I have a question and would like to know your views and thoughts on my past. I'm Bi-sexual and about 6 months ago my boyfriend and I broke up, know like any other relationship I took it very hard for we had been intamite with each other and he being my first it made it even harder for me. So time went on and he began saying things like "I was never Bi" and "I'm a homophobe", now many of his friends and I alike thought he was trying to cover himself up for what he did and get on with his life. I can accept that but what I cant accept is the way he had treated me afterwards, about 2 months after our break up he started seeing this other girl. He said he loved her more than anything els in the world, which of course tore me apart inside. None the less he and I tried to become friends, so I went over to his house to hang out and about 2 hours or so he and I were having sex! Then at school the next day he treated me even worse than before, now he and I are friends and trying to restore ouir friendship and I don't say anything to him about our past togeher well at least I don't try. But in my heart I still believe he is the same way. So what do you guys think?
It sounds like he is unsure of himself. Perhaps the fact that being attracted to other men is an unpleasant thought to him, and he doesn't want to admit to his own sexuality. He doesn't want to be ridiculed, and is apprehensive about accepting it. This can be very frustrating, so it sounds like he is taking it out on you. It seems he is attracted to you, and cares for you, but is uncomfortable to admit it. So he is making excuses and saying it was a mistake. I am sorry, that must be hell to deal with. :( But, if my assumptions are correct, he's going thru hell himself, even if he looks like the selfish one getting out worry-free.

Okay, I know I haven't really been participating as much as I'd like, and I apologize. However, this will be my last time online for three weeks. I am visiting my dad, and he doesn't have internet. You can really do whatever you see fit with my character. Someone can kind of take care of her, or leave her out. Sorry guys. :(
Because homosexuality, and you can take this as a fact from a person who is a homosexual himself, is NOT just a sexual thing, it's NOT just an act. It really, truly is a way of life. I'm not satisfied with just banging my boyfriend, not by far. I want to share my life with him, move in together, visit each other's families on holidays, see the world with him, and grow old with him by my side. Now if someone would please tell me what's so wrong with wanting that with another person? And no, I won't take "because you both have penises" for an answer. ;P
:) Exactly. See, when people find out that I'm in love with a girl, they look at me and say, "But why?" That is honestly the dumbest question in the world to me. It would be exactly like me going up to a straight couple and saying, "But why? How can you love one another?" But then, of course, people need to bring in the whole "it's a sin" thing. But how can loving someone be a sin? No matter who you are, you should be able to love who you love. Gender, race, appearence... none of that should matter. It's not an "unnatural sexual lust"... if you find a gay couple, they're there for the companionship and day-to-day relationship, not just the sexing. Just like heterosexuals. But I guess, some people will never understand that. It's foreign to them, and different from what they consider normal. So of course that gives birth to fear or hatred. That's just human. Someone saying they don't understand homosexuality is exactly like me saying I don't understand religion. And I'm fine with that, as long as no one starts a riot on my doorstep. :p

I really like it when people use the Bible as an excuse for shunning homosexuality, considering everything in the Bible is an opinion, and not the law of nature. Just pointing that out in a friendly manner. Ahh, whatever happened to "love knows no boundaries"? I guess gender wasn't considered. :p Don't let ignorance win, kids, let love. (And for the record, I'm a lesbee.) :whoops:

:O How did I forget about Yu-Gi-Oh: The Abridged Series? I love those, after you watch those for so long, you can't help but throw the phrase "super-special-awesome" into a sentence every day. ;P I still need to watch the movie, haha.

I have an odd way of eating fruit. I like the taste of a lot of them, but I just can't swallow the fruit itself, because of the texture. So, with things like oranges and grapes, I just suck the juice out of them. :p Then I have to throw away the rest. I really like melons, and bananas, though. I can actually swallow those with no problem. I usually put peanut butter on banana slices, though... adds a bit more flavor. Have a nice glass of milk on the side, and you've got a fantastic snack. I'm just beginning to be able to eat strawberries, but I usually like them in whipped cream better. Peaches are mighty delicious, too.
Just out of curiosity, what does an abortion cost ? And a delivery in a hospital for that matter ? I seriously don't know, so I'm just wondering what the difference between the two it.
First trimester abortions can cost anywhere from $350 to $700... depending on the method. It can be more expensive, too, if the fetus is more developed. But most clinics refuse to abort a fetus after the first trimester. I'm not sure about what the cost of a delivery in a hospital is, though. But there is always the cost of the room to add to it. -
Between menstruation and abortion though, I think there's definitely a solid difference. Menstruation isn't something that women can control - it's a natural cycle that we go through (unless you're on regular birth control of course, which is also another decision you'd have to make). Abortion, on the other hand, is definitely something that an individual decides to carry out with an intent to kill/erase/whatever. I don't know if the two can really be compared.
Don't get me wrong, I know full well that they aren't the same thing. I was simply pointing out that they are similar, and have the same result: getting rid of that potential life. (Man, I wish we could decide whether or not to have our periods.:shifty:) -
Our DMV is like a tiny room with two chairs in the town courthouse. There is always two employees working, and never anyone for them to assist. Yet, even when they have someone walk in, they pretend you aren't there. They keep staring at you from their desk, but don't come over to see what you want, haha. So, you basically have to wait twenty minutes before they'll talk to you, because they have to feel like it first. Next time I have to go there, to get my intermediate license, I'm very tempted to do this for the picture: Something like that.

I don't have a specific favorite genre. I have such screwed up tastes in music. I go from anywhere to industrial, electro, metal... to Tegan and Sara... XD But, my mom likes most of the bands I listen to. She doesn't know what the hell the bands are called, but she never objects to me choosing all the music for our road trips. She just really hates the metal/hardcore I listen to. Anything with a lead singer who is growling the whole song, she tells me to take out. Haha.

The Thief Lord by Cornelia Funke. All my life, I have been fascinated by thieves... and this book really made me want to visit Venice and steal something. I also thought it was cool how all those orphans lived in an abandoned theater... and Scipio just sounded plain sexy. (I still have fantasies that Prosper and Scipio got it on. ;)) The first book of The Boxcar Children was really good, I thought. I mean, they lived in a boxcar! After that one, it got lame though. They (of course) got taken in by some old rich dude, and solved mysteries in their free time. Then Harry Potter, but I'm still into that, so it doesn't count.

Well then. I'm pro-choice. The one thing that I think is funny about most abortion debates is that people call abortion "murder," when really, in most cases, the fetus is aborted before it developes any human characteristics. Especially when it doesn't have a brain or heart. Yet, do we call women who are menstruating murderers? Because really, they are ejecting a potential life source. Just like abortion. ;) -
It's calm where I live. But here is drugs everywhere. You can't go 1 foot without hearing the word weed. You can't even go to the local gardening shop without hearing about weed.
Same. My town's crime-rate is basically nonexistant, after the whole drug thing. Of course, the police never bust our drug dealers, even though they know who it is. I swear, there must be a meth lab for every ten houses here. But, our community is more a marijuana fan than anything. I think the funny thing is, we are a DARE community. It doesn't help of course, I think it actually makes it worse... because they are just teaching what the drugs will do for you and how to make them. :p Anyway. I guess we don't have much diversity here, no stores, no places to go. It's funny, though, because my town is like one big ghetto. Everything is so run down. Ah well, it's a fairly good place to live. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is the fact that I live by a Mental Health Institute. >>
My body is on the verge of shutting down completely. I'm barely getting any sleep whatsoever, and my sleep schedule is erratic and unhealthy. I've been switching randomely between undereating and overeating while consuming my wieght in Mountain Dew daily. I've been keeping myself awake when tired on sheer desire to get more done in my awake time, and I'm loosing my mind, not to mention my trail of thought keeps breaking. I keep spending days doing nothing but sitting down, then getting hyperactive on one day and doing all kinds of stuff, pushing my body to exertion. Everything about me is screaming 'unhealty' right about now. I wouldn't be surprised if the physical and mental stress put me in a coma >_> which is cool, cuz i've always wanted to be in a coma.
Oh god, you are making me miss having real summer vacations. As for me, I'm okay. Probably a nice 6 or so. I haven't really had time to have a life, because I've been working a lot this summer. I have a lot of things I need to do, and no time to do it in. I feel like just laying outside all night, looking at the stars, but I can't because of work. Well. Poop. Ah well. I'm really looking forward to my three day weekend and the new Harry Potter book, so that lifts my spirits. :)

I live somewhere in Northwest Iowa. How is that for mysterious? Yeah... my town is small, about 8,000 people I think? Our downtown consists of about two blocks. There really isn't anything here except a lot of meth and marijuana. :whoops:

"Anyway, perhaps you could tell me a bit about this place? I just got here in the last hour, so I've no idea what to do or where to go." Tasha asked politely. Shayla had the strongest urge to say yes, but she wasn't so sure she could trust herself. She was a sucker enough for pretty girls, throw a supernatural power to make the attraction ten times stronger... that would make it impossible. Plus, the constant thought of Dusty was nagging at the back of her mind. "I'm sorry. Maybe some other time? It is getting... a bit... late. I would get some sleep if I were you, before you take too much in. You'll need it," Shayla replied, telling herself that declining was the most reasonable thing for her to do. She pushed up from her seat, giving Tasha one last apologetic look. But the way Tasha looked at her, it told Shayla that she understood. They exchanged final small smiles, and Shayla forced herself to tear her eyes away. She walked away, somewhat shakily. Not paying much attention, she brushed against a very pale boy that had been walking by. A sudden series of images invaded Shayla's mind, making her grab his wrist, so she could concentrate on them. A disturbing vision of a dissection made her shudder. She quickly looked up at the boy and released his wrist, realizing that she had just read his memory on accident. He raised his eyebrow slightly at her, and Shayla realized how odd this must have been for him. "Uh, sorry..." She spoke, but was interrupted by his stomach growling. "Dude... you are going to have a hard time finding vegge burgers around here." "How did you..? Oh... right. Nothing around here is private," He replied somewhat bitterly. "Only your name," She paused. "I'm Shayla." "Julian," He mumbled. Shayla grinned. "I like your eyeliner, by the way. Well, anyway, see you around." Shayla left the cafeteria, laughing at how awkward she was. Ahhh... time for bed, I think... OOC: There, Julian made a friend, Clurr. :p

Sorry for the delay, guys... I've been working all week, while trying to squeeze in computer time and re-reading Harry Potter before the new book. :p I'm going to get my post up within the next two hours or so. I'll be able to keep up better this weekend, I decided to be selfish and take a three day vacation from work. :)

I've never really been to an actual beach. Maybe once, a long time ago. I usually go to lakes, or rivers. The sand is fun to walk on, looking for shells. But I'd never swim in lake/river/ocean. The only memories I have are of me and my younger brother walking by a river, and he got mad at me because I found prettier shells than him. :p

I'll just start off saying, I've never watched anything Transformers related before. Call me dull, but it's true. I liked the movie, I mean, it was two and a half hours and I didn't get bored. That really says something for me. I watch Harry Potter films and get bored with it an hour thru, and I'm a hardcore fan. (That's probably why I get bored, since the movies are a disgrace compared to the books... but, anyway...) I'm not a detailed reviewer. A movie either entertains me, or doesn't. Transformers, you entertained me.

... Oh no. I have to do it. I have to show you guys... The Little Lad Dance I don't remember how I stumbled across this. Aaryanna, that was just fine. :) Oh man I want a muffin. I don't know how active I'll be this week, I work seven hours every day. But anywhosie... I am interested with how this is going. I just hope Shayla has the opportunity to use her super-special-awesome powers soon. Sexy woman take me to the bedroom, let me show you how I work work work... *dances*

I usually have very interesting dreams involving me and an attractive female. That female is usually my lovely wife Alex.
