I want to create an OB Graphics Club, nothing official, just a place where those with [B]graphics questions[/B] can ask others, and where club members can challenge other members to [B]graphics battles[/B] (much like those Sun and I did together). In no way is this club going to be elitist. Anyone who wants to can join, just as long as they're serious about improving their work or helping others. However, to maintain the "club" mentality, you must send an e-mail to me (check my profile for it) briefly telling me why you'd like to join the club. Be serious in your e-mails -- I'm not looking for much, just serious interest. Supposing this is the "official thread," I'll have a member list that I edit whenever I get sign-ups, as well as periodically announce battles that are coming up and stuff. Any questions? E-mail me. An angry man has little to nothing to do with a club. I was thinking more of a happy header ... maybe of a group posing or something? That's not to say I'm ungrateful -- I'm really impressed that you took it upon yourself (during final week no less) to make a graphic for a club just getting off the ground. I know it isn't all that good, but it really has helped me climb out of the graphic making rut I was in. :3 I'm happy now. Also learnt a few more tricks with brushes and text, which is always good. The only flaw i see in this is that the stock isn't cropped to well. Maybe try to get rid of some of those white lines? Other than that, excellent work. Since i didn't have photoshop Friday or Saturday, i had Retri make this last minute button for the graphic club (which is currently in my sig). I shall start making better ones since his sucks ^_^ since he did it last minute (He said so himself). So i'll be posting them on this thread and for anyone who wants a button feel free to take one. And just to let you know i have updated the member's list. The only thing negative I have to say, is that "OtakuBoards" is kind of fuzzy in all of them. I don't know if it's just me..or what. But that's about the only complaint I have with them. [url]http://img186.echo.cx/img186/3745/pleasetwins2ed.jpg[/url] Basically I made a new layer with black, then did a render->Difference Clouds filter and then a Blur->Radial Blur witha Zoom effect at 100 percent and moved it to the top left corner for the light source then I overlaid both layers.
