I'm not sure where wrist cutter is going with his argument...but...anyway.. I think captital punishment should be practiced for a few reasons. 1.to remove from society people whom cannot,or are unwilling to reform to become a better person. 2.to remove from society murderers whom had no sympathy for others so therefore deserve no sympathy for themselves. Many obviously don't regret it, and leaving them to rot in jail is a waste of tax payer's money so we should dispose of them. 3.to reduce the number of prisons needed and the population of the prisons... 4.encourages society to behave better. well...that's about all I can think of, blunt, I suppose but people are far too nice to those who don't deserve it.

What did you put on your Christmas list?

ipod! ipod! ipod! a 10gig one, a 20gig one, a 40gig one, I don't care!!!I just want one...but they're too expensive, I'll never get one. *curls up in a corner to cry about it*...ipod...*sniff*...ipod... -
I saw it, and I think it was so funny...lol...the plot is ludicrous, the fight scenes are ludicrous, the characters are nuts. But that movie was so fun to watch!! I watched it in korean with english sub-titles so that might explain the plot confusion, but then again...none of it really made much sense scene wise...hmmm....

*looks up* wow...those are all difficult things to go through... Anyway, for me it's watching one of your bestfriends cut her wrists, cry over guys and drink vodka mudshakes at 15yrs old. Then suffer through a 16th birthday. She comes to me for help often and I try, I give her advice, I support her...but it's getting really frustrating when I tell her to keep her distance from the guys and she agrees with me and then does the exact opposite. It's hard to remember her as how she was before, during happier times, when she didn't have so many emotional and physical scars. I suppose I sound kinda selfish since she's the one going through the problems, but to listen to the deepest thoughts of another and their reasoning with no way of convincing them for the better is exhausting. After this I think I really respect school counsellors. They listen to this everyday and can stilll keep their cool.

I just have to say when I saw that picture of Michael Jackson which Genkai was showing I practically gagged....eeeeeh...very bad picture indeed. To the point though...looks aren't the issue, character is and he happens to like children. I on the other hand dislike children. I think Vegeta Rocker has an interesting point about it being an elaborate trap. I wouldn't be surprised since the last time he was accused the parents were paid off quite easily. But then, what do I know, I'm not exactly a kid at 16 and his face is scares me...how those kids can stand looking at him is beyond me.

hehe...you have a point there, but to top off the weirdness. My brother has the same initials...lol *sigh*My dad has a strange sense of humour *shakes head*
-
Lol, nice one Semjaza Azazel....that would be rather interesting. I probably would want to keep mine though due to the fact it fits in with the rest of my name, would you believe, my initials are "H.H.H". If I changed my last name....then I'd lose the entire look of my name. Then there's also the point that changing it to fit my husband (I think marriage is scary) would make me feel like I was owned by him. Not a nice feeling. So no. I would not take my husband's last name

Right now I'm happy to get away from the crazy dream where I was helping my mum stuff a giant rabbit into a plastic bag full of lettuce...of course now I suffer the consequence of sleep deprivation....*yawns* Other than that...ever since I met my bf I have never been able to stay in a bad mood:d

I personally don't believe in love, however I do care...a lot about my friends, not so much my family. But I will accept the fact if two people think they are in love, it's nice to know there are people out there that believe that they are capable of loving another person. Yet it seems more to me like a mixture chemicals, emotional compatability and mostly how well the personalities of the people fit together which combines into a neat little package...love.

I have to agree with rememberance, I'm 16 and I know there's a girl who developed a crush on my bf about the same time we started dating but I don't let it bother me because he explained the situation to me and I trust him. If she doesn't understand then she's not worth keeping, besides, you are kinda young to get too serious in a relationship.

I constantly come back just to read your poetry. I definitely agree the rhyming was great, the way you used the metaphors to show the conflict was really original. The theme of the poem is slightly unusual but still really cool. Love your poems.I can't wait to see more of your work. :)

I think the first two stanzas were really good....but compared to your other poems, which by the way, I thought were absolutely amazing...it started to lose it's rhythm and felt a bit choppy. But for something you wrote on the spot it's really good. Definitely better than what I can do.

Well I came to New Zealand from Hong Kong when I was about 8months old....and I've been here since, so I'm what could be classified as kiwi. I have never moved house, I've been stuck in the same house for the past 16 years and I don't really care... except a change of scenery never hurt anyone. Oh yeah....I can actually speak cantonese...I'm so proud of myself :)

well it's day two and after watching for many hours my brother is up to episode six...and well...it is really really annoyingly hard, even though I'm not playing. Anyway, I love this game, (even though I know I won't play it and I may never try it) it's just so cool to watch and the graphics...levels...gameplay...everything about it is so unique. Definitely a game worth having if you don't mind a high difficulty.

yes I do miss my childhood for the most part... like most mine was fun, there was the odd 'best-friend' that has made me the untrusting resentful person I am today....but other than that I feel the friends in general were much more real. Now I'm in highschool and...let's just say...there's a nose or two I'd like to break.
-
well...mine isn't really that embarassing but it's mostly annoying and lame. It was my 16th birthday yesterday and it turns out that I have chicken pox... I found out today and when I told my friends I had to cancel on this weekends birthday party some of them laughed. >_< To make things worse my bf had tried to tickle me.... Seriously...who the hell came up with sweet sixteen?? *starts twitching because of itchy back*

There are a lot of good points, but from what I see I suppose it only really depends on the person. Some people do better in co-ed schools, other in single-sexed schools. For me going to an all girls school works for me and I've never had any problems talking to guys, they're just people.
-
This is probably one of those topics that are debated on and on, however I am interested to know what other people think about it, opposed to what researchers and studies have shown us. Researchers and studies tell us that in single-sex schools we are less likely to be distracted by the opposite gender and will be more encouraged to take on less traditional career paths. Researcers and studies also tell us that since our society works with both genders it would be ridiculous to separate the two, therefore it wouldn't disadvantage the person socially. Personally I'm not really sure but I chose to go an all girls school mainly because it looked really nice, but after spending a great deal of time at co-ed schools before, I found guys to be distracting in class. Not because I was interested, I just found them to be too noisy in general, but then girls aren't much better. *sigh*This just makes me think of my boyfriend that goes to the all boys school up the road.

My favourite is pikachu... he's fast, annoys everyone else, and has a wicked up smash that got me heaps of KOs. But lately I've been using is fox and he can be really cool especially with his deflector shield, that saved me so many times. But when push comes to shove, it still is pikachu since i won a tournament with him... hehehe...i got a really cool game cube bag now!!! so happy!
