I started this today because I noticed that I haven't drawn anything for a very long time. This is the product of 20 minutes of sketching. There is still more to it that needs drawn, parts that need fixed, and lines that need thinned. I just thought I'd show it to everyone at its different stages. The font is kinda hard to read, but since I already know what it says, it wasn't too hard. Good banner. Good song.

Sorry, but that is really... not good. Next time you draw something, spend time on it. Keep trying.

This is the first of three Trigun banners i made today. The first I will show (since it was made first) is Legato. [img]http://www.otakuboards.com/attachment.php?s=&postid=435343[/img] I made this one elegant with the pretty writing and the music notes in the background because it totally contradicts Legato's personality, but at the same time it relates to his name. Legato is a type of piano playing (the opposite of staccato, a jumpy style) which is smooth and elegant. Comments?

Well first of all, the avatar is bigger than the limit allowed here which is 80 x 80 pixels. Besides that, there is a ton of white space around it which is why it shrinks after it loads.

I never noticed this thread before and by a strange matter of coincidence, I just found out that you could do screenshots like this. I just changed my background today to a nifty picture of Legato from the Trigun manga. Heh, I have a ton of icons -- lazy.

My major at Penn State University in the fall will be Spanish. I'm not sure what job I want, but possibly something like an interpreter or something. Second semester, I want to take a Japanese class. I couldn't first semester because I scheduled late and all the elementary japanese classes were filled up. Oh well.

Everything looks good save the [b]gigantic[/b] pupils and his fangs are a little too long. InuYasha is now 1/3 human, 1/3 dog-demon, 1/3 vampire on weed. ^O.O^ But it is really really well done. When you showed me the unfinished one which was partly shaded, I didn't know you were planning on coloring it. I still like it. :)

I think spike speigel's is the funniest one by far. It may be a little offensive to some people, but oh well. *sigh* ...Middle School and High School. Those were good times. There is really nothing to worry about for you guys and gals. I'm starting my first year at PSU (Penn State University) on August 28th and I actually have things to worry about, heh. Just don't worry and have fun. :)

The game does sound really interesting and I always read up on it when IGN posts new info, but I don't think I'll buy this one. I've been more intersted with P.N.03 and Viewtiful Joe. I hear that Viewtiful Joe sold out of it's first shipment in Japan while at the same time, P.N.03 isn't doing so well.

It's okay, I guess. What program did you use? Looks like Paint because of the graininess. But actually, this thread should be in the Art & Design Forum since this is not a request.

lol Yes that's Myoga right there on his shoulder. I wanted to show Inu's ears in his youkai form but I didn't want to cut out Myoga or make it any smaller so... oh well. Both pictures are InuYasha.

The only problem is that you are still not getting rid of all the surrounding white space. Just drag it up from the corner and then the pics won't shrink when you post them here. Still pretty good for Paint.

I saw the new video today for "The Leaving Song Part II" on Much Music errr.... they're calling it Fuse now. It wasn't anything special really. Pretty much them dressed up in suits performing on a theatre stage with a writhing crowd. I still liked it, though, just because the song was already good. heh
