1. Go mutants. Name: Miloe Rouge Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance: Clicky Miloe... Clothes: Miloe likes to stick to the standard black and white when it comes to outfitting herself. An everyday outfit would be black, flared pants with heavy white stitching, a baggy white long-sleeved shirt with a tighter, black t-shirt on top, and loose black boots. She also wears a large assortment of rings and normally has her fingernails painted in black or white, or occasionally purple to accent her eyes. Power: Miloe has the ability to manipulate the bodies of others. Basically, she can merge into one with the victim and control their movements. Otherwise, she is completely defenseless. Personality: Mellow and quiet. Miloe was never really a people person, never very loud or social. She's not mean, but if you get her to talk, she can be blunt and sometimes even rude, which some people take in offense. With lack of social activity, she doesn't really know how to converse with others or express herself, that's why it can be a little weird if she talks. Miloe isn't easily hurt or angered, but tends to slip off to be by herself if she feels too overwhelmed in a situation. She's never quite opened up to anyone, and doesn't really understand the concepts of friendship or love. Anyone she has ever "hung out" with just liked to smile and hug her, claiming her to be "Too damned cute." She likes that kind of physical attention, but never understood why people liked her when she didn't even confide in them. Bio: Miloe came from a good natured family. At the age of four, Miloe's mother died, giving birth to Miloe's younger brother, Andy. She grew up with strong bonds with her father and younger brother. When with them, they were practically the only people that she could string sentences together for. Miloe first started noticing her powers with simple things, like when she'd want to change the channel for the TV, she'd reach over to grab the remote and her hand would fuse with her brother's. It freaked her out at first, and she thought she was having hallucinations, but the things that she could make people do were real. When her brother and father confronted her about it, she knew she wasn't going insane. Her father told her not to worry, because her mother used to be able to do strange things too. Apparently, Miloe's mother had been a telekinetic. Things at school, however, weren't so smooth for Miloe. One day in seventh grade, she was being teased for the way she dressed and her continuous silence. She decided to walk away, but when one of the girls harrassing her stepped in front of her, she melted into that girl. Melted, merged. It had been her first full-body manipulation. It scared the other girls so bad that they started calling her a witch. They brought lighters to school, taunting her with them, murmuring things such as, "Burn, hell witch, burn. Melt into your father Satan, like you did to Lizzy..." People that usually hung around Miloe started fights with the girls. Miloe was taken aback by their loyalty. Even though they tried to help, things at school worsened as the months, years went by, rumors flew, harrassment got worse. Finally, Miloe's father offered to get her a school transfer. ... That's when they found solace. That's when they found Serenity View. ----------------- Hope that's fine.

3.
Mew Mew Power (ew), Duel Masters, Yugioh, DBGT (sorry i love DB/DBZ but DBGT was just so lame).
Mew Mew Power? Is that supposed to be the anime version of Tokyo Mew Mew? I think it's supposed to be on that FoxBox thing, or whatever. Anyway, I read the first two Tokyo Mew Mew and was surprisingly attracted to it... maybe it was the cute outfits and sexual references that were stuffed in there... XD The anime is probably incredibly bad, though. Okay, here, I'll add a new one: Neon Genesis Evangelion. I don't know. So many people go on and on about how wonderfully great this show is. I tried to watch it a few times, but for some reason, it seemed to drag on. For me, at least. Maybe I have a warped perception on the show, though, because I sort of jump in here and there. But I can never sit through a full episode when I do "jump in."
4. I'm sure there is a difference between what is "mainstream" in a small town in Iowa compared to what is "mainstream" in packed cities that contain a lot of music and a lot of different people interested in it. And that was one HUGE run-on sentence. So, whatever. As for me, these are some more unknown bands, in this town, anyway, that I listen to: Scarling: This is basically the offspring of Jack Off Jill, because it was formed by the lead singer after Jack Off Jill broke up. But I love their sound, I normally don't listen to femme bands, for some reason I like male voices better when they sing. ANYWAY, yeah, Scarling has to be one of my favorite bands right now, I heart their new CD, "So Long, Scarecrow." ^.^ Wheatus: Hee hee, as I've stated in other threads, Wheatus is my b*tch. Love the lyrics, love the sound, love the crazy, random ***** in between. I fell in love with them after I heard their song "Truffles." No one I have ever talked to has heard of Wheatus. LISTEN! >> Muse: Great European band. They have a soft, yet hardcore sound. I've heard/read harsh critiques for Muse, and I simply can't understand. The lead singer has such a sexy voice, too. I have more, but I'll come back later.
5. Plenty happened, but most of it wasn't good. I think this is one of the worst days I've had in awhile. First off, I was in an incredibly bad mood getting to school, so it was likely things wouldn't be too awesome. But this is basically what happened in order of my class periods: Physics- I got my test back that we took the other day, got a C. That was actually better than I thought I'd get, because I hardly ever pay attention while we are talking/taking notes over a chapter. But it still sort of let me down, because I actually took notes for the test this time. Apparently, it did me no good. Art- We started these tile paintings today, which are pretty cool... you pick an assortment of shaped tiles, paint them, and make a little collage. I'm making a vampire-based thing. The fangs are pretty sexy so far. ^_~ English- I was incredibly pissed off that whole class... you see, we are doing this pointless process "showing" us how to write a proper report. It's a ten step deal that is confusing and a waste of time (well, to me at least, but I know a lot of other people feel the same). A student teacher is handling all of this, so maybe that's why it's so ridiculous. I've written tons of papers in my school career, I think I know how to handle it. If she would have just given us some requirements and a due date, I'd have it done and handed in, ready to recieve an almost perfect paper (I know that sounds conceited or something, but I tend to do well on reports and papers) and it would all be peachy. But instead, we have to do all these forms and notecards and we all have to go at the same pace so no one gets lost, blah blah. But obviously it's not working. Lol. [/rant] So, that whole situation didn't help with my mood, so I went around kicking things and throwing stuff at people. XD P.E.- I hate P.E., plain and simple. But I was ready to work off my anger in running the mile. But guess what? It rained, so we couldn't go out to the track. So, that blew my entire plan. When I got to the locker room, I opened my lock to find it empty. Empty. Someone STOLE my stuff. So I went on another burst of rage (XD god, I needed a nap) and the teacher told me to look in the office. On my way there, I spotted my bag in the lost and found, so I grabbed it and opened it to see if everything was still there. It was all there, but someone had filled my bag with water. Everything was wet and my deoderant was completely ruined. That just took me over the edge, someone deliberately taking my things and sticking it in the showers and throwing it in the lost and found. I was pissed, so I just ran a lot of my anger off and then stood there, punching the wall occasionally. After lunch, I was basically back to my mellow self, just really tired and still burnt over all that. We watched a video on the Black Plague in History.... then I had an extremely trippy time in Home Ec with my friend Chelsea. Then I threw a calculator at someone in Math.... and got mad when we had to march in band later. XD I don't get mad often, but I was in such a bad mood about so many things, it just got scary. XD There, my day in a nut shell. Sort of. BACON CHEESEBURGER. >>
6. Are you kidding me? It's my favorite console in my entire house. (Which is surprising, since I have like, five game consoles... >> Most of them are old, though... you know, Sega Saturn. Whoo!) I'm a total Zelda fanatic, so, of course I need my thirst quenched every so often. Oh, you know what's fun, too? Kirby. I could never get all of those damned crystals, never had the right power combos. My Mario games are high on my needs, too... you always need to see that portly Italian plumber with his super-cool moves. Go stubby limbs, go! I love Pokemon Stadium, too. I mean, how can you not? XD God, I'm getting hyper. LOOK WHAT YOU DID.
7. If you have a Gameboy Advance, I highly suggest Golden Sun and Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age. Those have to be two of my favorite RPG games ever, the graphics just blew me away when I first played it, compared to the crap graphics GBA was dishing out at the time. The storyline is quite good, and you have such an expansive world to explore. You are practically free to do what you want in between your main quests. You can mix-and-match your Djinn anyway you want to give your characters unique powers. I don't know, I just love these two games. If you like the concept of Alchemy and Elementals, check it out, biatch. I spent many weeks, days, hours playing this game, and I never once got bored. Though I've only played the first game, I also recommend the .hack series, especially if you are a .hack//SIGN fan. It's like an online game, with the beauty of not needing to deal with actual people. Haha. And, if you are into that kind of thing, check out the Jak and Daxter trilogy. It's not even funny how much I'm in love with that series, I don't know what my problem is. The first game was just cute, but when I got to the second game, I got way into it, it was great, with all the guns and just... argh... now I need to get the racing one. XD Jak is a pretty sexy man. ^_~ (But they cut off all of his hair in the third one and I was like: ;_; NOO!
8. It tends to be that those "scary" people can actually be really intelligent if you take the time to talk to them. Like this one kid I know, he wears the black and chains and all that classic "Gothic" stuff, but he grew up watching the History/Discovery channel, and he's practically a genious. Goes to show you how different people can be from their appearances. Personally, I love Rob Zombie's music, he is one of my favorite musicians. But I cannot say I've seen any of his movies. I'd really like to, but it's hard to get ahold of anything in this small town. I wish I still had my subscription to Netflix. Damn. I've heard from people how great "The Devil's Rejects" was, and I'm just itching to see it. But, no, I don't think he has issues, he is just as sane as we are. However sane that is.
9. Well, that my former username is Lix, for one. Two, that I am obsessed with Spirited Away, it has to be my favorite movie ever... and my banner also is showing that I have Photoshop again, because I made it myself and I'm so proud. My Photoshops skills have drained... ;_; I need to get familiar with it again. Also, my wonderful little quote, "My cyber throat is all bawked out." is something I said in an MSN conversation with Alex... we always talk about odd things. And I didn't even realize what I had said until I read it over. XD
10. I check when I can. I haven't had internet at home for about a year, so I can't always check as often as I'd like to. Whenever I come to my mom's workplace, I get on, though. But even then sometimes I get caught up in other stuff rather than the OB. I need to keep up with my fan fictions, too. The past year I've been surprisingly neglectful to my account, but, that'll change soon... since we are finally getting internet back at home within the next week. DSL, w00T!
11. I know how you feel. About a year ago I basically fell head over heels for a girl and didn't know what to do for the longest time. I guess I traced back, and realized that maybe it hadn't been so sudden after all. I had always felt particularly attracted to girls. So, meh. I'm not so sure how I came out. All I know is that I sort of discussed it with some people rather close to me. About the girl I was interested in, and about how I was unsure. Actually, some of my friends actually helped me come out, they helped me through my doubts and problems. I'm really glad I went to them. Yeah, that's the main problem, the fact that your friends of the same sex will think you are attracted to them. There isn't really anything you can do about it, actually. You just have to be honest about your sexual orientation and ask them for support and such. But don't make it a big deal, approach it casually and you should be fine. I KNOW that one of my friends was personally uncomfortable around me after I came out, but I was basically like, "Look, it's not like I'm interested in you. Cool off." About a month later she was fine again. It'll take some people a little while get used to the fact, while others just won't give a flying rip. When should you tell them? Well, don't make it like some big occasion. Just tell them when you are all hanging out, just bring it up. And rumors and gossip shouldn't really be that much of a problem. Sure, after I came out, I had a few people call me a *** and dyke, but they laid off after a few weeks, when they realized that it left no effect on me. You just have to be cool about it. Don't let anyone harsh your mellow. ^ | I officially sound like a surfer. w00T!
12. Nice. I liked the carrot/painting one the best. XD It was basically really trippy. What was with the cat one? Haha. I half expected one of the cats to freak out partway through and attack something. The "Talking to Yourself" one way pretty fun.... I always wanted to have a conversation with myself. Ah, the brain children we would come up with. No, I'm not a narcissist. I also like making short films, I enjoy seeing someone finally putting some up. I was doing on once, mainly just to waste the rest of the minutes on my tape, and in the middle of it, there were some bangs and weird noises on my window. I was like, "Blair Witch Project... ahh!" XD It was funny to watch it over, because you could tell how freaked out I was while I was finishing it. ANYWAY... They were done quite well. Nice job. Now, I want to see some more if you have any to show.

[adult swim]

I don't watch TV very often, but I still have some old favorites of Adult Swim. I think I started watching AS when I was about, what, ten? >> But I LOVED Home Movies. I think that is one of the better shows that they've had on their non-anime block. I always remember staying up far later than I was supposed to, just to watch those strange children make their beyond dumb home movies. The soccer coach always cracked me up. Do they still have Home Movies on? I never check. I think one day I'll just go out and buy the box set. Oh, another one I always liked was The Oblongs. XD So sickly entertaining. They are just so... demented. Haha. But, right now, I adore Futurama. Which is weird, because I hate the Simpsons. I guess I used to watch Futurama a lot back then, too. It's survived a long run. I remember watching the episode where Leela ended up having sex with Zapp Brannigan with my step sister when I was little. I had thought it was so scandalous. Lol. Anyway, yeah, I find it rather silly. XD And, just to say.... I hate Family Guy. Haha. There. I contradict you all. XD
14. I don't really see why it matters what people listen to. I mean, if someone puts on something you don't like, are you really going to die over it? No. Everyone has their own tastes, and some people just need to learn to deal. Sure, if someone ASKS me my opinion about a band, etc., I'll tell them the honest truth, but if someone is listening to something they like... it doesn't bother me. As long as they aren't harassing me about it or something. I think some people just need to get over it. Sometimes people just need to chill.
15. Is this alright? The pictures supplied were tricky, so I did what I could. Not as smooth as can be, but it ended up okay. So, here you go.
16. I hope these are alright, I am currently trying to get familiar with Photoshop again, it's been so long. But if you want any changes, just say the word.
17. I don't "believe" in marriage, so I cannot say that I am against premarital sex. But, I think it's wise to wait until you are older. I know 12-15 year olds that have already had sex, and I think it's ridiculous. Sure, teens are curious and media/etc. puts it out there... but do you want your curiosity into a major problem? So many girls are having to drop out of school because of their early pregnancies. But a lot of people are putting the stress on the girls that end up pregnant, saying it's their fault. In reality, however, it's normally the guy in the relationship that pressures the girl. Sure, the girl could say no, but let's face it... most girls in a relationship do the things the guy wants to, in fear that the guy will "stop loving them" if they refuse. Plus, men are just stronger, and it can always turn into rape. The blame is on both genders. Anyway, I think that people should at least wait long enough so if they get pregnant or an STD, they can cope with it better and not have their whole lives ruined. Now, I know there isn't much you can do about getting an STD, but still. Condoms and birth control, children, condoms and birth control. Now, if something gets past both of those things, then, well... too bad.
18. Those Disney folks are perverts. XD I can't say that I really like the newer Disney movies, quite frankly, they are running out of ideas. But, when it comes to the old stuff, I'm all for them. I adore Bambi. It's always been one of my favorite movies, Thumper is by far one of the best characters ever. That movie always makes me sad, and I love the songs, such as "Little April Showers." HA... that was the first song I listened to the year of 2006. I was downing Sparkling Cider blasting Disney songs with my older sister. XD Anyway, Beauty and the Beast is another. I don't know, something about Gaston prancing around in his manly boots trying to woo Belle, haha. I'm in love with Mulan and Mulan 2. Best. Disney. Movies. Ever. They are hilarious and bring up a wonderful struggle point. I have to admit, Mulan 2 is very cheesey, but I still love it... just because it's so funny. "I saved the fruit!" ... "...And I saved you..." He sounds like such a child predator. XD And who can't love Nightmare Before Christmas? I didn't even realize that it was a Disney film until a few weeks ago when I was looking at the cover. Haha. There are so many good ones, mainly the older ones, though. Like, Hunchback of Notre Daum( I can't spell that worth crap... oh well.) and Little Mermaid, The Emperor's New Groove(LLAMAS! >>)... etc. I need to dig through my VHS collection one of these weekends and do some Disney recollection.
19. Now, that would be just plain cruel to type/write that way to a person with dyslexia. It would be weird, though, if how their mind/eyes jumbled the letters, it actually came out as the right word. XD I haven't seen that yet, but that's from my lack of internet time and I am uninformed about new ways in which to spell. You know, the usual.
20.
Candy or Cake I just want to relieve this thread from all-serious choices for a while. :D
O.O I just had to come by this thread on the most difficult choice, didn't I? XD But, I think I'd choose candy, because for example: If there wasn't chocolate, you couldn't have chocolate cake, and everyone knows chocolate cake is the superior cake. I can live without cake, but not my chocolate. ^_~ Alright, would you rather... Dance wildly in shoes two sizes too small or Walk tight rope in shoes two sizes too big? XD
21. Insanity is simply what people classify as "socially unacceptable." You always hear about different mental illnesses, but in truth, everyone has their own sort of mental illness. But I suppose those who are considered literally insane are those whose illness is to a radical extreme that causes their everyday life to be harder. I'm no expert when it comes to all of this, but some people just have a chemical unbalance in their brains that causes them to be so "different." At least it's better now, in the past, if you had any strange idea whatsoever, your family could throw you into an insane assylum if they saw it fit. That's why mental health institutions used to be so popular, because if you had a thought that disturbed other people, you were crazy. In fact, I have an MHI right up the street from my house. In the past thirty years, the amount of patients has decreased dramatically, since more people are accepting to originality and individuality, etc. I don't think there will ever be a good explanation for "insanity" and saying that someone's mind is messed up is right. How would you know if there is something actually "wrong"? You don't know how their mind works, because you are not them. But, I think that there is the fact that there are chemical unbalances. This can cause oddities in behavior, but I think that the person would at least have some piece of mind left, something that would still work correctly. As I said before, I'm no expert, and these are just mainly guesses.
22. Ha, earlier this year a friend of mine got a mohawk, dyed it red and then went to the pool repeatedly, which is NOT a good idea. After about two weeks of the chlorine water making contact with his hair, the color washed out to a light pink. XD It was hawt. But, yeah, a lot of people tried to copy him for football season, since they had to have their hair short anyway. Everyone else looked positively gross with their hair like that. Good thing they came to their senses soon afterwards and got them shaved off. I think my friend is the only person in my grade who can really pull it off. I'm not sure what he uses to keep it up, but I hear that my good friend Elmer's Glue does wonders.
23. Correct, J!nX. Your turn to put up a snazzy picture. *glomps Muse members* Oh, oops, my bad, this isn't a groupie thread. XD
24. Yes, you are right, salsa dancing is awesome. Curse my memory, I couldn't remember the name of the movie that I was going to put a picture for, so, this will have to stand in as a substiute for now. I guess: I don't know how many theaters actually got this, but I thought it was fun. Plus, they had a lot of songs by Muse on there, to the utter delight of my ears. Guess away.
25. Keyblade Wielder: For your banner I give a 6.5/10. The thing is, the right side of it looks fine, but the left side is where it gets too sharp and disoriented. That neon hot pink isn't too easy on the eyes, either. I'm perfectly fine with the image and the way that is blended with the colors, actually, that was done rather well. The font and such is just what gets to me. It's not as smooth as it could be, and the some of the colors could be toned down just a bit. Otherwise, it would have been really nice. For the avatar, much better. I give it an 8.5/10. It is so much smoother, and the colors compliment each other so much better, doesn't give me the feeling that I need to wince when looking at it. Very pretty. In all, it's about a 7.5/10.
