I'm it is weird writing 2003, but I doubt this is going to bring up any good conversation. Thread closed.

My birthday is on the same day as Syk3's.. so mine was about 3 months ago too. :) I only got a few things. Birthdays and Christmases seem to calm down as I get older, less gifts and smaller parties.

Now that I'm further into the game, I have something really annoying that I would love to see changed. It's those darn helicopters. They're never there when I want them to be. They seem to randomly "spawn" on top of bought buildings, and when I went through all the trouble of stealing a police helicopter (uniform, etc. etc.) to get the Apache, the Apache wasn't there!. I just wish the helicopters would be there all the time, and only "respawn" once you had destroyed the previous one.

I dress how I want, which isn't necessarily good by any means, but I don't care. If clothes are what it takes to become popular with people, then those people aren't worth getting to know.
If they can do colour, wouldnt it be able to do fonts?
That's why I thought of the "tag" idea, lol. If the software had a kind of tags box in your profile where you could put it custom tags like spoiler/color/font/size etc. etc.

Well it turned 2003 fifteen minutes ago, and so far so good :D I'm soon to crack open a magnum of champagne I got for my birthday, so the festivities should continue long into the night. Again, happy new year!

Wargreymon, please try to add something useful to your post, lol. I think a better idea would be a permanent vB tag option. That way every post you made would start and end with those tags. However, disabling in Adventure Arena would probably be a good idea as some people add italics/bolding/center text to their posts.

I can only think of one right now and that would be Adam's Song by Blink 182 for Vegeta. I downloaded a music video which was all Vegeta to the same song, and the lyrics seemed to fit his personality and the things he was doing in the mvid well.

I think I saw some of the Sydney stuff earlier today, although I was kind of half-asleep, lol. My mother is cleaning at the moment, getting ready for a family and friends party that we're having later on. Happens every year. I was going to go down to Trafalgar Square with a few friends this year but it's getting closed off and trouble is only going to brew down there anyway. -_-; Happy New Year to all! :D

Ohh that's the one thing I hate, CPU characters with cloaking devices. The CPU obviously knows where it is, and there is no behaviour pattern to suggest otherwise. So whilst you can't see the CPU, it just beats you senseless up to a high percentage until the cloak runs out. I've become a heck of a lot better with Falco recently. His jumps seem to be a bit less "floaty" than Foxs'.

I find the whole "18" rating hilarious. Having a great big "DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU ARE UNDER EIGHTEEN" stickers only attract more attention and make a child want to buy the game more. I saw an article in a newspaper about Vice City and how the writer thought it should be banned. She was promptly quashed by a mass amount of replies in the letter section the next day, lol.

The reason it normally has the redirect in the previous forum is so the maker (and any other participants in the thread prior to it being moved) can easily find it, and aren't confused by the fact that they cannot find the thread in the forum they posted it in. Also, people who saw/read the thread previously and decided to post later on might not know where it went without the redirect.

Different countries, religions and cultures have different levels of tolerance for different "swear words". When I go over to Ireland it's swear galore in pubs and clubs, but it's okay by most people over there. I really don't think damn is a swear word.. one of the only alternatives to swearing in my opinion.

The pokemon card obsession got way out of hand over here in England. Some people were getting stabbed just for shiny cards.
kids were acting like drug dealers with the things
That was very true over here.. little huddled groups walking around, speaking strangely and trying to steal good cards from other people.

Kiln kept running, driven by the adrenaline caused by his recent flashback. Even Xian was finding it difficult to keep up, especially in the sweltering heat that was growing ever warmer as the pair came closer to the desert. All of sudden Kiln came to a stop and he looked around. Nothing but vegetation surrounded the pair as they stood in the middle of a forest close to the Desert of Mystery. Xian felt uneasy, buzzing back and forth around Kiln's head. Xian: Shh, for one moment Kiln.. Kiln: Wha? Why? Xian let out another sharp hiss, signalling for Kiln to stop asking questions and just go along with Xian. Xian: There! Xian sharply flew towards a small shrub, where he exposed a wolfos, crouched in a pouncing position. Kiln fumbled for his sword which was sheathed at his side and ripped his Deku shield from it's position on his back. I'm ready.. it's nothing really. Oh what am I saying? I can't defeat a wolfos! Before Kiln could choose between standing his ground and running, the wolfos pounced. Kiln quickly reacted and dropped behind his shield, which the wolfos landed on. Confused, the wolfos scratched at the wooden surface of the shield. Xian: Kiln stand up! Kiln listened to his companion and put all his strength into standing up. The muscles in his legs burnt as he desperately lifted the Deku shield, with the wolfos still clawing at it, off the ground. Letting out a final cry, Kiln flung the wolfos to the ground, at which point he quickly made a dash into the trees. Kiln: Move it Xian, move it! Xian was virtually flying backwards, trying to keep an eye on the trees behind to make sure they weren't being pursued by an angry wolfos. The tall Kokiri and his fairy companion burst through the shrubs at the edge of the forest, to meet a familiar face. Ami: Hi..

If it was for x amount of posts, it would probably lead to quite a few people constantly spamming to get their own custom titles.

I really don't think this will provide any stimulating conversation, other then people listing cars over and over again. Rancid, what you posted was spam. If you think the thread is going to be closed, keep it to yourself instead.

I find you to be a very contradictive person. Here goes...
How did I make an *** out of myself? I'm missing that part.
You came back on the message board and posted a message about another intro forum. Instead of bearing right down onto the topic you had originally mentioned as your thread header, you talked about how you had been banned before, etc. This obviously caused people to reply and in those replies certain people gave reasons for your previous banning. At that point you became argumentative and nit-picked over everyones posts.
No, not really. At first it was just something freidnly (the Atomic Clock and Grenich Standred Time seem to be out of wack from each other).
The time is fine, it's Greenwich Mean Time and I live in England. All my clocks show me that the OB time is right and frankly, I don't care if they are 1 or 2 minutes off.
It's not that I was banned, it's that I wasn't allowed to come back.
What did you just do at the beginning of this thread as NeoRogueShadows? You came back. Like James said, if you had come back with a better attitude nobody would have bugged you about your previous actions on the boards on so forth.
What have you been smoking? That wasn't mature. I specificly made myself NOT be mature as REVENGE
And this will help your argument how? Coming back as REVENGE and specifically trying not be mature will not help you at all, so why are you bothering?
Yeah, but I've got nothing better to do with my time right now.
Quit creating usernames that waste space and replying with useless and contradictive answers that are completely off topic anyway. Sorry if I seem rude but I took a while to read through the replies made and frankly I think this is completely pointless.

What was the latest album/single you got? I don't buy many albums or singles, since most of the music I like is unavailable in the UK. I could buy them at HMV, but the prices are a tad too high -_- What's the latest tune you just can't get out of your head? There are quite a few.. 'Mexico' by Incubus would probably be the song that is sticking most in my head, due to the fact that I'm trying to learn how to play and sing it for a school performance next year. Three other songs are all by ColdPlay - 'Warning Sign', 'clocks' and 'One I Love' are all excellent songs from 'A Rush Of Blood To The Head'. What's your favourite and worst genre of music? The only genre of music that I really don't like is garage. It drives me up the wall because of it's repetative beats and mindless talk about how 'hard' the 'crews' are. It's like they take a good piece of Hip Hop and kill it by turning the tempo up to unbearable speeds. What/who is your favourite band/singer? My favourite band and singers change quite regularly, but overall they would have to be: Incubus, Brandon Boyd (yes he's the lead of Incubus, but his voice is incredible by itself :)), Reveille, ColdPlay, Oleander, Our Lady Peace, System of a Down, U2, R.E.M, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park and Usher (All I can think of right now methinks, lol). Edit - I think I'll add a composer in there too. Nobuo Uematsu, who did a lot of the music for the Final Fantasy series :)

There has already been a thread about Akira, which was posted in the anime lounge not so long ago. You can find the thread here. Please post your commments in there. :)

I have quite conflicting views about religion and the existance of God, I suppose I'm at a decision choice about the whole subject at this time of my life. Sometimes I try and think of an answer to this question: If Hydrogen and Helium reacted in a massive explosion resulting in the formation of our universe, where did the Hydrogen and Helium come from? Some scientists say it came from the collapse of a previous Universe, but then someone could ask the simple question of how that previous Universe formed in the first place, and so on. Then I wonder, how could God have created the Universe and if the Universe encompasses everything, where did God come from? Also, how could one single entity control what was going on in the entire Universe, or even just Earth.

Complete and Official What You Got For Christmas List 2003
Red replied to Yu Yu Hakusho!'s topic in General Discussion
Wow you guys got an awful lot for Christmas, I only got a few things, lol. My incredibly small list: Spiderman DvD Saving Private Ryan DvD (I love Saving Private Ryan, love the DvD too) Alarm Clock (Think my mums trying to tell me something) Money, lots of money. Something like £200, enough for me to finally get a new pc. I'm sharing a pair of sparring mitts and pads that my dad got, but we're both going to use :) Thing I loved the most was I finally got a day off. No school, no work, no arguments with parents about this that and the other. Oh, and I also got a hangover and a fever. -
I go to the dirt track with an ambulance and drive up the stairs to the entrance. Turn around, there's a large obsolete concrete block. Drive the ambulance up to it, get out and jump onto the bonnet and then onto the roof. Get on top of the concrete block and snipe away. If you stand close enough helicopters fly over you but don't drop swat men, allowing you to easily accumulate 5 stars. :)

I know this thread has been repeated, but I couldn't find it at all. Bizarre --;. Anyway, my username is Elite, which means "cut above the rest". "Best of the best" type thing. My username used to be The Elite DBZ, which meant I was very knowledgeable about DBZ. However, I quickly found I paled in comparison to a lot of other DBZ fans, lol. My real name is Gerard, I don't think it would work well as a username here, heh.

Some of my favourite actors would have to be: 1) Samuel L. Jackson - For his ability to play a broad range of roles very well; 2) Jackie Chan - Always pushing stunts further, with lots of dare-devil acts in his movies and sometimes a good storyline too :); 3) Robert DeNiro - An excellent actor, I suppose I love his voice the most, it just has a certain quality about it; 4) Jet Li - Has starred in a lot of films, some of the older ones are actually good, the stunt sequences are incredible in quite a few. I think I'll edit my list a bit later, once I can think of some more actors/actresses.
