Rumors abounded that you could teach the red ones to swear when I was a kid.

That was around the point I started wanting one.
Actually I had the little black one, and I think I got it to cuss once, I swear by it. I remember it was the bomb having one, until I dropped it onto the kitchen floor and it screamed "aytay" and died.

Poor little furbie.

Cool story, bro.

(On another note, "Aytay" is Furbie for "Rosebud.")

The rumor I had heard as a kid was that Furbies were actually made by the Chinese government to spy on the USA. They already had microphones in them, and the light sensor on their head was actually a tiny camera, and it sent information back to China through UHF radio transmissions.

Just the rumor I'd heard. I only half-believed it. I had also heard the swearing rumor, too.

Kay mee-mee a-tah!

Tonight was good/bad.

Good1: I worked tonight.
Bad1: I worked with a complete imbecile who doesn't know a thing about restaurants. & I work with him tomorrow as well.

Good2: I went out to the hookah bar tonight.
Bad2: I threw up when I got home. But it wasn't even the oh-no-run-for-the-toilet kind. It was the I'm-gonna-feel-awful-til-I-MAKE-myself-puke kind. Now my throat hurts.

Edit- Also, I never had a Furbie, thank goodness. But my roommate used to. It scared us as children... & adults.

We had three of those stupid furbies. They were always hungry and never shut up. Hahaha I remember Shelbies. I used to have one. And a Furby, but in the interest of keeping a tough image up... I hated them.

And damn this workload I suddenly got. It means more money for a better tattoo, and it also means I can't work on other things. Personally, I find copy writing the most boring thing around. And it's eight pound per thousand words.

Which is crap.

Because I could be doing something less boring.

(At least I'm not working in a suit eh...)

I have one response to this: :blulaugh:

Well that and to regret that it didn't go off while the morons were doing it. =P
Mabey it was a clever and daring game? Or mabey they just had to pee. I just know it's a pretty stupid way to get fired.
