Awww... more gundam seed goodness maybe I should post my new-old banner =P. My biggest complaint is what you did to Kira, the stock image of him should be lowered more =O it might take time to edit out the hair and make it look right but it'd be worth the effort. I'm not quite digging the small pixel "kaisuke" text and the green-is bar across the bottom either =\.

The text is hard to read and the images could have atleast been blended together =\. Try outlining the text with a outer-glow, and adding a border to the image... Oh and yes if your program allows you to try to blend the images together =\.

To be honest while this a step up from your previous wallpaper and I think your attempts to keep a single color scheme really payed off, this wallpaper is not my cup'o tea. The wings are really just lacking any kind of texture or shadow, to really make them look like "wings" they're more flower-ish if you ask me =\. The typo is another thing I have a major grip with =O the placement, font, and blurryness are really detracting. Hmmmm... what else... oh yeah the two bars the one on the top and on the bottom -_o. If you look at the really good wallpapers you'll notice that those aren't really there, sometimes you might see the bottom bar because it is covered up by the start menu but most of the time you will see neither bar. I know when I made alot of wallpapers I used to use bars like that too, but in time you'll most likely grow out of that, the alternative is to really just create a little typo with your name and shove it in the corner of the image =P. >_>... i'm not really liking the colors either... but i'll save that for later, the clouds were a nice idea for the wallpaper though =O. The entire wallpaper is kind of opposite from what you would normally see in a Lain Wallpaper (instead of dark you have light, instead of grim you have happy??) in that sense I liked this wallpaper too =).

That post needs contructive criticism =O! Anyway, it's safe to say you've progressed a long way from your Gohan banners day (XD... I still remember the days when I made DBZ banners x___X)... Probably my favorite banners of yours here would have to be your "GameCrap" banner, while I am a big fan of Nintendo that was very well done ^_^, nice photo-manip right "thurr". I do think some of your newer banners such as the enishi and FLCL banners are just "too simple" though, while the FLCL banner looks nice with the matching text and all the Enishi banner is just too lacking in my opinion, anyone can stick some pixel font in the corner of a banner and make a banner like that, banners like that just need some way to differentiate themselves from others they need some sort of... some sort of... puzzaz XD.

Question though: Should I change the page background colors so they're both "white" instead of shades of gray? Because I was "studying" my gamepro + PcGamer magazines and I realized most pages are either white or black =O...

Yep Baron, I would have to agree with you the dimensions are not really magazine-like. It's more of a cross between a magazine and a graphic-novel =O well kind of... Anyone this next post/image should explain why the magazine cover is the size that it is =O. ---> click attachment NOW =) _>...)

Pfft... I honestly don't like the typo even though it was meant to be that way ^___^''. It does look really ocean-ish though, it also reminds me of a old painting I saw before in some art museum while I was on vacation in Amsterdam =']. Maybe shrink the text atleast =O? Then again I guess you don't have to change it >_>' I am only super picky when it comes to typos lol.

Awww man that sucks x___X!! When I just beat the game today the little power light kept flickering on and off, so I was like "holy crud" this better end soon, although at the same time i didn't want it to end that soon >_>' so I figure i might beat it again to rewatch the ending while paying more attention to it than the actual power light XD.

*EDIT: I answered my own question* Wow you've all hit on what i've thought of this game (more or less ^_^). Other than I think that the ending could have been put together a little better, for some reason I just wasn't fully satisfied with it =\. Ah but alas... i'm also mad because I didn't get all the "Advanced Commands"/attacks and I never really knew how to use them -_- (i'm one of those people who refuses to use a strategy guide the first time through a game >_>)... But what is annoying me even more is that there are atleast 3 items that I can't get anymore because you randomly recieve them from bosses >_

Hmmm I like it, it is better now, but the text is till kind of odd, possibly some faded text or quote of some kind would look good in this signature and try moving the text around from the lower right corner I guess i'm not really sure where to move it but there's something about it that just doesn't look right =O... *i'll try to explain more after i strangle my brother for deleting all my anime... again, and fix photoshop... again.*

On a personal note I liked your previous red-ish sig better =O. The banner is interesting and all but may I suggest you change the font =O? With the soft outline it has for some reason I just don't feel that the font style fits well with the background itself =\. I also hate black borders, and while this doesn't look bad, maybe a dark or medium gray border would look nicer =0.

Essentially it really depends on the works your posting I guess, for me if I post a signature or what not and get a couple of replies that is okay. Because like Haruno here said in that case the image is really just for me... On the other hand when I post something such as a website layout or the occasional wallpaper I honestly would appreciate some sort of feedback because those two things often take a long time to make (good) and i'm often creating those for others and not myself -_-.

Hmmm.... one of the biggest thing is that there aren't very many good graphic artists here, and because of that most people just skip over many threads and only reply to their "friends" threads. It's quite sad actually... There's not really much that can be done to change one's personal prefernce though. I've tried to get the same point across as you are by putting [i]dumb[/i] things in my signature and what not but it's really to no avail. Another big thing that i've noticed is that people tend to post soley in their threads and not others -_o. That's another big problem... If you want more replies I reccomend posting in other peoples threads as well although there's really no sure guarantee that you'll automatically get more replies like this... *sighs* past my bedtime j/k... >_>... That's really all I have to say off the top of my head though...

Yeah that's why i'm trying to convince the other guy to let me change the name x___X. The only reason why I don't have alot of leway with that is because he's buying the domain name so it's basically his money we are spending on the site, so unless I decided to branch off and leave him in the dust there's only so much I can do x___X. But isn't the literal translation of "Baka" more along the lines of "Idiot/Dumb" not "Dumbass" well either way i'd have to agree that the title does sound "dumb" XD.

I was talking with a couple of people online a week or so ago, and the short explanation of what happened was... we decided to make an online anime magazine. Similar to AnimeFringe yet different at the same time. Attached to this post is a demo of the cover I have created although if you look at it certain problems/mistakes will be visible, I do intend to go back and fix those laters and a list of what i'm talking about can be found somewhere in this post below. Anyway the tentative title for the anime magazine is "Baka Entertainment" and I have yet to work out a suitable logo, it'll be bi-monthly which should give me enough time for a new layout every month. Hmmm.... anything else? Oh yes... as for page content/layout i'm trying to go for something unique in that i'm trying to create a layout that looks exactly how a magazine would if your looking at (one page on the left, one page on the right, 2 page magazine spread). As for the graphic itself this is the version where I was applying some sorts of distortion to the perspective and size. It was really just a test and I plan to go back and redo the entire perspective thing but a few problems on it are: - I shrank everything a tad to much so some things may be hard to read. - On the lower right side of the image, it looks like a page is jutting out, I'm still trying to figure out how that happened -_-... - The magazine shouldn't come to a point =| . I completly forgot about this one when I made it but oh well... - I might possibly redo the pages :P. Well yep yep, i'll try to upload or attach the full non-distorted version of the cover later. Yeah i've been watching Peace Maker Kurogane from Day 1 of it's release by Anime-One, although now I follow the Anime-Keep fansub distro. This is really a great series like Kenshin in many ways but different as well (PMK contains more humor than Kenshin did/does). I've only watched up to episode 8 (i must remember to thank my brother for deleting episodes 9-11 off of my pc -_-), and yes the few battle scenes that have been shown are good, sadly most of them are very short too =\. While at first the show seemed to follow more of a realistic historic past type presentation after watching the episode where Saitou fights the "Zombie" samurai it's a little hard to tell where this series is going... Although the one thing I can say is i'm liking it. =). I'm also reading the manga VIA MangaCity.net you might want to consider downloading that as well Dagger.

It still doesn't look appealing to me and the sonic font is plain and boring =|.

Most animated banners aren't good unless they're done in flash =|. This banner would fall into that "not good" category. Mainly the Sonic picture sliding across the banner looks anything but like he's running =|. And i've hated lens flares since about day 2 of photoshop =|. The banner also looks like it skips alot on my PC -_o. And sometimes it seems fast while other times it seems slow, the main problem is this your trying to do to much animation for what a gif can really handle =\ so it's not entirely your fault =O.

*edit* scratch that last post *hopes no one saw it* >_> what programs do you use? Hopefully not image ready x___X it's all I use to animate stuff but honestly it's kind of a poor program.

LMAO that was some really nice stuff you had there I actually haven't had time to watch the whole think through but truly a masterpiece =O. Now if only you had worked this in flash and then added some cheasy voices and sound effects x___X then it would be perfect.

Yes that would be very cool inded Verykawaiineko =O. But at the same time now that Seisouhen has been released if the entire Jinchuu Arc was animated I am not sure how i'd feel. RK has finally come to a complete close with no further ends to wrap up or paths to walk (unless you plan on starting a new series about Kenji, or Yahiko, or someone else, but then it would not BE "Rurouni [b]KENSHIN[/b]) it's for that reason that even though i'd like a animated Jinchuu arc at the same time I would dislike it because it could end up messing up and undoing all the great work that went into the end of the true ending of RK. But maybe possibly if all the same artists, storywriters and what not were gathered together and asked to create a animated Jinchuu Arc then possibly I could live with it =O. Although it still would go about in udoing a classic ending to a classic anime =\.

*Adds another reason to hate Xbox to his constantly growing list of reasons* The "XBOX" text in the background should be centered, it's more towards the top than it is towards the bottom, i'd reccomend changing that. After doing that i'd also suggest moving the other text "Do Not Be a Hater" to the center as well. And bleh someone else said add a faded Xbox picture... That sounds good as well, because the banner is too plain for my likings... Then again so is the Xbox =|.

It's odd how more or less no one I know who has used those pictures (including myself) has never played War of Genesis or Magna Carta or really any other Korean MMORPG of the sort. *sighs* I better shut up before the Syk-police comes and gobbles me up like a Turkey on New Years Day X_x. Also stick with the blue one or try a green i'm not quite digging the purple one in your signature =O.

Hmmm... I'm not quite liking this one, it has old school trendy written all over it. My main grip is with the dual stock images, maybe if you just used one the image would start to look better already x___X. Also the text is a little hard to read because of the brightness =\... Speaking of brightness the brightness aroung the *** (or is it MC?) character is just a little too much for me and contrasts to greatly if you ask me with the left side of the image. The border is also plain and boring =|. I will give you this though from what I can see of the background it does look nice, it's all one color and is monotone =O but decent none the less. Hmmm... on a side note I like a good balance between the stock image and text I use (hint look at my sig x___X), I think you might want to try that and even if you don't want to just add some random text or quote under your name somewhere just to take up space really. Well anyway atleast we know your alive now x___X I haven't seen you post anything in ages.

Hmmm... well on my PC I see all the different airbrush lines and where they fade into the background that is what is bothering me, but now that I look at the shrunken version I guess the only way to explain it is that all the airbrush and little big clumps of pixie dust look condensed... I'll have to post the full version sometime to get a general opinion. But if the airbrushing is looking that bleak, I guess i'll go back and rework the entire thing, or possibly try to airbrush a light atmosphereic feel into the background. The only thing with it just being orange without the airbrushing is that the big "ZAFT" text behind the Typo stands out more and looks ugly =|. So then that would mean I would have to remove that and even after repositioning the rest of the text the wallpaper just seems kind of bare then -_-. Well luckily it's a WIP so I can still take what you said into consideration.
