It would be fun. :D
 9.
Originally posted by JCBaggee Second, ChibiV, I believe everyone does that at some point in his or her life. It's just a natural part of human nature. --Chris
Yup, I agree. :D btw, this is just an idea. Can the mod make this thread sticky, so when someone is depress, or have some problem, they can read this and share thoughts instead of open a new thread. :D
 10. I read Midsummer Night's Dream, and like it too. The tempest is good too. Just one question, is King Lear one of Shakespeare's play or not? I don't remember the author of that play.
 11.
Originally posted by Deus Ex Machina Find your strength. For me it's God.. for you it may be something else.. but don't kid yourself.. there's a big difference between a place of strength and a place of hiding to get away from problems. One sorts out your problems with persistence, the other doesn't. Find your strength and use it to sort everything out, and you'll be in a much better mood, I guarantee it.
Before, I used to be a believer, a very strong believer. I'm not as strong right now, due to many things just happenned around. Do you ever do something that you know that's wrong but you still do it?
 12. I haven't read Marchant of Venice yet. I read Romeo and Juliet in my freshman year in high school. I don't like it either. I like "McBeth" and Hamlet more.
 13. I liked his plays and sonnets. I mostly like "McBeth" :D
 14. I don't have a real outside life relationship yet. I have one online relationship, and I ended that relationship already. At first, I felt really guilty, but as the times pass, I feel that I'd made the right decision.
 15. It's easier said than done. I'm very depress right now, and possibly can do something stupid at this point.
 16. Everyone deserves their privacy. If your parents won't accept that, oh well, then I guess the kid has to lie. My parents don't even what privacy is. They digged through my backpack and closet, and think it's the right things to do. They opened my mail, check my cell-phone...etc. I told them to stop, they won't listen. So, I have no choice but to rent a locker a school and put everything in there.
 17. I hope you feel better.
 18.
Originally posted by Heaven's Cloud I am not going to post a long reply, instead I'll sum it up in one brief statement...most men cannot be best friends with someone they want to sleep with...
Very strange.
 19.
Originally posted by BabyGirl Don't worry about being friends with guys who care about their 'loser status', that's definitely not worth worrying about.
I'm no concerning about them. :D I'm just curious and annoyed by their reaction.
 20. Green grass, flowers, birds, trees, rabbit, no reptiles or anthing poisonous. Sunshines and no night. :D
