I have four pets: one dog & three cats. My dog's name is Daisy Mae. She's a beautiful mix between a black lab & a pit bull. We got her probably 3 years ago? She's a sweetheart, but she's too rough with people. :( Cat No. 1 is Osborne. We've had her for about a billion years... or maybe 6? I dunno. Something like that. She's adorable, but she's scared to death of people, so she never comes out when we have company. Cat No. 2 is Boots. She has three legs! Cat No. 3 [MY cat] is Jezebelle. I like her, and she's really not that fat.

This is my guilty pleasure. None of my friends know that I post regularly on an anime nerd forum. :D lolz. Actually, they really have no idea at all because I don't think I've ever really talked about it, except my friend today when I told her that one of you guys apparantly lives really close to me! Crazy! :O What else? I love Calvin & Hobbes... so very much. No one knows that either except this one guy who I told on a date to a bookstore. AAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand number three. I actually love wearing make-up. I think it makes me look really beautiful, although I try to promote the "You're beautiful how you are" concept... but for myself, I say screw it. If I really thought I was beautiful, I wouldn't wear it. :)
I want to get some, but since my parents don't really like 'em, I probably won't get any until I move out. ;\
My parents didn't want me to get one for the longest time. It just took asking & a really, really, really good reason in order for me to get one after three years. :]
Well what's your best subject in school? Pretty basic question. 1. what subject in school are you best at? 2. What subject at school are youthe least best at?
1. Band! Of course! Music is the freaking best! But when it comes to "real" subjects, I LOVE History! Learning about the past is one of the most fascinating things in the world, especially when it comes down to people's motives. That's what I learned the most this school year with U.S. History... pretty spiffy! 2. I love Physics, but I suck at learning it. Actually, I suck with Science in general. Simply don't understand it, and I don't care to learn it anyway because, honestly, I'm never going to use it in real life. However, I am fascinated with the fact that everything falls at a rate of 9.80 meters per second squared... amazing.

I Forgot What You People Look Like (Image Heavy)

Y'all are so beautiful. : D As for me? Gained weight? Yes. New hair color? Yes.
What if you become a Scientologist? Or an agnostic atheist?
Well, I can always draw another bigger fish eating it. ;] There are oh-so-many possibilities. But the point is, Christianity is my life, and this is my reminder.

Yep. I gots me a tattoo. See that avatar? That's it. It's right by my left hip, and for those of you who don't know, it's an ichthus [Jesus fish]. I've wanted it for 3 years because I know it's the one thing in my life that will NEVER change about me. Plus, if I suddenly believe in evolution/Darwinism, I can just draw feet on it! :D

The Inevitable O-Lounge Blondes Vs Brunettes!
pooperson replied to Andrew's topic in General Discussion
BRUNETTES, FTW! My hair's been everywhere when it comes to brown & blonde. I remember trying to dye it "Natural Light Neutral Blonde" 3 times, and it never turned out right. That's part of the reason I love brown hair. It's so beautiful! I'm currently trying to go back to my natural color, which we think is brown. And blondes are so over-rated! I mean, come one! Brown hair is the skit, ESPECIALLY FOR GUYS!! :D There are so many beautiful shades, and it goes with a lot more clothes than blonde hair does. Trust me, I would know. Blegh. Plus, it looks more serious & "mature" than blonde. http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b340/taperson/senior/senior21.jpg -
1. How are you feeling right now? 2. What's going on in your life right now? what's 'driving you' I might say.
Right now? At this very second? TIRED! I am absolutely exhausted because I just got off of work. But in general, I'm pretty happy right now although EXTREMELY stressed. What's going on? Right now? At this very second? I, too, am posting on Otakuboards. But in general, I'm really busy. I've just been appointed Drum Major of our school's marching band, and that's taking a lot of time. I burned my arm really badly at work tonight, and the guy I like likes me but doesn't want a relationship. Otherwise, life = great! Thanks for asking!
Anything. I'm almost always in a constantly great mood. I mean, someone can make me sad, or angry, but I'd be happy again in like a minute. You kind of gotta learn that in life the small stuff doesn't matter, and it's all small stuff. Well...at least that's my opinion.[/FONT']
Mm, the same thing with me. A lot of things make me happy. For example, I got semi-promoted at work tonight [AKA, I start serving instead of hosting tomorrow]. Work in general makes me happy. Music puts me in the best mood in the world, as well as climbing on my roof. I also love boys and talking on the phone. Therefore, the ideal situation for me would be sitting on the roof, listening to music, and talking to a boy on the phone. Mm, lovely. Also, Jesus puts me in a wonderful mood. =] I like Jesus a lot.

Excellent! Wayne's World, though I did not see it until 2005, is the epitome of an amazing 90's movie. I mean, come on. Public Access Cable Television? "Asphinctersayswhat"? Not even owning "a" gun, let alone many guns that would necessitate an entire rack? Classic.

I would like to begin by quoting Simpsons Episode 8F10:
Marge: What about Bart? (as a name) Homer: Let's see... Bart, Cart, Dart, Eart... Nope, can't see any problem with that!
I believe that's what my parents were thinking... Marta. Arta, Barta, Carta, Darta, Earta... no problem! When I was little, I used to get called the "F" word repeatedly, in cases such as, "Hey! Did you know your name rhymes with FARTA? FARTA MARRRRRRRRTA!!!!!". It sucked. Then the situation died down for about 10 years, and this year (as a junior in HIGH SCHOOL) my new friends realized the rhyme and now call me that. Not gonna lie - it sucks. Also, when I'm on the phone, people think I say "Marsha". NO. "Marta" is NOT: Marsha, Marcia, Maria, Marla, Mara, Marge, etc. It's quite irritating. And now the last name. Vitolins. Vee. Toe. Linz. Not that harder - in fact, quite easier than its actual Latvian pronunciation [Vee-twa-LEENCH]. But instead, no one can read it, and very few people can write it. Instead, I and my familty get Viotolins, Vitilins, Vitolons, Violin, VISTOLA, etc. Plus, coming from a group of band nerds as friends, every day someone new tells me that my last name is only one letter away from "violins" and that I should have played that instead of the trumpet. Go die.

I've actually finished a few games of Monopoly. It is - hands down - my favorite board game ever. My only really "interesting" story is the one in which my best friend and I were playing it well into the wee hours of the night. We kept landing on Community Chest and would obviously laugh, pissing off her parents, who - multiple times - had to come downstairs and tell us to be quiet. I also had hotels on Park Place and Boardwalk, although she lost the game because of my 2 hotels on Mediterranean Avenue. =]

One more thing. You know the material out of which bags of chips are made? I hate that stuff, or, rather, I hate touching it with wet hands. It drives me crazy! The hellish squeaking sound makes me want to die. Make that two more things. I am an all-out band nerd, so, of course, certain things in band bother me. One is when people are out of tune with each other. There is no sound worst than two instruments atrociously out of tune. EXCEPT... The squeaking of the reeds. Whenever I hear a reed squeak, I get really upset. I have cried. I always envision somebody biting down on the reed. In order to overcome this, I tried biting on a reed and squeaking and holding it out. It just made me cry harder. Oh, and this thread reminds me of the Maury show about pickles [click!] [thank you, Group Sounds]!

This summer will be most interesting. First and foremost is Marching Band. Hopefully, I will be drum major this year, so I will be committing a lot of my time [AKA - most of my summer] to that. I have two weeks in June and a parade, plus every weekday from the 3rd week in July through late August. Fun! Then there is Vaction with the Family. The fams hasn't been on a real vacation in years, and this year we're going to Washington, DC... fun? Then there is Work. I love work! My boss says I'll be waitressing during the summer, so I am excited about that! I'll be working whenever I'm not doing anything else... haha? Then, of course, the Hanging With Friends Factor. That'll be fun, as always. =]

I scream when I puke. Not just an "Ahh!", but an all-out, piercing, whorrible, tear-jerking SHRIEK. It's pretty bad. And loud. I get headaches, too. And I had gone about three years without throwing up until this January when I became allergic to my medication for my wisdom teeth extraction, PLUS the laughing gas. Basically... there was a LOT of screaming in my house. 'Nuff said.

I believe that there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a virgin. I believe that saving yourself for the right person or marriage is a great concept! I, for one, am one, and I believe strongly in abstinence. High-Five for virgins! Also, don't think you're alone. I'm in a facebook group of 20000+ students [both guys and girls] who are saving themselves for marriage [or so they claim]. Anyway, continuing. As for whether or not it was your place to talk to this girl or not, I can't say. It was, however, probably a pretty awkward situation for her, and she probably only made fun of you in order to redeem herself.

I have to go, but I will answer as quickly as possible and definitely edit later. I think it is only a bad thing if you make it that way or if you handle the consequences in an immature fashion. However, you can make it a really good thing as well. If she is pregnant, it's obviously going to be very difficult to deal with, and if she's not, that could be emotionally upsetting as well. This is when I leave and come back later. I promise!

Otakupedia Entries/Suggestions/Discussion thread
I don't think so, as there'd be no way to add articles or suggest additions or amendments.
I'mma go out on a limb and say that he meant the one at the top of the Lounge... -
Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you for all your advice. There are a few people who posted who I never expected would have these problems, but they proved me wrong, and seeing how everyone has dealed with it has helped times a billion. I totally printed out your replies and have them in my room as support when things suck. Just as an update, I haven't weighed myself in almost a month, so I don't even KNOW what I weigh right now, which is good. I've also talked to God and my mom and, of couse, the ex-boyfriend, and they're all supportive still. Things are getting better, and I'm feeling better. So thanks. =] Ooh, and I'm eating breakfast now. And drinking water. Lots and lots of water.

Hmm... I kind of understand. I'm a little bit like that, too... everybody thinks I'm ultrasuperfriendly and whatnot, but that's only around people I know. This is what I do: Try talking to the person with a mutual friend with you. That makes it a lot easier. If there is no mutual friend, then make up something to talk to the person about. Example... pretending you saw them somewhere. Or tell them you like their shoes! Which may not work, you being a guy and all... well, I don't know. That's what I do. Good luck to ya!!

Oh my... here comes my analysis.
If you over take drugs thas your falute and then there are people who actually know what they are doing and they are not doing it in a way that it could harm them.
However, there are also accidents. People might take a drug unknowingly - not because someone told them to, but because of their own naivety or simply a mistake. Example. I had my inhaler, and I accidently OD'ed... a LOT. That was crazy bad. But it wasn't my fault... I had never used one before. What I'm trying to say is that if you take any drug misuse situation and label it bad... well, that's a pretty naive route to take. Accidents happen. Then there is the situation of OD'ing on a drug because you WANT to or maybe even NEED to. Drugs are not an easy thing to stop doing. Rehab can fail, and the addiction can still be there. Yes, it is more than likely the person's fault in the first place, but on occasion they just can't help it. I'm not saying it's right... I'm just saying things happen.
There are just way to mny things I could go on about drugs, but its quite hard.
Same here. Same with any argument. You do have to keep in mind, however, that yes, this is an argument. If you say something, someone will say something back. No need to feel offended, but you are stating your opinions - or facts - and they are stating theirs.
Its really the persons choice, but here is the thing you can take drugs all you wnat but if any anybody gets hurt because of you. Well we will have a hard time.
It most definitely is the person's choice. And people - innocent people - do get hurt. It's sad, but that's also why we have laws. Lots and lots of laws. But there are also the legal drugs, as Nerdsy said, that can hurt.
Just be careful and stay away from drugs that aren't allowed.
I was hoping to stay away from this, but... wtf? What do you mean by "drugs that aren't allowed"? Simply illegal drugs? Because according to what you seem to have been saying, all drugs - save prescribed ones - are bad... at least that's what I'm getting from all this. Am I wrong? Also, to back up a statement such as "Its [sic] really the persons [sic] choice" with a command seems a tad bit contradictory... or maybe I'm reading into it too much.
If animals aren't eating it then you shouldn't either.
Oh wow. I disagree. Animals aren't eating a lot of things... but at the same time, they're also eating grass. Just read DeadSeraphim's post. I agree with it. Fantastique! Long story short, I think that in your argument you should be a tad bit more open-minded... a lot of the things you say CAN be backed up but can also be argued, which is probably why there is such a huge argument. Oh, and don't let internet disputes get to you... It's just the intern3tz lawlz ;]
