Welcome to the second annual Official Otaku Awards! The forums have undergone significant changes over the past year. Last January, version 4.0 was on the horizon. Over the span of one year Otakuboards has grown in numerous ways. Thanks to the members and their continued devotion, we were able to break the "Most Users Online" record [I]and[/I] survive approximately one month of down time. Now, we're on the eve of version 7.0!

With that knowledge in mind, it's time to kick off the New Year in a big way. It's your chance to appreciate everyone who makes the community what it is today. Newly added to this year's edition of the awards, is the "honorable mention" categories.

Honorable mentions will recieve one half point, whereas the primary vote will be worth a full point. Remember, an honorable mention selection is not mandatory. Furthermore, you don't have to vote for every category, because we understand that members have different interests and don't frequent [I]every[/I] forum.

Oh, and you may only vote for [b]one individual[/b] in each category. So, choose wisely. ~_^
