Yeah you should do what Kuja said but anyways the answer to your question yeah Mario kart Advance will have its own tracks and some original tracks from it N64 and SNES version.

Yeah but if FF went to another console other than Ps2 itself I think FF will go on all Console since Squaresoft really want to have the online-capability in the future with FF 11 with all consoles i think.
