[COLOR=RoyalBlue][FONT=Trebuchet MS]I'm really loving the new "Reply" button when you scroll the cursor over it and it turns blue with the white arrows, but I don't get time to enjoy it after I click on it. What'd I'd like to see is the defualt reply button to look that way and perhaps when you bring the cursor over it the arrows in would flash. Other than that I find everything to be well done and it all to be an enjoyable change.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue]Over the years I've been here I believe thread quality hasn't changed much at all, and if so then it has only improved. I don't do much browsing outside of the Louge and Art Studio but from my knowledge on how well the moderators do their jobs I'd have to believe that thread quality hasn't declined. The threads which are created and soon become closed does not equal to the amount of threads which flurish into a "intelligent discussion" as Desbreko put it. For me to go on with my thoughts would be to restate what everyone here has already written out, so I'll just conclude my post with this... The story itself is very depressing, but beautifully written. The point was well made and very clear. The somewhat poem like ending was a perfect way to finish it off. I'm not a big fan of the white line going across the banner, maybe if it wasn't so simple it would go better with the background design. I guess it's just the lowercase "n" that bothers me, but that's just my nack for grammar ^_^;; [B]Cowboy Bebop :[/B] Oh, that quote seems to fit well with the picture itself, but I find the picture to be kind of low in quality. It's a bit blurry, and that doesn't bold well in my book. Love the background, it's just a tad blurry from Spike's left (his left) shoulder. The font is nice though. Pretty cool.[/FONT][/COLOR]

Though I've never even heard of the series you used nice quality pictures which look good with the green/blue cloudy boarder between them. I like how the pictures and boarders change widths, and not anyone of them is the same width. The film strip going up in the corner was a nice touch, along with the text on it. The text just barely fits onto the wallpaper, but it looks good nonetheless. I'm curious to know what program you use. Tell me >.> Nice job.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=RoyalBlue][FONT=Trebuchet MS]I was pretty hardcore into Magic the Gathering, during middle school after I transferred schools, so much hung out with the nerds. I started playing when Odyssey was first released and continued to buy and play right up until Mirrodin came out. I breathed, slept and lived for Magic and it pretty much consumed my life for two years. I never had a favorite card or favorite color to play, I just simply made decks based upon combos. I played in a state tournament againest Vermont's finest and finished in 5th place with a Red/White Sliver deck. I just didn't feel up to cleaning to much of a mess to show you all of them =P Once highschool hit I had moved back to my old school and I was back with the "In crowd" and of course none of them played Magic, so it died very quicky. I still enjoy playing with sometimes with the few who know how to, but I no longer spend my money to buy them.[/FONT][/COLOR]

The orange boarded text alsmost seems like a soft aura forming to the words, when you're not looking closely. Your choice of font seems perfect for the mood of the flyer. I'm not sure how I feel about the "Grand Opening. Friday August 5th". The font is small and I can't imagine very ledigable for someone to be reading it off paper, but then again I don't know. [B]Angelic :[/B] So mysterious. I love the pictures you chose, not because I find it hawtness but because it really makes it feel like a model shot. Not showing her face really adds a somewhat tease and mysterious appearance. At first looking at it, noticing that it was simply two pictures squared off and put togher, I was a little doubtful but after really looking at it, I fell in love. The color contrast between the two pictures is lovely and I notice you used the same blind effect as in your last piece. Tthe text running along the middle, It seems all like one picture. When you told me you used New Times Roman for text I laughed, but this looks really nice. Maybe it's just me but I get a aura feeling looking at this text aswell. I even looked at it sideways a couple of times just now, lol. Who knows, you may just win that graphics battle =P. [B]Industrial :[/B] Ah that windmill song. I think I'll play it while commenting on this. When you first sent me this piece it instantly brought Retribution to mind. It seems a lot like something he'd put togher. Very simple, but yet it's very neat. The different blends of colors really caught my attention. I don't know what else to say. I like it. [B]Gorillaz :[/B] Well I don't exactly know what the two orginal pictures look like, so I don't really know what to comment on. The top left picture fits nice and snug, where it is alongside the bottom right picture. I personally think the boarder which seperates the two pictures could of been made a little smaller, then again I don't like things to large when working with graphics. The message is pretty clear (well it is to me atleast) I like your chose for font in "Do not" but I'm not so sure how I feel about the 'Think" in a different font and running right along the middle of the white repeat text line. The headphones and the iineligible lyrics running sideways was a really nice touch for the theme given. The different depths of gray and the abstract designs really gets me into it. [B][COLOR=Black]Sean : [/COLOR][/B] This piece is also nice. I enjoy the color blending you used and your chose for colors. However, I don't like how much it's contrasted and how it looks burned. I would of suggest just a bit of a smoother job. Your chose for the text used with "Music" is black and quite plain which doesn't bold well. The three black bars along side it though Is a noticable touch. The sheet music theme is also pretty cool, however it just isn't enough for you to get my vote.
