1. Who, hoo! Our public school system rocks. Heh, yeah. I used to think people were just being lazy...and some are...but many honestly just guess at which one to use, or just pick one and stick with it. Drives me nuts.
2. I can't quite figure out what's going on with the hair. What's that black? I wouldn't change quite so sharply from the darker to the paler blue, either. I don't know if you were going for the shadow of her arm, but it looks like her body comes to a point on the side. Nice job on the skirt. I love the chair, heh. I would add some shadow on her leg, though...it looks like it's as far up as the chair legs. *offers you a purple smiley sticker*
3. Here's something that might count as a superpower....the ability to do that without the whole debate about royally screwing up the space-time continuum. Ah...that would be lovely.
4. I like the text and the freaky image. Maybe mix things up a little bit. Move the face to the left, the text to the middle or mid-right, and the shadow thing to the right. I don't know about the little image, it seems sort of out of place.
5. Hollywood hopefuls for 103 Dalmations.
6. Looks like it's got the potential to be great. I'd like to see the finished picture.
7. Would you like the brooding attitude and tragic past as well? : p

heh. Lilpicobyte, yeah. I like him. ^_^ I haven't drawn him for a while, hm...all my sketches lately have been Ushi or one of my other "Sara is bored and doodling during class" characters. Heh, I use the Search option more than I probably should. I don't know about the other skins, but on Liquid it's at the bottom of every post. ^_~
9. hehehe..good ideas, but why don't u ppl read the bible Boy oh boy...You're really asking for it. Mitch--How can you not believe in hope? I mean...wow. Hope--It just is. Even when I'd rather not deal with it, it still flits around. Emily Dickinson, 254. I can't imagine living like that. I don't even think I could call that life, not matter what dictionary you're going by. I believe in the Christian theology, in a rather vague way. I'm having some troubles with my congregation and trying to figure ou just what I believe, so I don't feel especially qualified to explain about many things. Heaven and Hell. Yeah..
10.
The fact that this entire page is in spoiler mode amuses me. Sorry, just had to get that out of my system. Theories and musings, and they really don't need spoilers...But hey! Who am I to break a trend? I don't like the idea of a matrix within a matrix...I mean, golly--where would it ever stop? Maybe the whole thing ends with Neo waking up after a really long nightmare.
:p
11. I'm having a hard time believing somebody in no way Japanese could be considered "the last samurai." I didn't get that, either...but it made me smile.

I post a thread every once in a while. I'm sure there are several drifting a few pages back, if you're bored and feel like browsing. ^_~
13. *clicks PM button and blinks* Well. I can honestly say I've never seen that before. I'm sure it will clear itself up.
14. I think he meant the matrix itself was too simple...or...uh. *was slightly lost by that phrasing*
I thought perhaps Neo's being able to sense the giant metal jellyfish had to to with his breaking out of the pattern set out for him...or something. After he'd spoken with the Architect and not done what the program expected him too... *loses train of thought* Well, it made sense at the time, anyway...

15. Lacking any technical expertise...all I can suggest is to try again. On a side note, I was replying to a PM this afternoon and the [ quote] text showed up as a bunch of numbers and symbols.

No, I didn't draw this one...I don' t think I've ever used my own art as an avatar. I might be wrong..it's been quite a while. :p Puzzled?

Koala Su

Yeah. I always do the face last, and by that time, I'm usually quite ready to be done with the picture. These turned out pretty good in comparison to some others, though. Heh. She would make a cute little avatar, hmm.
18. *blinks* What were you trying to send?
19. Yeah. *gasp* Color! Hehe. Beaches. Seriously, though...Even when the beach is closed here, with a sign announcing that going in the water is a health risk, you see people down there. Not that I was ever one of them. *cough* Eh, I mostly go beachcoming anyway...
20. It doesn't really matter. Once you're banned, you're supposed to stay banned. But, yes..IP bans are generally used when it's clear that some intends to return and continue to cause problems. (I think? Things haven't changed that much in nine months, have they?)
21. He's just trying to convince us that he's a heartless, angsty teen. Don't worry about it. ^_~ :p
22. Ooh! Very spiffy. Nice accents on the neck-thingie.
23. Eff..I just did this for the back-and-forth thread, but I like it.. Hope no one minds too much if I set it here, too. Cassie smiles as the combs her hair Watches her reflection in the mirror there It's early morning, getting ready for school Just a few more minutes, she'll be out the door And ready to climb up the school's front steps Cassie sings as she walks past the school crest She gets back her math test--she's among the best But things aren't always as clear as they seem Even crystal waters may be murky beneath It's been a long week, and she's ready to rest "I want it to be over," she says to her friend. The girl laughs and smiles. "It's almost the end. Just a few more weeks, and we'll be off free-- It's already May, and summer's nearly here." Summer, the promise that's so far away. Her smile fades as the day goes by She's so very tired, and speaks with a sigh But the faces and voices of the school don't see The tired little girl in the midst of them Walking a little bit slower, and wondering why. She speaks to her teacher, "I'm so very tired." The teacher smiles. "Sleep a little bit longer." That's not what she meant...the whole world seems a mess But you can't force people to understand Richard Cory words flicker through her head. Cassie the poet, the muse, and the prophet Unlucky in love, and nearly forgotten Somehow unheard when she asks for advice Somehow unnoticed in the bustle and noise She shakes her head sadly--doesn't anyone care? But no one seems to listen to the girl standing there. Late afternoon sunshine burns bright on the walls It'll be there again when school starts in the fall But one girl's been saying all week that she won't Spirit broken and tired, she's ready to stop. Cassie the poet, the muse, and the prophet Spoke visions of future, somehow forgotten-- Pleaded for help, in her own quiet way Prophesied endings each long warm spring day Some time now past, spirit threatened to leave her-- Cassie spoke--her heart broke--but no one believed her.

25. Nah, it was okay. Eff... You conveyed pretty well what you were going for. Sort of a dull, empty, bored feeling about it, too.
