I [spoiler]downloaded[/spoiler] the 3rd episode today and I have to say that I really enjoy this show. The characters are great, especially Sasuke and Kakashi. The part where Naruto [spoiler]transformed into Sasuke in order to talk to Sakura was great[/spoiler]. Sakura's daydream about Sasuke, [spoiler]saying how he liked her wide forehead was funny, too[/spoiler]. The best part, though, was when Naruto [spoiler] kept getting diarrhea from the spoiled milk[/spoiler]. I love this show!

Listen to Thrice! They have so many good songs. [i]Buy[/i] the CDs: "First Impressions," "Identity Crisis," "Illusion of Safety" and "The Artist in the Ambulance." I think my favorite songs by them are [i]Identity Crisis, T & C[/i], and [i]See You in the Shallows.[/i]

The reasons that I hate rap: [b]Explicit lyrics[/b] - It's not that I'm totally against swearing, it's just that it's easy to say the f-word a hundred times in a song. If they really knew how to write songs, they would find a better way to express something than just swearing. [b]The attitude[/b] - I can't stand the way that rappers act. They need to get it through their heads that they're not as cool as they think they are. Drop the ego. No one cares how many times you got shot, how many "*****es you've ****ed", or how many diamonds are in your ridiculous-looking necklace. [b]Monotony[/b] - The beats to rap songs are so repetetive and most of the time, downright annoying. I could go on, but I think I've said enough for now. Edit: [b]Making up words[/b] - This is one of the worst parts about rap music. Can anyone truly tell me what "Bia Bia" means? Give me a break. :rolleyes: Then there's the "urrr" and "izzle" stuff. People actually emulate this speech and it makes them sound like fools.

I've been taking Spanish since 7th grade (I am now a freshman in college). It's definitely my favorite subject in school. I plan to take an Introductory Japanese class next semester.

For some reason, when I got back from Spanish class at 9 am this morning, I felt like making a banner. And somehow, after that, I decided that I wanted it to be Misao from Rurouni Kenshin. So, I started looking for pictures and noticed just how much Misao's face changes. And in result, you have "The Many Faces of Misao." I found this picture of the cast of Pilot Candidate a few days ago and decided to make a banner out of it. The picture is from the back of the soundtrack, I think. EDIT: I made the "Megami Kouhousei" text more visible. By the way, for those who don't know, that is the Japanese title.

You need to do better cropping on that. It looks like you used the magic eraser on Spawn and it got rid of part of his axe. Also, there are white lines surrounding each character. Fix that and it will be much better.

More Naruto-ness! Here is the namesake of the show himself. The picture on the left is from the manga while the one on the right is from the anime. The background is a tile that i plucked from a German Naruto site and pieced together. I thought the thick, white lines at the top and bottom would complement all the blue so I stuck those in there, too. I don't care what anyone says, the Grand Theft Auto games are highly over-rated. And I've played them too, this is not just a jealous Nintendo fan venting on PS2's success. They might be kinda fun, but they're not as great as people say.

I found out that there is an anime club at my university when I saw a kid with a shirt on that said "PSU Anime Club." I wouldn't actually join this club, but it was interesting to know that we have one here.

Naruto is my new fascination. I want to see this anime really bad now. I know of a site where I can get the first 25 episodes for a mere $30, but I've already spent over $100 at that site. I'm getting pretty good at picking the right links to go to. ;) The background is a real-life desert that I stuck back there with a transparent overlying pattern.
