I fully agree that Metallica are a very cool band and don't understand people's sudden hatred of them of late. I still consider them my favourite band and they are the band that first got me into Rock/Metal music. Although I prefer most of the earlier stuff, the newer stuff still rocks hard and has some quality moments. With regards to the song you're talking about, it could well be 'To Live Is To Die' from the '...And Justice For All' album. It starts with a fairly sad sounding guitar (which is awesome) and then slowly gets into a hard riff and keeps getting harder as it goes along and then there's a few words in the middle and then the riffs fades back out into the sad guitar to end. Other than that I don't know what you could be referring to.

Generally tends to crack jokes and make people laugh as a basic way to hide his insecurity and shyness with girls. Has very strong morals and is almost always willing to help. Hobbies: Anime (of course), Manga, reading, writing, drawing and gaming are favourites with this teen. Andrew enjoys learning new things and being diverse with his activities. Well, I was inspired to come and write this thread based on a discusion I had on Friday afternoon with my lecturer and fellow classmates about what happens to us when our very finite source of oil is finally depleted. As you may, or may not know, our sources of oil are going to run out fairly soon (anywhere around 30 - 50 years so I've been told) and when that time comes, there'll be no transport (unless we come up with some kind of alternative) we'll have no great means of power (unless we all decide to fully go nuclear) and various other problems will befall us. My lecturer said that his opinion is that the world will crash. With there being no transport (unless we've got an alternative), food lines between countries will be lost so many people may starve. With there being no large means of power (excluding the nuclear option), our technology is going bye-bye. I just thought I'd see what my fellow Otaku brethren think about this issue...Plus I'm tired and need sleep. ¬_¬

Name: Andrew J. Curtis Nickname(s): Sometimes AJ. Age: 24 Gender: Male Origin: South Wales, UK Current Residence: Queens, New York Appearance: Around 5’9” and weighs little more than 130lbs. Andrew has a thin frame and looks terribly pale all the time. He has large black patches right below his eyes and almost looks skeletal in his appearance. His light brown hair is always spiked vertically upwards and is one of the only things on his body that Andrew takes pride in. For his job he normally wears black suits and when in casual dress he normally wears baggy jeans and other baggy clothing on his torso. He is also known to wear sunglasses more often than he should as he doesn’t like the sun much and it acts as a cover for the huge black bags under his eyes. Curse: Andrew has been gifted with the ability to control all the Earth’s metal, by tampering with their electrons and using magnetic and electro-magnetic forces. However, as a result, the levels of Iron, Calcium and other required metals in his body are dangerously low, making him weak. Personality: Andrew has become very bitter and angry with the world, thanks largely to his ‘condition’. Deep inside remains the happy child he once was, waiting to get out, but on the surface he seems cold, pessimistic and in some cases sadistic. He has a very wry sense of humour and enjoys goading others while either remaining totally stoic or wearing a maniacal grin. In general many people try not to bother getting close to him or asking him why he is always so bitter, so Andrew adds loneliness to his list of things he hates about his life. Since discovering his powers Andrew has used them in perverse and outright wrong ways to gain slight enjoyment from his otherwise hellish life. Biography: Originally Andrew was a happy child, full of enthusiasm and curiosity. Interestingly enough, before his 10th birthday he was also well on his way to developing a strong and muscular body. He never suffered from illness and was always the first person to cheers others up and encourages them. The day after his almost perfect 10th birthday however, he fainted for apparently no reason and was rushed to hospital. The doctors warned his parents that his iron levels were dangerously low and he was anaemic. This came as a shock to everyone considering his previous health and after more tests it was also revealed that due to a lack of calcium, Andrew’s bones had become fragile and weak. Moving on with life was difficult. Andrew was given several vitamin tablets and God knows what else to take religiously every day until his condition improved. It never did. Andrew has since been stuck with a weak body, constantly taking pills for this and that and being almost constantly miserable. Still somewhat optimistic, he ploughed on with his schoolwork, using his intelligence to get him through and he eventually got through University and into a comfortable job with a large international firm. It wasn’t until just after he’d left University that he realised that his ‘curse’ offered something in return. He could apparently move things just by looking at them. Through study and trial and error he learned that these ‘things’ were only things which contained metal or had some kind of magnetic field working on them. He didn’t play with it much though, the job he had acquired, required him to move to the States. It was while he was on the way there that he really started playing with his abilities. Andrew attempted to move the plane as it was in flight. Of course it went wrong and the plane began to lose altitude. Fearing for his life he allowed the pilot to re-take control of the plane and with amazing skill, the pilot levelled the plane out and they got safely to NY City. Andrew left the plane with a huge grin across his face. He began using his powers in terrible ways, throwing people into the face of death and then quickly pulling them back. With little remorse for any of it he just thought of it as making others feel the pain that he has known for a lifetime.

Got a little info on a few of the actors for those of you who are too lazy to do some research. ^-^ Have fun! George Newbern (aka Sephy) does the voice of Meyvn Nooj from FFX-2 and is also the new voice of Superman from the Justice League Unlimited series. Incidentally he is also the voice of Danny from a few episodes in an early series of Friends. Christy Romano (aka Yuffie) is also the voice of Disney’s Kim Possible and also Ren Stevens from Even Stevens (Also by Disney). Quinton Flynn (aka Reno) is probably most famous for his role as Raiden in Metal Gear Solid 2. He also does the voice for Iruka in the Naruto anime and plays various background parts in a lot of FPS games and other minor parts in various series. He also acts as Isaaru in FFX. Something I also didn’t know despite how obvious it was is that he also acts as The Human Torch in the Fantastic Four cartoon, as well as Spider-Man and the Hulk, where he also plays The Human Torch. He is also the voice of Johnny Quest from the series of the same name. Steve Burton (aka Cloud) also played Mr. Strife for both Kingdom Hearts games as well as also playing a lot of minor parts in shows I’ve never heard of. He also has a part in a very old episode of Days Of Our Lives. Rachael Leigh Cook (The fabulous Miss Lockheart) appeared as Josie in the Josie and the Pussycats movie. She also has a part in Batman of the Future (Or Batman Beyond, whichever you prefer) Chelsea. She also has many minor parts, again, in shows that I’ve never heard of as well as playing Devon in Dawson’s Creek. Steve Staley (aka Kadaj) is a very busy man, lending his voice to many, many anime including Naruto, MS Gundam, Cowboy Bebop, Ah! My Goddess, Cardcaptors, Digimon, Wolf’s Rain, Hand Made May, Gungrave and Akira (amongst other things). He also lends his voice to the gaming community in Suikoden, Tales of Legendia, Star Ocean and Red Faction II. Wally Wingert (aka Mr Shinra himself) frequently gives his voice to bit characters in Family Guy and American Dad. He is also known as Dr Cloud in Doom 3. He also appears in the Harvey Birdman: Attorney At Law cartoon as various people. He also voices Maximo in the game of the same name (Maximo being a modern day version of the classic Ghouls ‘N’ Ghosts game). He also throws his voice into games such as Tales of Symphonia (Remiel), Dino Crisis 3 (McCoy), Enter The Matrix (Various) and the last few Tony Hawk’s games. He also appears in various Star Wars games and Digimon. Dave Wittenberg (aka Yazoo) is also a very busy man in and out of Anime. He appears in various Anime including :hack//, Appleseed, Cowboy Bebop, Digimon, GITS: SAC, Lupin III, Neon Genesis Movies, Please Teacher/Twins, s-CRY-ed and Wolf’s Rain. He has also aided the gamin industry with ;hack//, Star Ocean, Xenosaga and Viewtiful Joe. Fred Tatasciore (aka cry-baby Loz) has provided voices for The Hulk, various characters in American Dad and Family Guy as well as many other games and series. He also provided the voice for Samuel L. Jackson in Team America and had bit parts in MGS3 and Vampire: Masquerade. Steve Blum (aka Vincent) is widely known for his voice work as Spike (Cowboy Bebop), Kazuma (s-CRY-ed) and Roger (Big O). He also plays a more laid back role as Jamie in the pseudo-Anime Megas XLR. He has also appeared in many more Anime’s, Including Trigun, Ah! My Goddess, Fushigi Yugi, Yu Yu Hakusho, Macross Plus, MS Gundam, Chobits, Guyver OVA and many parts in Digimon. Beau Billingslea (aka Barret) is probably best known for providing the voice of Jet from Cowboy Bebop. He has appeared in CSI: Miami, Death by Degrees (Tekken’s Nina spin-off game), Ravemaster, The West Wing, :hack//, Star Ocean, Xenosaga and Wolf’s Rain. He also had a large part in the Halloween H20 movie and was the narrator for Outlaw Star. Interestingly he also provided the voice of DeeJay in the Animated Street Fighter II movie. Chris Edgerly (aka Cid) has provided voices for many games and series, including Tales of Symphonia, various parts in Kenan and Kel (Brings back memories), The Punisher, Everquest II and Halo 2. Gregg Ellis (aka Cait Sith) has acted in Shark Tales, Mr And Mrs Smith, 24, Star Trek, The X-Files, Titanic and The Angry Beavers (What a classic!). Liam O'Brien (Red XIII) has previously provided the voice of Shobu Kirifuda in Duel Masters, Gaara in Naruto and Dion Landers in Star Ocean amongst others. Jamieson Price (aka Reeve) has acted in Castlevania, Gungrave, Digimon, :hack//, Star Ocean, Cowboy Bebop, s-CRY-ed, Vandread, Big O, Mezzo and many more. Bettina Bush (aka Elena) has acted in Rugrats and that’s about all that’s worth mentioning. She also had a part in My Little Pony apparently. Grace Rolek (aka Marlene) has only one other voice credit, which I could find. She voices ‘children’ in a movie called Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind. Andrea Bowen (aka Girl with the Moogle doll ^-^) has acted in The Cat in The Hat (Sally), Desperate Housewives (Julie Mayer) and Bambi II (Faline) apparently. Rick Gomez (aka Zack) has appeared in the Animatrix (pilot), FFX-2 (Gipal), Sin City (Klump) and in various other things. Mena Suvari [aka Aeris (or Aerith)] is probably most famous for her roles as Heather in American Pie and Angela in American Beauty, amongst other things. Finally, I’m done after about 2 hours of searching. The few actors that aren’t there (Tseng and Denzel) aren’t present because I couldn’t find anything on them right now. Maybe with more extensive research I could find something out, but until then…meh

OOC: Apologies for the shortness and the delay, college work is a royal pain! --- "What an annoying man," she muttered. "Let's get out of here. Major, where's that safehouse?" Freya’s frustration was clearly evident, so Armstrong wasted no time in gesturing to the door whilst bowing to allow her to pass. The other Chimera’s quickly followed as Armstrong led them down the street and into an alley. On the other side of the alley they quickly crossed a few more streets, moving relatively quickly and seeing few people. Eventually they ended up at a rather run-down looking building. At the back door, Armstrong pulled out a ring of keys and looked through them quickly and tried a key. It didn’t fit. He looked somewhat disgruntled but looked for a second key and tried it. Again, it didn’t fit. “Heh, if you’ll excuse me a moment...” He begged while looking at the keys, “...This is the apartment...garage...brothel...Then this must be...” He mumbled to himself, apparently finding the key. With a quick pull of the trigger, the padlock was gone and his old style glock was back in its holster inside his cloak before they’d realised that he couldn’t find the key. “Shall we?” He questioned as he walked through the door with a goofy smile on his face. They were immediately faced with a set of steps and then another door, which led into a maze of identical looking corridors. He took three lefts, a right, another left followed by another two rights...or was it four? Eventually they came to a tightly sealed door with a control panel next to it. Armstrong’s gloved hand began roving the numbers, hitting them so quickly that most of the others couldn’t follow. There were a few beeps as the box comprehended his code, and with a hiss, the door unsealed and opened into a large room with many more doors. “Welcome!” His voice boomed in the large room. “This is my safest house, my very personal favourite! I’ve been preparing it for a very long time for just an occasion like this. Each of these doors leads to various sections of a large compound. There should be enough space for all of you and more! I’ve spared no expense, this place if top of the range...despite what my shenanigans outside led you to believe. Please, make yourselves at home and if there is something that you require that isn’t here, don’t hesitate to ask.” Each of them looked around, amazed at the sheer size of the place. Armstrong proceeded to pull several little black boxes from his cloak and handed them out to his new friends. On closer inspection, they were small computer-like devices with a large screen and keypad. “These are my gift to each of you. They’re easy to use and mostly do all the work for you so don’t worry. On this little baby is the location of every safe house I have in the entire city! There’s at least one every mile or so, so you’re never far away from shelter. Most of them are already occupied, but by people like yourselves. Obviously they aren’t as unique but they welcome strangers.” He spoke again. The main door slammed shut as he led them into the living quarters. A large place with many comfortable seating areas, many large computers all over the place and an even bigger rarity in these times, a fully functional television set and various other multimedia nearby. “Like I said, make yourselves at home...”

Meanwhile... Sitting in what most would consider the sleaziest joint in the whole damn town, Armstrong sat at a corner table with his feet held high on the table. He lay back, eyes closed and arms behind his head, apparently relaxing. Sitting next to him, head resting on his chest, was a beautiful Red-haired woman dressed with only a skimpy red bikini to hold her ample assets in place. She was humming some tune quietly as if lulling him to sleep. Suddenly, a vibrating sensation flew through his body and a harsh ringing sound jolted him from his reverie. The Red-head was also suitably startled to jump and almost throw herself from her bikini. He winked at her and motioned to her top as he pulled out his phone and held it to his ear. “Hey, what’s up chief?” He asked the man on the other end as the Red-head re-adjusted herself. “Hey, Major, long time no see. I think you’d be interested to know I’ve got a couple of people down at the bar here tonight who are interested in safe house.” Replied the bartender, Chuck. “Safe houses? They got any money then chief?” He asked disinterestedly, his gaze roving the Red-heads curvaceous body. “I don’t think you understand Major. These ‘people’ are looking for ‘your’ type of safe house” Replied Chuck, and if Armstrong could see him, he was sure the man would be winking as he said certain words. “You need not another word chief, I follow you completely. I’ll be down in a few minutes, if they look like their gonna leave, stop them. See you in a few.” He said before exiting the call and stowing his phone away. “Aww come on Army! We haven’t even spent ten minutes together tonight!” Complained the Red-head cutely. “Sorry baby, business calls, I’ll be back to see you as soon as I can, or better yet, you should come down to my place once you get off tonight.” He quickly spoke with a wink and ran for the door. “Major...Yeah! Major pain in my ass!” She said somewhat angrily before another voice called her. “Amy! Now that he’s gone, get back to work!” Boomed a disgruntled male voice. “Yes sir...” --- Just as the posse of Chimera’s were about to leave Chuck’s bar, Major Armstrong sauntered in and stood proudly and arrogantly in front of them. Led by Freya, who didn’t miss a beat, the Chimera’s stopped and looked at him curiously. “So...I hear y’all are longer for a safe house?”

Sorry it took so long and thanks for waiting. If you've got any problems, let me know and I'll edit accordingly. --- Name: “Major” Armstrong (normally just called Armstrong or referred to as The Major) A.K.A ‘X-Delta 24-GP’ Gender: Male Age: 29 (Appears to be around 20) Caste: Generally whoever pays the most. Armstrong sympathises with Chimera’s. Appearance: Although Armstrong lives up to his name in strength, his size betrays him. Standing at only 5’8” and looking relatively small many people doubt he is capable of the many things he’s been hailed for. Each of his muscles are toned to near-perfection and all hold great strength. He has short, light brown hair, which is always spiked up completely vertical. The Major has light hazel eyes, which appear cold and calculating and can apparently see a person’s soul when he looks at them. His young looking face is almost always cleanly shaved and he seems a little too pale. He is however, what most of the opposite sex would consider attractive. Armstrong always wears a large black cloak that covers his whole body from the neck down and is perfect for storing all his little gadgets and weapons. Underneath he wears a tight fitting white vest, slightly baggy blue jeans and gloves and boots especially crafted for him. Everyone of his clothing are designed to be durable, light and non-constricting to give Armstrong ability to move freely. Personality: An enigma in all senses of the word. Whilst looking almost childlike, his eyes show wisdom and cunning far beyond his years and his mind follows this pattern. While seeming almost harmless in a regular conversation, cracking jokes and in general making an *** of himself, Armstrong is always calculating his next move just below the service and is always prepared for any situation to blow up in his face...which it normally does. He loves the thrill of a good fight, whether it’s melee or a long-range fight and despite many of the rumours about him, he really doesn’t like taking others lives...unless they really, really deserve it. He doesn’t mind delivering a bit of pain though. Weapons/Skills: In amongst his large cloak, Armstrong carries guns, explosives, knives, technical gadgets and all sorts of helpful tools. Many people who have had the pleasure of working with him seem amazed by the sheer amount and variety of things he manages to fit inside his cloak. Yet, underneath the cloak, and underneath his clothes, Armstrong himself is a hardened warrior with exceptional ability. He has heightened strength, speed and reflexes, agility and each of his senses have been raised by a fair degree. Although he pales in comparison to the force of might that are the Chimera’s he is far more advanced than your average (and in some cases, above average) human. A technical genius, Armstrong has knowledge and experience with all sorts of computer systems and is responsible for some of the larger scale computer thefts in recent date. Writing Example: 26 years previously… “And how is ‘He’ today?” His deep voice echoed through the small control room, his silver flowing hair reflected in the glass in front of him. The tech who sat beside him began moving dials and pushing buttons and the lights on the other side of the glass grew as his reflection faded. Sitting no more than ten feet away the infant sat in a huge seat with all sorts of wires connecting to him on all limbs and coming from most orifices. The visor he was wearing raised slightly so that his face was visible, and he groggily awoke. “‘He’ seems fine sir...His brain functions are far above normal and He already seems to have the ability to lead a military force on par with Major Hoshino. However, his body seems immensely fragile, although that might just be a side effect of the accelerated ageing and he should become stable in time. ” Replied the tech through his thick glasses. At the word ‘Major’ the infant’s ears picked up, and he heard more or less every word through the thick glass, as if it wasn’t even there. He would surely remember that word... “Such a pity...” The deep voice again, the silver-haired man was about to reveal what ‘He’ had already known. “Sir?” Asked the Tech, slightly confused. After a little laugh, the silver-haired man began again. “We’re through with human engineering. We’ve been given the go-ahead to start producing Chimera’s for the Government for the next 20 years, starting in a few months, so X-Delta 24-GP here is no longer necessary.” The silver-haired man scoffed. “But sir!-” The Tech started. “But nothing! You will follow my orders John! Terminate the little bastard and get on with the Chimera research I gave you a few months back or I’ll terminate you as well as ‘Him’” He shouted, pointing to what he considered an abomination growing in a jar. “Yes sir...” The Tech, John, sighed, defeated. With out another word, the silver-haired man left with a maniacal grin plastered to his face. Immediately, John began typing frantically into his various keyboards and clicking furiously with is mouse, not really sure of what he was doing, but he had to do something...didn’t he? After all, this ‘abomination’ as ‘He’ was called so often was grown from his very DNA, unknown to his superiors of course. But there was no way his ‘Son’ would be thrown out like a cheap whore. Within the room, the helmet came back down over His eyes and He was immediately submerged into the cyberspace He so loved. For the last three and a half years of His existence He had been strapped to this chair, plugged into this network, learning. Learning at such a furious rate. His hunger for knowledge had surprised them. They had no clue that He’d become self-aware. True, His body was weak right now, probably weaker than a baby’s, but He’d calculated that the accelerations effects would lessen and He would remain a healthy young adult for some time. Although this sounded promising, and if they’d known that they were on the verge of immortality they’d have carried on, His childhood had been robbed of him. He didn’t want this to happen to any others, but this Chimera project would surely take place and if so it would ruin the lives of more ‘children’ much like Himself. But now wasn’t the time to worry, John had just fed Him with every file in Oroboros’ system and was disconnecting him fully from the system for the first time. All the wires hissed and left his body, the shackles holding to the chair released. He already knew what John was planning to do with him. He’d have to find some way to thank His ‘Father’, but now wasn’t the time either. The door to the room opened and John rushed in with a large bag. If he were caught now, the consequences would be dire, and his ‘Son’ would be killed for sure. From the bag, John pulled a survival suit and helped Him into it and then dressed Him with some regular clothes over the top so the child wouldn’t look out of place. Into the pockets John slipped a few small firearms and two little knives along with a phone and enough money credits for Him to live on for a while. John Armstrong then hugged the boy and pointed to the door. Finally deciding on calling himself after his ‘Father’, Armstrong left the room quickly and quietly understanding exactly what his ‘Father’ was instructing. He’d never been touched before, except for the cold touch of metal...it was...nice. 24 years previously... Now in the body of what appeared to be an 19-year-old, the self proclaimed ‘Major’ Armstrong had already made a name for himself amongst the new world order. He had quickly adapted to his surroundings, took on any job that offered money and had already been involved in some big computer and arms thefts. He’d already banked several huge sums of money and had a lot of connections within the Mob and the Neo’s. His amazing intellect and incredible skills had made it easy for him, but he still worried about the ‘abominations’ now growing in Oroboros’ womb and if his ‘Father’ had been found out. No matter...He would do what he could for them all.

I posted my details and promptly raised the European members, UK members and the Welsh members by one each in one foul swoop! Bwa ha ha ha! *Ahem* Anyway, it's a nice idea but my comp is having trouble with the map so I can't view it! *whines* I'll have to work at this one to get it going!

This is a fine dillema I've gotten myself into.
Andrew replied to sakurasuka's topic in General Discussion
This "situation" you've got here strikes deep with me, because I've been the guy in both the positions which you speak...and my name is also Andrew ^-^ *points to name* I'll have to agree with Gavin here, there's nothing worse for us guys than thinking we've got that little slice of Heaven in the form of a fine female, and then out of nowhere she says THOSE words. *shivers* So if you're going to ask him to wait for you, ask him ASAP to ensure minimum hurt factor. As for you Ex, this is a touchy subject for me because I've been there *grumble* but again I agree with Gavin. Anyone who's anyone has a little fit when their Ex moves on, it's natural, and I'll be the first to put my hand up and say that I was like that (very bad actually), But I grew up and me and my Ex are best friends now. So like Gav said, either tell him to grow up or get lost. It may seem harsh but in the long run it's the best for you. But it must also be said that, as Pumpkin suggested, you enjoy this time in your life now while you have a chance, because things only get MORE hectic when you get to College. *Grumble again* As for your family situation I don't know what to suggest there, but I wish you the best and just take everything in your stride and be strong! -
I was first introduced to Anime, before I even knew what Anime was, when I first watched Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie at about age 8-9 I think. Bare in mind that this film is now 11 - 12 years old AND it's based on a game. And I'll be the first to admit that films based on games haven't really been well accepted (Save maybe Advent Children but meh) but SF for me is a work of genius. The animation in this film is incredible to me now and then. It has just the right amount of action expected of a film based on a Beat 'Em Up, without screwing up the plot. I love the voice actors as well, they all do an awesome job (Especially the voice of Bison). I also owe a lot to DBZ, despite realising that it may not be THE best after watching others, it started me on my Anime journey and I'm still pretty sure that Vegeta is my favourite Anime character. Anyway, I'm moving from the question. My anime viewing is highly limited because of where I live (and because Toonami here in the UK is absolute Shíte) But I have watched a few of the well known anime's. I'm quite fond of Outlaw Star, it was shown on CN a year or so back and after it (along with most of the other anime's) was taken off, I had to buy the series for myself. It's gritty and deals more with life. Like, just because they have THE greatest ship the galaxy has known, it doesn't make them invincible and they still have to worry about parking fees and such. Much like Fullmetal and EVA, Outlaw Star has a good range of serious and silly moments, easily switching between the two with little to no difficulty. Again, I really like the voice actors for this series and most (if not all) of the voices suit their character to the ground. As mentioned above, I'm also a fan of FMA (highly anticipating the release of the movie!) and it's great characters. Now, I watched FMA all the way through in Japanese to begin with and grew quite attached to the voices, but after having watched a few english episodes, I'm warming up to the english actors (not forgetting that Armstrong is done by good ole' Chris Sabat!).
And despite the fact that characters die left and right in this series
it still gives for plenty of time to like characters and really feel
sad when one of them is killed off.
I really do love all the characters in this series and when I got to the last few episodes I really felt for each of them and their combined and individual problems. And I must say (Despite most people's opinion) I really like both the series ending and the EoE ending for Evangelion. Each has their own charm (The movie going for the more kick *** action style) but I like them both equally. I really liked the strength of each of the female characters (despite what happens to them during the late stages of the series) and connect strongly with all of them (despite being a guy). One thing I have forgotten to mention is that in each of the above three series, I can't remember one episode when the quality of animation dropped below anything short of excellent. For series as long as these (FMA especially) I think that's incredible and I take my hat off to the creators. Ok, I've rambled on for a while now so...yeah.

“Take care of this Serj.” Sin commanded as he continued smoking. “It will be done my Lord...” Serj shot back, lowering his head slightly, “...You know those things’ll kill ya right?” He questioned Sin, smiling and pointing to the cigarette between his lips. Serj then bowed to his Lords and Lady, kissed Ana’s hand and winked and then addressed the rogue. A pretty little thing she was, just turned eighteen, Serj guessed. Maybe he’d take this back with the other he’d found earlier, but then he thought against that. He wasn’t in the mood for a full bed tonight, especially after having a talking-down from Sin and not so much as a reaction from Ana. This one could come up to the house and use his shelter and food and in turn she’d work directly under Serj (in more than one way) and would protect his life and house as if they were own. “Come with me little one, I’ll get you on your feet...” He said as he looked arms with her. She was a little disorientated but she could walk fine. Serj talked to her most of the way home, being as friendly as he knew how, explaining what was happening with her and how her life would be from now on. After all, this wasn’t the first time he’d taken in a stray. Currently, Serj had four other female vampires under his command, living out of his house. Ironically he called them his angels, all trained by Serj himself to use their powers as he does and trained to carry out his bidding, although not in the typical “I’m your Master and you’ll do as I say” way. Serj’s Angels lead relatively free lives, coming and going as they please, sharing his wealth and wisdom. And now, they were five. And now with Serj’s activities restricted by the Ancients, they would all provide for some good entertainment. Back at his ‘Castle’ as it were, Serj settled in the sitting room around his fireplace and invited his new guest to sit down and warm up. Before learning her name and background or talking with her anymore, the other Angels stormed the room and took her away to get ‘acquainted’. Now Serj had nothing to do until his next ‘guest’ arrived. They’ll need me soon…If the council think they can survive with just the three of them, they’re far too big headed...Not like there’s anything wrong with being Human Turned anyway...
-
It appears as if my Lord has spotted me... Serj thought without even looking in Sin's direction. His eyes followed Ana's dancing, quite hyponotic indeed, not quite as effective on him as it was on the human males in the room, but hypnotic none the less. Heading immediately for the Bar Serj poured a drink for himself as the tender seemed quite busy with the watching of the dancing and all. Jeez, these guys are like zombies... As he turned to watch the dumb crowd. It was then that some gun totting maniac of a hunter began firing. Instantly Serj dropped his drink and darted for cover before formulating a plan. Although a bit drastic and highly dangerous, this would be the perfect opportunity for him to proove himself to his Lords and Lady. Without a second's hesitation Serj rolled out from his hiding place and threw the nearest bar stool as har as he could, striking the Hunter's revolver holding arm near the shoulder. Snapping the leg of a nearby table Serj cautiously headed to over to the fallen assassin.

10 minutes? It was more like half hour! It still amazes me really, but I guess it's a voice actor thing...They're like bloody chameleons! >_< Anyways, on to the subject. My experience with Mr. Mignogna is highly limited, in that I've only seen the first few episodes of Fullmetal in English and the first Broly movie. From this I'm quite pleased with what I've heard, although I'm not sure if I'd put him above Romi Pak (Miss. Pak provides the voice of Edward in Japan) for playing Edward. It's a hard choice. Although no disrespect to Vic, he plays Ed most notably and funnily I might add. Although, very much of what he says as Broly is "Kakarot!" along with various grunts, laughs and screams, he suits the character most snugly. I hope to watch more anime's with him because he does a very good job. I think that's about it for my rant. Very good actor...very good...

Request Vegeta (DBZ) and Ryoko (Tenchi) Banner and Avitar Request
Andrew replied to Andrew's topic in Creative Works
Cheers mucho! They look awesome together! It was a pleasure doing business with ya, hope to do it again in the future me thinks. -
With tender care, Serj let the body lie softly amongst trash. He suitably taken enough blood to make him last without killing his prey and then let her sleep. He licked the little blood left on his lower lip with a smirk and headed straight back into the main street. Before forgetting all together, he turned his head to face his crime. Soon you will come to me... Leaving the lovely lady’s sleeping form behind Serj walked confidently and purposely across the cobbles, heading back towards his dwelling. Aside from the last half-hour or so the night had been a lost cause. The first club he’d visited supplied mediocre drinks and the women had skank written all over them. The next few followed similarly and Serj had almost given up hope when he’d spotted his latest lovely. She walked with grace, beauty and pride. She wasn’t a common day street whore and she had obvious class. Her beautiful blonde curls framed her face and hung down either side of her ‘ample assets’. Her ass was especially hypnotic in grabbing his attention. Serj had swiftly followed her and managed to lure out of prying eyes reach where he’d “attended” her. It was just then that he spotted Adrian stalking through the unsuspecting humans. Apparently he was heading back into the more crowded part of town. Many of the humans disregarded him, or were persuaded to do so. The Ancient continued with Serj hot on his heels. Apparently they were heading to a bar that Serj frequented, but something told him that his Lord wasn’t going there for good booze. Perhaps a meeting? It couldn’t be? All three remaining Ancients in one room? With the amount of hunters about? AND more and more Alchemists appearing? Are they insane? Needless to say, Serj would do what he could to get in to this meeting. Perhaps he’d spy or even shamelessly flirt and grovel to Ana...as he always did. Perhaps he could even take the opportunity to get in the good books of BOTH Sin and Adrian. Interesting...

Request Vegeta (DBZ) and Ryoko (Tenchi) Banner and Avitar Request
Andrew posted a topic in Creative Works
Hey all. I'd really like to get my hands on a Banner and Avitar with Vegeta (Preferably Super Vegeta) and Ryoko from Tenchi (preferably in her battle suit). If anyone would like to make these for me I'd be eternally grateful! ^-^ Thanks in advance! -
Hope I got here in time. I'd really like to be a part of this and if anything isn't to your liking, tell me and I'll correct it immediately. Name: Serj “Midnight” Knight Age: Serj’s age has been lost in his long and vast memory. He appears to be in his early twenties. Race: Vampire Class: Human Turned Vampire Weapons: Serj carries various weapons depending on his mood. Normally his strongest weapons are his wits and his fangs but when he feels ‘playful’ he likes to bring all sorts of toys on his ‘Midnight’ hunts. Among his weapons are various daggers and small stabbing objects of various descriptions. Character Description: Standing at around 5’10” and weighing about 140 lbs, Serj is a little bigger than your average Vampire. Spending many years refining and perfecting his abilities and techniques have made his body strong and muscular. Unlike many other Vampires, Serj has somewhat tanned skin and looks nothing like one would expect a demon of the underworld to expect. He does however have the dark piercing eyes associated with his kind; in his case their hazel. He has long light brown hair, which comes to just below his shoulder with a centre parting and is deadly straight. Normally preferring the feel of a fine suit, Serj is considered a ‘fancy rich-guy’ but does dress down sometimes...yeah, sometimes. Those who know Serj are certain that he is totally eccentric; Although this may not be far from the truth. After living for many, many years and having lost many, many women Serj may have a few screws loose up top, but nothing to worry about. Generally when acting for the masses, Serj is always happy, smiling politely, normally the centre of attention and constantly making people laugh with his odd sense of humour. Sometimes he’s deathly serious to the point of being funny to others and other times he acts like a clown to the point of being funny. He is also sometimes known to alter his mood in the drop of a hat, from life of the party to dangerously violent. Born in June (or at least according to his memory) Serj is a Gemini and conveniently blames his massive mood swings and personality changes on his Star sign. In his life Serj has travelled the world over many, many times (much like most of the immortals) and is wise in the ways of the world, yet very rarely shares his wisdom with anyone. He does however, have quite a collection of antiques and artefacts from many places around the world hanging up all over his house. Some might say that Serj is an exhibitionist...and they’d probably be right again, but he is very rarely seen during the day. Aside from these obvious things, Serj hasn’t opened up to many. Only those who he once shared his heart and soul with...those few special women who are now either distant memories or terrorising the world in there own little way. To Serj Life is to be enjoyed and enjoy it he shall! Background: Long ago, when the Vampires first realised that their ‘food’ was dying out and their numbers were plummeting, they began to ‘turn’ some of the remaining humans in a desperate attempt to keep their line. While many of the confused and newly made Vampires set out to kill and mindlessly follow their new hunting instinct, Serj hid himself away and began to learn things about his new abilities. Months passed and he was already very acquainted with his new powers and an expert hunter. While many of his fellow brethren were killed quickly by the remaining human resistance Serj excelled and became well known, even among the ancients, as an excellent ‘human turned’. The years passed, and the natural evolution of things continued. Vampires hid themselves in shadows and the humans once again flourished to the point were none could remember a time when they were almost extinct forever. It was then that the Vampires started again, rebuilding their empires under lock and key. Serj himself became a leader of some of the newer vampires, but they still were no match for the secret organisation of hunters that appeared. He survived again on his wits and knowledge of his power and continued to ‘recruit’ new followers. Then THEY came. Alchemists...all of them had powers on par with a fledgling vampire at the very least. Then there were the masters. They began to slaughter the steadily re-growing vampires like they were nothing. Serj barely escaped with his life (or un-life) and lost another batch of students as he did. Although they lacked the immense healing factor of the vampire and their immortal life, these Alchemists could stand toe-to-toe with Ancients in some cases. And so the Vampires dwindled yet again. This time they were truly forced underground, and so Serj followed his former masters under. They survived for many years, taking what food they could here and there until many of the general populace forget their very existence. Most believed that the Alchemists had succeeded and destroyed every last one of the abominations. It was this ignorance to their existence that the vampires used to their advantage to slowly resurface and build power. They began attacking and planting evidence that connected to other humans, turning them against themselves. Many of the Ancients were the first to snatch power were they could, stealing wealth and building huge manors while many of the underlings remained hidden. Slowly, the Vampires re-entered humanity and the humans thought the random killings as nothing but selfish murder. Life for the Vampires was beginning to return to normal...yet still, many Alchemists remain and new are being trained everyday. Despite this, Serj has followed in the steps of the Ancients and claimed a mansion and minions for himself and has loved, ‘turned’ and then subsequently lost many a woman in his quest for his perfect match. Now living pretty much care free (except for that one special someone) after many thousands of years, Serj goes about his night to night business unhindered and is an expert at covering his tracks. Although many suspect him, not one of them has a speck of evidence against the great Lord. His nickname of 'Midnight' obviously stems from his name and the fact that he's only ever seen at night.

Stupid 1’s and 0’s! Andrew thought to himself as he looked at the same coding that had been staring back at him for most of the day. Truthfully, this was easy stuff, but he wasn’t really concentrating. His feet were tapping shadow drums to go along with the heavy riff playing inside his head. A tap on his shoulder halted the music and Andrew turned to see his senior smiling at him. “You’ve been at that all Kiddo and you’ve stayed more than an hour later than you’re supposed to. Go get yourself some coffee or something and go home.” Came the soft voice of the middle-age man. “Oh...” Andrew blurted as he looked at his watch. “Thanks Tom, I’ll get out of your hair now. See you next week!” He quickly got up, shut off his computer, threw some files into his cabinet and dashed off down the hall. An hour late? Damn it! I must have really zoned out this time! Where as anybody else would have gone to the elevator (or the stairs if they needed the exercise -.-) Andrew headed to an empty office, closed the door behind him and went straight for the nearest window. Although there were others like him about the city, The Hunter had yet to come across a “Hero”. But then again, he’d only been here a month. Perhaps tonight. Andrew carefully removed his suit and hung it in a nearby locker with his initials, AJC, etched into it. He flexed his highly defined muscles in the tight jump suit that now covered him. Its deep black fabric clung to him like a second skin and he grinned at himself in the mirror. Damn I look good! Without another thought, he leapt from the window and the hunt had begun! Andrew let himself free fall for a few seconds to enjoy the wind and to cool himself down from his day. In an instant a blinding light surrounded his body as his energy freely raced through his body, blurring his face to all and preventing gravity’s effect. He was The Hunter now. His nostrils flexed as he sniffed at the foul stench in the air and he began the short flight home. Or at least what he called ‘home’ for the time being. The high-rise apartment had been acquired for him, with no expense spared, by his father; A huge living area with all the trimmings, Sound system, huge TV, DVD system, computers for work and for entertainment and a huge dining area. A huge kitchen with the highest quality appliances, two bedrooms (even though he lived alone), both with en suite and King-sized beds. Of course it appealed to Andrew, but comfort wasn’t everything, the place lacked something. It lacked life; something Andrew thought could be brought in by a woman’s touch maybe? Hunter shock himself out of his 18th million daydream of the day to drop the 30 or so storeys down to the ground at the sound of a clip being inserted in to a gun. The stench of cold steel and gun powder drew his sensitive nostrils almost instantly. Rather than go through the formality of showing himself and making some corny Superhero joke, Hunter just threw a light energy ball directly at the guns and listened for the terrified squeal of the surprised henchmen. It really is too easy. I haven’t had a real challenge at all yet! He whined to himself. Although he’d been ‘held up’ at work, the night was still young, Hunter had plenty of time to head home and clean himself up for the long night of fruitless goon hunting. Being a Hero wasn’t all it was cracked up to be he’d realised in the last few months. He sighed as he dropped down near his balcony and stepped into the chilling warmth of his apartment.

Apologies if it seems rushed or something isn’t right, I just wanted to get it done and up as quickly as possible before you closed. Sounds like a great idea and if you require any chances please feel free to ask! Superhero Name: The Hunter Real Name: Andrew J. Curtis Current Occupation: Officer worker; Junior tech support Place of Birth: South Wales, UK Marital Status: Unfortunately single Height: 5’10” Weight: 160lbs Eye Colour: Hazel Hair Colour: Light Brown. Hair Length: Andrew always has his 4 inch length of hair spiked upwards in a symmetrical and uniform manner. Clothing: Casual: When going about his business Andrew just almost always wears a pair of jeans of various design and is normally accompanied by a T-shirt with some kind of picture, logo or slogan. He does sometimes wear suits for special occasions and always wears a suit for work. Superhero: When acting as The Hunter, Andrew uses his energy manipulation to thicken the air and blur his face so that only his dark eyes can be seen by onlookers. He wears a black, thin fabric jump suit all over his body, stopping at the neck, wrists and ankles. To cover his hands and feet he wears white gloves and boots respectively. A very fitting costume for the man behind the façade. Personality: Always known to be ‘THE happiest child ever’, Andrew grew up to become cynical, stoic and generally introverted because it was “the done thing”. A decision he now regrets as he finds it increasingly difficult to interact with and meet new people. Underneath Andrew has charm, wit and is certainly not as dark and miserable as most give him credit for. When fully opened up Andrew is a bit of a comedian and is known to have a sensitive streak. Although it doesn’t happen often, Andrew really enjoys the company of others who are genuine. Character History: Born into a surprisingly high class family as a healthy baby (and only child) with “Rugby player’s legs”, Andrew was treated with all the love and care one could ask for. For many years no apparent sign of his mutation existed except for his heightened smell and it was just assumed to be a great sense of smell and nothing more. It was later realised when his father began training him to hunt that Andrew was different. His eyes allowed much further and wider scope than any of the others and his ears picked up the sickening scream of the dog whistles. It also became apparent that Andrew was different when his hunting instincts took over and he required no gun, dog or other aid to trap his prey. After these first hunting incidents, Andrew’s parents worked quickly to cover their little boy’s “difference” and stopped him from hunting. He carried on as normal for many years until the time for leaving school came. Andrew decided to attend higher education abroad and he easily had the intelligence, qualifications and financial backing from his parents to do so. Before this however, Andrew decided to travel various global locations as part of a Gap Year for the adventure. Andrew travelled to Germany (one of his favourite Countries), France and many other European Countries, Russia, India, Africa, Both North and South America and even spent a day in Arctic. It was on his trip to one of the deserts near Death Valley that Andrew’s life was altered further. Although happy with his life choices Andrew had always had a tingling in the back of his mind that yearned for more and it was while he was dwelling on these thoughts that night in the blistering cold of the desert that the entity appeared. None of the others at the camp saw it and they all claimed Andrew had slept the entire night. But he knew differently. A silent wind blew at his face and a pale gloom from the moon lit the area. Suddenly pictures began flashing through Andrew’s head, memories or visions of something that are still to this day nothing but blurs. Then the bright white creature showed itself and said nothing. It just starred at him with its heavenly bright eyes. And then it was gone... Andrew was a little scared at first and asked his fellow campers if anything irregular had occurred and when they assured him he’d slept like a log he assumed it a dream, until he got back to civilisation. Slowly, Andrew began to feel sensations in his body and knowledge to use spectacular powers would throw itself at him. He successfully carried out his higher education in computer technology at Princeton...by day. Yet he secretly used his new powers to battle small time crime in the area under no particular alias. It was at this time that he re-discovered his mutant powers and became The Hunter. While looking for a job, Andrew read of the increasing illegal activity in Justice City, a place he had visited before during his travels. He strengthened his resolved and moved to the falling city and took a job as a junior tech in one of the major office buildings close to the corruption and once again took on the persona of The Hunter and started on the rocky road of City Protector. At first many of the citizens couldn’t decide whether he was fighting for them, against them or just looking for fame and at this point it still isn't known where Andrew’s alter ego’s loyalties lie. But despite some his light fame (or sometimes infamy), Andrew does his best to fight crime as The Hunter and continually tries to date girls (but fails) as himself! Superhuman Powers: A mutant from birth, Andrew possesses heightened super human levels of smell, sight, hearing, taste and touch. He has been known to track a car across more than five states even though it had a six-day lead on him. Andrew also possesses other abilities given to him by an unknown entity of unknown origin. Andrew can freely manipulate energy in and around his body to increase his speed and strength as well as alter the force of gravity acting on him so that he can defy gravity. He can also manifest and refine energy in its rawest form to use as shields, projectiles and various other things. Thus far, the extent of each of these abilities has not been recorded or fully tested to their limits. Source of Powers: Benevolent mutation and a mysterious entity with untold abilities. Special Skills: Andrew has designed his own form of combat based on his abilities, although he is still learning and perfecting. Weapons/Gadgets: Andrew uses no gadgets at this time; He has however, been known to use various pieces of his surroundings as a makeshift/temporary weapon in various situations.

The California sun was setting at his back whilst a filthy steal door lay in front of him. Expecting the music to cut out and every goon in the bar to turn their gaze his way Andrew walked in with a skittish air about him. In actual fact nobody so much as spared the young runaway a glance...well, except maybe for a few girls in the corner. Feeling somewhat relieved Andrew walked confidently towards the bar and took a seat. “Wha’ can I get ya Kid?” asked the old man behind the bar washing a glass. It was said in a nice enough manner but with a hint of resentment when he spoke the word ‘kid’. Andrew nodded towards the fridge behind the bar. “Bottle o’ Budd please, man.” Andrew had learned from the last few months on the road that life was easier with a few drinks. When he’d learned that his father wished to send him away to some school for “Gifted” people such as himself, Andrew took his few valued belongings, enough cash to last him a good few months and left, not really knowing where his destination was. He’d stopped by Danielle’s place on his way to apologise, let her know he was leaving and most importantly, get his last lay for a while. He accepted the bottle from the tender with thanks and took a big gulp. Its effects took place almost instantly, he could already feel his head and throat tingle. With a sigh he picked up his drink and his travel bag and headed towards a door on the opposite side of the room labelled ‘POO ROOM’. Obviously kids looking for fun had long since removed the ‘L’ and the owner just couldn’t care less. Upon opening the door there were three old tables with humming lights above them, two of which were in use. On his immediate right in the corner of the room a woman with a long flowing skirt was straddling a man rather intimately. They took no shame and made no attempt to hide what they were doing. “Talk about Californication...” He muttered to himself with a smirk and took a seat on his own at the bar. This bar was connected with the other room by a door, and obviously the tender didn’t come in unless urged to by the small bell on the bar’s surface. Andrew dropped his bag close to him and began to sip at his Budd. Just before he took his last sip the door opened and two girls, who appeared to be Andrew’s age, walked in. “You mind if we sit here?” Asked the blonde of the two. ‘Score!’ He thought to himself. He nodded his head, “Sure, be my guest” and then took his last sip before ringing the bell. The blonde took a seat to his right and the red haired girl sat on his left. The blonde then held out her hand and smiled. “I’m Bethan.” Andrew grasped her hand and shock it as the red haired girl held out her hand. “ I’m Kim.” Andrew smiled, shock her hand and then rang the bell again before speaking. “I’m AJ, pleasure to meet ya both.” He said with his charming smile when the tender came in. “Another Sonny?” The tender asked with a raised eyebrow at Andrew’s new friends. “Cheers man. And could you get whatever the ladies want?” He said acknowledging them. They both offered their thanks. The tender pulled out another Budd and the usual drinks of Beth and Kim and planted them on the table. Andrew pulled out a dirty $10 bill and handed it to the tender. He took another refreshing sip as Kim began to speak. “So where you from AJ?" She took a sip of her own drink and raised an eyebrow. “Illinois. You two locals then?” He said as the bottle touched his lips again. “Long way from home aren’t you cowboy?” Beth asked with interest. “Yeah, I’m just doing a little travelling. I figured Cal would be a nice place to come,” he said as he grinned at them both, “Obviously I was right.”

OOC: Apologies for the mistake Sakura. I was typing away unaware that Word was automatically correcting the words as I went along. ^_^> And sorry for the lack of posting lately, College has been slightly hectic, hopefully I’ll get a few more posts in soon though. IC: The battle had been fought and was bloody to say the least. The dragons that Vincent had led in to battle had all fought gallantly, but when the huge dragon had appeared most of them fled or were killed. Vincent stopped mid battle and watched in awe at this awesome, destructive creature that was now in a heated aerial battle with Tesera and her newest dragon friend. A creature that had not been seen for hundreds, perhaps thousands of years was now flying above the whole city in plain view of everyone. Even if Vincent died during this battle, he had lived a long and prosperous life and seeing this mythical creature would be well worth it. When he had finally recovered use of his body he continued to fight of a few dragons until they were all rallied to the larger creature for what would appear the final assault on the city. Vincent’s grip on his sword tightened as he darted through the city in pursuit of the dragon’s target. Why this huge mythical creature and many unknown assassins hunted such a beautiful and talented young woman. When he eventually could see them in the distance he tried to call out but fell on deaf ears. The dragon now had his full attention on the fleeing group so Vincent moved pretty much unhindered. He progressively caught up with them but was stopped when so goons on a high rooftop began targeting the group with bows. Vincent took an immediate detour from his rooftop hopping and began his slaughter of the sneaky assassins. Jeez, there’s a huge dragon attacking the city and they’re still worried about assassinating Tesera...that’s persistence. After wiping his blade clean, Vincent leapt down onto the street, albeit with a slight creak in his weakening bones. He managed to get a little ahead of the dragon during its struggle with the arm, which was no doubt work of Ashwin and follow the group through the gates into the now vacant opening. The dragon finally broke it’s grasp and launched some powerful and devastating magic attacks at the deathly hand and then flew at the group faster than before. Just as the Eso dropped the floor on them Vincent Finally managed to catch up. With one great big sigh he threw himself in after them only to have a lot of the dirt collapse on him when Eso sealed the ceiling. Pulling himself out of the dirt shocked the group and Vincent dusted himself off to retain his dignity and them smiled at the group, before noticing the small flying female at Ashwin’s shoulder. In what could only be taken as a blatant mockery of Kira Vincent shouted loudly “ohmygoodness, I haven’t seen you in ages” and grasped the little dark girl in a great bearhug.

Nothing personal Mage15, I wanted the powers of Shadowcat since Craig informed me of this little escapade. I must welcome you back anyway Burke, and as always, sounds like a nifty RPG you’ve got going. Name: Andrew John Pryde, commonly shortened to AJ and nicknamed ‘Cat’ Age: 18 Power: Shadowcat. Shadowcat possesses the ability to pass through solid matter by passing his atoms through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which he is moving. In this way he and the object through which he is passing can temporarily merge without interacting, and each is unharmed when Shadowcat has finished passing through the object. This process is called "phasing." When Shadowcat is phasing, he is, for all intents and purposes, intangible. Hence, when attacked, he can shift into a "phasing" state (even if he is not at the time passing through an object) so as to allow oncoming projectiles or energy blasts to pass through him harmlessly. While phasing Shadowcat is still vulnerable to psionic or mystical attack, however. Shadowcat passes through objects at the same rate of speed at which he is moving before he "enters" it. Since he is unable to breathe while "inside" an object, he can only continuously phase through solid objects (as when he travels underground) as long as he can hold his breath. Shadowcat can phase through any material object, even living people. When he phases through an object with an electrical system, the process disrupts the system's workings. He has trained himself to go automatically, by reflex, into a phasing state at any indication of danger, such as a loud noise like a gunshot, in order to protect himself. Using his phasing ability, Shadowcat can walk on air. In fact, he can use his ability to walk on the air from the ground to the upper stories of a building as if he were climbing a staircase. Codename: Shadowcat Appearance: Andrew is of average height at around 5’10” and weights roughly 160lbs. He has short, light brown spikey hair and hazel eyes. Andrew has always been a great athlete and gymnast and as a result he is in great shape. Andrew always seems to have a constant smirk and is generally what many females would consider handsome. Andrew ALWAYS wears blue jeans and some kind of brand name T-shirt. Personality: Although highly intelligent and well educated Andrew can sometimes be a little naïve about worldly matters due to his spoiled lifestyle. Generally tends to turn every occasion into a joke and always seems to want to laugh and make others laugh. However Andrew shows great respect towards his elders and those who he feels are deserving of his respect. Due to, once again, his sheltered lifestyle Andrew is highly confident of his own abilities and sometimes this comes across to others as arrogance. Bio: Andrew has lived in Deerfield, Illinois all his life in anything but a normal life. Both his parents were (and still are) highly successful in their career paths and as a result had a LOT of money to spend on their first born son. Andrew attended school and as to be expected by his father, he became “The Popular Guy” who everyone looked up to and always wanted to be with. He’s had numerous serious and non-serious girlfriends and is highly sought after by most of them. He also became a great athlete and gymnast, earning his nickname of ‘Cat’ for his flexibility and agility. The only bad thing it seemed in Andrew’s life was his constant headaches. These headaches were however pinned down to hereditary illness. Both his Mother and Grandparents on his Mother’s side suffered from varying degrees of migraines, so it was shrugged of by Andrew and he was just pumped full of drugs. Just before his 15th Birthday however, the biggest headache he’d ever felt struck Andrew and knocked him unconscious in his own room. When he woke he found himself lying in the splintered remains of his Mother’s living room table with both his parents giving him the most shocked look he’d ever seen. At first Andrew was oblivious and didn’t understand the nature of the ‘X’ gene that had been lying dormant in his body since he was conceived. Obviously both his parents knew the consequences of birthing a mutant brat and did absolutely everything in their power to hide the fact that their proud son was one of them. Andrew however was not so careful. On many occasions, his powers would inadvertently ‘activate’ whilst he was performing in the gym and he’d end up on his face with coaches shouting at him for his sudden clumsiness after a lifetime of perfection. He also began showing it off to various female admirers and further increased his reputation. Andrew now fails to understand those who are scared of his kind and admits his heritage openly. As a result many members of the community find themselves receiving cash bribes from Mr and Mrs Pryde. As a further result, Andrew’s parents are considering sending Andrew to Professor Xavier’s school after being contacted by the man himself.

This was Vincent’s time to shine. Although the beginning of the display had been beautiful to his eyes, when he saw the first dragon fall his scowl was unmatched. Probably some stupid damn fool wanted one of the dragons dead for bones or hide and started them at each other he thought. This bloodshed was completely unnecessary and it would be a long day with a lot more innocent blood spilled. Vincent’s intentions were set so that as little blood as possible would be spilled. Immediately he set to work throwing his cloak back to reveal his glowing gloved hands. From his trained hands apple size energy blasts began to fly up at the dragons and just as each got in front of a one or two they would explode in a flurry of beautiful colours. As Vincent had planned many of the dragon’s got scared by the bright colours or some couldn’t comprehend what was happening in front of them and retreated in either fear or confusion. Then Vincent noticed that somehow Teresa had thrown herself up into the fight riding on a dragon back. “This complicates things” he thought out loud. Vincent was unsure of the extent of Teresa’s powers but if she could control a dragon enough to ride it bare back without previously training it she had Vincent’s respect. Amongst the crowd, Vincent saw that Ashwin and Lynn were dispatching would be assassins and helping in whatever way they could and that many guards were already trying to organise the crowd to evacuate in a fashion that in some way resembled order. The sooner the civilians got out of the area the easier it would be to calm the dragons. After a large number of them had left Vincent’s surrounding area Vincent drew his large sword and pointed it at the sky and began to call out in a strange dialect that the dragons seemed to recognise. Again some were scared away, others paid no attention and a few others altered their course to fly directly at Vincent. “Good! These must then be followers of Genesis. They will aid me in sorting this mess” He spoke to himself. These dragons had been either related to or friends of the first dragon Vincent had ever met (Also the dragon whose body was used to make the sword that Vincent now wielded), Genesis. The immediate respect that Genesis' bones commanded from these other dragons showed their massive respect towards the old dragon, but now was the time to ease this violent situation.
