Shaping ;) What could we add? I must say I just don't like Mirage, so I'll go with 32. Magic Cylinder People tend to steer away from activated cards, but I firmly believe Magic Cylinder is still a card that has it's use. There are just too much monsters with effect activating upon dammage to refrain from scaring the opponent.

actually, I find PS just plain... more complex and slower (ram-eater  ) than PSP. PSP had an integrated picture cutting (for the web) way before Photoshop. Last time I attempted (Which is a while back) to save an optimized JPG in Photoshop (With the special tool whose name I can't even recall), it freezed my computer! You might want to look at this thread for some personnal opinions of both programs.

Maybe it's me, but trying to give gaseous anesthesy when working in your mouth sounds a bit stupid to me. I had to get 8 wisdom teeth (2 above and below on each side of my mouth) a couple years ago. It took so long I was given intraveinous anesthesy. It's quite amazing how my jaws/cheeks swelled afterward... For a couple of day I could only eat with a straw. My sister still call me occasionaly "my little squirrel"

ALucard, you look a bit overenthousiast to me. Breaker is a 3.8/5 monster to me. -He will die of summon-triggered traps without effect -He's only a 1600 ATK monster after losing it's counter... -Never forget there's a reason why non-triggered trap are becoming popular (without counting Dark Coffin-type traps!) Jinzo is 4.5/5 -Never forget that it's extremely rare you'll manage to negate a magic with Jinzo on the field. -It is NOT a staple in many deck (Water deck, Burners, Gravity Bind-based decks, just to name a few) Besides, giving Jinzo a lower rating than Breaker just doesn't sound right.

Mystical Space Typhoon 25. Mystical Space Typhoon 26. Mystical Space Typhoon A classic M/T removal that is hard to leave off any deck.

Didn't go at midnight, went later in the day. Loved it, even if some parts were cut (
especially Scourging the Shire
). My personnal annoying part is how
evident they put it that Eowyn was going to Gondor too, I mean, I made the whole dramatic part of "I am not a man" so predictable...
On the while, I couldn't be more satisfied with the movie. (Including the fact it was in French XD) Beautiful pictures, impressive music, great characters *start ranting*

Question is open and simple: what is/are your favorite sci-fi book(s)? I haven't read Dune (I'm planning too, though), neither did I ever read Star Wars or Trek (was never into the movies either :lol), so my tastes goes into classic. I love everything by Asimov, especially the Foundation serie, even though I never managed to read all of them in the right order :( I also deeply appreciate the german serie (French Translation, actually, but I might read the German once I learn enough of it :D) Perry Rhodan. I appreciate the deeply intertwined storyline, cycle system and very, very rich multiverse. It's been going on since the 60s at a rate of an episode (hefte) each week... That's more than 2500 episodes!

Kuriboh Let's had in with something classic: 22. Change of Heart A staple, and one that might get very useful with 3 tribute monsters... reduce their monster count, increase yours. Ultimate monster advantage!

GraceFul Charity It just goes so well with Dark Necrofear. I might add that a couple of magic and staple monsters/traps could get useful by now ;)

http://www.adequacy.org/public/stories/2001.12.2.42056.2147.html To be exact, and a comment from a reader:
The article was very funny, but the comments are the best. Honestly I almost wet my pants with all the 'l33t sl4shd0ttaz' coming to 'the rescue'. Honestly, where is peoples sense of humour these days! Wit, folks. Remember you are just as dumb as our imaginary 'caring parent' if you leaped in with your critical posts. Beautiful writing, the links were brilliant, and thanks, you dumb slashdotters for confirming your complete lack of sense, understanding, humour and brains. Brilliant. Hook, Line and Sinker.
I think I'll just leave it at that... ;) Note also at the top left, the "topic"...

So far, we have: 1. Lesser Fiend 2. Dark Ruler ha des 3. Yata Garasu 4. Helpoemer 5. Raigeki 6. Monster Reborn 7. Ominous Fortunetelling 8. Delinquent Duo It's not that unfocused, but we'll have to focus it definitely soon... Let's add... 9. Painful Choice Because I can see a pattern in all these Fiends, and besides, it'll add speed in this deck, which might be very needed with the focussing trouble ;)

I just had this Weird Idea were people would had 1 card per message to a public deck thread and our ultimate goal would be to have a working 40/45 cards deck. You might want to add the reasons you're suggesting that card too XD So it goes, for example:
1. Celtic Guardian
then
1. Celtic Guardian 2. Vampire Lord etc.
So I'll start with 1. Lesser Fiend Because I happen to like and think it has several interesting deck combinations. Just remember we ultimately want to have a passably working deck, So you might want to add the staples somewhere along the road ;) If you consider this spam, mods, just erase it, or lock it or something, I won't mind. :D

Name : Asyro Age: 21 Sex: male? Description: oh, errr... http://www.omnology.com/weyland.jpg Asyro's an edge-wizard with a good aim. His magic his based on light, specially sunlight. He's quite handsome, and renowned both for getting in and out of trouble with the same ease. Weapon/s: Duh! Arrows and bow. He also keeps a shortsword for close combat, even though he's no good at it, especially at night, when his protective spells won't work. Spells: Mostly light-based spells (fire and plants, too XD). Bio: Being trampled to death by rocking horses wasn't Asyro's 50-years old father's idea of an honorable death. After coming back from a mission his village lord gave him, he discovered it overrun with rabid living toys, and the corpse of his father drying up before his burned house. He sworn to destroy those who provoked this.

Basically, it's inspired from this old flash movie: http://www.planettribes.com/allyourbase/AYB2.swf You might have seen it once.

Just a bit of toying around with codes and screenshot from Otakuboards. There's quite a bit of work involved, though nothing really fancy. That should give you a god idea, though I couldn't get the good rythm some places, anyway... How can you see into my night With the light of my stars? How can you find some life Within the darkness of my soul? Please, teach me some alchemy To counter the icy death I really need your heart! I really need your heart! I really need your cry! I really need your cry! I really need your joy! I really need your joy! I really need your heart! I am but lost into the night Into the void and the frost I am lost into despair Without any crown or cross With so little truth to trust I'm going completely nuts I need you to look at me! I need you to look at me! I need you to trust me! I need you to trust me! I ned you to love me! I need you to love me! I need you to look at me! Why did you have to visit The abysses of my darknes Why did you have to explore The horrors of my pain? Why do I yearn so much For them to become yours? I just need a mission! I just need a mission! I just need a reason! I just need a reason! I just need a vision! I just need a vision! I just need a mission! Now you're lost into my death And yet I had warned you You won't ever see again The lights of the sunrise Why did you have to explore The depth of my pained soul? I really need your heart! I really need your heart! I really need your cry! I really need your cry! I really need your joy! I really need your joy! I really need your heart! We are so similar Aand yet you've set us apart We are so inpenetrable We cannot talk to each other Why did you want to penetrate This unbearable place? I just need to be guided! I just need to be guided! I just need to be waked! I just need to be waked! I just need to be saved! I just need to be saved! I just need to be guided!

My name is jean-sébastien I've been called "Jean-Seb" nearly all my life, but the people in the Scrabble team calls me "Johnny" for some reason, and my sister sometimes calls "Squirrel" due to a dental surgery that left my cheek very inflated for a week or so. The other nicks I can't translate accuratel to English, when I was young, I've been dubbed "Schtroumpf à lunette", like many kids with glasses, probably. Other than that my life has been rather clear of nicks (outside internet ones and an enormous amount of name confusions XD)

Well, this is actually the first time, I believe, that I use that particular organisation. If you want to look at the precedent layouts for Featuring, or my blog, you'll find out I am much more fond of the "single pic with brought down lines on the sides" organisation XD And even then, I don't use it that much. Featuring, first version Featuring, 2nd version Brain is Optionnal, "What the??" version Brain is Optionnal, "J'aurais voulu être un artiste" version Once Upon a Time, "Stay Home" version Once Upon a Time, "The Milky Way" version A never used layout for my old collective

Featuring is the name of the Harry Potter RPG I've been running since... Oh well back in October of last year. Not a bad performance when one comes to think of it, but anyway. It has been waiting for a layout for ever: I wanted to wait for the PoA pictures, and now that we've got them, I could work it up. Suggestions and comments are welcome, as always

French song. The rythm and first verse are roughly inspired from Bring me to life, but only on a general feeling (At least, the way I hear it). I could give a translation, but all rhymes would be lost in my very lousy english poetry. It's titled Don't come (I am a rather lousy titler too  ) Comment peux-tu voir dans ma nuit À la lumière de mes étoiles?

Just want to get a precision: "Ghosts" are normal human outside their hability to go through unliving matter, right?
-
 Oh God... Stupid me. BTW, just one teenie-bitsy comment: you shouldn't forget that dark is, after all, the element with the largest number of monster, if I'm not mistaken.
You mean...with White Magical Hat, Servant of Catabolism, Mucus Yolk, Swarm of Scarabs, Swarm of Locusts, Spirit Reaper, Des Koala, Cliff the Trap Remover, and, just to get Water in there, too, ALO/7 Colored Fish?
To which I'll oppose All of the previously mentionned level3 (haya, exiled, nimble, crazy beast...), Border Wiseman, Sasuke Samurai, Hunter with 7 weapons, Inaba White Rabbit. I've played a earth/GB deck for a while, back in february, I know what I'm talking about. I won't go further (don,t want to start an endless argument)
-
Among noticeable earth are also: Nimble Momonga, Mystical Sheep #1, Dream Clown, Hane-Hane/Man-Eater Bug, The magnet warriors, Cat's Ear Tribe, all the Amazons, Last Warrior, Gilasaurus, Rock Spirit, Robos, many jars, Mysterious Guard (an old favorite). All in all, I consider earth to be the most versatile element. I mean, Dark can almost only be Beatdown or disruption, Water will be a ALO/Fisherman deck, and light will be a risky beatdown (or a troublesome theme deck with XYZ or fusions...), while wind and fire will be low-pewered beatdown. Earth has a powerful potential of warriors, amazons, Gravity Bind, fusions and control all in one element, something I find rather hard to beat. Go on and try to make a dark or light GB deck... Oh well, that was my "IMHO" two cents
