1. My brother got a Razer last year and both of us absolutely love it. It works great and we've never had any problems with it and the all the options are helpful. I don't know how it would compare to the Death Adder, but it's great.
 2. Yeah, I'd really like to see the Banner Contest return. Who knows? Maybe I'll win two years in a row! :smirk:
 3. Would anyone be interested in an Animorphs RPG if I was to make one? I know there have been two in the past. I would set it in the near future, after the Yeerks have been defeated. We could have some sort of new race that attacks earth or something. Oh, maybe the new evil race has the ability to turn into animals they touch too. :o I'm just thinking aloud here, but you get my drift.
 4. Even if they (Pokemon) aren't in every scene doing cutesy things, I would still think that Pokemon is a big thing in the world. I mean if they were just pets that people had and could find in the wild would we really go to all the trouble of having a special unit to find killers and whatnot? We certainly don't do that for animals. :P I'm still a bit hazy on how you guys are merging Pokemon in with this whole thing. Also, I know most of the Pokemon won't be "awakened" but can the Pokemon understand humans? Even if they can only respond with their name.
 5.
I actually really like the sound of this Josh, we've got buckets of gamers on this site who'd appreciate the sort of retro-modern style of the RPG, that and I love noir-murder/mystery style stuff.
I agree whole-heartedly. Son of Tetris sounds absolutely wonderful. I actually have a lot of unfinished RP ideas that never quite made the cut. I'll see if I can find some.
 6. Awesome. This sounds really cool. I've got to say as soon as you mentioned Law and Order I couldn't help but imagine a Charmander in a suit. Baha. But anyway, this sounds fun. I'll definitely sign up if it's made.
 7.
Only douchebags do marijuana so I guess I'm pointing fingers around here.
Wow. Man, I've talked to you... once? Who are you to decide if I'm a douchebag or not? Let the people who know me decide that. :/ As far as legalization goes, it would be nice if it was legal, but it wouldn't change how people react when they find out someone smokes. It suddenly changes their entire view of the person. I've gotten used to it. So if weed was legalized, I would still do it the same as now. Right now I only actually smoke 1 or 2 times a week, since I've been busy with school and work. And that's the way it'll probably be for a while. At least, until I stop at the end of College.
 8. Here it is. Just thought of this today. In this thread, we'll write reviews of all the new and old games we've played and share them with each other. I'm hoping we can have at least one post a day which would be great for the average daily visitor of OB. Even if it's a quickie review, a couple paragraphs is fine. The review you write can be for any game and you can use any type of format you want (graphics, sound, story, gameplay, etc) but let's keep all final scores /10. To start here's my review of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. Guitar Hero rocked the world with an addictive new way to play rhythm games, Guitar Hero II improved Guitar Hero in every way thought possible, and now Guitar Hero III is attempting to do the same. Does it come out better then all the others, or does it fall short? Graphics/Visuals: I've got to say the graphics didn't exactly blow me away on the Wii. I would have expected them to try a bit harder then just PS2 graphics but they didn't and that disappoints me. I'm sure the 360 and PS3 versions look great though. As far as visuals go, I really dig the art style of Guitar Hero. All of the artwork is really cool and all the venues look great (aside from a certain advertisement-covered truck stage). Even so, none of the new visuals and venues were that much of an improvement on Guitar Hero II, I think a lot more variety to choose from is needed here.7.5/10 Audio/Music: The amount of different songs in Guitar Hero III is awesome. There's a lot of different choices as far as genres go and there's certainly something to please everyones taste. There's not much to be said about it, it's just got a really good soundtrack.9/10 Gameplay: This really is where Guitar Hero III (and the other Guitar Hero games for that matter) really shine. They've introduced a lot of cool new things to the game like Guitar Battles, Online, and a much bigger store that just make the replay value of the game really refreshing and long lasting.9/10 In the end, I would highly recommend Guitar Hero III to any rhythm-type person or just anyone who likes the other games in the franchise. I give it... 8.6/10 I'd really like to see a review of Rock Band for those of you that have played it.:animesmil
Mass Effect - Reviewed by silpheedpilot - 9/10 Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock - Reviewed by 8bit - 8.6/10 Halo 3 - Reviewed by Deus ex Machina - 8/10
9. It's a shame I missed this thread when it first popped up. Oh well. I love pot.
 10.
Oh, and Wario has the most absolute. freaking. worst. final. smash. ever. EVER.
Way to assume. Wario Man is awesome. Also, I've got to say that Widescreen Update was absolutely hillarious.
This is standard display. This is widescreen display. This is the correct standard ratio. This is the correct widescreen ratio. The two shots above... Wrong.
11.
Super-mega-unconfirmed spoiler here:
Looks like West just... leaves. Awesome.

What makes you think that? Also,
why can't they just let a character die?! I was looking forward to never seeing Noah again.

 12. These pictures are actually from the end of August, my friends and I went to a Jays game at the Skydome. :) Pictures taken by my ex. >_>;
 13. Got it on Tuesday, been playing it so much since then. I've got 62 stars and am still working on getting more. Even though I could fly to the
center of the universe
right now, I'm still holding off and completing all the little challenges, comets and extra levels. Finding hidden stars isn't as easy as I thought it would be, but having
Luigi
send you pictures and such helps. I really love the way they set up the galaxies. Within each galaxy are different planetoids and sometimes going from one planetoid to the next changes the entire atmosphere of the game while other times it sticks with the same theme. Either way it's always fun. All the power ups are really great, too. Each one controls completely differently from the others and is unique in its own way. I can't even pick a favorite because they're all that much fun. Did anyone have a blast skating? So awesome. And the Bowser fights are back to being epic. While Bowser Jr. battles tend to be a bit easier, the Bowser fights (or the two I have done thus far) are just insane. One thing I've found that usually isn't the case in platformers like Mario is I'm actually dying quite a bit. It's not a bad thing though, after a couple deaths you usually grasp what you've done wrong, fix it and then succeed. And yeah, the music is flipping beautiful. I even turned up the volume a couple times just because I liked the tunes. I've found that to really enjoy this game, turning all the lights off makes for a sweet atmosphere. I think as far as Wii games go, this has got to be up there with Twilight Princess (if not, above TP).
 14.
I recently bought Guitar Hero III and dude, that game is awesome, like the last one.... but, there's room for improvement, like the fact that they should of picked Hunting For Witches or Skeleton instead of Helicopter and I really do hate ending a session, in order to turn on two wireless guitars, and the constant autosave is pretty annoying.
You can actually turn off autosave in the options. Thought you should know. And as someone who has never heard any Bloc Party before Guitar Hero III I've got to say that I happen to like Helicopter. :) So, yeah. Obviously the game I'm playing at the moment is Guitar Hero III. I beat the Career on Hard and am currently going through it on Expert. I really like the online feature (especially since it's free on my Wii) but I get disconnected a lot and I don't think it's my connection. :/ Once again there is a great selection of songs to choose from which I love. So far I've had it since and came out and I'm still enjoying it a lot.
 15.
Then we sat down and watched Howl's Moving Castle together. Very boring Halloween.
How is that a boring Halloween?! That movie was amazing. I got stuck handing out candy. Which was fine because I was doing homework all night, anyway. Since my street is a crescent we don't get a lot of trick or treaters. This year I handed out candy to four kids.
 16. I've read in numerous places (previews and such) that all the music in the game is fully orchestrated, including on Nintendo's website. Let me see if I can find it... Click here to read all about the sounds in the game.
 17.
One thing I notice, more than anything else, is the sheer variety in this game. And that's something that IGN commented on recently; SMG never seems to repeat itself. Each world - and each level within each world - not only looks very different to the last one, but actually performs/functions differently.
Yeah, I noticed that as well. It's one of the reasons I can't wait to get my hands on the game. Has anyone else noticed the astounding similarity between the Super Mario 64 box and the Super Mario galaxy box? Click. Someone also pointed out to me that there is a spherical world in the background of the cover for 64. Foretelling the future?
 18. Well so far all the sign-ups look promising. Sandy, Omega and Kitty (but you need an appearance) are all accepted. Once Lionheart and KW finish their sign-ups I'll see about starting this baby. Sign-ups are still open to anyone, though.
 19. "Enter at your own risk. Great fortune awaits those worthy of them." Introduction The Castle of 20 Levels is a mysterious building that seems to appear in the Mountains of Nordark once every 20 years. It sits there for a year and then just vanishes. Many different people usually attempt to enter, enthralled by the idea of great fortune. However, nobody has ever made it out of the castle once they enter. Usually the Castle lets anyone through its doors. But this time the castle has created a large barrier around the entire Nordark Mountains keeping everyone out. Everyone, save for a select group of people. How to Play Our story begins with a small group of folk from near and far. One of these characters is you. You must enter the castle and try to make it through the 20 different levels the castle will throw at you, sometimes solo, sometimes as a team. It is you the players vs the castle. Some levels will challenge your wisdom, do you have the resources to outsmart the castle? Other levels will call upon your ability to write and force you to role play yourself out of certain situations. Every level will be completely different from the one before it. All of this will take place in the Square and Underground threads. You can also die in the Castle. If you fail a level, the Castle will take you as another one of its victims and you will go to the Dungeon. The Dungeon has 3 extremely difficult levels for you to try at. If you pass at least 2/3 levels you will be put back in the game with the other players still alive. If you fail at least 2 of the levels, you will be trapped forever. This will take place through Private Messages. Extra Information I will explain a lot more as the challenges go on. Basically you will be going through 20 different tests I have thought up and you, along with the rest of the group, are trying to beat every single one to make it out of the castle alive with the reward. You will post in-character in the Square thread and out of character in the Underground thread. This isn't just a straightforward challenge-after-challenge type RP, though. There will be different types of "cards" that you will pick up along the way. Expect to see stuff like "Skip a Level!", "Axe of Wisdom", and "Sabotage Level". Sign-ups I'll probably be accepting most of the sign-ups I get so don't strain yourself too much when writing your sign-up. Name: Your characters name. Age: Between 20 and 60. Gender: M/F Appearance: Preferably a picture. A description is fine, though. Occupation: Think fantasy/medieval here. Blacksmith? Engineer? Merchant? Why did the Castle choose you? The castle picked people who have always longed to attempt The Castle of 20 Levels. Why does your character want to try? Are they dying and want to do something big before they go? Is your character really cocky and thinks they could pull it off? Be creative.
 20. Oh boy, the music sounds amazing.
 21. Alright, I finally got an idea of what to do and threw this together in 15 minutes. Those were difficult handicaps, Delta! :( Handicaps:

Image must be monochrome plus one other colour (and its shades) of your choice. 22.
So how 'bout the New Pork City map they debuted today? Looks like it might become SSBB's signature overused (but still cool), plus-size map, a title which has been held by the Zelda and Starfox series for the last two games.
I don't know... New Pork City looks like a lot of fun on the count of its size, but I think the SSBB's signature overused map will be the Fire Emblem stage. It's not quite as big but it still looks sweet and the whole different floors thing is really cool (the basement floor looks awesome what with the lava and whatnot). Also, they made the Sandbag mini-game multiplayer and online. It made me laugh but it could be fun. :P
 23.
To be fair, a lot of nerds can be cool. Those are the nerds girls love. :)
Point of fact: me! :D
 24.
Or you could stop being such a little b*tch and pound one out like the rest of us.
I was actually referring to the disturbing quotes such as chopping your dick off not the self pleasure thing in general. But thanks for being a dick! Pardon the pun. >_>
 25. The Blue Jihad needs to take a chill pill. :^D I really don't think any other SEGA characters will be in Brawl. I mean, Snake is the only Konami character that will appear. Why would Sonic be any different. As far as other Third-Party characters go, either Megaman or Bomberman. I'm actually hoping they don't have either of them in but if they do I won't complain.
