1. The sad thing is, many people only sit in front of their computers and TVs, signing up for these free things of the internet and purchasing items from Infomercials. And guess what? They actually get the stuff. Well, okay, it's not a surprise from Infomercials, because they rule. But still. Just at the cost of spam mail and internet stalkers. Ah, the convenience of multiple e-mail addresses.

Neverland [M-VLS]

This so-called food-hall was nothing short of a wreck. Upon walking in, the stench immediately made Wendy wrinkle her nose. It reeked of mold and something that resembled road-kill. The walls were stained with food and flies buzzed about, feeding off of decay and crust. Wendy had seen her fair share of cheap, disgusting hotel rooms, but this had to top them all. Peter left her side upon entry, making his way over to the far end of the room. He took a seat at the head of a very long and broad table that just barely fit into the hall-like area. Wendy felt awkward, she didn't know where to go. She scanned the table for John and Michael. But all she saw in return was dozens and dozens of kids staring back at her. She spotted an open chair about halfway down the banquet table. She took it, just now realizing how absolutely starved she was. Wendy positioned herself by a smaller boy. He was clad in what appeared to be skunk skin. He continuously shot her shy looks under his shaggy black hair. He must have been about nine, but he was positively adorable. "H-hi!" He suddenly blurted. He mumbled for a moment under his breath, then spoke out again. "I-I'm... T-Tootles." He brushed his fringe out of his eyes, looking up at Wendy. But as soon as he had it up, it fell back down again limply. "I'm Wendy," She replied, watching him. He blushed. "T-t-that's... a n-nice n-name," He jerked and looked back at his plate, which was empty. For a moment, she thought he was just nervous, but she realized he had a natural stutter. "Have you seen my brothers around by chance?" She wanted to know where they were, if they were okay, when they'd be back. Call it maternal instinct if you will. "T-they m-m-must be with T-Tiger Lily. D-don't worry... t-they're in good hand w-with him. G-gonna miss s-supper soon, though." As soon as he said something, a bunch of early teenagers came out with platters full of things Wendy had hardly ever seen before. There was still blood on a lot of the meat. It was... repulsive. Like wild animals, all of the "Lost Punks" threw themselves at the food, taking whatever they could. They stole from each other's plates, hit, cussed, and a mini food fight started at the end over who got to sit by who. Tootles jerked again. He was starting to make Wendy nervous. At the site of all this, she wasn't so hungry anymore. But she helped Tootles get some berries and a slab of wild turkey. He chewed ravenously. After awhile he forced a few berries on Wendy, telling her if she didn't eat, she wouldn't survive in Neverland. A lot of the Lost Punks were too busy to notice her, but some took interest in the newcomer. Wendy was also aware of the evil glare Tinkerbell kept shooting at her from a few feet away. She sat by Peter of course. Peter. What kind of boy was he? Back there, in his tree-house... had been so strange. But it was the first time Wendy had truly been turned on in months, years, even. He had an aura about him, and holy shit, he was hot. Wendy let herself slip off in her thoughts for awhile. Geezus, the things that could have happened if Tinkerbell hadn't barged in. That bitch. After a few moments, Wendy realized Tootles had been struggling to talk to her. Feeling guilty about ignoring him, she gave him her full attention the rest of the dinner.
4. I want a cute little femme boy that has silky, long hair and can pull off eyeliner and black clothes. XD He'll let me paint his nails and we can give each other make-overs and then go watch Teen Titans together. Someone who likes hugs over kisses and is willing to sneak out at three AM to go to IHOP with me. I want someone I can just lay around with and we don't really need to talk. They just understand what I've gone through or what I'm going through. Supportive and fun. Oh yeah, they have to be a major geek. Sci-fi, manga, and gaming guru all the way. : D
5. It'd be an interesting change, if he decided to direct one of the last movies. I, however, thought the best director for the movies so far has been Chris Columbus. The first Harry Potter movie is the only one I can watch beginning to end without getting bored. Ever since, it's been... very shaky.
6. Tessa was, no doubt, confused. Ashcraft... what was his deal? Had they been planted with some kind of... fake? Or clone? This was seriously weird. She'd dealt with clones in previous bounties, but this was just abnormal. Her and Lumine crept along, making their way toward the center of the town. She had a bubbling feeling that there was nothing to find here. At least, no Hawk. Nevertheless, the had her loaded gun in hand, held in a ready position. Lumine wasn't far behind. They stuck to the shadows, not wanting to draw any attention to themselves. Just as Tessa was about to give up and stand up straight, a gun shot cracked through the air. She stopped, studying her surroundings. There. Someone was firing from the top floor of a nearby three-story building. Tessa lifted her gun and closed her right eye, aiming for the guy's head. Once she was dead on, she shot wildly, using four rounds. He fell limply out of the window, and with a sickening smack, landed in a lifeless pile on the ground thirty feet away. After making sure the coast was clear, Tessa jogged over to the body and searched him. "Useless," Tessa mumbled as Lumine caught up to her. "Let's keep going."
7. As soon as Miloe had spoken, Mika cut in. "It should be me instead..." She said weakly. "No," Miloe snapped, forcefully. Mika looked taken aback. The guard shot them all amused looks. "I've never seen anyone fight for torture before. You truly are freaks," He said, lumbering his way to Miloe. "Shut up," Miloe said. Her aggressive side was coming back. He arched an eyebrow. "Just take me." He shrugged and untied her from her bindings, securing his beefy hands around her considerably dainty wrists. Daemon was screaming bloody murder as the guard started to carry Miloe away. Daemon's yells faded away as she was escorted down an eerie white hallway. She observed her surroundings. She realized something. There was no flashing light out here, nothing to cancel her powers. Or was there? She couldn't be sure, but she had to try. "So... tell me," She started, staring at the ground. "What?" The guard answered in a bored tone. "... Have you ever... been possessed by a witch before?" Miloe asked hoarsely. "Nope, and I don't plan to. I have a stun gun right here to fight off any 'witches', what about you?" "I am... every day," She whispered, then kicked backwards, her foot making contact with his groin. His grip slackened. Miloe yanked down, cutting through his hold from his weak spot; his thumbs. He backed up, startled. "You'll need more than a stun gun to stop me," Miloe said, pivoting and sliding past him, exposing his back. She jumped up, grabbing hold of his neck, hanging there. Before he started to struggled too much, she pressed down on the soft spot past his collar bone, by his neck. He let out a pained yell and swung for her, but she bit his neck. The sour, rancid taste of sweat filled her mouth and she gagged. Yet, she had to concentrate. She thought of her goal. Yes! She made contact. How foolish, this facility wasn't as armed as it should have been. Now in possession of his body, she hurdled back toward the cell. She groped for the keys in his pocket, knowing they were there. Miloe just hoped she could get them out safely...
8. Tessa grabbed Lumine's room keys and made her way back into the inn. She saw that Fang, Jonah, and... Ashcraft... were still playing cards. She slinked away stealthily, not wanting to get dragged into the game; she was terrible at cards. And she didn't exactly want to engage in conversation with Ashcraft. Her heart rate picked up a bit as she made her way up the stairs, her hands slightly shaking as she unlocked Lumine's room. She felt safer in the room, however. She quickly strode over to a chair on the opposite side of the room. Luckily, she'd taken her small messenger bag with her from the room with Ashcraft. It had practically all of her possessions in it. She flipped open the cloth cover and unzipped the inside zipper. She fished out one of her brother's t-shirts and a pair of shorts. It felt odd for her to take off her skin-tight outfit. It had become a part of her in this career, she hardly ever slept or changed out of it. Considering she was always chasing after bounty heads. The only time she ever had to take it off was when she had to wash it ever week or two. That's when she'd change into the baggy shirt and the short-shorts. When she was done slipping the loose clothes on, she grabbed her belt and secured it under the shirt, stuffing her gun between it. She never slept without some ammunition by her side. She grabbed the remote and turned on the tv. There was a huge news covering on some explosion down by the docks. A knock came at the door and Tessa rose to answer it.
9. Miloe was silent as the grave. She felt frozen, but she could tell from the burning that she felt faintly that she was getting a fever. It was no use to fight, and she knew it. She wanted to cry, but she willed herself not to. There was a noise, like a click. Miloe jerked her head up to see what it was. A guard had walked in. Suddenly Daemon awoke, yelling, but Miloe couldn't quite decipher what he said. There was an ear-splitting ringing in her ears. The guard stopped in from of Daemon, a sneer played out on his face. Miloe's mind was being sluggish, it took her a moment to realize what was happening. But then she knew. Her heart nearly exploded, it was beating so fast. "N-no! Don't... don't take him! Take me!" Miloe screamed, choking back a sob. She couldn't let them take Daemon. Char, Mika, and Daemon all stared at her. Char's eyes looked blank, Mika looked scared. And Daemon? Miloe forced herself not to look at him. It was her decision, and she was going to find a way to break them out of here.
10. Miloe's eyelids felt incredibly heavy, how she managed to lift them, she didn't know. She realized immediately that she couldn't move. She didn't even have to look around to understand the situation. Lifting her head up, her eyes met Char and Mika's gaze. "... they got us, huh?" She asked. "Yeah," Char replied. "Perfect... any idea where we are?" "We know as much as you," came Mika's answer. Miloe looked to Daemon. "... hey..." She mumbled. "Wake up..." But she recieved no answer. She had a pounding headache, which wasn't helping much. "... geezus. I feel like a test subject in some lab..."
11. False. I just want to rule all of the Canadian lesbian mounties. Then we could make a fan club. :) The person below me (that's right, I'm not being lazy) has a guilty love for t.A.T.u. (that's right, I'm talking about you, t.A.T.u... you with your fake lesbianistic ways.) Wow, I mentioned lesbians twice. Yay!
12. Oh, trust me. You aren't alone. My little brother... is very.... irritating. It takes a lot of control for me not to ball up my fists when thinking about him. It is very good for him that I live on the other side of the state. He messes with my stuff all of the time. Like, when I leave my belongings in a visible area, he rummages through it. You have no idea how many problems that causes me, because, generally, those things are personal. And his sticky eight-year-old fingers don't need to be on my things. Also, when I used to have my own room in my dad's apartment... he'd lock me out of it. And those doors were almost pure glass, so I could see everything he was doing while I was locked out. He'd take full advantage of that, of course. He'd prance around, mess with something of mine that was expensive, scratch my CDs and DVDs, rip my books, blow his nose on my blankets, drool on my pillows. Argh. And it doesn't help that he thinks he needs to be three inches away from my face every second of the day. Just... no. I think he would have been murdered in his sleep long ago if I had to live with him all the time. Lucky for my sanity that I only see him a few times a year, and lucky for his life that I don't have anger problems.
13. I went to see this for the special midnight viewing. I have to say, I was somewhat disappointed, actually. I think one of the major issues with me was the length. The plot and chemistry between the characters didn't hold my attention for very long. It started to stretch out, and my patience wavered quite a lot throughout the movie. Don't get me wrong, it definitely had it's moments, as I knew it would. It just... wasn't as exciting and humorous as the first one, though. I am impressed, though, that they built this all off of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in Disney World. I rode that a few years back, and it wasn't the most captivating thing. So, Disney obviously gets props for that. Now, to get into the finer points.... I was rather satisfied with the casting. Orlando Bloom actually surprised me in this one, his performance wasn't as wooden as it was in the previous movie. Yet, something about his performance bugged me, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Keira Knightely just annoys me in general, so we won't even venture into that subject. I do find it amusing, however, that they had to "paint" on her cleavage when she was wearing that dress during the beginning of the movie. Silly. Johnny Depp, of course, did brilliantly. Who doesn't have a fan girl-a-tude or heterosexual man-crush on Captain Jack Sparrow? Honestly. I do have to agree on the sword fight scenes. I loved every single one of them, there was enough intrigue, fancy footing, and clever dialog in between to catch your eye and keep it for the duration. I just adore the costumes and sets. It all flowed together perfectly, and those pirate outfits never fail to sexify the whole cast. What I'd give to go to a Renaissance Festival outfitted in complete pirate garb. Anyway. There were plenty of pluses and minuses to me for this film. The ending did keep me interested, though. And there is no doubt in my mind that I'll see the third installment. I think my major issue was the length and how, at some points, it really failed to keep me entertained and interested. I'm just hoping the next one will make up for this slight letdown. In all, I liked it. But I'm not so sure I'll be seeing it again soon. I DO want to strut around in some boots now, though.
14.
And I play a lot of Guitar Hero.
Oh, hell yes. I'm currently taking full advantage of summer time laziness. So, I tend to write plenty of fan fictions (mainly sticking to my specialty, which is slash) and I've been doing a lot of research of what new man love manga I'd like to purchase. Other than that, I play whatever games I am obsessed with at the time. Right now that would be Guitar Hero and Jak X: Combat Racing. I WOULD be playing The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, if my step father would so kindly remember to buy me a new graphics card. Which, so far, isn't happening. And that truly makes me sad. I also read a lot (lesbian and vampire novels being preferred), which I do a lot in the summer, since I finally have time to do it. Also, I listen to a lot of music. But who doesn't? Sometimes I like to talk my sister's boyfriend into driving the three of us out to Hy-Vee at three in the morning for a "cookie run." Which is very fun, considering hardly anyone is working in the store at that time. So, we just sit around the magazine section, reading Shonen Jump and munching on our cookies.
15. Tessa was far more comfortable in Hell's Haven Bar. The surroundings enabled her to be a lot more carefree in her conversation with Lumine and James. She could feel the anxiety flow out of her body. Tessa found where Lumine's boundaries were, making it easier for her to avoid awkward territories in the conversation. After a few drinks, James touched Tessa's forearm lightly. He looked at her pointedly. From all of her history with him, she knew that this gesture meant he had something important to say. "What is it?" She leaned in, curious. "Uh... the adopting agency called earlier today, after you left," He muttered. Tessa flashed a glance at Lumine and focused her attention on James. "What's going on, Tess?" She rubbed her temples gingerly. "Look... I... I contacted them about a week ago," She kept her voice low, hoping Lumine wasn't catching much of this. "Why?" James asked sharply. "Dammit, James... you know how I love kids..." Tessa was putting up her defense, no matter how weak it sounded. "Is this what your 'personal vacation' was about? To set up to adopt some kid?" "... Yeah." "What about your career? How are you going to take care of it? I'm not baby-sitting some two-year-old while you're out chasing bounty heads. It's just not sensible," He fought. "I was going to quit this occupation. Thought maybe I could set up a stable home, start out a real life, James..." She paused, thinking it over. "Besides, I'd have Keith help me out. He's been lax in duties at the base..." "Do you really think your brother will help you out with this?" "Yes, I do." "Then I think you're out of your mind, Tess. You had a perfectly good thing going. We had a perfectly good thing going!" Tessa pushed herself away from the counter, knocking her stool over. "What the hell are you talking about, James? This isn't about you, it's about me, okay? Besides, what good has this been for you? I'm the reason your business is going down, you said so yourself! Don't pull that 'we' shit on me. After this stupid case, I'm done. Done with this whole thing. The job was fun while it lasted, but it's going real sour on me. Sorry if I want a life, James. Sorry if I want a kid," She wasn't bothering to keep it quiet anymore. "Then why have them call me? Here? Tessa... why couldn't you just ask me?" He sounded somewhat hurt. She let out a bitter laugh. "What, ask you to donate sperm? Have sex with you? I don't know about you, James... but the way I view it... having sex with someone and letting it mean something to you, just makes you weak and pathetic," She hesitated, then lowered her voice. "Besides, I'm not able to have children..." She stared at the floor for a moment and then turned on her heel and left the bar. Outside, she slumped onto the curb. She spotted a half used cigarette on a few inches away from her foot. She nabbed it and grabbed a passer-by for a light. She took a long drag, not really caring who had been the last person to use the cigarette. Tessa hated smoking. After a few minutes, she flicked the cigarette butt onto the cement and ground her boot into it. She heard the bar door open. Lumine stopped about a foot away from her. "Want to go back to the inn?" He asked. "Yeah."
16. Tessa didn't mean to intrude upon Lumine. She knew she'd crossed some boundaries in the personal questions area. Ordinarily, she'd have a much smoother approach to this situation. But in all honesty, she was just... freaked out. Even to look back to it, she realized what a lame excuse that had been not to go back to her room. The dark. But, it was halfway true in these circumstances. "Let's take a walk," Lumine suggested. "We'll talk more while I enjoy the night sky." "Okay," Tessa replied. She got up and left the room, adjusting her belt and gloves. It was something of a habit. Once Lumine came out and shut the door, there was a small pause between the two. As if he expected her to make another move on him. Take his arm, something. But Tessa didn't like doing what was expected of her, so she began to walk away, starting their little outing. She heard him follow, down the stairs, and out the Inn door. Tessa caught a glimpse of Fang dealing cards to a table-full of people in the bar. Once out into the cool night air, Tessa stopped and inhaled deeply. The scents of the city rolled around in her nostrils. She hear Lumine stop at her side. "Do you know this town?" He asked her. She grinned. "Like the back of my hand." "So, any good places to go?" "Well..." Tessa thought a moment. "If you don't mind being seen in a bounty head infested metal trash pit, then I have the perfect place. A friend of mine owns it." "Sounds promising," Lumine replied with sarcasm. "Seriously, I miss that place. If you don't want to go, then I'm bailing on our little night stroll," Tessa said. She'd give anything to go see James again. She began to walk away, then she heard a heavy sigh. "What's the place?" She halted and spun around, beaming. "Hell's Haven Bar." The two must have look considerably awkward together, walking through the streets at midnight. For, Lumine looked very normal compared to Tessa. Her skintight outfit, blazing red dreadlocks, and weathered tattoos made her stick out. But, it fit her quite well. She attracted a lot of attention on the night streets. People waiting in lines to get into clubs and bars looked her up and down. Wannabe ganster kids sat on stoops, nudging each other and staring at her shamelessly, smirking. Lumine took notice, and it was apparent that he was uncomfortable. "Doesn't that bug you?" He asked. "What?" "That people stare at you?" "No. I'm used to it. Besides, I kind of like it," She replied. "So. You must be beginning to trust me, if you're letting me take you somewhere like this." "Not really. I don't trust too many people." "Then I guess we're in the same boat, Lumine, my friend, I don't give my trust to just anyone," She said. "But I trust you. I don't ask that you return the favor." The was silence for awhile. Tessa guessed that he didn't know what to say. She smiled softly. "Why?" He finally asked. "Why do I trust you? I don't know. I can't say for sure. But it's there." She squinted, trying to see in the dim lighting of the street. "Hey! There it is!" She grabbed Lumine's arm and sped up, dragging him along. They crashed through the entrance, Tessa making a scene. "James, baby! Guess who's back?" She yelled joyfully across the bar, her voice overriding the music that was practically shaking the building. A head bobbed up from behind the counter and the music went down slightly. James came out to greet them, wrapping his arms around Tessa's waist enthusiastically, kissing her roughly. Lumine just slipped into a booth awkwardly.
17. Tessa froze, felt as if her whole body had given up on her. Those last words that left Ashcraft's mouth had her paralyzed. They stuck to her like glue. She'd heard those exact words before. A quick flashback played in her mind, the Crimson Slayer. He'd said, "Next time we meet, why don't we have tea?" Tessa's brain was working frantically, while Ashcraft just sat on the edge of his bed leisurely, a soft smile on his lips. She needed a plan, to get him backed up in a corner. But what? No, screw planning. This bastard was hers. In half a second, her body was working correctly again. Her hand flew down to her gun handle, she brought it up in a flash, her index finger resting on the trigger. But, he was fast. Before she knew it, Ashcraft was directly in front of her. He had a hold on her neck, his thumb putting incredible force on her windpipes. But, she had her gun to his head again. Their faces were only inches away from each other. Ashcraft took no alarm in having a gun held to his head, and Tessa wasn't struggling for air, yet. "I should have known it was you. I sensed there was something odd about you to begin with, I should have taken you down," Tessa said, glaring at him. Her hand was shaking. "And yet, you didn't. Now, why is that?" He asked, rather amused with the current situation. "One false move, and I blow your brains out, Ashcraft," Tessa seethed, ignoring the previous question. "And one false move from you, and I'll easily crush in your windpipes," He replied. He had her there. They were both looking death in the eye, quite literally. "Now, all I ask..." He started, then flipped his hand up from his side, grabbing Tessa's gun hand. He slammed her arm up against the wall, her gun barrel facing the ceiling. "All I ask, is that you stay quiet, and nothing will happen to you. But, if you talk, I'll promise to grant your death wish. Deal?" He moved his left hand from her throat and placed it to the back of her neck. He pulled her face to his, their lips made contact for a brief moment, then he pushed her roughly toward the door. "Go take your walk. But if you say a word, you won't be able to see your little blind bounty hunter again." Tessa re-opened the door, her whole body shaking. He had even known she was going to see that guy. What, could he read minds, too? Damn, this is why she hated partnership. Once she was safely out of the room, she holstered her gun. It felt like her heart was going a mile a minute, yet, at the same time, her body felt numb. Now.... how was she going to find him? She knocked solidly on a room door where she knew Fang was staying. The door slid open. "Yeah?" The younger bounty hunter answered, poking her head out. Tessa had the urge to exclaimed how cute the girl was and squeeze her to death, but that would have been awkward. This girl wasn't a little kid. "Do you know what room that blind guy is staying in?" Tessa let out, her voice sounded nerous. Fang gave her an apprehensive look. "Room seven," Fang answered, pointing down the hall. "G'night," She said before shutting the door. Tessa made her way down the hallway, trying to shake the horrible feeling that Ashcraft had left her with. She stood in front of room seven and knocked loudly. The door swung open. "Hey," Tessa greeted him, playfully forcing herself on him, hugging him around the neck. "Hi..." He mumbled in reply, obviously embarassed. Tessa made her way into his room without asking. "Keeping to yourself, huh?" Tessa asked, observing that no one else was in the room. "I guess." "Hey, great. Can I crash here tonight?" She didn't want to even think about going back to that room and being alone with Ashcraft. "Yeah, sure," His voice lifted in enthusiasm. "So, hey. I didn't catch your name before." "Oh. You can just call me Lumine."
18. OOC: You guys are so lazy, get posting. --------------------- Tessa felt Ashcraft watching her. She rolled her eyes and then lifted herself into a sitting position onto the bed. She met his gaze. "What?" She demanded, about ready to catapult a pillow at his face. She was still pissed about downstairs. "So, what's got you in a frenzy?" He asked casually. "The Crimson Slayer got away, that's what," She replied simply, trying hard to restrain herself from kicking something. Kyle sat up straight. "The Crimson Slayer was downstairs?" He didn't seem very serious, more like a mock tone. Maybe he thought Tessa was just going insane. "Yeah, the Crimson Slayer. Jesus, are you right in the head? He slipped right through my grasp. Right through my fucking grasp!" She balled up her hands and then relaxed them again, throwing her arms up. "What a disaster." She fell back onto the bed. "How did he get away?" Kyle's voice drifted over to her. "He threw that Xue girl into me, Fang... whatever you want to call her. Hell, I think the girl is adorable, but she was just in the way. This is why I don't work with partners, unless they disappear when it counts. You know?" Tessa sighed. She slipped off the bed and stood up. "I'm just going to take a shower..." She informed him and then stalked off toward the bathroom. She slammed the door and twisted the knob to start the water. Calm down, Tess... calm down... She thought as she started peeling off her outfit. She could practically feel her blood boiling. When the water got up to tempurature, she stepped into the tub and closed the bath curtain. The warm water beat down on her. It felt so much more soothing than it normally would have. She gradually felt her muscles ease up and she let her mind wander... That blind guy. She hadn't caught his name. But... apparently... he wasn't as blind as she'd originally thought. It must have been a guise. Oh well, if he wanted to keep that image up, she wouldn't rain on his parade. She'd play along with the charade, no point in exposing a partner's weakness, right? She wanted to talk to him. Now. After another few minutes of letting the blissful water pour over her, she cut off the water and stepped out of the tub. She grabbed a towl and dried herself off quickly. After she threw her clothes back on and secured her gun, she walked out of the bathroom. "I'm going for a walk," She told Ashcraft, whom was still watching tv. He nodded and she walked out into the hallway... ------------------------ Sorry, I would type more... but I'm getting a migrane... and I get blind spots with migranes, so it's almost impossible to see what I'm typing.
19. Yeah, I went through the same thing just a few days ago when I was reading through the "Usernames and set personalities" thread. I think I now know why I lost track of all my buddies and stopped PMing people. XD Damn name changes and new accounts. I guess I can't talk, though, I've had two name changes. But I always tried to make it obvious that it was still me. By putting a little note in my signature for a few months, you know. Actually, Tical, I used to talk to you back when you had your Kyo no Ryu account. In fact, I still have that account name on my buddy list. XD I was probably Conna_da_fox back then. I don't remember. Also, I had no idea that Athena used to be animangademon. I'd exchange PMs with her occasionally back then. Then again, I hadn't known that she'd switched her name from animangademon up to Annie, either. I was a little suprised by The Boss, too. I hadn't known he'd gotten a new account off of Double_B_Daigo. Because that account is still on my buddy list too. XD You people need to stop with the new accounts. A name change here and there is fine... but getting a completely new account just confuses all.
20. I'm definitely into the new character designs. I just think that Buttercup's over-all appearance looks warped because of her new purple-ish hair. And who the hell is that new kid that looks like a baby clone of the Professor? Creepy. XD Plus... Snake looks like a sailor. I used to love the PowerPuff Girls, so I'm all for this. I just hope I can find some fan subs in awhile, I don't think I want to wait for them to get it to the United States.
21. A large problem with the whole, "Why do we no longer want something we've always desired after we obtain it?" thing is actually quite simple. When you think you need or want something, you tend to stress the point in your brain. You continuously think about it, and you form an ideal image of this "thing", whatever it may be. You pretty much romanticize the idea of what it'll feel like when you finally reach your goal in getting this "thing." Yet, when you finally obtain it, you realize it's not all it was cracked up to be in your mind. For example, at one point in time I really liked the thought of having a boyfriend (yes, I know... common desire :P). I was interested in this guy for a long time, and we finally went out. I had thought about that for so long and into such extent, that once it happened, I was completely let down by the outcome. It had been nothing like I had imagined. And that sort of turned me off of wanting to go into a relationship. But, I'm perfectly fine with that now, since I'd rather concentrate on things less trivial. Also. If you really think about it, everything you do in life won't lead up to anything. Everyone is basically a pointless existance. But that doesn't mean you can't work hard toward your goals and enjoy life. I know that everything I do won't mean a single thing in four hundred years, because no one will know who I was or my achievements. But I don't let that get to me. I want to enjoy my time while I have it.
22.
For the record, I thought hat said Monkeykinesis...Wow....how would that work in the first place?
When I read that over, I thought so, too. Oh... jeez. I can just picture it in my mind. I feel the need to make a flip-book now. If I had a "real" superpower, though. I'd want to read minds. Some people just make it so damn hard to talk to, and they never say what's on their mind. Solution? Mind read. Oh, man. No one would be safe. You could learn some fun information by having that power.
Hi, i loved this banner alot and i think it's great. I liked alot the mixing between red and purble ;) Good done
I think you are commenting on the banner I have in my signature. As much as I adore it, I cannot take credit for it. THAT banner was so nicely created for me by Keyblade Wielder. Anyway, as a side note on my previously posted banner, I already see a mistake in it. Funny enough, I was telling myself to fix it, but ended up doing something else and forgot. The problem is: I layered the border wrong, so one of the faded words goes right through it. XD Doesn't look attractive.
24. That's fine, I've heard far more praise for the anime in any case. I think the main reason I was asking for manga titles was because I simply prefer that form better, and it's generally more in my price range. So, I'll check those three titles out. Thanks for all the guidance, Dagger. I thoroughly appreciate it.
25.
If I could have any superpower, it would definately be the ability to teleport. But only if it had that purplie smoke that Nightcrawler has (though I'd prefer white). Yes, that would lead to great fun.
YES! By the way, where did Nightcrawler go in X-Men 3? I expected him to pop up all movie and... nothing. I was nearly in tears by the end. XD Ehem. My superpower? Moneykinesis. Come on, I could just think about it and... ta da! Pile 'o' Cash, right in hand. Life would be so easy. Screw a job.
