1. Name: Illus Mandral Age: 100 Gender: Male Race: Elf Side: Defender Appearance: see attachment Personality: Illus is quiet and keeps to himself. His mind is always focused on the task at hand. He is unsure of what he really is going to do when he finds the girl as he is intent on saving the girl but another side of him wants to kill her for mankind. Sometimes Illus can be seen arguing with himself as he fights internally with his secondary side. Weapons: Double sword and shield combo (as seen in picture). He also uses his free hand to damage the enemy. Spells: Demon's Bane: A white aura, blessed by the Gods, is emmitted from his free hand desintegrating demons in one hit. The Other Side: Not so much a spell but more a curse. From birth he has had the ability to change into a deamon, but at when this occurs he loses control of his body and mind. He has never been able to control this power fully and only Demon's Bane can subdue this spell. This is his second mind. Sonic Boom: Raising his sword to the sky Illus releases a double shockwave in all directions, sending the enemy flying. Reason for Defending: Illus was given the quest of protecting the girl in exchange for the removel of his curse. Though he will be rid of his curse if he succeeds in protecting the girl, it is also true that if he fails then his body will be completely consumed by the curse and he will be forever a Deamon. This is why he is constantly battling with himself when it comes to protecting the girl. Where as he wants to protect her, the Deamon wants to kill her.
2. Religion...Hmmmm... Well I'm supposed to be a Catholic but in truth I'm a self proclaimed atheist. I believe that Religion is a thing constructed by a number of powerful people to control the masses. You look at all the major religious problems in the world over the centuries, e.g. the Crusades. Each one has been a leader controlling people through religion or against a religion to do their bidding. In summing up. Religion is one of the most dangerous weapons we have.
3. I live in Australia, but we usually recieve games about three months, or sometimes less than that, after the US. From what I've heard the game is not planned for a release in Aus until late 2005 and for the US about mid 2005. It must be taken into account that it still hasn't been released in Japan yet.

Gothic Music

I recently obtained the Resident Evil Apocalypse soundtrack. Now I suggest anyone who is a fan of Gothic music should buy this. It has some great cothic music such as: Cradle Of Filth Lacuna Coil Nightwish CKY The Cure Rammstein and many others. I thoroughly enjoy listening to it and I'm sure many other goth fans would as well.
5.
I own the first three DVD's of FF-U. I should have rented them first before buying :o. It's basicly just the same thing. Lisa-Ai-Yu, get in trouble and kaze always recuses them! But I like his summons, they are awesome. it's way to predictable.
It seems like the same plot each separate episode but the overall plotline does progress towards the ending. The thing I like about the series is the fact that they throw in episodes where Kaze does not save them. On volume 4 there is an episode where it comes down to Lisa to save them all including Cid and the Commodeen.
6. This game is finally getting released in Australia and I'm so overjoyed. As soon as I heard about it I went down to my local gaming store and preordered it. I've been waiting for over a year. This should be awesome. Counting down the days, about a week to go.
7. Before Terry had a chance to answer Daniel turned to see two kids starring down the road. The door to the building was open and another kid was running down the track. "Shit," He swore under his breath. "Terry I want you to take care of these two kids here. Make sure they don't leave as I want to question them about a recent strange occurance." Without getting a response he started to run after the other kid. Things were not looking good. All he had wanted was to take a walk, a bit stange because of the rain, but no, Hell Hounds had to attack a bunch of school kids and now one of the witnesses was running away. Could things get any worse. Somewhere in the village was a new witch and their powers had awoken. It was the only reason that Hell Hounds would appear. he would have to find this witch and dispose of them.

Phantom Brave

Australia had Disgaea released for a month and then it was discontinued due to lack of Presales. It was really popular during it's brief release and I wanted to buy it but couldn't find a copy anywhere. Either I'm going to have to find a European site that I can import it from or I'll have to make do with Phantom Brave when it is released.
9. "What was it that you were going to say," Terry asked. "Ahh, only that you shouldn't be out on the road on a day like today," Daniel replied tentatively, though also irritated. "You've lived in Salem for a long time and you know how dangerous these storms can get." He made to lead the priest to a some shelter, but it appeared the man wasn't going to move. Daniel started to get frustrated but controlled his face enough that he wasn't going to let it show. "How about we get you under cover so that you don't get a cold," he asked. "I'm sorry but I have to look after the girl," Terry replied. "Who is she?"
10. I've been into FFU since the first one was released in Australia almost a year ago. I have only got the first four volumes though. The thing I found about animes and especially FFU is that you can't understand the basic storyline from just one episode. The story unfolds through all episodes and so it is impossible to understand everything from watching a half hour. Kaze is awesome *points to avatar*.
11. Daniel moved slowly down the path. His head suddenly began to throb. He knew that feeling. There were Hell Hounds in the village. Now why was that? Hell Hounds hadn't been seen in Salem in over 1000 years. It must not have been a strange feeling that he had felt before, but the presence of other witches. Now things were beginning to get strange. Perhaps the sudden occurance of this strange event would move the people towards his resolution. Daniel ran in the direction the feeling had come from. The Town Hall loomed ahead. A priest of some sort seemed to by coming from the opposite direction. This could be a problem. He would have to remove this problem and Then deal with the other after. The witches could wait. It wasn't like they would be going anywhere after a run in with Hell Hounds. He headed towards the Priest. "Ah, Good day," he yelled out. "Welcome to Salem my good sir."
12. I live in Australia so the US election isn't supposed to effect me directly, but I found myself at 1:00 in the afternoon watching the progress of the election. I've got to ask, how can you (as a country) possibly vote for Bush? The man can't even string a proper sentence together without changing the entire meaning. Here are some examples: Bush - "The terrorists do not stop coming up with ways to hurt our country and neither do we" - talking about the problem with terrorists he makes it sound like your entire country is doing the same job. and Bush - "We will not have an all volunteer army." - This was Bush trying to say conscription will not be introduced with the war in Iraq. Now what I'm saying is I still haven't heard who has won, but here in Australia because people were stupid enough to vote Howard back in (not me I voted for Latham), if Bush gets in again it will be another three years at least of saying yes Prime Minister Bush. This is because Howard has his head so far up Bush's backside that we don't get a say.
13. I've recently been watching the Sonic X cartoons (boy do I miss the old ones) and I've been noticing that many of the characters are those from the Sonic Adventure games. At this point it wouldn't surprise me if it started on the Sonic Adventure 2 storyline because at this point all the characters are there except for Shadow.
14. Daniel stormed through the mansion to his study. The idea that he had failed again in his quest to bring back the old methods surged through his head. How was he supposed to hide his past if not with the death of others. It had been the one of his family for centuries. They hid their true identity through the sacrifice of others. But the family had been looking for a way to cast off that which they were ashamed of. He felt a shiver down his spine. Now that hadn't happened in a long time. He cast it off believeing it to be the cold rather than a witch in the region. The witches of the region had died off long ago anyway. He was the only one left in Salem and no one was going to find out that secret. He decided to take a walk even if it was raining outside. It might help to calm him down. It usually did. He grabbed his large trenchcoat off the chair and headed outside.

Phantom Brave

I don't think many people would have this game. In Australia it hasn't even been released yet and isn't likely to be released after the way Disgaia was treated.
16. They say that it is a Hobbit race but except for the bones they have no proof. How do they know that it is a full grown woman from the bones? It could just be a child for all they know. The only reason this is happening is because of all the hype behind Lord of The Rings.
17. Role: leader of the Anti-witch society Name: Daniel Pearson Age: 26 Gender: Male Appearance: See Attachment. Daniel has white hair as it is common for his family to go white early in age. He wears a red vest and a large black leather trench coat. He also wears black leader pants and these plus his appearance make people feel uncomfortable when he is around. Occupation: Doesn't have a proper occupation due to his wealth. Spends most of his time on his anti-witch campaigns. Personality: A times a quite and reserved person which may have something to do with his unusual history (family and personal). Though when he is speaking out against the witch's he is the complete opposite. He openly believes that the old ways for dealing with witchs should return, but in that aspect he is never listened to. He is proud of his family history, at least of the well known part as his families dark secrets have never been revealed.
18. I've played this game on PS2 and thought it was awesome. I've been meaning to buy it on GCN because it is only $50 and you can play as Link from Zelda. As far as showing underwear it happens in a lot of games. In Shadow Hearts, one of the greatest RPGs, if you equip Alice with a certain item and then cast a specific spell then it shows her in pink underwear.
19. I'm not the biggest FF7 fan though I'm a large FF fan. I know of two spin-offs to FF7 being Advent Children and Dirge of Cerberus, but I have not heard of a third spin-off. What is this third spin-off and where can I find information?

Linkin Park

All I have to say about Linkin Park is that I think Reanimation is one of the greatest remix albums i have eaver listened to. Not that that I listen to many remix CDs but that is beside the point. I saw them perform when they were down here for Livid and they were awesome.

Gothic Music

Sometimes people classify bands differently than what the band would classify themselves. For example people classify Cradle Of Filth as Goth Metal, but I recently raed in two magazines that they do not classify themselves as Goth metal or Black metal as it is also known, but rather think of themselves as an extreme heavy metal. They say the only reason they are classified as Goth is because of the makeup.
22. You all have very good points but what was strange about the character that was killed off was that it was set up in a way so not to be a surprise but it was. She was a fatalist and every time she went into battle she expected to die. In a way that made you expect her to die but the fact that she always lived made one suspect that it was never going to happen. It was also only in the last two books of the series that she was set up to be a good person.
23. There is also a play based on the story called Dr. Faustus. It is not the actual story but is an adaptation to stage by a playwright by the name of Christopher Marlowe. I haven't read faust but the play is a really good read.
24. It's unusual but recently I've discovered that I become more emotionally attached to characters in books I read rather than people I know in real life. Recently I finished raeding a series of books and at the end when one of the main characters died I was practically in tears. Now what I find unusual Is the fact that I have almost no emotional attachment to those around me in real life. Does anyone else have the same thing happen to them?
25. OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! That looks so awesome. I love Morrowind even if I can't get into it, but Oblivion looks awesome. It's a game that is getting added to my want badly list, amongst a dozen other games that are unreleased or discontinued. It easily looks to be one of the best games ever. My only problem is that it will probably be released on a DVD disc.
