Not to mention FF3 that's even better than 7. Anyways, here's my opinion. I think Square making this Final Fantasy online is going to displease many fans of Final Fantasy. I'm one of them. So I won't be seen playing this game. If you ask me, and RPG should be solo, although MMORPGs are quite fun, I don't think Final Fantasy should be one. I've always been an old school gamer and I will always be an old school gamer.
Originally posted by wrist cutter gokents... give it up. This topic seems to be turning into looks vs. personality... which always ends with people lying their asses off so they look righteous. 99% of the guys here would be unable to say no if an attractive girl asked them out - and the other 1% is gay.
Very true. I'm certain if a good looking girl asked me out I would have to say yes. But I know we wouldn't be able to match up, because most good looking people are usually ignorant. Sad but true.

Punk isn't dead. Something doesn't just die...it lives on as a paradoxed, watered down, version of its own self. So nothing dies. As for Avril Lavigne, she does annoy me, but I just ignore her, and poof, she's no longer even a signer. If music is annoying to you--don't listen to it. That's all I have to say.

Yes, everyone has their bad days. My day hasn't been all that well either...but I still try to be optimistic even if I can't. That always keeps me from hating everyone and everything. Although sometimes I just get so hateful optimism won't even help. Just be glad that not every day is as bad as the next...

Writing Why Must You Judge Me? (Short Story)
Mitch replied to Lady Asphyxia's topic in Creative Works
Nicely done, except for a few spelling errors. Very well written, and thought out. I give it a 7.8/10. If you were to fix the few grammatical errors I would give it an 8/10. Keep writing, it seems you have talent! -
Inspired by Vanilla Sky...that was a horrible movie...but this poem is nicely written. It has redundancy, but is able to pull it off, and the point of it is very well executed. It seems you have talent. You should write more. I give it an 8/10. Great.
Originally posted by BabyGirl "Good guys" are usually the men that girls see as the good friends, and someone who they would be unlikely to date. It strangely happens to be that way a majority of the time :whoops: For a long time I had trouble believing that good guys do exist, but recently I've had a chance to see first hand that they do ^-^ Just hang in there...your man will come :)
Or girl!(in my case)

I very cool idea as a matter of fact. But I don't know if it's possible, because the Otaku Lounge is kind of in some ways, a debate forum within itself...a good idea though.

I thought this thread was gone...but hey, here it is...so here's another poem... PrePowerCowardice Prejudice does exist a human nature that's become a practical power a thing people use as an imaginary tower discrimination is still within our skins simmering in a tightly rimmed pot that is our society a tattooed enigma upon our sin ridicule still hammers about as people try to stand as tall is stout unfairness still scouts around a sailor in constant travel racism still stands abound ununiting pigmentations of alterations of the same being power is a contradiction a will-bending prerogative of constant distruption handicapping those who would make the difference forced to conform in a vetoed crush of individuality as their initiative to stand out is snapped into unbeatific dreams this it seems is how society truly still is a stumbling enemy of its own base an anarchy within a democracy rotten within composed a door halfway closed power will always corrupt while keep all held into one whole truth is truth and lie is lie even within prejudice eyes
Originally posted by PiroMunkie I wasn't trying to be sarcastic. Try never greeting a person, and see if that gets you anywhere. A simple "Hello" can take you a long way. Whether you travel that way is the choice you and the other person would have to make.
Oh, well, it sounded sarcastic...well, I guess what you are saying is true in a way...
Originally posted by PiroMunkie Say "Hi"... That's what usually allows you to meet different people.
 Piro, that was so...sarcastic. It takes more than that to find that special someone...I mean I say hi to some girls at my school, and some say hi to me....has it led anywhere? No, of course not. Sarcasm is funny...:D

Art My bad attempt to get a bit of attention from critics.
Mitch replied to Na'dou's topic in Creative Works
Yeh, as Piro said, the head's a little to big...but still, I think the shading on it's pretty good...heck, it's way better than I could ever do...:whoops: -
As TN said...pop is kind of a vague word...but anyways I'll get my opinion. I've never liked pop, I absolutely cannot stand Boy Bands at all, I mean all these girls envy them just for their looks, so they become so popular. It's just stupid, you should get credit for talent not looking good, at least that's my mentality about it. I won't lie though, I'll listen to pop if the signer/band/group's got talent and good lyrics. Like Michelle Branch, I like her, she has wonderful talent and is a good writer to match. I'll listen to any music, but I mostly listen to various forms of rock.

Megaman had left Midgar. He had taken a small, personalized craft, and here he was, in it. He had no idea where to go as he glared at the map upon the computer screen. He had set it to autopilot, and he then began to doze off. He dreamed as he slept. A figure stood abound in darkness, a smirk upon its sturn face. Its hair was a long gray, and as it stood there, glaring at him, it suddenly spoke to him. It spoke slowly, as if the words had come hard, as if it hadn't spoken for years. It articulated one word, one simple word. "Raccoon" it had whispered to Megaman in a voice as feared as death. Raccoon it had said. Then the tall figure had walked away, as flame enveloped about it. Then it was gone. Megaman opened his eyes and said that same word, staring directly at the spot upon the map: Megaman X: Raccoon City...is that what the dream was about? He punched in the coordinates into the ship, and set it into autopilot yet again. Megaman felt some answers were there. And another thought suddenly ran through his mind...hadn't Zero gone there? Megaman was certain, and it was that certainty that confirmed his destination: Raccoon City.

No, all men are not dogs. Dogs, if you were to ask me what they are, are simple creatures, they live their lives in a peaceful manner and are to lacking of understanding to understand. Not all people are this way, but I can say there's some people out there who are ignorant. So if you ask me this saying is kind of ironic in itself. As for is there any good guys out there...of course there is. There's always someone that has a good heart and empathetical ability. Or one with intelligence and so on. So yeh they are out there. But what I can't see is most girls always go for the bad boy image over the intelligent, understanding one. I just don't understand women and I doubt I will every understand them completely.

Hey, I didn't start it, but it is my fault nonetheless. As I said earlier, this is the last time I will argue with Wrist Cutter, so don't worry, I won't carry it on here any longer. I thank you for your concern, and I will promise you I will say nothing more to Wrist Cutter, because I respect these boards. And I respect the moderators as well. I promise you. There is more to life. As for if mankind could live without technology--ceratainly. Do you think life was always as convinient, easy, accessible, as it is today? Obviously not. I mean, although I couldn't see myself back in the 1930's, life was hard then...very, very, hard. Just think not even having a home to come home to, a parent to support you financially, just think...Also I would like to talk deeper about the benefiets and disadvantages of technology. I think that our world will end because of us, whether it be by our own hands, or by something which we create. Technology is needed, but it will be our downfall. It will, although not within the reaches of any of this generations' lifetimes, it will happen. It can already be seen in todays world--Global Warming (just imagine temperatures in the 200 degrees...it sounds unbelieveable) , destruction via nuclear weapons and so on....
Originally posted by wrist cutter Next time you feel like crying about your unpopularity in school, you'll have to do so with yourself. You make it that way.
I wasn't 'crying' as you put it, I was just telling the 'truth'. You can have your own opinion about me, I don't give a rip. So go on and keep being who you are, and I don't care. Oh, and this is the last time I am going to reassert to you that I am not selfish. If you can't see I mean well in the way I am here on the boards, and see me as my own individual, then you can just be the apathetical little pessimist that you want to be. Go ahead and live your life living in the glory of others' weakness.
quote: You have to write bad before you can learn to write good.
Crazy White Boy, this is so true. And yet so many people don't understand it...so they give up writing. Sure it helps if you have talent, but practice is what really gives you your own writing style. That quote is so very, very, true.

Yeh Aries, it's good....but not new, kind of redundant. I like the one you've got in your sig way better , to be honest. Keep the one in your sig ;)

Omega Weapon is so easy it's laughable, well, at least if you look back at the toughness of Ruby Weapon and all those other weapons from past Final Fantasys. He really isn't to hard, I thought he would be but I easily beat him. But if I were you I would still level up, like you said, because I don't think you're ready just yet. I'd at least get all of the Aeons first before I did anything else, they really help.

I think destiny is there, but only leads us into different directions, reasserting our position in life. It doesn't control how this or that will turn out, it only defines it. Defines it in that it shows you a path, if you take it, that's your choice, if you don't, that's also your choice. So yes we all have a destiny to an extent, but eventually we break from our set roads and go into something different, something else than the path chose for us.

Yes, it seems many good metal and hard rock bands are either breaking up, or one of them die, causing the group to break up. I didn't know that the lead signer of Drowning Pool died, but I am very sad to hear it. They were a pretty good band with good potential. Also Rage against The Machine broke up a while ago to...
