1. Well, about the only reason I'm still here is because of Sprite Central and the Nintendo forum, and I already know other good sites for stuff like that, so I wouldn't care that much. To be honest, most of the people here annoy me. I don't think I'd miss anyone. The only people I would miss talk to me on a regular basis on AIM.
2. Isn't Samus a Bounty Hunter too? Bounty Hunter vs Bounty Hunter...'At'sa bit weird... I don't do Anime Scenarios, but it's always fun to go on fixed camera on Flat Zone with nothing but Game and Watches.
3. Hey, you don't suck. MM is a hard game. All the others are, too. I think the only easy MM game is MMX4...o.O;;
4. Each of them should last around 20-30 hours. I've played 1, I'm in the middle of fighting
Protoman
in 2, and I haven't started 3 because I lent it to a friend who just completed it. I agree with Bluegender, the games would be so much better if you could battle each other on different games. I think the only time you can connect with BN1 in BN2 is with the Retro Trader. >_<
5. Well, alot of the time I end up writing a post then deciding it's not that important, and closing the window. I'll only post if I feel what I'm saying is worth reading. Sometimes, what makes me not post, is when someone is being a complete idiot. I tell myself that they're (insert loads of bad language) but I can't post that here, can I? So I simply close the window. I've read alot of the topics on this board, but the amount of posts I've made these days has been getting lower and lower than before. In short, I only post if I have something good to say. And I don't post when I feel I may end up breaking a few rules, such as flaming.
6.
Originally posted by Subversive I have read the Bible, and as it says to be gay is wrong- thats all. While I agree with this I do not hate the people who are, that would also be wrong.
You appear to be forgetting that some people, such as myself, don't really care what the Bible "says". I haven't met anyone who is admittedly gay, so I don't really have a right to cast an opinion on them. I doubt the idiots who mockingly imitate them, using mega high pitched voices, fluttering eyebrows and stroking another random guys arm while asking if he wants to see his dick have either. That's one of the many things that annoys me, how people assume that all gay people are transvestites who try to hit on every boy in sight and have a really soft, feminine voice. >_<
7. It doesn't really look at that interesting to me. I just might rent it so I can link it up with Wario Ware Inc and get some new minigames. >_> I heard you could do that in a gaming mag...Could anyone confirm this? ^^;; Anyway, yah. Like I said, it doesn't look very interesting. Go round butt slamming things and so on...I think I'll just stick with Mario Sunshine...
8. To tell the truth, I really don't know. One one hand, I think being a mod, having the power to close threads that have about 2 more threads that are exactly the same on the SAME forum page would be great. It gets me so mad when someone can't even be bothered to check down the page to see if anyone else has posted what they're about to post before. Warning people who are constantly spamming and asking idiotic questions that keep getting answered would also be pretty fun. On the other hand, there's the random IMs...I dunno if I'd be able to cope. Maybe for the first few weeks I'd be alright, but depending on how many people end up popping up and talking to me, asking a question I just answered to the last guy, I might just start telling people to f' off. I suppose I'd be able to post a sticky, but there'd still be someone who can't be bothered to read it and wants the chance to talk to a mod. >_> Being a member isn't so bad, so long as you know what you can and can't do. If someone's being an *******, you can't warn them, but you can still tell them to shut up.
9.
Originally posted by Chou Long Kai Then when they find out I'm 12,I lose alot of respect!T.T
Join the club. I don't have a very high opinion of most people today, because I know that most of them are too immature to realise that just because the person they're talking to is still just a kid, that kid does actually understand how things work. Though I suppose they have a good reason to be so dense. Most 12 year olds these days are assholes, with no respect and no visible intelligence. I guess I'm one of them, I can be a little dickhead sometimes, especially around friends, but when I take a closer look at everyone around me, I realise how immature we all are. Bleh. I feel so different. >_>
10. Well, I often get mistaken to be alot older on the internet, so I guess I'm mature. It feels a little weird though, seeing other people my age on the 'net acting like complete asses. In real life though, I'm pretty immature, a simple fart joke will have me in hysterics.
11.
Originally posted by Kanoske AND I doubt Nintendo would approve it.. If they do I'll be suprised.
So long as he doesn't make people pay for the game when it's finished, Nintendo won't give a damn. They're only gonna get in a matter of approving or disapproving if he tries to sell it, making money off one of their copyrighted characters. There's unofficial games all over the net, I don't see the companies who made the actual games getting angry about them.
12. If it was an anime, which lots of sword fighting and a good plot, then it would be good. Same goes with a Manga. But a live action movie? Nuh-uh. Unfortunately, most people look stupid when they dress up in a green tunic and wear white tights. >_>
13. Zero is male, and this belongs in Sprite Central. Like Chou Long Kai said, you should have just stuck with X sprites instead of using PB Megaman as well.
14. I'm not gonna try and stop you from leaving, it seems you've made up your mind. Bye Seph, it was fun while it lasted.
15. Now that I think about it, that actually makes alot of sense. If Nintendo were the only company, they wouldn't really have to make their games much better. So long as the people are satisfied with the current games, they could just keep bringing out games of the same quality, until they eventually decide to bump it up, but instead, with all the competition going on, they're trying to go further and further...Same with the other companies. I don't actually think everyone "wants" to see another company die, but people get addicted to their consoles and end up thinking the one they own is so much better than everyone elses, and that it would be so much better if there was just that one. I suppose gaming is more than just "omgz nitendo r teh bssst tehy roXX0rs mcrosft n sny r crrpp!!!!!111!!1 i hpe thy DIE!!!11!1 lol", like most people I know think... In short...I agree. ^.^;;
16. Completed it today with 15 hearts. Words cannot describe the happiness that I'm feeling, while at the same time, the sadness knowing it's over. Ah well, at least I've got the new slot. I'll try and get all the pieces of heart and do all those other sub-quests this time. Though I am a little disappointed at how easy Ganondorf was. I was expecting a spectacular swordfight that required ultra-fast reactions and lots of skill, but it was really just shielding, parrying and attacking while he was stunned. >_> Ah well. Still the best game I've ever played.
17. Use the compass to find all the treasure chests. It'll be in one of those. And no offence, I don't mean to sound like an *******, but if you're getting stuck finding the Boss Key in the first dungeon, you're gonna find the rest of the game extremely hard.
18. Which forum do you like: Spriting forum, Nintendo and Zelda. Why: Spriting: I'm no longer a fan of DBZ...Actually, I've been spriting for around a year now. It's my hobby, and I also like nitpicking. XD Nintendo: *hugs his Gamecube* Mine! ^.^ Zelda: Meh. Sudden addiction to it after playing WW. Where do you hang around on the OB: See the first question. I sometimes post here though. I used to spend all my time in the Adventure forum, but then I realised how much I sucked and that I was screwing up all the RPGs I was in. So I stopped posting there. ^_^
19. Congrats LM! After he's born, and in a few years when he's old enough to read, remember to register him on OB so we can all say hi! ^.^
20. Hmmm...Yeah, I suppose that could work, but theres still alot of islands out there, even just the tiny bits of land...It's sure gonna take a while, whatever he does. Personally, I hate to be a killjoy, but I seriously doubt he's going to finish these games. There's so much to do in making a game, most people probably only get the first few parts done then lose motivation. Especially with games as big and detailed as OoT.
21. He's gonna have a tough time on WW, that's for sure. That great sea is preeety big, yup.
22. I like it. I like it alot. ^_^ The ending makes you try and look at the bright side. *sings the song at the end of Montry Python's Life of Brian XD*
23. While all the others dissappeared into the jungle, Shadow simply stood there, latched to the spot. His visor started to scan his surroundings for secret paths, items, anything that could make his trip easier. After a few seconds, it stopped, unable to find anything useful. He quietly mumbled a small "Damnnit...", then took a few steps forward. As he did so, he lifted up the giant laser on his arm, and in a flash that shone deep into the jungle, a burst of energy emerged. He took a few more steps forward, increasing his speed, the sound of his mechanical joints and footsteps getting louder by the second, followed by the deafening roar of an enormous, dazzling flame. Within the next few seconds, the trees in front of him became great pillars of fire, setting a chain reaction which led to smoking path being cleared in front of him. His feet lit up with a bright red, and he leant over as rockets emerged from his feet, steadliy making him hover about an inch off the ground while carrying him along at an average human jogging pace. Sure, Shadow wasn't exactly the fastest traveller around, far from it really, but his newly acquired, wide open path gave him a clear run straight down the middle of the jungle, which would hopefully carry on growing, giving Shadow an easy trip. If it didn't burn quick enough, or was stopped somehow, Shadow still had his fully charged beam sabre, which would slow down his journey by having to stop to cut the trees down one by one, but still do a good job in getting him forwards. An unseen grin spread across his hidden face, as he saw a few figures in front of him. He knew it wasn't a race, but his competetive nature urged him to go faster and try to catch up with the others. (Xra, if you have any objection to Shadow burning down a path for himself, just tell me and I'll gladly edit it.)
24. Name: Shadow Slicer (Just call him Shadow...) Age: 100 and something. Detailed Descritpion: Spritesheet. Sex: Male Detailed Bio:
In 20XX (this is set in the Megaman games/world/blah), Wily decided to try a little Frankenstein-ing, and took parts from various old Robot Masters that Megaman had defeated. He took Swordmans arms, for the strength to weild his heavy weapon with, Groundmans tough torso for protection and Kings strong legs for dashing and jumping. I'm still working on it, but I've already planned the basics, that Shadow has a humans head, and is the true cause of the cataclysm (the event that killed everyone in the series, which has been made obvious by capcom that Zero did it).
_> Weapon: An extremly hot, high powered energy sabre that can turn into a flamethrower. Is that ok?
25. Let's see...I've gotten 0% through the game. ^_^ And I won't get any further until 3rd May. Why, you ask? Because England sucks.
