well I'll try to catch you in game. the thing is, that because I live in Australia my prime time is very much different to yours, but there will be times when I play during the actual day. My Character is only up to the River province mission though so I still got a way to go.

I still occasionally pop round and read the forums or play the game. I've been inactive in GW for almost 4 months now due to becoming almost deadlocked in WoW, raiding 5 instances a week...that's like a 6 day haul. Anyway as I don't have money for WoW at the moment and my credit runs out on the 25th I'll be coming back to GW. My main is still Salmac Neirat and in QKT. I logged on today and noticed that only bout 5 or so people were really active, going by last time logged on. Anyway I won't be buying factions anytime soon, same reason I can't play WoW...that game has ruined my life but I keep going back.

Well I just saw episode 2 and it pretty much seemed to sum up what the twilight Brigade was about, just like the title kinda suggests. ANyway just a few theories based on what I've read bout the games that come after the series and my own speculations: Tabby
does not appear in the games to what I've seen so she either disappears or her role becomes obsolete when Haseo leaves the Twilight Brigade (or when it gets disbanded

Some sort of relationship will form between haseo and Shino because in the games SHino falls into a come after being Pk'd by the Tri-Edge (unknown if he's an NPC or PC) and this is what starts Haseo on his adventure
Phyllo
seems like he is similar to Helba from the original series. His character seems oput of place in the world so I'm almost tempted to think that he might be a hacker.
Just saw the first episode and I must say I loved it. I enjoyed .hack//sign and the games. I also enjoyed the manga as it was a refreshing comedy. This was different though. It took a step back from what had been originally been done in the franchise and gives a much darker, more realistic approach to online gaming. The whole concept of PKing or more commonly known as PvP is a major thing in online games and new players termed as Newbies have trouble with advanced players similar to the trouble Haseo faced. The whole Anonymity thing is well covered and being someone who plays World of Warcraft I can appreciate a lot in this show. Appearances are disceiving.

Ah k. looking at the ANN description of the show it appears that .hack//roots will be to .hack//GU what .hack//sign was to the 4 original .hack games. Should be interesting as .hack//GU looks a lot darker than the original games so I hope it's the same for .hack//roots.

got a link to a website with information about this? I'm a big fan of the .hack series and hadn't heard about this one. Is it set before .Hack//sign or after .Hack//Legend of the Twilight?

Just watched Episode 75 - 76 and I must say that it appears the fillers may be coming close to a finish. AT least the Bountou section, not so sure about this thing with the introduction of Ichinose Maki and how far they are going to take that.

Saw the movie bout a week ago. watched it twice more since and even though I don't think it's as good as the series I love it to bits. My only problem was the fact that it was kind of left open for a sequel.
I mean with the Uranium Bomb still at large and it ending with them going in search for it. But if they did make a sequel film it would be pointless because it would have like 0 alchemy.
was it only me or did Noah seem like the our world equivalent of Rose? I mean the misguided female character.
I agree this last chapter is a serious cliff hanger but the story is quite good I finally got caught up on the last few episodes of the anime too and was unimpressed vampires are just not the best way to go in this type of show what next werewolves? Back to the manga 218
was extremely hard to wait for but sadly I read through it too quickly and now no I will be waiting at least another couple weeks before this fight ends. On the plus side I've been waiting for this for a while so it's well worth it hollow Ichigo looks like he's going to put on a show in the real and spiritual realm now we get to see more of the new teams moves.

amen to that. And i can't wait for the next chapters. Edit: Just watched episode 72 and I must say that it's going even further down hill. It almost seems as if their just setting up a reunion of characters from the second arc for no reason what so ever. There are random interjections in each ep at the moment which are completely separate to the Bountou arc (or so it seems).
Er... Viz is the company behind Naruto. And how can you judge Funi's treatment of Basilisk when it won't start coming out until August? :animestun ~Dagger~
Sorry. I heard somewhere that Naruto was also licensed by Funi. In terms of Basilisk though, I've seen the entire series and I read somewhere that Funi would be releasing it without the blood that made it such a good show.
Bleach = licensed by Viz I can't say I didn't see this coming, but I'm surprised by the sheer stealth of it all. The C21 Media article has been public knowledge for a while--it's just that you have to pay or something to read it in full, which is probably why there was never a big commotion about it. It just puzzles me that related rumors never went roaring around the web... none that I saw, at any rate. ~Dagger~
well at least it's no as bad as having the companies who licensed Naruto or Basilisk with the license. anyway onto ep71. I kinda think the fillers are going down hill. Apart from the fact that they've broken away from the manga to a large extent the storylines don't really seem believable to the Bleach world anymore.

I love chapter 217 and where it's heading. an epic battle between
ichigo and his hollow
.

I've recently started watching Wolf's Rain and I must say I love it so far. I'm only up to ep8 but I must say it's amazing. so far my favourite Character would have to be Kiba but I have some admiration for the way Tsume thinks. I was hooked after 2 eps but it took me almost a month to get eps 3 - 26 and now slowly working my way through.

A 2 week break from Bleach...I can't handle it....
They're really thinking this filler arc through, thus the irregular schedule, IMO. Especially now that they've made a few deviations from the source material, it's easier to make a mistake at this point in the series. The next deviation might cause some horrible inconsistency with the manga, yeah? Hope they manage to end this filler arc without making a royal mess. (Hilarious Shinigami's Cup Golden, BTW.
In the manga, did Soul Society really send Hanatarou to Ichi's world?)
)
simple answer to your question is no. about the golden cup that is.
-
Meh, I think it's better this way,
Rukia and Renji appearing at different episodes so as to put some even spacing between these wonderful, wonderful events.
Gotta keep the fans interested, yeah?
I won't be surprised if Ikkaku shows up before episode 80! But I do hopeRenji gets more exposure in this arc.
And Shinigami's Golden Cup just keeps getting better and better. Wonder what they've got in store for White Day?
I'm hoping the fillers end by ep 75. If they're still going by ep80 something's wrong.
-
well the double ep was interesting is how I'd like to put it. I'm now wondering how they'll moe from the fillers back to the main arcs once their done cause they've deviated a lot.
-
The Ukitake/Hitsugaya bit was actually an omake at the end of one of the manga's and so has no relation to the series.
I don't know why but I also have a feeling that these.. "games" are really some kind of a test for the gang and such to destroy a bigger and more terrible evil. Yet... Episode 67 ..although there wasnt any major fighting and things happened in it. If you watched it you know what I am talking about, The humor effect in that is almost to high to cout. The way the students heard it. It probaly toped out on the Yaoi factor.[/SIZE']
I can see what ya mean having just finished watching ep67. But also this had to be one of the funniest filler eps I'd seen for any show. On another note, next weeks ep will be 68-69. Watching the preview at the end it said that the next ep will be 1 hour long so I'm assuming that it's 2 eps rather than being like 63 which was an extended special. There's also rumours that the next eps will be the final of the filler arc but I don't believe it to be true.

Just watched episode 66 and may I say wow. I have a few points to bring up though. Firstly I read somewhere that Kubo Taito rights the scripts for the anime as well as his normal part in writing the manga. If that is true then the fillers are really quiet different as I've read that they're similar to Death Note rather than the normal Bleach formula. In this ep it was revealed at the three villains are in fact
modsouls like Kon. Most likely the advanced version that was scrapped which would explain their speed
. It seems weird though cause out of the three the girl seems to be the leader of the group. The other question that comes to mind revolves around the fact that the ending credits show 3 other people that could be villains on top of the 3 we've already met. Are they the same as the first 3 or are they something completely different? Hopefully we find out more.

just watched Ep64 and it appears that the filler arc may be most interesting. I have some ideas of who the new characters could be based on the third arc of the manga but my ideas could be completely wrong. my idea is that these people could be the
vaizards
, but only people who have been reading the manga could understand who they are.
As of next Tuesday, Bleach anime is on a Naruto-style filler spree of undefined length. Where, by filler, I just mean original material not present in the manga; thankfully they're not giving us sixty episodes of Don friggin' Kan'onji while we wait. The reason, as anyone who reads the manga will know, is that the anime is catching up to the manga in storyline terms, and they'd be in trouble if they reached the same point as the manga and discovered that Kubo Taito hasn't written the rest yet... Personally, I think the end of episode 63, as the end of the Soul Society arc, would have been the perfect spot for a season break, instead of giving us filler. I don't want to see Bleach - which I've been following for quite a while now - become one of those crassly commercialised anime like Naruto or Inu Yasha, which seem to continue airing purely to line their creators' pockets. What does anyone else think of the upcoming filler arc?
Kubo Taito has written more of the manga, he just hasn't finished the next arc which is why they have the fillers which are also being written by Kubo Taito since he writes for both his manga and the anime. AS for the number of fillers I heard there was going to be a total of 20 filler eps though that is undefined. Also I've seen the titles for eps 64-66 and non of them suggest Don Kan'onji eps.
The third attachment is an image that relates directly to the TV series filler arc. Despite what it shows, they want viewers to "wait and see" about whether shinigami will appear. I certainly hope so--one can only do so much with the real world characters. And I want more of Yumichika and Higashi, dammit. :animeswea Lastly, a Bleach movie is scheduled for the end of next year, but no further details have emerged yet. ~Dagger~
Actually that third attachment looks like it relates more to the third main arc from the manga which will be translated as the fourth arc of the anime. That is unless it's those characters in SS. This is because those 5 characters, along with Rukia
are the shinigami sent by soul society to help Ichigo deal with the arrancar and act as a scouting party for the strength of the crossbread hollow/shinigami created by Aizen.
Oh and I heard the Bleach movie will be done by the people who did Naruto. At least the mangaka(author) writes for both the anime and manga.
I wonder how long it will take Aizen and company to realize that
the advanced hollow that Urahara created isn't in Rukia but in Ichigo and how they will react?[/spoiler'] It should be an interesting scene if my thoughts prove correct I can't wait to see the reactions.
I'll say your wrong with this comment but I won't say anything else as that would mean giving away some of the biggest secrets of the show. You'll see what I mean when they reach the next major arc, but not till after a 22 episode filler arc. I can back up what I'm saying by the fact I've read all 208 currently translated chapters.
