Hey guys, I just made this banner for someone and I was just wondering how well people think my window effect works. I've used it in a few of my banners now and I was just curious ^_^. Thanks

I really like your banner mal, I think it's simple and yet very effective. It doesn't have the problem of being too busy if you know what I mean ^_^

yes I have both a fanfiction.net and a fictionpress.net account although I wouldn't count my stuff as being any good. I write mainly Gravitation fanfics and some poetry.

Well, my brother used to do Judo but alas like most other things with him he dropped it after only a short while. I myself haven't studied any serious martial art like say Tai Kwon Do or Aikido or anything although I am currently studying Tai Chi...although I'm not sure if that is considered a martial art in todays modern world anymore.

Women think with their brains silly! *giggles like a little schoolgirl* Anyway, I think that we're all different so it's difficult to say what all women want in a guy in general...not all girls like guys either so you see it's difficult to make a broad estimate.

I agree with you points and thankyou for responding to my thread with such gusto. I'd like to say that my initial reaction is not someones title, it is to their post quality as has been repeated throughout this thread. The title is only used as a conformation or a surprise. No crimson spider I don't consider you a newbie because you've been around as long as I have if not longer so in retrospect I cannot consider you a newbie.

I don't know if this will get shut down or anything. You're welcome to because it's pointless...also, the short stories thing was a pun on my part ^_^ Anyway, I was just wondering. Is it an unwelcome thing to be a newbie? Do other more experienced users look down on newbies? For reasons best known to themselves? I'm not just talking about OB here, in any chatroom/board anywhere. Is it considered a curse to be a newbie? What do you think when you seen someone who's a newbie, or don't you think of it at all? Do you judge people by how many posts they have under their belt? I'd like to know.

I really like that mirror effect thankyou, I think it adds to the reflective aspect of the banner as illustrated by the text and the pool of water.

Jordan stilled as a loud bark came from a tree not far on his left. Spinning he stared in it's direction and approached cautiously. As he neared two large wolves stalked out from the undergrowth, their intentions unclear. He raised a questioning eyebrow, his expression confused. Where these servants of the unwelcome force present in these woods? Where they simple animals or something more. His question was answered as one of the wolves yipped playfuly and dove towards him. Having sheathed his blades previously he rose his arms in defense before the body of the wolf crashed into him, sending him careening backwards to the loamy floor. Exhaling a loud grunt and sputtering as the wolf proceeded to bath him with it's tongue, Jordan attempted to remove the furry beast from it's perch atop his chest. Jordan: yeah I'm happy to see you too fella...

Jordan reached underneith his coat and drew out two semi-long blades that glinted with a strange blueish light. Twisting them in his grip he crept foward, the snarls, yells and growls echoing all around him. this wouldn't do, this wouldn't do at all. The flowing of water was calm and evershifting to adapt to it's surroundings. It knew persistence and patience. However the rage of water was seen in it's waves and storms and these creatures would know such storms of they ever crossed Jordan Crane. Suddenly there was a bright flash, Jordan covered his eyes with his arm instinctively. The noises stopped and Jordan frowned in confusion. It seemed whatever had caused the flash had also caused the unwelcome visitors to disappear. How interesting. He gripped the hilts of his blades still as he pressed on further into the woods.

Holy Mongoose Batman, this rp seems to have run away without me. ----------------------------------- A shadowed figure stood on the bank of the stream that ran through the old forest. Grey eyes watched the flowing water with calm interest as he listened to the far off voices echoing in the woods. His long coat swayed slightly in the breeze and he smiled slightly as a fish swam past in a vigourus motion. Running his fingers through his long dark hair he sighed softly and reached forward to trail his hand through the cool running water. He looked up sharply as a loud noise is heard in the distance, it looked like something else had entered the forest. It looked like he wasn't the only one who had been drawn to this place. Raising a dark eyebrow he straightened himself and started towards the noise.

Wears a long black leather duster coat and heavey black boots, soft brown leather pants and a white shirt. has a beaded necklace with a small wooden cross attatched to it, a silver thumb ring on his right hand and a celtic weave ring on his middle finger of the same hand, there is just a plain silver band ring on his left hand. Bio: well...wouldn't you like to know. Church loving orphanage...that old schtick, ran away and that's when things started to get interesting, just wait and see. Extras: very quiet but attentive and observant. Has a smirking, sarcastic sense of humour which he more or less keeps to himself

Weapon: A coil of black leather wound like a rope which he uses as a slow garotte ensuring the victims slow and painful death. Bio: Marcus Belial can often be seen as a lone figure wandering through the world. With little ambition and a relaxed attitude to his existence Belial takes his time in all he does and often has to be shook to make sure he's even awake. Of course, he is always awake...ever watchful and ever present, just because he looks like a lazy bum doesn't mean he is one. When seeking punishment on those sinners of sloth he also prefers to make them work for their death, enjoying it when they run from him...so active in death, unlike their wasted lives.

Thanks for all your input, but just let me clear something up lol. This is a rhetorical question and I just wanted to see people's views on acceptance and forgiveness in a relationship and if there were certain things you just couldn't forgive. I've never had someone cheat on me myself but I appreciate all your support ^_^

Okay, here's a question. You are in a serious relationship and your significant other goes behind your back and has an affair. You find out...would you forgive them? Would you love them enough to try and work through it or, because they have cheated on you they obviously don't love you, would you break it off? Would you still love them afterwards?

Michael licked his paws slightly, glancing about himself with a confused look. Standing on his hind legs he twitched his nose and sniffed the air. His ears pricked up as the sound of barking echoed about. I tried dying my hair purple before, it didn't work however, my hair is undyable...unless i want it red or summat lol. heh, if u want to bleach it go for it, I have a friend who's had it all colours of the rainbow (not all at once mind you) and her hair is alright heh, go on...it's not like it won't grow out.

Dude, crack is cocaine a class A drug, pot or weed is cannabis a class C drug and legal in some countries. I know lots of people of smoke pot, I've tried it myself and I agree when people say it's very unusual for you to get addicted to it. However, if you're addicted to the high why don't you find something to replace this drug indiced high. Cloud has the right idea when the gym idea was mentioned. Do something that gives your body an adreneiln (sp?) high, get more active, but a punching bag or something. You can also try and wein yourself off it, take less and less each time ya know. Get a hobby.
