Nothing besides H2O and Persona look horribly interesting. I haven't finished Gunslinger Girls season one yet so I really don't know if I care or not. Hopefully the whole blind thing in H2O will not be the only thing unique and interesting about it.

I'm getting mostly stuff that you put on your clothing. I'm gonna try to get a couple shirts too if I can. Amazon has a little bit of stuff. I don't collect figures or anything like that so I should be OK on that end.

I haven't finished it yet but I love it! I am planning on getting Lot's of Haruhi swag soon!

Ive heard of all those bands but I only listen to Celtic Frost and Immortal like...often. Their really good (although I prefer Celtic Frost to be honest). I still think Old Mans child is good and it sounds unique to me but you obviously have a different ear for music Jake. So I guess I did know the classics or whatever...I just didn't know they were classic.

I would like to know what you mean by Black Metal greats. Iv'e only just recently been introduced to Black Metal(last spring I heard my first Black Metal band). When you say Black Metal greats I think of Mayhem and Immortal.

Fuse has balls for putting Ergo Proxy up there. I wouldn't think a show like that would have mass appeal at all.(Well I guess the emo kids would like the main character but besides that...) With all this new anime popping up we might have ourselves a new alternative to cartoon network for Tv anime.

Shonen Jump when they had Shaman King,Ruroni,Naruto,Yu Yu,DBZ and Sand King(or whatever it's called).

It's an 3 episode ova. It's in the modern era. I own the dvd and from what I saw it's pretty bland. I might finish it if absolutely run out of things to watch. Oh and it's not new by the way it's been around for a couple years.

[/QUOTE]I hate subs...not only do I hate the way the japanese language sounds(for the most part) but reading what is happening not only annoys me but it takes away certain important elemnts. So I don't do subs. I don't care if it's "how it was originally meant to be" that doesn't really matter when I see the bad parts of it. Anyway if Haruhi is good enough in this order I might watch it in the other order.

Well it doesn't make a difference to me but since I started in chronological order I am gonna keep going in chronological order. I am gonna see all the episodes anyway. Arguing over which one is "better" seems dumb to me.

It's about a girl names Yurie Hitotsubashi who is in middle school and figures out one day she is a God. They don't really explain how or why she became a God but it turns out not to be not that important surprisingly enough. It goes through her day to day life and the day to day lives of her friends. [B]Characters [/B] 10/10 The characters are all pretty loveable. Even the secondary characters. From the small little God helpers to Matsuri, Yuries rambunctious friend you can always find things you like about them. Really the development of these characters make the anime since the anime has basically no plot(there is nothing you could really call a plot till near the end but I still wouldn't call it that). Even though that's the case it really works for the anime. [B]Pacing[/B] 8/10 Well the pacing is really slow in this anime which is surprising for what it is. Especially since it's a rather short anime. But this actually works in it's favor as the little characters are given time to grow and the main characters develop much more. [B]Animation/Art[/B] 10/10 The art is fairly unique and the animation is pretty clean. It has a very Miyazki like feel to it. It is like a mix between whispers of the heart and Spirited away almost. [B]Dub[/B] 7/10 I noticed some poor lip movement with the voices now and again but overall it was a good dub with good voices. [B]Overall[/B] 9/10 This a a Geneon gem that should be checked out before it goes away. I definitely recommend it if you don't mind slow shows with cute and fun characters.

Whats really cool about it was how they added a little sci fi to it.(well so far it's a little as it goes on it might add more). Everything in the first episode was so true though. Yea music is music. But Metalcore you gotta listen to Amon Amarth. They are the best Death Metal band I have ever heard. Oh and whats hard to take serious about viking metal face? I mean if your doing it right you can get the sound of vikings pillaging a village and that sounds pretty awesome...at least to me. When they start talking about trolls n stuff though...it does seem a little silly. Oh and I think that nowadays chrisitans are trying to expres their love of the lord in different more modern ways. Sure Metal started off with Black Sabbath and the dark lyrics they had. But what was important to these guys was the sound of the music rather than the message.

I personally think hating the anyone themselves for a belief is wrong. You can disagree and dislike the belief but not hate the person. Like lets use this as an example. There is a guy who is really anti metal. I like metal myslef so I don't really like the way he thinks about that subject. Do I hate the person himself? No I don't. So all I'm saying is hate the idea not the person.*steps off soapbox* Anyway I have a question. Would you not listen to Amon Amarth just because they went on tour with As I lay Dying (because As I Lay Dying is a christian band) even though they aren't a christian band themselves?
