I for one, think that posting wallpapers goes hand-in-hand with posting desktops and sometimes members are just more interested in seeing cool wallpapers that they can save as desktops. Honestly, I do not care to see people's icons in the way. Does anyone HAVE to see that? Realistically speaking, making us post these duplicate images is just pretentious and impractical when we're trying to share wallpapers (members of the OBCTU could honestly use Flash's creation). Jesus Christ, problem solved. And if you're STILL annoyed, I will just start a seperate wallpaper thread, if it really needs to come to that. Personally, I've been known to tile images, myself, but is there a specific size where I can post my wallpapers and not be bothered with hosting two images for every post? Like standard 1024X768? Some people (as I know all too well from development) have pretty small monitor resolutions. Plus, desktop images don't necessarily have to fit the entire screen - you can center them and use a background colour if necessary.
