What I meant about the colored/not colored thing: If someone posts a finished picture, and Rater can find nothing wrong with it except, "You should color it," does Rater judge it as a finished black and white picture (which I would assume would be something close to ten) or drop the rating by 1.97 because it isn't colored? What exactly drops a picture from a 9.24 to a 9.17? If you think it would look better colored, do you rate it as an unfinished colored picture, or a finished back and white one?
