They are one of my favorite bands. *Points to sig and then puts in their CD :)* [i]Rush of Blood to the Head[/i] is great, yes, and so is [i]Parachutes[/i]. The video for "Trouble" was so innovative and the song was great. From the new CD, Clocks is my favorite. Songs with piano are so good to the ears, I must say.

Yeah, I really don't see anything funny about it. I don't like it at all.

I found pictures from this anime, called Only You, by accident. It just so happened that the characters kicked ***, so, me and The Majin both made some stuff using pics from it. Is that Bass'(from Megaman) helper, Treble? I like the little white lines in between the segments on his tail. It makes it look realistic, I guess.

Not bad for Paint. Not bad at all. The pictures did get a little grainy since Paint and jpg's don't like each other too much, heh. Also, you need to get rid of all the white area around the picture. Make due with what you've got. :)

Well done. I like the way you colored in his sleeves to give them a clothing-like texture. The bangs do look a little wierd and the emblem on the front of his clothes is somewhat messed up, lop-sided perhaps. Very nice overall.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's ever noticed this, but why is it that words (mostly names) in animes that have o's always are spelled with ou's in subbed versions. The names still are said the same, but [i]is[/i] there a correct spelling? [u]Examples:[/u] Sait[b]ou[/b] Hajime = Hajime Sait[b]o[/b] (and why is the last name first, by the way?) Sessh[b]ou[/b]maru-sama = Lord Sessh[b]o[/b]maru Also, I noticed in Japanese songs that they pronounce every individual vowel and for any words that have 2 t's, the vowel before them is pronounced twice. :worried: [u]Example[/u] (taken from InuYasha's "My Will"): sotto mezameru hakanai omoi zutto donna toki demo negau yo anata ni todoku you ni to... The words "sotto" and "zutto" are pronounced "so-oto" and "zu-uto." Also, the word "hakanai" is said like "ha-ka-na-ee" where we would usually here it like "ha-kan-eye" Is that how it is supposed to be said or do they just do that in songs? Confused yet?

There's a lot of killing and blood in it. I've only seen up to subbed episode 6 and the one with the two brother vampires had a [b]lot[/b] of swearing in it (especially the one brother with the piercings saying the f-word constantly). Great anime, greatly recommended. I have the rest of the episodes, I should probably get to watching them. :)

The first I ever came into contact with Otaku was around a year and a half ago when a friend of mine came back to art class from the library with some printed out Fan Art pictures. We were going to draw them for a project. After that, I kept coming back to look at the Fan Art and later all the show updates at Otaku.com. Eventually I submitted my own Fan Art. Later on, I had a question and decided to become a member here (March 2003) to get the answer. I believe it was "Is there a Supreme Kai movie?" I didn't really start posting more until last month, though. There's my story.

Wow. That's really well done. The open hand looks amazing and it's a very nice design overall. The thick lines look great. Heh, I always thought that his little signature said Hiei, but now I see that it actually says Hip. :)

Heh. The picture [i]is[/i] from that poster you were talking about. I think I found that picture on E-bay a while ago. I still have my Curious George stuffed animals too. I have one with blue and white striped pajamas and one with a red hat and shirt that came with a mini Radio Flyer Wagon.
