As an update, last night I dreamt about work again, but I also dreamt about the OB, sadly. It was really strange. There was some guy on here - I don't even know who - and I met him, and we had to do this really weird challenge thing. It involved ice and rope. Weird. All I knew about him was that he was a member of OB. Whatev. But whoever it was, he waas pretty hot.

I always dream about work. Always, always, always. I'd say that about 95% of my dreams have to do with work. In my dream last night, I dreamt that my three managers got fired by the State for drinking on the job (I work at a sports bar) and for smoking pot - not on the job, but just smoking it in general. In their place, a new, cuter guy was put in, but he changed everything. We turned into a seafood restaurant with only two TV channels... for 41 TVs, that sucks! The kitchen looked completely different, and most of the serving staff was replaced. Also, the new tables were triangular, and smoking was officially banned from the bar area. Then there's the owner - Paul - who decided that HE would be the entire kitchen staff. He also decided to keep a puma in the freezer. That's what most of my dreams are like.
[*] Taperson - cos with a screename like that, you are bound to be really cool, or really average, wouldnt be bad if we met up somewhere in South London.

Hey! I'll be in South London maybe next summer! Maybe. Hmm, as for who I would like to meet... Well, of course, Mr. Maul because, as he said, we apparantly live about 20 minutes away. Also, he can actually talk without sounding stupid. Then there's Dragon Warrior but only because he keeps changing his name back and forth from Gavin to Gavyn, and... well, that's just awesome. And White because I really, really, really like his hair.
I don't have anything to explain to you. You simply decontextualized a statement which was not meant to be taken as literally as you took it. End of story.
Sweet Jeebus, if you're going to keep arguing, MAKE A THREAD FOR IT. And yes, I already have a fastweb account. :) It works wonders and never ceases to amaze me.

Time for a quality post! :D My main hobby is most definitely marching band. I was lucky enough to be made drum major this year, so I spend most of my time planning for, thinking of, or dreaming about what we're going to be doing at practice. Then, of course, there's practice. Thank God I have a month off, though, before band camp. My next hobby is, sadly, work. I loved my job until all the good people either quit or got fired. Now it's me - the devoted employee of 10 months - and the new college kids who are there simply pro tempore. By the way, I'm a food runner at a restaurant/sports bar near my house. Taking pictures, of course, is another insanely fun way to live. I like taking them, editing them, anythinging them. It's a lot of fun. I also like spending time with my friends and particularly enjoy shopping with my best friend Kirsten. She's probably the most amazing person in the world. Then of course, they're facebook and OB and other various websites that tend to control my evening hours. Those are my hobbies. They're not that exciting, but they are in detail.

I want to prove that I can defend myself. *Postsecret* I want to prove that I'm strong enough to handle a tough situation, especially after seeing so many of my friends go through them. The difference between them and me is that I am strong, and I know I can defend myself, get help, or help myself. I know I can, and I know some of them can't. I want to prove that I am smart enough to make it. People see me as the dumb blonde, which is retarded because I'm not even blonde. But I don't understand it because I don't think I come across as that. I guess that's kind of why I want to go to Yale or Princeton. I want to be above all the "smart" kids I know. But oh well. That's what I want to prove.
Also: The fact that you pass even a fraction of them on means that you are part of the problem. Stop doing that. =p And tell your friends to stop forwarding that junk to you.
I agree. I would recommend you to just stop sending them in the first place, or a clown will come and eat your babies.

This week it is a definite tie between "Hey There, Delilah" by Plain White T's and "Head Over Feet" by Alanis Morisette. I just started hearing "Hey There, Delilah" on the radio this past week. I had never heard it before, but now it's on EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M IN THE CAR. But I'm not complaining because I like it! "Head Over Feet" came on the radio two days ago and again yesterday, and I had forgotten how much I love Alanis! :D

Oh wow. I'm in love with a few things. 1. Wendy's. Geez oh pete. Wendy's is the best fast food joint out there. Every time I go there (which is sadly about every other day...) I get a medium number six combo with a diet coke. That's the spicy chicken sandwich... amazing!!! Also, their fries are the best in the world! 2. Chicken & Ranch Wraps at the place where I work. Made with chicken, with wing sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, ranch, & a three cheese blend. I get mine breaded with hot sauce & no onions or tomato. Yummmmm. They're the best ever. 3. Diet coke. I'm literally addicted. I gave it up for lent this year but had to go back to it because I was getting massive headaches... oops! 4. Oreos. Gaah. Best food on the planet. I made up a song about them when I was little, but I don't remember it now. Anyway, they are basically incredible. :D I like food. I'm the skinniest fat chick I know.

1. Song: Carry On Wayward Son Artist: Kansas This song reminds me of my first year of marching band because we played it for our parade (which I couldn't make :(). But it kind of became "our song"; we sang it on all the bus rides, and it was on all our ipods, etc... so it makes me happy & sad at the same time. 2. Song: Tempered Steel Artist: HSE Wind Ensemble A few years ago, this song won our band 1st place at state. Too bad I wasn't a part of it yet. 3. Song: Eleanor Rigby Artist: The Beatles This is such a good song - one of my favorite Beatles songs. 4. Song: Someday I'll Be Saturday Night Artist: Bon Jovi Gaa! Song: What I Need to Do Artist: Kenny Chesney Don't know it, but I like Kenny Chesney! 10. Song: You Sexy Thing Artist: Hot Chocolate Hahahaha, I love this song just for the title. It's pretty straightforward and amazing. 12. Song: Ellsworth Artist: Rascal Flatts Yep. Don't know it. 13. Song: Knockin' on Heaven's Door Artist: Bob Dylan This song reminds me of a few summers ago at my friend's birthday party when a guy pulls out his guitar and starts playing this. He sounded nothing like Bob Dylan, thank God, but it was very relaxing. I kinda miss it. 14. Song: Paperback Writer Artist: The Beatles Uhh, yeah. So I like the Beatles... and this song. Still. 15. Oh Jeebus. I worked in retail for a year at a party supply store. It was badly set-up... the bachelorette aisle was RIGHT next to the kids birthday stuff... awkward. Anyway, yeah. So people are retarded, basically. They would come in, order their balloons, go shopping, and come to the balloon counter to check out. The registers are definitely the first things you see when you walk into the store. I had to tell at LEAST 5 people a day to go to the REGISTERS. Ignorant people suck when it comes to shopping. So I quit! :D

This just in: Girls like attention. You're giving her attention. Most girls do not know how to say no when a guy hangs out with them a lot because they like it. Then again, maybe she does actually like you. Since my experience with this kind of thing has never turned out well, I won't give advice... but I hate girls. They're confusing. Like me.

Who here has a journal? (No not a blog of sorts.)
pooperson replied to Domon's topic in General Discussion
I love my journals. I have about a thousand, maybe. I kept one when I was little every once in a while with entries such as "I have a cold today and can not go to Amy Beverland Elementary School". They were very specific for a 6-year old. Then I got older and forgot about them until Junior High when I found an old one and started writing a little bit more. Then I shrugged it off again until sophomore year when I got a new one for my birthday. I wrote in it almost every day, and it lasted for 364 days. Then the next day I got a new one for my birthday, so now I write in that one! I also have one on my [internetless] computer in my room. I wrote religiously through the end of 8th grade through freshman year and then started writing sparingly, like fats and sugars. In my personal journals, I write about EVERYTHING but mostly guys. It's quite sad, actually. I get embarrassed reading them because "I can't believe I liked *****!!!!" and whatnot. But there's also stuff about everything else... school & work & church, etc. Then, of course, comes the Xanga. I've had one since 3 years ago, and I've only had 2 that I've really written in. The first one got all annoying when I broke up with my boyfriend, so I basically deleted it. :( The one I have now has been seriously va-gue for about a year... as in, I don't even understand it anymore. But I still write in it every day! :D Yay journals! -
So I'm about to enter my senior year in high school, and for the past year and a half, my parents have been pushing "the college thing". In other words, they're having me look at colleges, go to college fairs, read ALL the college mail, decide my major, decide my everything, all before entering senior year. What I've decided is that I probably want to go to a small school, and I might possibly major in music. So basically, my questions are: If you're in college, how did you decide to go there? What kinds of criteria did you look at? What do you like about your college? Where DO you go? And mostly, HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM HIGH SCHOOL? Thanks!
Would you rather 1. Only be allowed to eat food of the pasta variety OR 2. Never be allowed to drink anything other than cranberry juice?
[strike]Pasta, hands down. I would make chocolate pasta. Plus, cranberry juice is the nastiest of all the juices.[/strike] I'd suck up, hands down. Sucking up totally gets you places. That's how I got to be drum major. :D Would you rather... 1. Never be able to use any other writing utensil other than a yellow crayon? or 2. Drop out of every important conversation you will ever have because of a sudden urge to pee?

My personal life can go on the internet, for all I care. But I'm not gonna be naked. The world doesn't need to see that. ;) What you rather... Never be sick again? or Never be sad again?

I think about it a lot. I mean, I could. I'd get caught and all, but in theory, I have enough money, and I have a car now. But I never actually have. It scares me too much to run away and have my family get super upset. I love them too much to do that to them. There was only one time I seriously considered it. That was about a year and a half ago when my brother was getting screamed at again. I got sick of it because whenever he gets in trouble, I end up getting in trouble. It's silly. But anyway, I hated it so much that I seriously considered just leaving and pissing them off. But when I screamed that I was going to leave, I got screamed at to go to my room. I, being the idiot that I was, did. There ya go.

Boo, I would guess that you like duck-billed platypii. Platypuses? Your title tells me you're Dutch perhaps? But that's also a kind of aircraft! Geez oh pete, that could mean so much! :D And I'mma say that your sig is an inside joke because I sure as hell don't understand it! :D You seem to be very random.
