[SIZE=1]In regards to Sheean, I think she's a political tool in many aspects. The extremists against the war are rallying behind her, while the extremists for the war are ignoring her. But I honestly think her son must be rolling in his grave for the actions his mother has taken in regards to his death. I mean the kid knew that joining the military right now could mean you go to Iraq and that you run the risk of dying. So I think that Sheean is in fact [B]disrespecting[/B] her own son's memory by her actions. I mean, who does that? And in regards to some of the people who have joined the military *cough*Ilium*cough* I think that is a rude and uncalled for assumption. I know plenty of other people who are currently in the military or military reserves. A few people are on the forums and a few others I know from my area. But I really don't feel like getting into that discussion.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=1]Several things in Gundam SEED got me angry. One would be [SPOILER]when Mu La Flaga dies.[/SPOILER] OMG I was uber angry with that, I mean, next to some other famous character's deaths in the Gundam Series that I have seen, that death was the saddest! [SPOILER]Nicol's death was just flat out painful looking. I mean, getting sliced in half by one huge freaking sword!? The pain!![/SPOILER] But yeah, the last DVD [SPOILER]Mu gets the crap beat out of him by Rau La Cruscet and comes back to the Archangel and just then the Dominion fires its Lohengrin positron blaster and Mu jumps in the way with the Strike and blocks the blast and says "I told you I'd come back!" and the KA-BOOM! There goes Strike. I was really sad in that whole part. Mu dying, then Captain Ramius firing on her former second-in-command. Though Natarle was already basically dead from her gun wounds from that jerk Azrael! Why they gave such a jerk an Angel's name I'll never understand.[/SPOILER] But yeah, that was the biggest scene that upset me.[/SIZE]

He?s been known to hit on some of the female members of the Legionnaires and its these random acts that have earned him a few well placed punches, kicks, and slaps. As his alter ego however, he?s not much different. Though he?s a little more of a daydreamer then. [B][U]Personal History:[/U][/B] When he was seventeen. Cael Simmons, who would later become Arachnid, was in Brazil with his parents who were exploring the jungle in search of several new species of spiders. Cael had grown up with a pet tarantula and was very calm around spiders, which seriously grossed out his friends when they saw him playing with his pet. However, this was his first animal classification trip with his parents, so Cael was a little nervous about it. The trip had been uneventful, except for the usual howler monkey and squawking parrot. On the final day though, Cael?s parents had found the discovery of a lifetime. There deep in the forest was a spider that had thought to be extinct. It was a very venomous spider, so his parents put it into a tightly sealed plastic container and put it into their bag of empty containers. Cael though, had been sure to complain for the fiftieth time that his bag with his clothes looked too much like that bag and eventually they?d get mixed up. His parents on the other hand ignored him and were congratulating each other on their find as they radioed for a helicopter. When Cael and his parents arrived back in the states his parents grabbed what they thought was their bag with the spider in it and went to open it in the kitchen, to check to see if their specimen was still alive, however they had grabbed the wrong bag and at that moment they heard a loud thump. With looks of terror on their faces they bolted upstairs to see their son laying face-down and his pet tarantula feasting on their now dead specimen. As soon as they turned their son over the saw that he?d been bitten once on the hand, once on the chest (he was wearing a low cut tank top), and once on the face. They quickly drove him to the hospital and quickly explained the problem to the doctor. After a few hours of trying one type of anti-venom after the other, the doctor suggested trying a new technique. A cocktail of anti-venoms mixed with some venom that would counter-act the existent poison. His parents agreed and the treatment began. A few days after the treatment began, the doctors noticed that something unexplainable was happening to Cael?s blood, though it wasn?t just his blood but his genetic make up as well, it was starting to look like his body was absorbing both types of venom and integrating it into his body. The doctors soon took him off of the drugs and he came too a day after, his parents were overjoyed to see their son alive. After a few more days of recovery Cael returned back to his home for a normal life. Or so he thought?.. A few weeks after he?d been home, Cael noticed that his body had actually developed more muscles, finally when he was in his weight lifting class he found himself lifting one of the heavier sets of weights that he hadn?t been able to do before the event with the spider. When he told his parents about this they took a DNA sample and examined it and discovered that through both the spider bites and the treatment, that his body had actually absorbed the venoms and had given him several spider abilities, two of which had been revealed already. His parents decided to run more tests. Two weeks later Cael and his parents had discovered what else he was capable of doing, one of which was climbing up a vertical wall with ease, and the final ability was that he could easily evade oncoming attacks or threats to his well being. After a few more tests his parents decided that he should fight crime, they?d call the school and excuse him each time he had to leave. But he needed a suit and a way to get around fast instead of just jumping from building to building, he needed something that resembled a spider?s web, but to design these things, his parents needed money, so they spoke to Cael, if he wouldn?t mind having his powers exploited a little and he agreed because he knew it to be for the greater good. After four more weeks. Cael?s parents and Cael went to UCLA to demonstrate what had happened and how he would be the perfect subject, if UCLA would loan them money to ?further enhance their studies.? UCLA agreed and the Simmons had their money. They soon made a lightweight suit that was strong enough to take a bullet light enough for free movement by Cael. The mode of transportation however, was very tricky. They couldn?t make grappling hooks, that would be pointless and wouldn?t allow very much movement. They finally decided that they could do genetic altering of their son through rigorous drug injections with a certain dosage. When they explained this to their son, Cael was against it for awhile but then he decided that if he were to fight crime he?d need to do this. So began the tests, his parents took another sample of DNA and isolated the Spider DNA and tried to see if they could manipulate it into producing webbing. A few weeks later, his parents finally came up with a drug that they could use to give their son this power they realized that it was somewhat unstable, though they?d gone over it multiple times they realized that they couldn?t fix this small instability. The following week Cael returned home from school and his parents told him they were ready to try the drug. He changed out of his clothes and was strapped to a chair in his parents lab. When they injected him, Cael went completely limp and his heart stopped. His parents went into a panic and started CPR for about a minute and then he came too, but he didn?t regain conciseness for a few days. When his parents asked him to try the webbing. When he did fire the webbing it worked successfully. However, he lost conciseness again, but this time he awoke and saw his mother laying on the floor holding a broken arm and his father staring at him like he was a monster. It was later revealed through another test, that the drug had actually caused a reaction that caused Cael to go into an aggressive rage when he fires off his webbing, however his parents found a drug to stop this for now. Finally, after four years of researching and testing, Cael has finally started fighting crime and was eventually recruited by the Legionnaires to be a member of their team. His parents both urged him to join so he could be among heroes like himself. [B][U]Special Skills or Abilities:[/U][/B] Strength (capable of lifting 9.5 tons to 10 tons when under stress.), Ability to walk on any kind of wall/surface due to the DNA in his body now, a pre-cognitive ability that warns of danger, natural webbing that causes an aggressive rage while slinging, but he?s been treated by his parents for this. However the drug only lasts for five years. This however still causes slight anger and heightened reflexes. If he were injected with an anti-drug, he would stay in a rage until he landed and stopped swinging, he still would have some control if this were to happen. Haruka!! You?re out of beer!! Where?s the coffee?!?!? Ayato opened one eye drowsily and looked over at the clock on the nightstand. It read twelve o? clock in the afternoon. Realizing he?d slept in really late Ayato snapped out of bed. As he walked down into the kitchen he noticed Shinji and Misato were already munching on their food and Haruka was trying to get Quon to eat, but she was too interested in Pen-Pen. The penguin on the other hand was interested in his bowl of Udon noodles with some fish pieces cut up in it. ?I think I?ll call in sick today..? Ayato said as he headed towards the phone and then he realized today was Saturday. Letting out a small sigh of relief Ayato turned back towards the table and slumped down with a still tired look on his face. ?Jesus Ayato. You look like absolute crap. Did you get enough sleep??? Misato asked as she looked over at him from across the table. Ayato nodded and grabbed his mug and poured some coffee in it and took a gulp from it. ?Just give me one more mug full of coffee and I?ll be all right.? Quon squealed really loud and pointed at Pen-Pen again. ?Burdy! Burdy!!? She said as Pen-Pen was now pushing his bowl around as he finished off the noodles. Buuchi on the other hand had plans for the bird?s tail feathers. All of a sudden the cat leapt off of the counter and landed on Pen-Pen?s metal back pack that was attached to his collar. Pen-Pen squawked and ran towards the living room where a crash soon followed. Both Ayato and Shinji ran to see what was going on. Some of the papers from last week had fallen on top of the two animals and pinned them down so Buuchii was having a field day with Pen-Pen?s tail feathers and Pen-Pen was having fun attacking the cat?s tail like it was a worm. ?Hey you two, you should come see this!? Shinji yelled at Misato and Haruka. Both women then came in and saw the two animals locked in their antics. ?Oh jeez, those two are going to be horrible housemates.? Misato said as she picked up Pen-Pen and looked him in the face. The bird seemed content to have lost some feathers but he got some fun. When Ayato picked up Buuchii he noticed the cat was purring like a motor car. ?I think these two like doing this.? With that he put the cat back down and went back to his food. After breakfast, which included Quon throwing her small bowl of food on the floor at Pen-Pen and having the penguin eat it, Ayato had changed into a light blue t-shirt and some loose brown cargo jeans and was off towards Terra?s command center. ?Ayato!! Can I come with you??? Misato said as she came running out of the house while she was still pulling on her red jacket. Ayato shrugged and slid down into the driver?s seat as Misato climbed in next to him. As they were driving down the road, Ayato looked over at Misato, she seemed interested in a book, it was one of Terra?s regulation books. ?So I see you?re going to be joining Terra then, am I right?? Ayato said as he looked out of the corner of his eye to see what Misato?s reaction would be. ?Yeah, I?m planning on joining at operations director. Though I don?t know if you guys need that. Jesus your regulations are more damn annoying than NERV?s. I swear, so many different things! Jeez..? She said as she reached with her right hand for the radio dial and turned it to a random station. The music playing was something along the lines of American Country music. Ayato cringed at the horrible song and flipped it back to his favorite station. Misato looked up from her book, a challenging look on her face. ?I was listening to that?? She said dangerously and Ayato merely concentrated on the road. ?Yeah well, some of us still would like to retain our sanity.? He said jokingly and Misato flicked back to the station. Ayato gritted his teeth a little and flipped the station back to his. ?Damn you Ayato! I was listening to that!!? This time Misato threw her book down and went to reach for the button but Ayato stomped on the brakes and she was pulled back into her seat. ?My car?my rules?.my damn station?? He said and Misato still glared at him like a child that wouldn?t give up. The rest of the ride to Terra was quiet and awkward. Once they pulled and entered the command center, Misato took the corridor that led to Commander Kunugi?s briefing room. Ayato assumed it was so that she could be briefed on what she?d be doing. The thought was quickly lost when Ayato ran into his mother and Rei. ?Oh. Hello mother, are you taking her to the chamber?? Maya nodded and Ayato shrugged and followed both of them into the chamber. The room was a large circular room and the seats of the delegates were arranged in a clock like fashion. Ayato soon realized that the delegates were murmuring amongst themselves. ?Lady Maya. We had no idea your son would be here, is it okay??? Said Helena, a girl who was only the age of 20, but she?d been appointed to the sixth position of the delegation. This meant that if Maya were to be gone, Helena would become the leader of the twelve until Maya?s return. ?Yes Helena, he is allowed to see this. He is in fact, one of the few who can help fix whatever damage has been done to both universes.? With that Maya took her seat at the twelve o? clock seat and spoke in the language of the Mulians, a language that Ayato had no clue about, and at that time Rei was walked to the center of the room. ??Let us begin?? Maya said, and with that a slow but steady humming resonated from all the delegates except for Maya. The room seemed to swirl and then it stopped, but the air seemed heavy with a presence, and then he saw it. Hundreds of them, it was a massive sea of blue spirits. This was something that required the strongest willed Mulian to accomplish, but twelve of them, no wonder there were so many. However, when Ayato looked he saw Ixtli standing there, she was singing too. How many of these spirits had she brought here herself? Ayato wondered as he looked back towards Rei who seemed unfazed by this. ?My brethren of mulian blood. We do this today to look for this girl?s lost timber. We know there is a Rei Ayanami in this universe too. At some point in time she has existed, if so we can find her soul and make a copy of it and give this form of her a life!? With that the humming changed into that of a full fledged choir and the spirits parted and one remained. Maya then started speaking again, her eyes focused on the task at hand. Ixtli was still singing as well. ?This is the Rei from our universe, her soul is here because she has already passed, but alas she realizes that this version of her has no soul so she has decided to allow us to put her soul into this hollow body. Now the question is, Rei will you accept this gift??? Ayato looked towards Rei whose face registered nothing except a blank stare. Then from her a response, but so small it was almost a whisper. ?If I must than I will.? Maya nodded and with that the singing increased even more in volume and the soul plunged itself straight into Rei?s chest and she collapsed. At this the singing stopped and when Ayato looked to his right again, Ixtli was gone. Two medical officers took Rei back to the sick bay so she could recover, all that she needed was some rest. Ayato however needed to speak with his father and Kunugi. Once Rei had been taken out of the chamber he went straight to Kunugi?s office and found both his father and Kunugi sitting and drinking some tea. ?Hello Mr. Kamina.? Kunugi said gruffly but somewhat lightly. ?Commander. Mr. Kamina is my father, just call me Ayato.? Ayato said lightly and with a smile on his face as his father chuckled. ?I came to ask about the third child that was recovered in Germany. Hasn?t our base there been giving us hell for not going to get her? If so I can take the?? ?I?m guessing your wife is to thank for giving you this much information right?? Kunugi said smiling as he took a bite out of his sandwhich. ?Yes. The German base has been giving us a?hard time.. But I have decided to retrieve this child with both of our ships now. The Lilia Litvyak II is ready for her maiden voyage, and I?m glad that its ready now because we?re taking both Evangelion units, the RahXephon, and a Vermillion. Now go get Mr. Ikari, Mr. Crowne, and Miss Sakura and bring them here soon.? ?Alexander and Sakura? Why do they have to go along??? Ayato asked puzzled at this development. ?Because son, they deserve to see these things in action and they should get to meet Miss Asuka as well.? His father said as he stood up and nodded at Kunugi. ?Well Jin, I think I?m going to go with my son and see my grand daughter.? ?Oh, I?m going to warn you, we have a new addition to the family. A warm-water penguin that?s Misato?s. He and the cat seem to have this thing where they get a kick out of attacking each other. Its beyond belief.? With that the two left to go collect the children. When they arrived at the house, Haruka greeted them. ?Shinji and his friends went for a swim down at the beach so you?ll find them there. Also, Megumi is down there with them she decided to come over and she met Shinji so she?s down with them.? Ayato nodded and left his father with Haruka, Quon, and the two crazy animals and drove to the beach to get the kids and his sister-in-law.

[B][U]Movement 3: Lonely Child "Devia Parvulus"[/U][/B] [B][U]Characters:[/U][/B] Ayato, Shinjik, Alexander, Sakura, and Rei Ayanami [B][U]Settings:[/U][/B] Terra docks (briefly), The Lilia Litvyak,, the airspace near Narai-Kanai. [B][U]Summar:[/U][/B] Its time Terra launched a recovery mission. They have launched the Lilia Litvyak which is carrying the RahXephon, Eva Unit 01, along with Elvy and her Vermillion. Though two people who are civilians are tagging along, Alexander and Sakura. The mission is to recover Evangelion Unit 00 and the pilot Rei Ayanami. The three figures stood silent, one of them was Ayato, the other was Shinji Ikari, the third and last was Commander Jin Kunugi of Terra. They were all standing at three different points of a room that had windows on all sides. In the center stood Alexander and Sakura, both had looks of disbelief on their faces. It had been three days since the incident involving the RahXephon and Unit 01. ?What you saw has already been explained. Yes, Ayato and Shinji are the pilots of those things. That is why they have left school in the middle of an attack.. The giant thing with wings on its head is called the RahXephon and Mr. Kamina pilots that, the other one that you saw today is Evangelion Unit 01 and Shinji pilots that. Now, I?ll let Mr. Ikari explain his situation to you.? So it was for the next thirty minutes Shinji explained what had transpired and how he?d ended up in their universe etc. As soon as he finished Kunugi stepped forward again. ?Are there any questions you have?? Both children shook their heads and Kunugi nodded. ?You two will now also have to leave the school and come with Shinji and Ayato when another Angel attacks, understood?? Also, you might as well come with us to see the Evangelion Unit 00 dock in port on the Lilia Litvyak.? With that he turned around and walked out, the sliding doors whooshing behind him, leaving an awkward feeling in the air. Ayato then turned and walked towards the doors with the three teens following. The docks weren?t any better, everyone was unusually quiet except for Megumi who had caught sight of her brother-in-law came bounding up and hugged his arm. That had seemed like the only time anyone had said anything. When the Lilia Litvyak finally made it into port her hull was severely burned and there were holes on the landing zone of the ship. Once she?d docked everyone ran up the gangplank to see what had happened. They were greeted by an injured but still happy Souchii Yagumo. ?Souchii, what the hell happened to the ship, and yourself?!? Ayato asked with a look of worry on his face. The young Major simply chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head with his uninjured arm. ?Oh, this? Heh, its actually interesting, you see we got into a fight with this huge looking angel. I thought it was originally a cloud because of its shape but then it fired on us and damaged the ship. When I?d realized what it was I had to run below and save Miss Ayanami. She?s on the bridge.? With a quick salute to commander Kunugi, Yagumo stepped off the ship and walked inside where he was greeted by Kim. On the bridge of the ship though, everyone but Shinji was in shock of Ayanami?s stature. She was strikingly slim with her pale blue hair. But when Shinji introduced her to Ayato and he shook her hand, something went off inside his head, and then he saw Ixtili standing there. ?This girl?She?She?s lonely and her timber is hollow.? Ayato knew exactly what she meant. This Ayanami had no soul. Something would have to be done about that. But his attention was taken away from that when the alarms started sounding again. ?Commander! We need you in the Command Center immediately, an angel has appeared, information points that it?s the one responsible for the attack on the Lilia Litvyak.? Kim?s voice said over the intercom. Kunugi nodded and looked at Ayato, Shinji, and Rei. ?Ayato, get into the RahXephon its still in the Neryia Shrine. Shinji, Unit 01 is there also, we gave it a life-long battery that was developed by the Mu. Its organic so it will not affect the organic components of the Unit. You, Ayanmi, you?re going to pilot a Vermillion. Megumi, have Lt. Hadhiyat meet Ayanami ASAP and get her up to speed on piloting one of the Vermillions.? With that Kunugi strode off the bridge and was soon followed by Ayato, Shinji, and Rei. When Ayato and Shinji were in their pilot uniforms, Itsuki greeted them both and wished them luck. Shinji entered the entry plug and was first to leave the Neryia Shrine via its massive underwater tunnels. Ayato on the other hand shot out of the opening at the top of the shrine. Looking to his left he saw Elvy and Rei in their Vermillions and Shinji was soon out of the water as well. Elvy then dropped the second gun she had and Shinji caught it without hesitation and tested how the Eva unit could handle it. ?The target is about 1 mile off the coast of Narai island, and is moving at a speed of approximately 40 miles per hour.? Megumi said to all the pilots. Ayato nodded, this thing though wasn?t to be taken lightly. ?Hey Shinji, what?s this Angel?s name??? Elvy asked rather interested. ?Its name is Ramiel, and he?s dangerous.? Shinji said with a tone of gloom in his voice. ?The only way we beat it in my world was that we had to drain all the electricity from Japan and focus it into a strong enough laser that pierced its AT field. This thing is dangerous, I don?t know if your technology?? ?Oh shut up kid, we?re pretty good, plus the RahXephon might have some surprises hidden up its sleeve, right Ayato??? Elvy asked. ?Well, I think so, I hope I do. Otherwise we?re dead.? Ayato said with a smirk on his face, he knew this was enough to get Elvy in a rant about how good the Vermillions were. Laughing, Ayato shot the RahXephon out a little further towards the bay. Interesting enough, he couldn?t see the angel. ?Shinji, does this thing have a cloaking device??? Ayato asked suspiciously. ?No, it looks like a giant glass diamond or two pyramids attached to each other. One on top and one upside down and on the bottom.? At this a fine beam shot towards Ayato who brought the arm of the RahXephon up just in time to project a shield which held up the blast. ?Holy shit! That must mean its not too far away.. Hmm.. I have an idea. Elvy, Rei, follow me!? Ayato shot up into the clouds as the two Vermillions followed. ?What?s the idea Ayato?? Elvy asked a little irritated. Ayato knew this would be tricky but it needed to be done. ?We should overwhelm this thing, give it more than one target. Shinji said this thing can only attack single targets. Shinji, Elvy, and Rei, I need you guys to surround it and fire on it with your weapons. I?ll then attack it after that.? With that the three of them separated. Ayato guided the RahXephon further up so that he was staring down at the top of Ramiel. At that moment Rei, Elvy, and Shinji all fired their wave-optical cannons and a huge flash happened. Ayato at first thought Elvy and Rei had lost their units, but then Ixtili appeared to his right and she pointed towards Ramiel. The attack had succeeded in pissing the gargantuan angel off and it fired off a beam at Elvy?s Vermillion which managed to dodge the shot, but barely. At this Ayato became angry and suddenly he looked at the RahXephon?s hands, the yellow orbs in the hands had emitted beams from them but they were solid. The rest was true for the rest of the body. Smiling he knew what to do. Flying at an angle behind Ramiel, Ayato smiled to himself and then shot towards the unexpecting angel Bracing himself Ayato didn?t expect the RahXephon to just cut through the angel as if it were butter, but it did. When he turned around he saw the angel fall into the ocean and all the multiple pieces exploded when they?d sank. When Elvy, Shinji, Rei, and Ayato arrived back at the command center they were greeted by a slack-jawed Alexander and Sakura. At that moment Alex started in about how cool that was. But Ayato?s attention was drawn towards Haruka who was looking relieved, she walked over to him and kissed him firmly on the mouth, the moment was interrupted when commander Kunugi cleared his throat and Haruka pulled away from him with her cheeks slightly blushing. Ayato soon turned his attention to his mother who had just entered. She was eyeing Rei the same way Ayato had. They exchanged nods and she took Rei with her towards the Mulian chamber of twelve. The chamber of twelve was the chamber where the Mulian elders resided, one of them was Lady Maya. Mainly they were used as a council for decisions made by Terra. Most large scale operations were discussed with the council and then with the Earth Federation. This entailed that everyone was pleased with the decision. If the Mu were against something then Terra would not provide assistance unless the decision were altered. ?All right you two. You?re to go with Mr. Kamina for the evening. We?ll make sure that you?re dropped off at home around seven. For now, he?ll explain things to you and then I want you two here after school tomorrow.? Alex and Sakura nodded and followed Ayato out into the car garage. Most of the day was spent in Kanai Isand. They went around to several stores and then finally finished up by getting something to eat. Even Ayato didn?t know why he had to play babysitter for these two. It wasn?t like they were going to run off and do something crazy. However he knew that they would have probably swamped Shinji with questions and such. Thank goodness Haruka had said she?d take him home. The ride to both teen?s houses was the awkward part. That was the point in time he had to explain where Shinji came from, the angels, and finally the RahXephon. After he?d dropped Alex and Sakura off he drove back to his house while The Fate of Katun played softly. He hummed most of the song until he arrived at his house. When he walked in he saw TWO women sitting in his living room. One was Haruka, the other was a girl with hair that almost matched Haruka?s but she was dressed differently. ?Ayato, this is Misato. She?s from Shinji?s universe. She said she remembers Ramiel appearing in her world and then a bright light and then she was here. Oh, her warm-water penguin was dragged along too.? She pointed to a penguin being harassed by Buuchii. ?A PENGUIN?! What the hell kind of pet is that?! Does he even have a name?!? Ayato said a little dumbstruck, that?s when the penguin walked over and pointed at his collar. ?Oh, so you?re called?. Pen-Pen? Interesting. Okay Pen-Pen, I know you?re going to be happy to see?.? At that moment Shinji walked in and his jaw went slack as Misato stood up and faced him. This weapon's blade is always on fire when in Uriel's hand and when he strikes an opponent down they burst into a white flame and are burnt to nothingness. This weapon can also be thrown at his opponent and when it impales its target the person or persons are burnt and the sword returns to Uriel's hand. [B]Mystic Quake:[/B] This spell will cause a 300 x 100 stretch of land and air to vibrate and rumble as if experiencing an earthquake. The rumbling and shaking is frightening and disorientating. This spell is mainly used as a get away spell, but Uriel will use it to destroy his surroundings if its necessary. Most airplanes caught in the path of this spell with feel as if they are experiencing a massive amount of turbulence and if Uriel does not dispell the encantation the aircraft will crash, but usually not destroyed. [B]Red Ray of Light:[/B] Being the coordinator of the ArchAngels as a material whole, Uriel was given powers to bring balance and order to the universe. Therefore this spell will allow Uriel to see into anyone's soul and see what needs to be harmonized and changed. This will in turn change a person's personality. While this may seem abusive in power, Uriel has only done this a few times and to people who have been horrible and they needed to be saved. [B][U]Personality:[/U][/B] Uriel is a very lighthearted easy going than most of the other Arch Angels. When anyone has spoken to Uriel they are greeted joyfully and he always shakes hands or hugs the person. However Uriel has been known to get angry and when that happens the most any of the angels has gotten out of him were some strains of profanities towards whoever made him angry. Most of the time though, Uriel is happy. However, his extreme joyfullness and extreme anger makes him look unprepared and immature to the other archangels in heaven, but they've been corrected when Uriel has gone into combat and returned victorious. In his spare time though he is found writing poetry or playing a harp, flute, or a piano. [B][U]Biography:[/U][/B] When the ArchAngels were made, God noticed that they were un-coordinated and the order and harmony of the universe were in need of being synchronized. So he made Uriel. When he made Uriel he gave him the main task of coordinating the ArchAngels as a material whole and to keep balance, harmony, and order in the universe. However this task was at first too large for the angel and he felt burdened by it. However, when Lucifer went against Heaven, Uriel tried to stop it by making the angels sit down and have both sides explain why they were fighting amongst each other. This in Uriel's mind was the best solution, other than getting god. However, the talks soon broke down amongst the parties and soon a fight broke out and the rest is written in history. Since that happened, Uriel has felt responsible for what happened and asked god for his forgiveness, this was done but Uriel was then given a third duty. To become the Angel of Repentance. This third duty was to allow Uriel to, in god's place, forgive those who have sinned or strayed from their spiritual paths. To this day Uriel is usually found on Earth most of the time forgiving sinners and setting them back on the correct path. Right now, I've watched the news and I'm going from extremes on emotions. To all you Brits that are OBers I'm glad you're okay and that your families are okay too. But I don't know aobut my pen-pal and I'm extremely worried about her. I just can't believe this horrible blood-shed.

[B]Settings:[/B] Terra Headquarters, Neriya Shrine, Kanai island, Narai high school. [B]Summary:[/B] Its been a week since Shamshiel attacked and the people of Narai-Kanai are still recovering from the attack. Shinji reveals to some of his fellow students some information about the angels and the Evangelion Unit 01. A week had passed since Shamshiel had attacked Narai-Kanai island. Repairs were already underway. The construction crews were extremely efficient at repairing everything, even though the damage had been minimal. The days had progressed and Ayato had noticed that Shinji was fitting in more and more with the students, especially with the exchange student very well. The two seemed to be pretty good friends. The only thing that was different about today was that both Ayato and Shinji were going to the Neriya Shrine where both the RahXephon and Evangelion Unit 1 were being examined. Mainly the Eva Unit 1. This was mainly because Terra wanted to use the unit as a mobile unit that wouldn?t require an umbilical cord or have to rely on its five minute battery. Instead, Terra and the Mu decided to remove all of Eva Unit 01?s armor so they could see what they could find. Though Ayato had already been told by Haruka that the tech crews were hoping to find some sort of ?black box.? In other words they were hoping to find some sort of block of information containing the Evangelion?s blueprints. Basically if this were found it would mean that Terra itself could mass produce Evangelions. However the two had to wait for this experiment until after school, though Itsuki had promised to hold the theatrics untill then. The day had gone by without any real problems. Though Ayato had to throw a kid out of class for his disrespectful behavior towards a girl. When Shinji walked into class he was chatting with Alexander. Shinji was actually laughing from a joke Alex had told him. Ayato put his mug of coffee down and smiled. Shinji laughing was a good sign to him. He'd noticed over the past few days that Shinji was relaxing little by little but he still seemed hostile when his family was brought up. So it was left that Ayato and Haruka would not pry into Shinji's personal life in his own universe. Ayato came back to reality when the principal walked in with a new girl in tow. He motioned for Ayato out into the hall, "This is Sakura Hiwatari. She transferred from her debate class into your class." Ayato shook her hand and explained what they were currently doing so fart as for projects. When they walked back into the room Ayato scanned the room for an empty seat, "I think the seat near Shinji is actually availible." He whispered and the girl nodded and pulled up a seat and started doodling. Shinji looked over from his work and from what Ayato could assume was ask her what she was doing. Though Ayato's attention span was extremely short today because he was in fact working on a painting, one of his daughter. He'd taken a photograph of her playing with Buchii and just the facial expressions on both Buchii and Quon were amusing so he decided to develop the picture and make a painting of it. When the day finally ended Shinji had walked back from his math class. "You look like a mindless zombie Shinji." Ayato said as he packed his papers up and his painting. Shinji only made an audible gurgle and the two walked out to the parking lot towards Ayato's blue car. As they were driving along Shinji flipped on the radio station and started going through stations. "What exactly are you looking for??' Ayato asked as Shinji took his finger off of the SEEK button and slumped back into his seat. "I was looking for a station that played [I]Fly Me To The Moon[/I] its a really popular song in my time." Ayato nodded and reached towards the button and went to a station that played old songs. "Bascially this station has all the old classic songs, including that one. A lot of people my age either request that one or [I]The Fate Of Katun[/I]. Both are very popular songs." Shinji nodded as the song came on. They both listned to the song when they pulled up into the underground parking garage of Terra Headquarters. As they left the car Ayato led the way towards a large elevator that went straight up the floor where the command center was. He was hoping to see Haruka and commander Kunugi and ask them if Itsuki had gone ahead with the theatrics. When both Shinji and Ayato arrived at the command center they were greeted by Haruka. "So, I guess you came to see me right??" She said winking at Ayato who blushed mildly. "Actually, we were coming to ask if Itsuki had gone ahead and wen with the theatrics, because we all know he's a little too anxious if you want my opinion." Haruka chuckled and shook her head. "Nope, he hasn't but I want to come with you to see it okay?" Ayato shook his head and told Haruka to stay in the command center and left with Shinji in tow. As soon as both of them arrived Itsuki greeted them with his usual demeanor. "Well well, if it isn't Ayato and the new boy lost from another universe." He said with a smile on his face. Shinji seemed offended but Ayato knew this was Itsuki's way of joking around. "So I'm guessing you were waiting on us Itsuki?" Itsuki nodded and pointed to the practically fully exposed Unit 01. "All we have left to remove is the face mask and then the Evangelion will be exposed, but I asked both of you here so that you could witness this occasion. I would have brought wine but of course you know its against regulations and I'm afraid Shinji here is too young." Itsuki said again teasingly. A technician came down from the catwalks and told Itsuki they were ready to remove the helmet. Itsuki nodded and the crews pulled it off gently. However the Eva did not feel very appreciative and proceeded to grab the cables and pull them down full force and smashed the helmet into the water in the shrine. At this time Itsuki asked Sayoko what the stats were on teh Eva's bio life readings. "They're at full capacity Itsuki! I don't know what's going on! Its like the unit has a mind of its...Oh my god! Its...Its..Itsuki!!" At this time Ayato, Shinji, and Itsuki watched in horror as the Unit 01 smashed the wall of the Neriya shrine down and jumped out and let out a blood curdling howl. However, at that exact moment the RahXephon's wings snapped away from its face and it shot out of the shrine and into the sky. "Just what in the hell is happening here??" Itsuki asked in amazement of what had just transpired. "I have no clue Itsuki but Shinji and I are going to watch this froma different view!" With that Shinji and Ayato ran out to see the spectacle unfold before them.

The rpg creator was taking applications for the rpg and from those applications sorted out who he/she thought would be more reliable in the mentioned rpg. This is usually done with most rpgs unless the creator is willing to trust people that he/she has never rped with. With that in mind I can only assume that the thread was done by a very cautious rpg maker and I can understand from the creator's point of view. First off your friend is new to the boards and the creator has never rped with this person and doesn't know how reliable the person would be. Secondly, the rpg creator probably had already decided who would be in the rpg before your friend had signed up, believe me it happens, a person will sign up for an rpg even after the person has said the sign ups are closed. Thirdly and this goes back to the first reason. There was no prior rpgs that your friend had participated in so the creator had no idea what to expect. Also, I'd like to say that there is a difference between a newbie and a comeplete n00b. It truly was a sight to behold. The technology of his home was still primitive compared to this, though they?d created the Evangelions, so they weren?t too behind. Smiling a little, Shinji flopped into his bed and slept. As this was happening, Ayato was tossing in bed until he awoke in a slight sweat. Finally deciding he couldn?t take it anymore he climbed out of bed and entered the bathroom he and Haruka shared. Looking in the mirror he ran his fingers over his stomach where a birthmark/tattoo had been before he?d tuned the world. Stripping off his clothes he climbed into a cold shower and tried to relax however something in the back of his mind kept bugging him and he knew it was something that shouldn?t be taken lightly, but what it was exactly was what was pissing him off the most. After he?d finished in the shower he climbed out of the shower and put on some shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt and stepped outside onto the front porch to watch the lighthouse?s light do its usual sweep. It was very peaceful, especially with the water crashing gently against the cliffs. Yawning he found himself tired and fell asleep on the porch. The morning was brought to Ayato in the form of Buuchii licking his face. Groaning Ayato walked into the kitchen and slumped down at the table, ?Uh-uh buddy. You have to get dressed remember? Your job? You have to be at school today and you?re taking Shinji as well.? Ayato in a basic haze nodded and stalked back towards the bedroom only to catch a glimpse of Shinji walking out of the regular bathroom, a towel wrapped around him. ?Good morning Ayato!? Shinji said with a smile. Ayato replied with a nod and practically dragged himself up the stairs. When he reached the bed room Ayato once again took a shower, but after this one he was awake and dressed in his button up shirt with a maroon tie and dark brown pants on. As he walked down the stairs he heard Haruka. ?Ayato hurry up its 7:50!!? Realizing that he didn?t? want Shinji to be late, Ayato ran down the rest of the stairs, grabbed his briefcase, swiped a piece of toast, kissed both Haruka and Quon bye, and ran to the car. As they were driving towards the school Ayato noticed that Shinji seemed kind of down. ?Don?t worry Shinji, the kids in the school are really great. We have an exchange student from America too, he?s a nice kid.? Shinji smiled a little bit but he looked absolutely pale. Once he?d stopped the car. Ayato helped Shinji out just because the poor kid looked like he was about to puke. When they walked in, the principle was there to greet both of them, ?Mr. Kamina, its good to see you. Who?s this young man??? Ayato quickly explained everything and said that Kunugi had already sent the paperwork and it would be in the principle?s e-mail. ?Shinji, you do have your schedule right?? Shinji nodded and Ayato told him to have some fun and make some friends and he?d make sure to check on him during art class. The day had gone by rather easily and then the fifth period came and that was the class Ayato had with Shinji. With this he introduced Shinji and the exchange student Alexander Crowne to the class, both were welcomed rather happily. A lot of people had questions for Shinji, but Alexander seemed to get along quite well. The lesson went very well. The class was working on their quarter project which was to do any kind of art, be it have a model or abstract completely. All the projects seemed to be going well. Shinji though seemed confused with what to do and just as Ayato was about to ask him what was wrong, the emergency sirens blared and Ayato?s cell phone went off. It was Terra HQ phoning him. The message read "Another Angel has appeared. Get yourself and Shinji here ASAP!" As soon as he put the phone away he cleared his throat, "All right class I need you to put your stuff away and get into the emergency shelter. Shinji, you are to come with me." Shinji looked a little miffed but followed. When they were out to the car Ayato explained the situation. "What?! Does that mean I'll have to fight?!" Ayato nodded. "Shinji, you're not piloting the Unit 01 though, you'll be piloting a Vermillion. Its a mecha that's about the size of the RahXephon and is equipped with a Rail Gun which also houses a Wave Optical cannon which is extremely powerful." Shinji nodded as they pulled into the underground garage and ran for the moving walkway that went to the Vermillion launch bay. As they got there Elvy was already there to greet them. "Okay Shinji, I'm gonna follow you out in my unit. Ayato will join up with us soon in the RahXephon." Shinji nodded again as he went to the locker room to suit up. Ayato ran back towards the moving walkway which would split off to the Naria shrine. While he was changing into his pilot suit Ayato wondered if Shinji would be able to pilot a Vermillion. As he finished zipping the white vest up Ayato knew he'd find out soon enough and entered the RahXephon. Once he was inside he opened up a com channel to the two Vermillions and to the Terra bridge. "This is Ayato, I'm launching in the RahXephon to engage the enemy!" With that the RahXephon shot out of the water and was soon flying in the air. [/SIZE] Okay, I forgot to mention this. Hiyas, I thought I'd just post something and see what you all thought. Its not really a promo thing but just something simple I did. [url]http://img186.echo.cx/img186/3745/pleasetwins2ed.jpg[/url] Basically I made a new layer with black, then did a render->Difference Clouds filter and then a Blur->Radial Blur witha Zoom effect at 100 percent and moved it to the top left corner for the light source then I overlaid both layers. The kanji reads "Please Twins!" Just something simple I cooked up.

Okay, basically I wanted to explain some things for the rpg and will do so. This rpg will follow a Kill Adam format, meaning chapter based. Now, some of you are wondering how the two universes of RahXephon and Neon Genesis Evangelion merged. I'm taking the theory from Michael Crichton's book [I]Timeline[/I]. Basically there are multiple universes all cramped together, like marbles in a jar. Each universe has a definable barrier and nothing gets in or gets out, also, these universes are all alike except with variable differences. For example the earth we are on you could be a sexy super model, but in another universe you could be a poor mother on welfare. Now while you're the same person the outcomes for your lives are different or your life could start at a later date, the fact remains that you exist in this universe. The only difference with these two universes is that in Ayato's universe Asuka, Rei, and Shinji really don't exist yet, their lives have not started. And in the Eva universe Ayato has not yet been born so his life has not started just yet either. But for some reason the two univiverses have merged together like a Ven Diagram, both still have their definable barriers but they are merged and there is a Null Zone in the space where universes overlap. Now with that all aside I want to go into some information about the Mu. The Mu are a race of dimensional travelers who are human in shape but in their true form they are ghost like and have large clay masks that cover the top of their heads down to their nose but they still manage to see. Mu that have managed to become solid have discarded their clay masks unless they control a Dolem which are the large creatures like [url=http://www.escaflowneonline.com/rahxephon/images/dolem/allegrato-04.jpg]Allegretto[/url] These mechanical beings are actually made from clay but are very fast and durable. [B]Biography:[/B] After having tuned the world Ayato turned time back and he and Haruka became lovers and eventually were married and had their daughter, Quon. So far both Haruka and Ayato have enjoyed life to its fullest, they?ve gone on archeological digs with both Ayato?s father and Haruka?s uncle and they?ve taken Quon who seemed to enjoy it. But this is only during the summer when Ayato is not teaching, even then he?s helping his father with digs which are funded by Terra so the Mu can further help the earthlings understand some of their ancestors etc. However some of the more artistic pieces have been taken to the high school that Ayato teaches at and he makes sure that his students attempt to try and make a project similar to the artistic pieces. In a nutshell, Ayato?s life is that of a normal father, husband, and teacher. However when he tuned the world and resurrected everyone they remembered what had happened, including Haruka, the only person who doesn?t remember is Quon. But one thing Ayato got rid of was Lord Bahbam and his corrupt foundation [B]Languages:[/B] Ayato is able to fluently speak German, Spanish, and can speak Russian to an extent. He of course is fluent in his native language of Japanese.[/COLOR][/SIZE] I will be working on an Underground thread and hopefully will have it up soon.

[SIZE=1][COLOR=Navy] ?Ayato?..Ayato?..I?m?Coming?For you?? Ayato?s eyes snapped awake at the dream. Something, no, [B][I]someone[/I][/B] had just said something to him and this was creepy. What it was still puzzled him at the moment but the dream had worried him as well. Nirai-Kanai island was in flames and people were running, amidst the death and destruction stood three giant robotic beings, one of them he already remembered faintly, it was called the RahXephon. The other two looked unearthly. One of them had a white mask with two holes for eyes and a long almost beak like nose and in the middle of its chest was a large glowing orb while the other was an enormous creature that was purple with a large horn on its forehead, other than that it looked human, especially since it was howling with its mouth opened. Turning over onto his side he noticed Haruka had taken Quon out of her crib and placed her between them in the bed. He smiled and managed to fall back to sleep. The next day Ayato awoke to drive Haruka to the Terran-Mulian HQ on Kanai island. Along the way there he explained his dream to Haruka who seemed interested in the whole idea. ?Personally Ayato, I could go for some action, I know Elvy sure as heck would love some. Ever since her practice run with that new thing, what was it called?? Oh, the Vermillion; she?s been itching to fight something.? Ayato looked back at Haruka for a second, ?I doubt the Vermillion would stand up to what I saw in my dreams. Plus, I have no clue what happened to the RahXephon after the entire world was tuned.? He stepped on the gas lightly and proceeded into the parking garage. As Haruka stepped out of the car she leaned down towards Ayato, ?Do you want me to tell your father anything??? Ayato shook his head, ?Nah, I?ll tell him when Quon and I come by at lunch to see you.? He said grinning as he pulled the car out and drove back towards the house since today was a Saturday and he really didn?t have to do any grading for his students since they had a full two weeks left before their projects were due. While he was milling around the house, Quon was taking her nap Ayato wondered what his dream had seriously meant. Could there be a new threat coming towards earth? Or was it already here? His question was soon answered when he heard a loud explosion coming from the cliffs of Narai island, he ran towards the window and saw the very same mech with the white mask from his dreams. It was just walking towards Kanai island, and towards the HQ. The alarms started to sound and as if on cue Allegretto was sent out to counter the attack of this robot. However the poor dolem was quickly wounded and retreated, at that moment the other robot that Ayato had seen appeared out of the water, it leapt and tucked in its body in a cannonball sort of fashion and slammed into the other robot. As this was going on Ayato didn?t realize the faint humming pulsing through his mind, only when he turned to grab Quon did he realize it. He grabbed Quon and ran out of the house only to see the RahXephon descending gently down onto the ocean right outside the house. Ayato placed Quon inside her baby seat in the car and stepped towards the RahXephon and was taken immediately into the cockpit. Once inside he gently lifted the car up and flew towards the HQ where his father and Haruka were. When he landed his father explained that a large temporal distortion was discovered by a mulian deep space probe and its still remaining. However when this distortion occurred a huge amount of energy was relased and four large objects were hurtled towards Earth and that these two might be from that energy surge. With that Ayato took off towards the two mechs which were engaged in hand-to-hand combat. As he drew nearer the RahXephon started singing which seemed to distract the white faced robot , long enough for him to realize that the one with the white mask was an enemy when it opened fire on him. Dodging to the left Ayato was surprised when the purple colored one opened a channel to him. ?What the hell are you doing? Get your damn toy out of the way, I?m trying to kill Sachiel!? Ayato was taken aback that the pilot was only a kid. ?I?m trying to save your hide if you haven?t noticed you little brat! And just what in the hell is Sachiel!?? He said as he faced towards the purple one. ?That?s Sachiel and he?s an Angel. They are beings who threaten to destroy the world now please get out of my way so I can destroy it!? Without hesitating, the RahXephon brought up its enormous bow and arrow and shot the monster directly in the red orb which caused the monster to scream in pain before it fell into the water and exploded. ?What?Just what in the hell is that you?re piloting??? The pilot of the purple mecha asked once the explosion from Sachiel subsided and the RahXephon descended to a technical eye-level. Ayato was a little disturbed by this question but calmly answered, ?I?m Ayato Kamina, the pilot of the RahXephon. Who exactly are you? I don?t think the JSDF of Terra has developed anything like that.? The other pilot snorted a little distastefully at the comment and glared at Ayato in such a way that reminded him of some of his students when they complained to him about another teacher giving him/her a bad grade. ?My name is Shinji Ikari and I?m the pilot of Evangelion Unit 01 and I doubt NERV or the Japanese government made something like that thing you?re piloting..? [I]?NERV?? What the hell is he talking about ???[/I] Ayato thought to himself as he landed the RahXephon in the Naria shrine and left the cockpit. As he did he was greeted by Lady Maya, who was also his mother. Haruka made sure to chew him out royally as he left the cockpit but Maya silenced her quickly. ?Haruka child, I doubt he?s really going to have to tune the world, he?s far too old to do that now, I think the RahXephon decided to come back because it was alarmed at the current situation we?re facing.? As Ayato was being led towards the landing pad where the Eva 01 had landed, Maya informed all three of them what had fully happened and that an angel was currently behind this but from what she could gather there were two other energy sources that had landed on earth. One was located in Germany, the other was near Mt. Fuji. Once the RahXephon had fully recovered and the Eva 01 had been inspected and repaired to the extent that Terra could provide the two would launch for Mt. Fuji along with Elvy as an escort in her Vermillion. Once on the landing pad, Ayato noticed that a large torpedo shaped object had ejected itself from the Eva 01 and the boy was climbing out of it, but there was liquid all over him but he didn?t seem bothered by it. The two introduced themselves again and Maya suggested that Shinji stay with Ayato while the Terra crews looked into how to repair the Unit 01. Okay, here?s the deal. This is after the angels have been defeated (I?m going by the TV series) but Asuka and Rei have undergone psych evaluations and treatment so they are willing to pilot again but on a simple test run the Eva?s were swallowed up in a space time anomaly and were deposited in a different version of earth in the year 2024 when the RahXephon exists and the Mulians coexist with the earthlings. Now the Angels are back and seeking something in this world too. I mainly want [B]Rei, Auska, Shinji, and Elvy's[/B]spots filled first; I'll be playing as Ayato I might take a sixth and seventh child later on in the story, for now I?ll keep you in my back pocket for now but you can be doing something else in the storyline, also I?ll even allow a mulian to be one of the children. So here is what I?ll need from you. That is a real nice Escaflowne wallpaper, I like how the letter draws your attention to it immediately. The background is also a plus. The whole thing goes together perfectly in my opinion. I really don't see anything wrong with it.

I went with a tutorial I was given a link to by Retribution so I could try out some stuff. In this picture I went with a basic black background, difference clouds, radial blurred them, and overlaid the layer with the wing zero layer. I know its subtle but its there.
