I'm gonna agree with Altron on the first one... the stars/lens flare/whatever that is in the corners really doesn't go well with the rest of it. Still kinda cool though, with the whole neon rose thing going on (as already pointed out) This would've been hella cool without the little star things T_T The second one is pretty cool too~ makes me think of smoke XD but it looks like something that's had a filter applied to it and then just smudged around or something O_o and maybe a different BG other than black (navy?) would have been nicer? (which I think was also already mentioned ^^; ) a bit random... but moving the text on the second one so the t (I think it's a t?) isn't cut off of the end might make it a tad better as well (but now I'm just being weird about it) Like Altron said, they're nice but also look pretty manufactured. ha, ha, I don't think i said anything that wasn't already mentioned T_T *shot dead*

I still need to finish the first Drakengard >_< but news of a second one does make me a happy fangirl ^_^ Seeing a grown up Manah would be super cool though~ *heart*

Did you resize the avatar image? The quality of it seems a bit so, so... like it was resize and became a bit blurry as a result. The text used on the banner seems a bit boring as well... maybe it would be a bit better if it didn't touch the edges of the strip it's in?

I love Disturbed~ Though I actually didn't really like them until I saw them live (which is, omigawd, super cool XD) Darkness is prolly my fave song~ The song he sang on the Queen of the Damned soundtrack is really cool too (I've forgotten the title though T_T)

on the anime style pic of you, it's sort of weird that the black on the clothes and such are darker than the outline of the image O_o but it could just be me?

Mouse was cute ^_^ but out of that group, he was sort of the only one who did much O_o the other's were mostly silent (minus Tank and Dozer) ...but no love for the Twins? T_T I liked them.

Donnie Darko doesn't get nearly enough love... Randomly, I believe there's a Donnie Darko manga, but I don't know who it's by... (and I believe it's Japanese only T_T)

I love pencil boards so, so much~ XD I have tons of them (which is a bit scary, really ^^; ) I keep one in my notebook for Art History, which is tons helpful cause it keeps the pencil marks from getting all over the place. I think the first pencil board I purchased was Gravitation related? (I've got like... 5 Gravitatin ones now O_o) but, yeah, they're fun... I like to keep them in my notebooks, but I do have some that I like so much I actually won't use them ^^; I just stick them on my wall *laughs*

FullMetal Alchemist T_T Argh, it's so bad. Hopefully the 2nd game will be better... The Stand Alone Complex game was a let down as well ~_~ but at least it was better than the first game. Fable was... meh *shrugs* I guess it's not horrible, but I want the time back that I wasted on it ~_~ In my opinion, Devil May Cry 2 doesn't even exist XD *laughs* Suikoden IV is also really disappointing T_T so far anyway... I'm still gonna play it a bit and give it a chance... (Suikoden III was a bit disappointing as well, but Yuber was pretty cool, so I tolerated it ^^; ) Galerians : Ash was sort of okay... but I only played it obsessively cause I'm such a fangirl. I sort of like Drakengard, but it's got issues... though I'm not sure I'd say I was disappointed with it or not? Randomly, some of the best games I've played include (but aren't limited to) Suikoden II, Resident Evil 4, Persona (all of them XD), and...erhm... Dragon Force? *dies*

It's horrible T_T I was really excited about it... I pre-ordered it and everything (I work at EB Games, btw) However, I played a demo last Friday... Five minutes into the demo, I stop and remove the money I put down on it and put it on Digital Devil Saga instead ~_~ The gameplay is pretty blah... Edward moves rather sluggish... commanding Al isn't that great... the voice over is redone in English (omigawd, that alone makes it so not worth buying) The 2nd game might get a release here, and it's supposed to be better... so I'd wait for that, or import it. The anime sequences are kinda nice, but not really worth paying for the game... If you -really- want to play it, I'd suggest hunting down the demo (which I think was in PSM?) or renting it. I'm a sad FMA fangirl T_T

wow O_O I'm totally blown away by this. The minumul use of color is really nice (I can't tell if the photo is black and white?) Only thing I'm iffy on are the two sort of red spots ^^; everything else seems to fit, because it's all repeated, but the red spots seem a bit random (though the red isn't horribly distracting because it isn't horribly bright and it's in more than one place)

Personally, I'm hoping singing will be kept to a minimum T_T Though the trailer is amusing (and Depp's ryhme that went something like "chewing gum is really gross, chewing gum I hate the most" was sort of cute) Depp looks awfully femmy in the Wonka outfit though XD not that I'm complaining... I did a lot of squeeing when I first saw the trailer~ and, like mentioned before, Johnny Depp and Tim Burton have always cranked out great movies ^^ so I'm really looking forward to it. I actually didn't care too much for the original ^^; but I'm not really expecting the new one to be anything like it (though I'm gonna try and hunt down the book so I can at least keep that in mind for the new one)

I mean, we never say a body, did we? ^_~ [/spoiler] But I'm a Shinra fangirl, so I'm just squeeing because we get Turks -and- Rufus... then again, like I said, wheel chair person is -most likely- Rufus. I didn't say it was 100% Rufus (but going off the info on the current cast list, it probably is because no one else is listed as being done by that seiyuu... unless SquareEnix is keeping secrets because they are evil?) No actuall game events have been shown yet, minus a scene with Zack in the back of that... truck thing that lasted all of 5 seconds (which pretty much looks exactlly like it did in the game)... and that flash back scene of Sephiroth walking through the flames.

[/QUOTE] The person covered up in the wheelchair is most likely Rufus Shinra. If you look at the cast list, Rufus is listed. The guy who voices him also does Roy in FullMetal Alchemist. The new trailer has the wheelchair person talking to Cloud, so you can hear who it is. There's also a lot of Shinra stuff on the wall behind him ^^;
