1) It looked like some sentences were run together.
2) it seemed to me that some words were missing, that might have needed to be typed to better understand the post

You're not just missing commas, but apostrophes and capitalizations. But ignoring all three of those, I still found some errors.

Anyway, about this thing in general...people must realize that the Government does infact monitor web sites on a constant basis, no matter how small they are.

If you're breaking a law (ie: you have a porn site which has no age verification or you are offering ROMs for download), then it's most likely that you will be shut down.

The only reason this is ridiculous is because the site has been inactive for a great amount of time. If this letter sent to Adam is indeed true, then it's a Government slip-up and not ours.

Firstly, you are demonstrating that you have no idea how either civilian, military or corporate law operates.

O3Online is not a company with a headquarters -- it has no financial records or accounting system. O3 is quite simply, an online network which is owned by a singular entity (in this case, Adam).

What exactly are you intending to sue us for?

I studied Small Business Management for a year and Corporate Management for two years. I'm no expert, but at least I have some idea about the subject.

In reality, Ginny had misunderstood what I had said. I had made my feelings very clear, after that "incident".

Ginny felt that it was too much pressure for her and she chose to leave for her own reasons.

I'm certainly not saying that I'm perfect, but it's important to point out that I should be able to stand up for my beliefs the same as anyone else.

What makes Ginny and I so different? Why is she able to speak frankly about her beliefs and I am not?

Actually, the thread was closed for inappropriate reasons.

It was closed because it was quite a heated discussion. But as I made very clear, heated discussions are not reason to close a thread.

Now of course, every other staff member accepted this comment and allowed the thread to continue.

But once again, you look at things a little differently; you attempt to somehow make something perfectly legitimate an act of "abuse of power".

When infact, it is you who abused your power on several nonconsecutive occasions -- whether it were editing someone's posts to make them look as though they were abusing themself, or merely banning people who didn't deserve it.

I'm sure those who were banned for no reason (Jamvis, for example), will be able to tell us all about [i]abuse of power[/i].
